As my wife and I gazed at the view from the balcony of the "Romantic Sweet" on a sunny morning, hearing nothing but the distant bark of a dog, it felt like nothing could be better. Palazzo Pascal is in a truly wonderful location, away from the bustle of Amalfi—close by, yet far enough away. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were truly friendly and service-minded. The view also from the breakfast room was magnificent; we could have sat there forever. The staff were incredible. Thank you, Lidia and your team; you made our holiday deeply moving and unforgettable.

I can't think of anything that could be better. Jus nothing.

Everything! The location had perfect views of the coast and the hills. The staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. The room had everything we needed and more.

Stunning view, incredible service from all staff. Lovely accommodating breakfast and exceptional dinner service at Gli Ulivi. Lovely to see the lemon groves, vineyards, vegetable garden and herbarium all on site. It was nice to have free parking in Scala but availability wasn't always nearby. Superb quiet location away from the bustle of the busier towns but all easily accessible by road.

Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend for all (be prepared to climb steps to access the hotel and also to get around the various levels). Potentially, reserved parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel could be added if possible to avoid long uphill walks.

The views are excellent, and the breakfast is brilliant - especially the food that is grown in their garden. They offered some really kind touches (card and gift) which make a big difference to the experience.

The property is in an inaccessible area, unless you have access to a vehicle (taxi or your own car). Public transport to the accomodation isn’t reliable and the taxi costs (€75 for 20 mins). They have a beautiful pool and hot tub, however both are closed at 6pm, meaning if you return from your day out you cannot have a swim. They both only open at 12pm too so you cannot swim before or after breakfast. The room did not live up to the beauty of the rest of the property.

The property itself is beautiful. We had 3 rooms in fact, all suites and they were of good quality if slightly on the small side. Front desk, concierge and one of the restaurant staff (apologies, I forgot his name) were most helpful - really very good.

A major flaw is the restaurant. We dined here on the first night and it was actually very, very poor. Really not good. A rather limited menu, unseasoned food on the expensive side even for this coastline and simple dishes which were not cooked properly. This continued into breakfast - The orange juice (Michelin Key hotel remember), was not freshly squeezed. It was out of a carton. I ordered 3 eggs on the first breakfast and they were somehow burned. Another of the staff (male) never talked and was actually rude, just placing food down without saying anything. Staff were being trained on the go, the poolside service was non-existent and we literally had to keep asking for towels whenever we arrived. The staff down by the pool and most in the restaurant really were of a 2* standard. This needs major, major refinement. Another odd touch was when we asked for a taxi into Ravello (well worth the visit). It dropped us off at a location where we were actually greeted by the hotel owner who offered us a tour (of his own shop). I think this is a bit cheeky as we were not told in advance. The hotel needs a complimentary shuttle or similar to nearby Ravello. The short drive costs 50 Euros one way for a larger party which is insane.

Lage ist einmalig mit einem faszinierenden Meerblick (je nach Zimmer) und einer tollen, gepflegten Anlage. Das Essen war bestimmt Spitzenklasse, konnte von uns aber nicht entsprechend gewürdigt werden - so was sind unsere Gaumen nicht gewohnt :-)

시설, 서비스, 친절함, 청결도, 편한함 등 모든게 완벽하였습니다. 24시간 필요한 서비스를 제공해주었고 무엇보다도 인상적인 경관을 가지고 있었습니다. 맞은편 동네(라벨로)에 있는 세라믹 공예품 또한 너무 인상 깊었습니다! 직접 키운 허브와 토마토 등 야채들은 정말 기억에 두고두고 남을 것 같습니다. 최고의 휴가를 보내고 갑니다.

다른 식당, 편의시설을 이용하기 위해선 20분정도 걸어야합니다. (편도)

Disponibilidade do staff em ajudar em tudo o que precisássemos na nossa estadia, à parte da o hotel, ou seja, para os programas fora do hotel ajudavam com tudo. Davam sugestões, chamavam táxis para sítios onde estávamos que nem era o hotel, etc. absolutamente inscansaveis.

A única coisa a relatar foi o pequeno almoço. Tenho duas coisas a dizer: variedade e quantidade de produto exposto, havia pouco pão, muitas vezes não havia sequer durante algum tempo, as bebidas demoravam, a oferta era de facto um pouco curta. O chão do restaurante do pequeno almoço era relva sintética, o que não faz jus a um hotel deste nível.

Absolutely stunning views and beautiful pool area! Loved the location overlooking Ravello. Staff was so friendly and even let me pick my very own Amalfi lemon in their lovely garden. The pool bar is also very pretty. Breakfast was great with many different options.

There was a whole bottle of sparkling wine in our room even though they knew that I was pregnant and we were on our baby moon. It seemed a little inconsiderate as my partner would obviously not finish an entire bottle alone, staying just one night. It would have been such a nice touch to put a bottle of alcohol-free wine instead, which they did have in their restaurant. The restaurant staff was so super friendly and accommodating, but we weren't impressed by the food itself.

Hospitality was unsurpassed. The view of Ravello and the Amalfi Coast was breathtaking. The rooms are outfitted gorgeous ceramic tile. Meals were amazing. We hosted a wedding that went flawlessly.

Palazzo Pascal was a great experience and first and foremost because of the superb service from all, and I mean all, staff. the room was comfortable and we had a great view across the valley to Ravello which was about a 5 minute scooter or car ride away. The facilities were equally lovely and the breakfast was spot on. We had dinner at the restaurant also and had a great meal.

Prachtig gelegen met een adembenemend uitzicht. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer met fijn klein balkon en erg schoon. Comfortable bedden en heerlijk ruikende zeepjes. Glutenvrije opties voor ontbijt en genoeg opties in de buurt voor lekkere restaurants (naast het restaurant in het hotel zelf)

Vanwege de vele trappen rondom de accommodatie moet je wel goed te been zijn.

Hotel seht empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

O Palazzo Pascal é um dos melhores hotéis em que já ficamos. Viajei com a minha mulher desde Portugal e infelizmente apenas ficamos uma noite, porque se pudéssemos teríamos ficado muitas mais. Começou com uma receção muito atenciosa, mesmo ainda antes de chegarmos, uma vez que a Flora nos foi ajudando e dando indicações relativamente à melhor forma de chegar ao hotel e de estacionarmos o carro - a simpatia de todo o staff manteve-se durante toda a nossa estadia. Uma vez chegando ao quarto, deparamo-nos com mobiliário moderno, muito limpo e confortável. Reservamos um quarto com Partial Sea View e efetivamente foi isso que tivemos, mas com um terraço enorme equipado com cadeiras e mesa. A piscina e a decoração global do hotel são lindas e as vistas ainda mais bonitas são. No Palazzo Pascal podem encontrar uma experiência 5 estrelas inserida no meio da natureza e com detalhes rústicos que tornam a estadia ainda mais inesquecível. No final, ainda visitamos a loja de cerâmica do dono que nos ofereceu um desconto na loiça que decidimos comprar para casa. Recomendo a experiência a toda a gente, pois foi uma das que mais apreciamos em toda a nossa viagem.

The organic garden, pool, views, hot tub, the room with the terrace, friendly staff. This was such a special stay for us having got married next door at the church. We will definitely come back here for an anniversary. Also the breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel.

Access to the hotel is not down some uneven steps. Might be an issue for people with mobility problems.

Lovely hotel which was definitely luxury. The views were stunning and the whole surroundings were relaxing and tranquil. Rooms have balcony’s/terrace looking out to Ravello and it’s stunning scenery. The pool area is really quaint with a good number of sunbeds and parasols for the guests. The customer service was outstanding. All the staff were highly attentive wanting to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was the best and most friendly customer service we had on the Amalfi coast. We did the wine tasting experience which was excellent, the newly renovated wine cellar is lovely and with all the food pricing and personable experience it was thoroughly enjoyable. The views from the restaurant are beautiful and a perfect setting for breakfast. It was a lovely relaxing and luxury end to our trip.

There wasn’t anything major at all just maybe a few more options at the pool bar for lunch would have been nice as well as being able to self serve your own eggs in the morning and have them already cooked up. Otherwise I can’t fault a thing

Vue exceptionnelle sur Ravello depuis les hauteurs de Scala (chambres de la dépendance). Toutes les parties communes de l'hôtel offrent une super vue (piscine, restaurant). Petits déjs et diners excellents à base de produits locaux. Un mention spéciale pour le personnel de l'hôtel, de très grands professionnels charmants et aux petits soins. Jusque dans nos désagréments du départ avec un accident de voiture. Ils nous ont soutenu sur toute la procédure (appel au dépanneur, constat, mise en place taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport). Un vrai soulagement dans un moment très délicat à gérer.

The level of hospitality here is simply unmatched. The staff are not only professional and attentive but also genuinely thoughtful, often surprising us with small, personalized gifts and gestures throughout our stay—whether it was a hand-written note, fresh fruit, or a sweet local treat left in our room. These little touches made us feel incredibly special and taken care of. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. Set in the peaceful town of Scala, it offers spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast without the crowds of nearby Ravello. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge between wedding events and sightseeing. We appreciated being slightly removed from the tourist bustle—Scala offers serenity, authenticity, and charm. Our room was newly renovated, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, blending modern comfort with classic Italian elegance. Everything from the linens to the lighting felt intentionally curated. The common areas of the hotel—like the gardens, terraces, and pool—are equally stunning and well-maintained. Every meal we had on-site was fantastic, made with fresh local ingredients and served with such care. You can feel how much pride the team takes in creating an unforgettable experience for their guests. This was honestly one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had and it really is a hidden gem in the Amalfi Coast! We left feeling grateful, relaxed, and already dreaming about our return. Grazie mille to the entire team at Palazzo Pascal for making our stay so magical—you made us feel right at home, and we can’t wait to come back.

This Hotel is set into the hills and in a pedestrian area. The staff were quick to arrive where we parked and moved our luggage to the hotel, the views are incredible and the rooms lovely and clean, the staff cannot do enough to help make your stay delightful and the food in the restaurant is delicious.

This hotel does not have a carpark so if you are arriving by car, be aware that you will park on the road in allocated spaces. The Hotel makes you aware of this and is there to help, this is common of all the Hotels in the area as they are set in the hills.

It was all amazing! Courtius was polite, helpful, and kind—what more could you ask for? Our stay was wonderful, super clean, and so welcoming, with great restaurants. And I also want to give a shout-out to Lidia, Flora, Jennifer, Melania, Maddalena, Carlo, Nicola, and Mattia—they were all fantastic. The owner should be so proud of their amazing staff.

Beautiful views

The hotel is really nice, Located at Scala which is 15 minutes away by a taxi or a bike to Amalfi beaches and center. You can still go down the hell with your feet but it will be a 30 minutes stairs journey. Food, Facilities and staff were excellent.
