The location is excellent as can walk to all the restaurants. Lovely clean apartment with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen has all the crockery needed. It is a large apartment with lots of space. We will go again and can recement it.

Had problems with the hot water as after 2 people there was not much hot water left. The place needs a bit of up keep especially the braai outside.

A spacious well-equipped apartment in a prime area of Unhlanga Rocks. Close to all amenities, good restaurants are within walking distance and a good Pick & Pay is in tge ssme block. Ample safe parking. Good communication with agent. Recommended!

The Gas was empty. We couldn't braai Getting to the apartment was a hustle we ended up getting stuck in the lift because we didn't know that we should use the tag. We paid for parking.

Location! Spacious apartment at a good location in Umhlanga rocks. A supermarkt below and good restaurants at walking distance. Apartment gets serviced every day. Recommended.

The place was verry clean and setup is awesome as the main bedroom has a on suite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom had its own bathroom. The place is the perfect size for 3 or 4 people and you have everything you need in the property. The location is magnificent you actually do not need a car you can walk anywhere as everything you need and restaurants is on your doorstep. We will definitely be coming back to this proprety.

Not much wrong just the shower door in main bedroom is leaking a lot.

Ideally situated one block away from the Oyster Box Hotel, a plethora of fabulous restaurants and Malls, and a 4 minute walk away from the beach! The apartment is stylishly decorated and very airy and open, with a lovely balcony and good views! I would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful, spacious, clean, central, well equipped apartment with stunning ocean views. Tastefully furnished. Appliances worked well and heated quickly. The cleaning staff was punctual and friendly. We had a great stay and would happily return.

Would’ve been great to have salt, pepper and coffee for a 5 day stay. A cheese slicer would also be a good addition to the kitchen.

Location! The location of the apartment is within 100meters of the restaurants of Umhlanga Rocks. No noise disturbance, still conveniently close. Apartment itself spacious and all amenities. We booked again for March.

The drag racing around the village on Friday and Saturday nights largely is not great.. It's been going on for years. If your a light sleeper can be very challenging to sleep.

Excellent apartment great location

Location was excellent.

The bath shower causes water to flow onto the floor. The wash basin had a slight problem with blockage.

Love the location its central to everything you could want and very convenient if you have for car

The facilities in the kitchen are very out dated and there was barely basic utensils to cook with.

The views was the highlight. The helper Gugu was friendly and went the extra mile. The unit is well maintained. Very comfy beds.

Can’t fault it in any way

Excellent Location. Great sea views. Close proximity to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, well furnished apartment , very spacious. The inverter works well during loading shedding . The property was cleaned every day except on Sundays . Basic essentials provided during our stay . Secure parking in gated area in basement.

I cannot fault anything on the property except that my son and I are way over 1,8m in height and felt the beds a bit too short for us. Apart from that everything was great.

The location was excellent and the property facilities, decor and type of furniture was elegant

Deposits should be processed immediately. Days later after departure, I learnt that I had to provide banking details after I had "accidentally" opened the site's web page. Such details should be requested on checkout!

The fact that we had to take the stairs when we had load shedding

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location close to restaurants and shops.

No generated power during 2hr duration of load shedding. Being on the 5th floor, this caused some issues with no elevator access.

The apartment and location are great. Have a huge problem with sleeping most nights, weekends even worse and that's down to the drag racing that happens around the village, supped up exhausts, no police to control it. So sad as it's the most beautiful location!

Excellent location! Convenient to have great restaurants, PnP and Clicks downstairs. In addition, Oceans Mall and the beach are a very short walk away. Driving to Gateway, Durban, etc. was also a breeze and the drive to and from the airport is short, which is also super convenient! Also appreciated the attention to detail of into the security measures. We had a lovely holiday 😊

My son's electric toothbrush was damaged but the cleaner did not inform us, let alone explain what happened.

Everything was great! It was so easy, whatever you need is right there and you are withing walking distance to everything.

The only thing we missed was there was no pool. And it was only a problem because the beaches were closed.

The furnishing are still in a very good condition. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils that one might require. The bedrooms are spacious enough. The beds are comfortable, clean sheets, clean fresh towels. Sea view. Easy access to all amenities. Airconditioners in all bedrooms. WiFi, Netflix. The place is just superb. Thank you Jonathan and Hermann.

When collecting the KEY, you struggle finding parking, and because the place is in the cbd area it gets quite noisey but is not something that should deter one from booking the place

Stayed here for 6 nights in this luxuriously appointed apartment in the centre of Umhlanga. The quality of the apartment is top notch. The bed linens and towels are of the highest quality and we found this a very relaxing place to stay. Everything is spotless and the cleaner does an excellent job. It was lovely being able to sit out on the balcony overlooking the sea to have breakfast. Despite being in the centre of town we were not aware of any traffic noise, yet the supermarket was only 2 minutes walk away.

We enjoyed the closeness to everything, restaurants, pubs, shops and the beach walkway.
