Super hôtel. Personnel au top . Très bon emplacement. Il y a vraiment tout a proximité. Restaurant,café et des laveries ouvertes 24h/24.

위치도 너무 좋고 조용하고 직원들도 친절하시고 조식도 맛있게 먹었어요. 근처에 편의점, 식당도 있고 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 괜찮은 공원(효원공원)도 있어서 산책하기 좋았어요!!

딱히 아쉬웠던 점은 없었어요.

상권에 접근성이 아주좋지만 또 잘때는 주변소음은 전혀 없었습니다. 객실 청결도도 만족스럽고 직원들 응대도 친절해서 잘 쉬었습니다.

Stayed at Reborn Suwon Silkroad Hotel and honestly, it was a comfortable stay. Love the location—everything is nearby, bus stop just 5 minutes walk.The room was surprisingly spacious (rare in Korea), and the bed was perfect after a long day exploring. Simple, convenient, and worth the price. Not luxury, but it has its own quiet charm.

아침 식사 하지 않았습니다.

짐풀고 힘들어서 티테이블 의자에 앉았는데 팔걸이에 ,, 이전 분이 드신 라면 국물이 그대로 묻어있었습니다. 그후로 자꾸 무엇인가가 찜찜하다는 생각이 들었습니다. 이외의 직원 친철, 위치, 호텔은 괜찮았습니다.

아침식사는 괜찮았고 만족했어요

중요층이나 1층로비쪽이나 객실말고 숙소시설에는 화장실이 없는게아쉽습니다

We experienced electricity shortages on the very last day morning due to heavy rain, staff was very helpful and reacted quickly to gave us some extra rooms that are not affected in case we needed AC and to wash up

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The beds were relatively comfortable.

The room wasn't dirty, per se, but it was just run down. The bathroom sink drain had a leak and water draining from the wall pack made the floor persistently slippery. The TV had Netflix but it was impossible to figure out how to bring it up, and in fact we couldn't get anything but the "welcome" screen to come up. Also, the air con and the lights were also controlled by the TV remote, but the air con only had on/off and the light switches only worked intermittently. The location was somewhat difficult to find only because it's listed under different names in different apps, none of which carried the name "Reborn" as in booking.com.

It is very difficult to find hotels in this category in Korea that have comfortable beds with a mattress that is not as hard as the floor so we appreciated it so much this was our second stay in Suwon. Rooms are large, there is free parking onsite and the neighborhood is very lively at night with many restaurants and bars. Perfect place to stay at while visiting Suwon.

It would be nice to be offered real coffee at breakfast.

조용하고 침대 편해서 잘 잤음

아주 만족해요 깨끗하고 편안한 침구가 특히 맘에 들었습니다 일회용품 사용 제한으로 칫솔, 치약, 면도기는 제공되지 않아 프론트에서 별도 구매해야 합니다~~

Breakfast was just so so.

예전에 아이들 어렸을 때 이용하였었는데 아주 만족했떤 경험이 있어서 오랜만에 다시 방문하게 되었습니다. 그 때는 새로 지었었는지 시설이 아주 깨끗하고 좋았던 것 같은데, 이번 방문 때는 그에 비해 노후화 된 느낌이 들었습니다. 하지만, 조식은 여전히 부담 없는 가격으로 맛있게 든든히 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식도 해결하면서 가족 여행 숙박을 위해 방문하기에는 나쁘지 않고 괜찮은 곳입니다.

The breakfast was affordable and fresh. I call it grocery store Chinese takeout, but it is actually better than that. Sorry no pancakes and sausage. All of the staff were friendly, kind, and competent.

They won't put a microwave in the room. Some of the online listings show a microwave in the room. There is no microwave. We had to go to the lobby to use the microwave there. Post Covid hospitality has suffered everywhere, but they do their best here.

The staff was very helpful hopefully when we visit again next year we will book again

-could you, please, stop giving people breakfast coupons, this is not issue only in this hotel but also in many others in South Korea, just ask guests their room number and that´s it, breakfast coupons are just meaningless wasting of the paper + the whole concept is really dumb

오래된 모텔 그이상 그이하도 아님 다행이 조식은 먹을만함

Nice breakfast, have double seated bath tub, but the towels were a bit dated and small. We took around 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station. They have shuttle bus but not available to book. lots of convenience stores around.

조식을 먹을 때 보니 대부분 가족여행객이였습니다. 수원을 여행하면서 편안하게 부담없는 가격에 머무를 수 있었고 조식을 아이들도 잘 먹는 음식으로 알차게 구성되어 있어서 가격대비 만족합니다. 다만 침구류.. 특히 베개가 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

I like the room and how it was situated. Very clean and warm. The room had just enough space for one person and the amenities was good.

Not all the lights switched off so I had to remove the key card from the power supply to have it completely dark to be able to sleep.

그냥저냥.. 크게 불편한 것 없었고 적당히 깔끔. 좁지 않은건 좋았다. 넷플릭스 볼 수 있는데 수원역이나 지하철에선 걸어가기엔 먼 거리라 택시를 타야했다.

The room itself was okay, even though it's little old. The room cleaning service was good, but still the floor is quit dirty. Most of all, the staffs on the front desk were horrible, their service was awful. On the first day, the hotel manager sounds rude when I asked if the room rate includes breakfast, and then I called them for the pillows for the futon, but he said you have enough, i said no you guys didn't provide any for the futon. He finally said okay. And the bathroom door couldn't stay closed while we have a little baby keeps trying to get into the bathroom, so we requested them to check it our, they said it's not allowed to lock it, we said no it is not staying closed!! They checked the door in person and told us they would change the room and then they insisted that all rooms are same like that. That was lying, because we could actually fix the door. Lol. Their attitude was terrible. One day when we were out, we ordered food to the hotel by mistake. We called the hotel and asked them if they can put the food inside the fridge. They said okay, and we trusted. When we came back in 4-5hours, the food was still there!!! Lol. They don't have a good customer service at all. The room cleaning service people are only caring and nice.

Had an okay stay. The bathroom tub and washing basin was placed in a strange position. The floor to basin will get wet after bath.

It was a short business trip. I didn't expect anything special. So, the building is very old but I saw that the stuff put the effort for keeping it clean. However, they really need to renovate the building. The mirror in the bathroom was extremely dirty. Or maybe it was too old idk.. I don't think I would get this hotel again.

Not much to like, would not come back if there is a choice

Bathroom- shower dud not have the divide to stop water flowing to the rest of the bathroom, so you end up having to walk on wet floor after one rakes a shower. It may not matter so much if one staying alone in a room but certainly not nice when sharing. The property only provide one bath towel per room even for a twin sharing room, when requested they insisted that is their policy. Not easy to get taxi or call for one.

Very clean, large bathroom with large bathtub. Location easy to reach via Metro and with amazing food and entertainment options at night around the area.
