The resort fee. What's that for? I thought the hotel was fine but I will never go back to the casino. Tightest slots I've ever played. Then again most Ceasars locations are that way

The long distance from the parking garage to the ,for us in 409, lt was a 1/2mile walk. The hallway to markings to and from the garage were difficult to find and somewhat confusing

I didn’t like that when I arrived at the facility they immediately tried to upcharge me for a non smoking room which I had already paid for and then they said any third party reservations are put on smoking rooms. That is unfair.

Super comfortable beds. We were there with a pet and just needed a clean, quality place to stay. Didn’t use any amenities, so having to pay resort fees was annoying, but I get it. The hotels does have a lot to offer. It’s huge and a bit confusing to get to your building.

Having to use a bellhop for luggage and gear was beyond frustrating to have to wait to get it to our room and get a bellhop early in the morning for departure. Called twice and got voicemails. Wasn’t till I found the guy chatting at the coffee shop with a co-worker that we got attention. Departed the hotel behind schedule due tot his.

I think the price is a little much, and I don’t like the fact that they charged 20.00 to check in 15 minutes early.

When I arrived they charged me more ontop of what I had already paid said it was a resort fee if I didn’t pay I lost my money and could not stay there

We stayed for the casino so it was very convenient. The hotel is large and confusing to find your way around. But very clean and nice.

Checkin time was 3pm. A line of people were waiting at 2:50pm and they were gonna charge $20 early checkin for the few min before 3. So the entire line just waited there til it was exactly 3pm. Crazy. Also they don't give you hair conditioner in the bathrooms-- only shampoo and a bar soap. We only stayed 1 night so thought I would just use their travel shampoo and conditioner instead of bringing my own.

The concert venue was great.

No entrance to the resturant we wanted was avaliable. We were not gambling and one person did not have a dl so we could not eat where we wanted. The alternate food Gordon Ramseys fish and chips was so bad I had to throw away all but the fries.

I booked a king bed, when I went to my room, it was 2 queen beds. Disappointed with that. The toilet seat was loose and every time I sat on it, it would move. The rest of the facilities were great.

They do not tell you how to operate the elevator during the self check in process. We had to learn from another vacationer and we had to teach others as well.

It is not clearly marked to easily find things. It was an act of God figuring out how to order room service. That needs to be an easy process. Staff didn't tell me next step like oh your new make sure to use key card to use elevator. We went 2 days w out toilet paper even though we told housekeeping twice. It took me 4 calls and 3 hrs to get housekeeping to pickup. For the amount of money I spent this should have been a seamless and relaxing time but it wasn't.

If you book through this site you have to pay extra $40 at the Hotel for a Non Smoking room!!! They also tack on a $40 resort fee so if you are a Non Smoker add $80 to whatever price you book at and that's the actual cost per night!!!

Customer service was at a zero!!! Everything was an upcharge including checking in before 3pm. Then after 3pm they direct you to the self check-in kiosk.

Tried to check in early. My Birthday celebration. The Ladies never smiled. Acted like they didn't want to be there. Before 1pm,extra 60 after 1 20 bucks. Redicilious. If room is ready why charge extra. You know casino makes enough as is. Room was not clean at all. Stepped in dog urine on carpet which was disgusting. Was not a little puddle it was all in front of dresser. Bathroom sink slow drain. Not clean as early stays.

Absolute rip-off. I booked a non-smoking room through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the hotel forced me to pay an extra $29/night just to get the non-smoking room I had already paid for. Management completely refused to help or refund it. They also tacked on an extra $50/night and a $34/night resort fee. The walk rate during this low season was only $79, yet I ended up paying nearly $280 a night due to these hidden costs. Speaking to other guests, this is a systemic issue—everyone is getting scammed with the same extra fees. Booking.com needs to clean up this listing. Unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place!

Started a little rocky was given a room I did not reserve. I had to go back to desk and had a longer discussion than needed to get the room I had reserved.

Rooms are spacious wentry to book 2 nights online but we were not able too. We arrive early in NC. So we stayed at a different hotel till our check in. We gamble some.

Our hall was smokey, our room stunk of cigarette smoke, vomit on wall, and loud thumping music from room next door.

Large complex with plenty to see and do for a weekend. The text assistant that helped a great deal within seconds.

The room had a dirty pillow with make up and hair and never could get the toilet to flush properly. The management was very responsive.

The casino was nice. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly, but they need to explain things in detail better. We had Gordon Ramsay and the food was really good. The price was fair for the meal.

It was my first time staying and I wasn't aware I had to use the key card on the elevator. That wasn't explained at check in. Even if it wasn't my first stay, they should tell their guests that. It seemed that they had new staff at check in because everyone was unsure and asking each other questions. I did valet parking and asked for a cart to roll my luggage on and they didn't have any in sight. They stated they didn't keep them down there, so that was frustrating having to carry all my bags through check-in and all the way up to the room, which I stayed on the 5th floor. It was a very long walk. Check-in wasn't the best experience. I kinda had to figure things out on my own.

Lots to do. Great food. Friendly staff, front desk super nice but nkt as knowledgeable as onecwuld hope for auch a large hotel. Italian restaurant was amazing, great service. All employees at pool were very helpful as well.

While all the staff is very friendly, most didn't have basic information, from how to get to the parking to where to go to get valet and no info was provided when checking in, including where the elevators were. Each employee had a different answer. Also the sweet stop had a rude employee with short spikey grey hair. And 2 of the truffles I bought were moldy on the inside, which I discovered once I bit into 1. That is terrible and since the impolite employee kept repeating they were retail and not food and beverage, I agree with her on that as if they were food and beverage there would have been more responsibility about the rotation of their chocolates and they would know when something goes bad.

We had a king suite and the size of the room and amenities were very good. The hotel and casino is large so be prepared to walk as it may be a hike to and from your room to the casino or for meals. The food at Amici Italia was delicious!

Upon arriving at the hotel for check in at 4:00, we used the kiosk which gave us an error message about our room and then we had to stand in line to talk to an employee. Apparently our room was cleaned, but not quality checked so I was allowed to check in, but not get any room keys. I had to wait in the check in area with all of our bags to received a call to tell me the room was ready and then I had to stand in line again to receive the keys - ugh. I think the room may have been a smoking room in the past and there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

I didn’t like that they charge you Resort fees and when you rent through a third party, they put you on Soco or whatever you call it and you have a horrible view that’s the second time I have book through a third-party and I ended up on that side also for early check-in they want to charge you $23

We didn't eat on the property; too expensive!

Prices of food and drinks are too high. It took all our available funds to pay for the room; we ate at fast food places nearby. Also, the "fee" the resort charges is ridiculous. I paid for a gym, spa, pool area, that I did not use. We simply slept in the bed, got up in the morning and left. We came to use the csino, and believe me, THEY got our money!

The hallway smelled like urine. The pool was cloudy. We were told this was a mountainview room...it overlooked the roof with all the a/ca and equipment. The door to the room was heavily scratched from a dog, presumably. The outdoor firepits were surrounded by smokers. I got this room as a gift for my daughter and husband as a get-a-way. I expected so much more from this hotel.

The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel staff was outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was that there was a noticeable burnt smell coming from the air conditioning vent, which was unpleasant during our stay. Aside from that issue, we had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent service from the staff.

The property is very nice. The valet parking made it easy just to drop off the vehicle and not worry with parking. All the restaurants were nice. There was plenty of options.

The beds are not comfortable. The bedding should be thrown away and replaced. The comforters are lumpy from being washed so much. On our first full day we said we didn’t need service but we never got any service in 4 nights. Also there needs to be more information and signage on where things are located.

Checkin was difficult - couldn't find my reservation even with my confirmation number then tried to charge me full amount without subtracting the deposit I had already paid and had posted to the account.

No glasses nor bottled water in room. Arrived at noon and to check into our room then it would have cost us an additional $60. Did pay the additional $ for 1-3 checkin. Food at the Court was HORRIBLE.. Bar served house wine in plastic cup for $11. No decent place to eat. No happy hour at Ruth Chris. Does not live up to the Caesar's or Harrahs name.

when i got my room the curtains were burnt,look like someone had slept in the bed,they took forever to move us to another room. oh also when i check out the valet never came to get our luggage,my friend had to take it her self and she not too long had surgery,this was a bad experience for me staying for the first time.

We booked on Booking.com. The staff couldn't find our reservation and told us we would have to rent a room, so we did. The next day, both charges were deducted from our account. Went to the main desk several times, and Noone would help.
