Cleanliness
9/10Repeatedly praised across reviews — described as 'very clean', 'la limpieza es excelente' and 'habitaciones muy limpias'. Overall strong positive sentiment on cleanliness.
Service
8.5/10Generally positive mentions of friendly and accommodating staff and good reception attention, but a few reports of check-in issues and one instance of poor handling/distrust of guest ID — mixed but overall good service.
Location
9.2/10Consistently cited as a key pro: 'great location', 'buena ubicación', 'very good connection with centre' and 'well located'. Strong positive sentiment for location.
Room Quality
8.7/10Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and cozy with large windows and comfortable beds; some mentions that decor is outdated or aesthetic is tired. Overall positive with minor negatives on style/age.
Amenities
7/10Multiple complaints about missing or limited amenities (no hairdryer in room unless requested at reception, no fridge/minibar in some rooms, pricey parking, occasional wifi concerns). Amenities are the weaker area.
Value for Money
8.6/10Mixed signals: several guests highlight good value (weekend breakfast included, 'good value for money'), while others feel it is 'pobre para lo que cuesta'. Net sentiment leans positive.
Food and Beverage
8/10Breakfast was mentioned a few times — sometimes included as a positive bonus, but one review explicitly said the breakfast was 'pas top' (not great). Overall modestly positive.
Overall Experience
9/10Majority of stays described as comfortable, quiet and pleasant with friendly staff and clean rooms; a few issues (check-in incident, lost item, minor facility shortcomings) but overall strong positive experience.
