Location was central to everything tourist .

Our room was very basic . No bowls ,no extra blankets or pillows .but the shower was great .

Lack of utilities, that is, no toaster and no microwave. The 2nd toilet room smelt and needs to be improved.

The location was fantastic for walking to everything close by. The included breakfast at brunches was good especially the fresh orange juice! Even though it’s close to everything it was quiet from outside noise.

The place is a bit old and tired, the mattresses need replacing on the beds. The doors are very creaky and loud, there is a bit of a yuk smell as you enter and exit the apartment and sometimes inside the apartment, I believe it’s to do with the sewerage. We were in the lower apartment and if people were in the above apartment it was very noise, not great sound proofing between apartments.

Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bilder in der Anzeige versprechen was anderes.

La struttura è vicinissima alla pullulante piazza Monestiraki , ambiente poco rumoroso . Possibilità di lasciare le valige anche prima del check in. Buona la colazione e gentilissimi i camerieri .

Sicuramente essere al terzo piano con scale leggermente a chiocciola , non è il massimo con le valige. La stanza è carina , sicuramente con una buona rinfrescata alle pareti ( con belle tonalità rilassanti tipiche greche ) potrebbe risultare più confortevole. Il bagno è molto piccolo e senza nessuna mensola per appoggiare il necessario o appendi-asciugamani . Il lavandino è giusto per minuscole persone 😛. Vero che siamo in centro , però manterrei il prezzo leggermente più basso .

The location is convenient and it’s spacious

It’s smelly (drains and damp), very run down bathrooms, threadbare tatty towels and mat, little bedding , cheap uncomfortable mattress and overall not very clean. The worst thing is the smell that hits you from the entrance, up the stairs and in the flat. The staircase is filthy as well

Accommodation was extremely shabby & in need of serious refurbishment It did not feel safe Electric wires exposed on ceiling light In the evening the main light & the bathroom light weren’t working so all we had was 1 wall light (that also looked extremely old & plugged into a dangling extension socket) Kitchenette shabby Kettle lid broken Broken rubbish bin Old miss matched furniture Stairwell had a terrible smell Air conditioning unit eventually started cooling the stifling room (essential in 35+ temperature) but then started leaking & running through the wall light fitting …..which fortunately was unplugged at the time the floor was flooded & we had to use the towels (that were clean bit very very old & worn) to mop it all up.

Wszystko, smród stęchlizny z łazienki, karaluchy biegające po podłodze, niedziałająca klimatyzacja, Śmierdząca pościel i można by tak wymieniać i wymieniać. Tragedia.

Absolutely nothing

Everything; it is a revolting filthy slum in probably the worst bit of Athens. It smelled of faeces when we went in, I thought someone had come in and used the toilet because the key was in the door, not in the key safe. They hadn’t; the place just stinks. I’ve never been in such a grubby place. Hideous!

It was close to the shopping and markets. The breakfast and service that was included at the Brunchers Cafe across the road was good.

The outside balcony was looking onto builders rubble and there were cigarette butts in the outside ashtray. On the second day of our stay the hot water system that was located above the toilet started leaking, dripping on our heads when seated on the toilet. We reported it immediately, however no one came to inspect. We stayed out all day but on our return later that day, it was worse, we rang and demanded someone come and look at the problem, they seemed reluctant to do this. A cleaning lady arrived to check it out. We were given a smaller room in another apartment building, including 3 flights of stairs, they did assist us with the first move, this meant packing up etc, they were telling us to hurry all the time and rushed us then to the new place. The water heater was fixed late the following day and we asked to move back as we were paying for an apartment not a small room for 6 days. They were very slow initially to take us seriously and the attitude towards us was second rate. The girl in the front office handling the complaint sneered at us on one occasion as if it we were overreacting, but hey who wants to sit on a toilet with a towel on your head. They were unprofessional and although they re do our apartment so we could move back, but there were no apologies.

Shower / bathroom had mold. Lights not functioning just wire on celing. Shower assembly was not very secure or installed correctly.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass als wir über die Kakerlaken im Zimmer informiert haben, uns ohne weitere Kosten die Unterbringung in einem anderen Hotel (Epitome Suites) angeboten wurde. Dies erfolgte jedoch erst beim Frühstück, auf eine Nachricht über booking.com wurde nicht reagiert.

Das Zimmer hat stark nach Abfluss gerochen und im Badezimmer liefen mehrere Kakerlaken rum. Alte Handtücher sowie leere Verpackungen lagen noch von den vorherigen Gästen im Zimmer.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Great location not far from the train station, restaurants, shops and other historic sites like Acropolis and Roman Agora of Athens, yet was very quiet due to being on a side street. Breakfast was very nice.

Wi-Fi kept disconnecting.

Во первых мы бронировали номер делюкс, нам предоставили лофт. Ко времени заезда номер не был готов. Пришлось еще час ждать. Хорошо бы владельцам починить душ и слив.

Location and the lady that initially helped us get into our apartment

Reduced Couldn’t get into the apartment as the codes on emails were incorrect. Apartment entrance and stairs filthy & random bits of fixtures sitting on them from where they’d broken off, we got to our room & the code was yet again wrong. As we were trying to enter, a man opened the door from our apartment, he had been given the key to our apartment, not his. After we managed to get into the room, housekeeping came to check the room incase anything needed refreshing. She came, set up the sofa bed that we requested prior & left. Multiple things wrong with apartment. TV on wooden blocks. Low & high levels thick with dust & dirt. One bathroom was a toilet & a sink area, the sink had been cracked and smashed badly, filled with bacteria, the toilet leaked when used causing sewage water to leak onto the floor which we had to put towels down. The other bathroom had the toilet, sink area & shower, shower was full of hair, put our toothbrushes on the shelf, the whole shelf fell into the sink with the electrics still attached. The cupboards underneath the sink were dirty. The kitchen was a previous industrial kitchen, barely any basic equipment to use. There was a window between the kitchen & a bedroom that was barely held on with loose screws & fell forward when we touched it & light shone through the rooms. The two main bedrooms had little furniture in & felt more like holding cells, dimly lit, the beds made with too small bottom sheets that came untucked easily & were threadbare, the pillow protectors hadn’t been washed in months. The beds squeeked loudly. The other bedroom had no door but a curtain, so no privacy. The walls were stained. The furniture in the rooms were rusty. The main apartment area ceilings & walls had clear water damage, the paint & light fittings were hanging from the ceilings. The curtains were hanging off. The WiFi offered did not connect to anyone’s devices.

Sängarna stod i samma rum. En av dubbelsängarna var sönder. Duschen var dålig.

Świetnie zlokalizowane mieszkanie, na piętro można dojechać windą. Smaczne śniadanie w cenie. Blisko metra i innych atrakcji. Spało się wygodnie.

Można wstawić jakąś małą przenośną kuchenkę elektryczną lub indukcyjną. Trochę nam tego brakowało.

L’emplacement est idéal et l’appartement parfaitement préparé avant l’arrivée des voyageurs. L’appartement est spacieux et joliment décoré et le lit confortable ! Le petit déjeuner était fantastique !

C’est dommage que les instructions de check-in n’aient pas été envoyées à temps et qu’il fallait appeler pour accéder au logement. De plus le bâtiment est très bruyant. J’ai eu du mal à dormir à cause des fêtes dans les appartements d’à côté.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral Das Frühstück im Frühstückscafé auf der anderen Straßenseite unschlagbar gut!

Das Apartment wäre wenn es gepflegt wäre nicht schlecht. Alle Textilien waren aber so kaputt oder verdreckt, dass sie eklig waren. Als Apartment nicht nutzbar, da es kaum Geschirr/Besteck/ Töpfe gab. Und auch die waren ekelig. Duschwasser muss man eine gute Zeit vorher heiß machen, haben oft kalt geduscht, um nicht zu warten. Sauberkeit ist auch ein Fremdwort. Nicht zu empfehlen

Needs updating in general. Basic kitchen facilities.. ( only 1 mug & wine glass !)

Dark and dirty stairwell to access Loft apartment on 1st floor. No lift. Key very difficult to turn in lock. Beds hard. Towels grey.

Apartament był zlokalizowany w super miejscu, centrum Aten.

Niestety w mieszkaniu było brudno. Dostaliśmy poplamioną pościel, a pod prysznicem była pleśń i włosy poprzednich gości na ścianach. Do tego wszędzie kurz. Umywalka w toalecie połamana - z dziurą.

Tutto perfetto, posizione straordinaria, lo staff è sempre stato presente ad ogni messaggio. consigliatissimo

Da sistemare il bagno, abbiamo avuto dei contrattempi ma hanno cercato subito delle soluzioni per aiutarci

- die Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums mit den Ausgrabungsstätten und eines Szeneviertels mit etlichen Lokalen, Bars, sodass alle fußläufig erreichbar war - Frühstück war sehr gut in seiner Qualität und Menge - es war sehr geräumig

- Teile der Einrichtung waren beschädigt oder kaputt bspw. Das Waschbecken in dem einem Bad - aufgrund der Größe und begrenzten Heizkörper war es schwierig die Räumlichkeiten richtig zu temperieren

Monastraki meydana çok yakın. Karşı ara sokağında. Üç katlı her katında 1 oda olacak şekilde ufak bi yer. Üçüncü kat çatı katının bir kısmına ufacık bir oda yapılmış şekli. Ben orada kaldım. Zemin katta bir kafe var. Kahvaltılar orada veriliyor. Sanırım çevredeki bir çok otel orası ile anlaşmalı. Otelinizin ismini sorup ona göre menü getiriyorlar. Bu tesisin 4 ten seçmeli bir menüsü vardı. İş görür. Oda normal. Ne çok kötü ne çok iyi. Bu fiyata kalınır.

Gece 12 ye doğru giriş yapmak için geldim. Tabii çalışan kimse yok. Ana giriş kapısından verdikleri şifre ile giriş yapabildim. Üçüncü kata asansörsüz valizimle çıktım ve oda kapısının şifresi çalışmıyordu. Telefon ve mesaj ile tesise tabii ki ulaşamadım. Tekrar giriş kata indim. Orayı burayı kurcalarken bir anahtar dolabı buldum. İçerisinden anahtarları alıp tekrar üçüncü kata çıktım. Deneyerek oda kapısının anahtarını buldum ve odama girdim. Bu tip durumlara dikkat etmeleri lazım. En azından bu tip aksilikler için bilgi verebilirler anahtarların yeri hakkında. Başkası olsa bulamayabilirdi. Ve farklı bir otelde konaklamak zorunda kalırdı.

Sehr zentral. Kommunikation über E-Mail super. Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Abflug lagern. Nachts war es sehr kalt im Zimmer. Ein kleiner Heizlüfter war verfügbar. Auf Anfrage eine zweite Decke erhalten.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Ecken nicht mehr so schön und könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen. Aber für einen Wochenende völlig ok.

Emplacement stratégique pour visiter Athènes. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et dotée d'une douche généreuse. Un atout supplémentaire, l'immense terrasse. Il y a même une petite vue latérale très appréciable sur l'Acropole. Le potentiel pour un séjour prolongé est réel, d'autant plus que le petit déjeuner au Bruncher's est vraiment top dans un cadre très sympa.

L'expérience de sommeil a été spartiate : aucune couette n'était disponible, seulement un drap et un plaid léger. Même avec une climatisation réversible, le confort thermique nocturne n'est pas assuré pour ceux qui privilégient une chambre fraîche sous une protection adaptée. Par ailleurs, le chauffe-eau est peu pratique et l'entretien de l'entrée du bâtiment et des escaliers laissaient quelques peu à désirer lors de notre passage.

Moldy, garbage furniture, just a poor place to stay.

AC/ Heating not working, and we have an electricity issue; however, it was sorted within the day.

El alojamiento está súper bien ubicado está alado de la plaza de Monastiraki. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para estar un par de días visitando la ciudad. Nosotros lo cogimos con el desayuno incluido… y fue un SÚPER ACIERTO, LA GENTE SUPER AGRADABLE ☺️.

No ha nada que no me gustase del alojamiento…. Pero es raro lo de la ducha que no esté en el cuarto del baño y esté alado de la cama. Pero nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema, sino por una parte mejor.

La posizione era ottimale in uno dei quartieri più vivi della città, molto buona anche la colazione al bar di fronte, poca scelta ma veramente buona ed abbondante

Era un po’ freddina poiché il riscaldamento era effettuato con il condizionatore e vi era solo una coperta leggera

La posizione

Non c’è una reception, quindi o trovi la camera pronta o nessuno ti tiene i bagagli, al check out sei costretto a trovare un locker per i tuoi bagagli. La camera non era come nelle foto, i fili dalla stufetta e della tv riparati con il nastro isolante (non utilizzati per paura che prendessero fuoco), la stanza è proprio sopra al bar quindi si sente la musica per fortuna chiude alle 18 la sera, la mattina vieni però svegliato alle 7 con l’apertura della serranda e l’inizio dell’attività (quando la struttura ti obbliga all’orario del silenzio fino alle 8), la colazione si tiene al bar di fronte dove potrai scegliere una tra 5 portate già fatte (buone ma senza possibilità di variarle) acqua e una bevanda tra caffe e succo inclusa a persona.

Vicinanza al centro. Comodissimo Avevamo la camera in terrazza, bello.

Der Küchenbereich ist unsauber, schlecht eingerichtet. Es ist laut wegen der vielen Klimaanlagen ringsum. Das Badezimmer ist schlecht ausgestattet.

The room was round down and there was a constant mouldy smell

The location is excellent, across the road from monesteraki square. Great value for money especially as it includes breakfast. Can see the Acropolis from the balcony.

Having stayed during winter we would have liked an extra blanket for the bed.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mitten drin im Getümmel, umgeben von einer Vielzahl toller Lokale. Wir waren dort im Dezember, sprich man schläft ohnehin mit geschlossenen Fenstern, daher war es sehr ruhig. Mit offenen Fenster hört man deutlich die Klimaanlagen der umliegenden Gebäude, das ist wie andere bereits geschrieben haben sehr laut. Die Cooperation mit dem Frühstückslokal gegenüber ist eine tolle Alternative. Wir brauchten eine zusätzliche Decke, da es sehr frisch war. Wir haben die Hosts über booking kontaktiert und sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir eine Decke im Zimmer liegen. Täglich werden die Handtücher getaucht und das Bett gemacht. Das hätten wir bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt nicht gebraucht, aber ist eine nette Aufmerksamkeit. Die Dachterasse ist toll, man sieht von dort ums Eck sogar die Akropolis.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Möbel sind ziemlich runter gerockt. Und uns fehlte es auch an Basics. Im Bad konnte man zum Beispiel kein Handtuch aufhängen, da es keinen Hacken gab. Ich denke es bedarf nicht viel Arbeit und Geld um das Apartment wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen. Ich denke es wäre aufjedenfall eine tolle Unterkunft, wenn man sich dem annehmen würde.

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, und es liegt nicht direkt an der Straße daher auch ruhiger. Das Angebote für das Frühstück war super.

Da habe ich nichts. War alles gut.

La atención que recibimos. Nuestro apartamento se inundó por una tromba de agua y fuimos reubicadas a otro mejor sin más contratiempos.

Erg ruimtelijk, prima locatie, bijna dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken, hadden we niet verwacht.

helaas niet erg goed onderhouden, jammer..was ooit vast een geweldig mooi appartement. Geen deur in de tweede slaapkamer. Geen goede bedden, (maken enorm veel lawaai bij iedere draaiing van een persoon) omdat ze van hout zijn gemaakt. Keukenspullen waren rommelig, bijv. 2 soepkoppen voor 4-6 personen🧐, geen snijplank, geen goed werkend koffiezetapparaat.

Großzügiges Apartment in hervorragender zentraler Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unkomplizierter Check-in und schön, dass man das Frühstück mit organisiert hat.

Sehr zentral, falls man mit einem Mietwagen kommen würde und durch die zentrale Lage etwas unruhig.

Right in the heart of Monastraki area, all cafes restaurants shops in couple of steps. Apartment was clean and spacious, comfortable beds and pillows.

Expected at least some drinking water, tea and coffee in kitchen; this is a must in all similar accomadations. The drain in the shower tank was blocked, in addition there was no soap to wash your hands.

The location was spot on. Breakfast was wonderful. The beds very comfortable.

The kitchen needs some more essential items. Like a proper saucepan that wasn’t bowed in the middle and a pot that’s handle didn’t fall off. Plates that you could use for dinner. Not small bread plates.

Location was great and super close to the city centre, plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away, terrace was ideal for private outdoor space. Room was perfect for a few nights stay before our cruise from Piraeus.

We arrived in the middle of the night, signage for the property was limited, it wasn't obvious if we were staying in the apartments or the hotel side, after finding the right door and eventually looking at the top of the roof it was easy to get into the room

Perfekt läge i centrum, nära tunnelbana och sevärdheterna, men tyst område ändå, stort lägenhet ( vi hade luxury room) och bra liten balkong. Frukosten var gott med vänlig service.

The room is very spacious but basic. Would benefit from a bit of a refurb perhaps. Location is very central and great for getting around. The breakfast that was included from the cafe downstairs was amazing. The street was noisy early morning and late night.

Central lication, close to metro and shops. Wifi was good, breakfast excellent

Shower tray leaked. There was some dodgy looking wiring to the tv. Mugs, plates and cutlery could be more comprehensive

Key Locker war sehr komfortabel und praktisch. Die Lage ist ideal, könnte kaum besser sein und dennoch super ruhig. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und höflich.

Der Kühlschrank müsste erneuert werden (die Tür schloss nicht), eigene Waschmaschine wäre praktisch gewesen und das wlan hätte zum Arbeiten etwas stabiler sein dürfen.

The place was mold smelling and nothing worked. I was unable to stay there. I had to go to another hotel. I tried to contact the staff and I didn’t get a reply.
