Letti comodi, stanze grandi, bagni spaziosi e luminosi. Al check-in ci è stata data la possibilità di mettere la macchina in un parcheggio a pagamento associato alla struttura il che ha risolto il problema di trovare parcheggio a Istanbul. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, ci ha permesso di girare Istanbul principalmente a piedi. L'hotel inoltre ha offerte vantaggiose per diverse esperienze (es. crociera sul Bosforo). Abbiamo chiesto inoltre consigli su dove cenare e ci sono stati gentilmente indicati diversi ristoranti non turistici da provare.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location was very convenient, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The reception staff were especially helpful, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. They made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Camera sporca, anche se era presente il servizio pulizia delle camere ogni giorno, eppure era sempre sporca. Letto molto scomodo.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen voelden we ons meteen welkom. Als we een vraag hadden of ergens hulp bij nodig hadden, werden we direct en vriendelijk geholpen. Ook werden de kamers iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt, wat we erg prettig vonden. De fijne service en gastvrijheid hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we met een heel goed gevoel terugkijken op ons verblijf. Zeker een aanrader!

Het enige kleine aandachtspunt is dat de weg naar de tramhalte wat steil omhoog loopt. Voor ons was dit verder geen probleem, maar voor mensen die wat minder goed ter been zijn kan dit iets zijn om rekening mee te houden. Met de taxi is dit echter heel gemakkelijk op te lossen: een taxi kan vrijwel voor de deur stoppen en bij terugkomst werden we direct op de hoek bij het hotel afgezet. Daardoor is het hotel ook zonder de wandeling naar de tram goed bereikbaar. Over het hotel zelf hebben we eigenlijk helemaal niets negatiefs te zeggen. Alles is ons goed bevallen en we hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad.

Fijne gastheren die het verblijf aangenaam maken, vragen of alles naar wens is en als er iets tegen zat werd het heel snel opgelost. Wij zijn hier 3 jaar geleden ook geweest en de service was nu nog beter geworden! Complimenten aan de medewerkers die het verblijf extra prettig maken. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Het hotel ligt op een fijne locatie binnen 1 minuut kom je allerlei lekkere eettentjes tegen. Op ongeveer 3 min lopen is er een restaurant Dimbil waar je heerlijk kunt eten, echt een aanrader.

Les chambres étaient tout à fait conformes à ce que nous avions en tête, mais la qualité du personnel était un vrai plus. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’accueil et les recommandations formulées. Un merci particulier à S. Mansoor qui a été d’une grande aide pendant tout le séjour.

L’emplacement était central. Possibilité de stationner dans le parking à proximité (15€ la journée) et de tout faire à pied. Logement propre et confortable. Je recommande.

The location within walking distance to Agyasofia and Blue Mosque. I gave two extra stars for Mansour who was extremely polite and helpful staff member.

The rooms have hardly any daylight with windows situated inside small opening opposite each other. There is lots of noise from the other rooms and the corridor. The budget ground floor room has issue with humidity - there are stains on the walls and unpleasant smell (probably because of no ventilation from the toilet). Parking lot is basically a ripoff.

Walking distance to the main attractions and markets. Property has many different restaurants and bakery’s in the vicinity to choose from.

The stairway has sensor lights which I feel could come on a little higher up as you descend down as it can be a little dark and makes on feel you can’t see the stairs so well.

Fantastic cosy hotel perfectly located near Kadirga Hammam. Sayed is extremely attentive, friendly, professional, and helpful. We stayed two times and will stay again. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay in Reyyan hotel. Location is great, in the heart of historical streets and buildings, rooms are clean and cosy, on the first floor you can find tea, prepared by friendly staff. Special thanks to Sayed (and his colleagues) who welcomed us, warm, attentive, professional attitude means a lot. A lady Esma who is responsible for housekeeping and cleanliness, she does a great job! Thank you all and we will come back! ☺️

The rooms are stylish, comfortable and have all you need, maybe regarding design, personally I would add more bright details, to make room lighter (yellow bulb bedside lamps, brighter colour curtains, bed covers, etc. ☺️)

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Alles war top – das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Service ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

الفندق نظيف ومرتب وجميل والموظفين كويسين بزياده والغرفه حلوه الغرفه حقت الشخصين وسيعه وغرفة الثلاث اشخاص ضيقه ، دورة المايه كويسه والمويه كويسه والمكيف تكييفه كويس مره ، عيب الفندق الدخله والطلعه انه على نزله لو معاك كبار سن او ناس صعب عليهم المشي ما انصحك فيه غير كذا كل شي تمام ومن انظف الفنادق الي سكنت فيها

lovely hotel the guys at the reception are very kind and helpful they gave me and my parents great recommendations and took care of every single concern or ask we had, the hotel is nice and cozy and very clean, loved it would definitely go again!

i wish there were table lamps beside the beds would have to get up to turn off the lights at night haha its minor but it would make the room 10/10 in terms of comfort

Δεν έχουμε λόγια για την εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού. Ήτανε πάρα πολύ ευγενικοί! Μας έδωσαν και ISTANBUL CARD για τις μετακινήσεις μας στην πόλη και έναν χάρτη για να μπορούμε να πάμε στα αξιόλογα μέρη! Θα ξαναπροτιμήσουμε εμείς και θα προτείνουμε στους φίλους/γνωστούς μας!

Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα αρνητικό. Απλά εύχομαι σύντομα να αποκτήσουν κι έναν μπουφέ για πρωινά στο ξενοδοχείο!

Sometimes it's not about the place it's about the people who make the experience truly special. A special thank you to Fadel, Mansour, and the night auditor (I don't want to misspell his name). The entire reception team was exceptional. They all went above and beyond to help us, offering thoughtful recommendations with genuine care and warm smiles. Their hospitality made my family feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and it was one of the main reasons we decided to extend our stay. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always a pleasure to talk to. Thank you all so much for everything you did. You made our stay memorable, and we truly appreciate your kindness and outstanding service.

It was very nice! The stuff was really helpful with everything we needed. The location is really nice because you are close enough to the main tourist location but you can also have a taste of the daily Turkish life with the stores etc.

I was impressed with how the staff treated us. They explained where to go to tourist attractions and how to find an Istanbul card. They also told us where to find good restaurants with reasonable prices. If I return to Istanbul, I will choose this hotel again because it's wonderful.

La ubicación es excelente. El trato del personal es muy muy bueno, tuvimos un problema con el taxi y nos ayudaron mucho. 100% recomendable este alojamiento.

Las instalaciones son mejorables y el precio podría ser un poco más bajo.

locatie het was dicht bij een winkelstraat/ Sophia moskee en Blauwe moskee. De straten zijn enorm steil maar wel te doen. Als je niet echt mobiel bent dan wordt het lastig.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, very close to Sultanahmet square, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, and T1 tram line. Staff was very professional and friendly, especially Mr. Ehsan and Mr. Mansoor. They recommended us great restaurants with local food and very reasonable prices, and organized airport transfer for us. The reception is open 24 hours. Communication with guests is easy and professional, which made our stay even better. Would recommend this hotel.
