Korea Tourist Hotel

Una buena opción para alojarse.

The hotel is located at near by metro, shopping centres. restaurants and cafes even until very lately so it is extremely convenient for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to all and we will choose this hotel again:)

i pay for extra and family room. but no more beds or blankets. and bed quality is terrible. can't move. wake up and sick my body.

I recently stayed at a hotel and wanted to share my experience. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I did encounter a minor issue that was not promptly addressed. The hotel had comfortable rooms and a pleasant ambiance. The staff members were polite and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. However, there was a problem with the toilet in my room. Unfortunately, despite notifying the front desk about the issue, nobody was sent to fix it. This lack of response was disappointing, as it affected the convenience and comfort of my stay. It would have been better if the hotel had taken prompt action to resolve the problem. Despite this setback, I appreciated the other aspects of the hotel, such as its convenient location and the overall cleanliness of the property. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. In conclusion, my stay at the hotel was generally positive, but the unresolved toilet issue left a slight stain on my experience. I hope the management takes note of this and improves their responsiveness to guest concerns in the future.

The beds are not comfortable and had wheels on them...very similar to hospital beds

It was quiet, in a good location, and the staff was helpful while checking in

Good

I think the bathrooms could use some remodeling, but overall I appreciate the spaciousness of the room and the fact that I could get an interrupted night's rest there due to the silence. It was so comfortable and so great. Much quieter than my own apartment building. The front desk staff couldn't be around as often as normal due to COVID measures they are taking but when they were there, they were polite and helpful and so were the cleaning staff. I enjoyed my time there and even stayed an extra night because of the comfort.

Nice and friendly staff

Fantastic property to stay at while in Suwon. Very convenient to subway station. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Complimentary bottled water in room. The coffee machine makes delicious coffee. Property stored our luggage after check out. Many restaurants around. Home plus department store right around the corner. Would stay again if in Suwon.

Location is good, quiet place near city hall and many restaurants are close. Hotel was reconstructed and now is in modern style. Food is good, service is nice. Hotel provide car to deliver to work/sightseen free.

This is my first time to Korea and chose this hotel as my two night accommodation. The room which are twin beds is big and comfortable. There is a molding pit. It won't cold on the floor when I get out of bed every time:) However, the water of the shower room is not stably. Few options for the breakfast. Location is good! Many shops and restaurants here. i will choose this hotel maybe next time:)

This hotel was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and attentive to everything we needed. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the location. I will definitely stay here again. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
