Staff is very honest. After check out, I missed my hand bag with money, and they called me several time to return my bag. I found every thing as it is in my bag. They are very honest.

Air conditioning is window structure with a little bit noisy.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité des interactions avec le personnel. L’équipe était très respectueuse, aimable et attentionnée. L’hôtel est également bien situé, dans un quartier calme, tout en étant entouré de petits commerces très pratiques. On trouve notamment un mini marcket, un fast-food juste en face, ainsi qu’une pharmacie au coin de la rue suivante. Pour les personnes disposant d’un petit budget, je pense que cet établissement peut être une bonne option. Certaines chambres sont toutefois plus agréables et spacieuses que d’autres. À notre arrivée, nous avons d’ailleurs demandé à changer de chambre triple, et la seconde nous convenait beaucoup mieux. La climatisation fonctionnait également très bien.

Les réfrigérateurs mériteraient d’être rénovés ou remplacés afin d’être plus agréables visuellement. Cela dit, malgré l’aspect un peu ancien de certains équipements, ils fonctionnaient bien. 😊 Nous aurions également apprécié des serviettes de plus grande taille, ainsi qu’une petite serpillière ou un tapis absorbant pour sécher le sol après la douche. Les douches étant assez petites, de l’eau se retrouvait facilement sur le sol de la salle de bain après utilisation. On aurait apprécié avoir le wifi dans la chambre aussi.

Бронируя "двушку" в старом городе, мы не ждали "пятерки" с all inclusive. Чего мы хотели за небольшие деньги - мы получили: чистые номера, вежливые, приветливые и при этом абсолютно ненавязчивые ресепшионисты. В первую ночь в одном из номеров плохо работал кондиционер - нас моментально переселили, а в том номере кондиционер практически сразу тоже заменили. Туалет и душ - да, скромно, но чисто, а что еще нужно? Уборка по требованию, качественная. В отеле есть ресторан, мы не пользовались, потому что открыли в соседнем здании ресторан Cacaa и ходили только туда. Поэтому о ресторане отеля ничего сказать не могу. Расположение отличное, море видно из окон на лестнице, до пляжа близко, все магазины рядом.

Единственный минус - вай-фай есть только на первом этаже в холле.

The owner was very kind. He welcomed us warmly and made sure the air conditioning was working properly, or he would have changed our room on his own initiative.

I couldn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes I want to call the reception but the phone was out of order The sound of the Air conditioner was very loud The Room does not have balcony I will not come back

Die Illusion in Luxor bei Agatha christie zu gastieren, wunderbar hergerichtet, simbl,sauber sehr gemütlich, Zimmer süss, Habibis alle nett, begrüßt wurde ich von einer baby Katze, in die ich mich gleich verliebt hatte. Ich komme wieder nähe sharazad Cafe, nähe Christian Church, eine tolle Ecke von Hurghada El Dahar

Eigentlich alles ok, Wasserdruck könnte ,aber kein Muss, etwas mehr sein, aber kaum der Rede wert

Propreté poussiéreux bruyant . J’ai pris cet hôtel car j’arrivais tard la nuit à 3h mais franchement bof trop poussiéreux mon fils a fait une allergie.

Приехали соседи ночи, нужно было где-то разместиться, думали, что будет проблема, что все спят и будем стоять у дверей. Все отлично, нас встретили, разместили, потом утром предложили завтрак. Завтрак был европейский на уровне, наелись, и сыр и джем и яйца и йогурт, я даже немного удивился сколько всего принесли и потом кофе и чай. В общем все понравилось, персонал очень старался, хорошее соотношение цена и качество. Особенно нас сильно выручили с ночевкой среди ночи

Может быть не проводить уборку соседних номеров утром, шумновато было

Lovely reception area,nice staff. We stayed longer than the one day. Enjoyed the area, the setting as in lounge area,cafe seating,a lift to floors,tiled floors. Fridge in room, Room air cond. A pleasant stay here ☺️

Hard pillow, but no other complaints 😜 Could do with coffee,tea complementary as there is an outdoor area to boil water but no clean cups or tea coffee sugar there just empty jars.

The hotel is located in a very Bad neighbor. The staff tried to charge me more than it was supposed to be. The room was dirt, and very old. A lot of things were broken. I do not recommends this hotel.

Réceptionniste non aimable, chambre non conforme au photos et dans un etat de propreté mediocre.. la douche etait bouché et tres sale, pas de papier toilette, les serviette et draps etaient salent egalement. De plus, les prises électriques sont pour la plus part cassé et font des etincelles lorsque l'ont branche quelque chose.

The rooms were filthy and dusty, the bedding wasn’t clean and the bathroom window was broken, the actual glass, the wind was blowing through.

Central location, close to many shops, the beach and the staff is really good. Had great conversations with them. The price for the room is quite cheap.

The rooms are not smoke-free, so you can smell when a neighbour room smokes.

Since I stayed here before the fact that I booked again with these guys speaks for itself: I was happy with service and what I got for my buck. A pleasant surprise was to find that they managed to put in place a digital satellite television which means that image was clear , and yes, there are some english speaking broadcasts on Nile Sat too. Staff was kind and helpful. And yes , now they can arrange excursions or daily diving trips at a reasonable price.

Well , since it is a budget boutique hotel you don't have to demand too much. One thing I would suggest would be enhancing the WiFi coverage beyond the hotel's lobby to all areas and to all floors. Also , more english , german or french speaking TV channels would be welcome.

Lying staff , before i paid i asked if theres wifi receptionist said yeah there is once i paid , got in room i asked him for wifi password he said sorry i forgot to tell you wifi is only downstairs at reception lol ok … then turned out they had no water i was all soapy in the morning couldnt wash soap off good thing i had water bottle and i could wash soap off my face loool, bad experience oh after all that they trying to tell booking.com that i never checked in so they can charge me double in hotel in cash i paid and from booking.com card payment for booking and not staying !

The staff made you feel very much at home I like the outdoor patio and the rooftop deck you can see the red from the rooftop deck.

Very dirty and very bas rooms. If you come to hurgada, this is not to place to stay. Room almost never cleaned, and only thing bed sheets changed, however a lot of hairs in the bed. I booked 7 rooms, and each of them worse than others. Do not waste your money and waste your holiday.

Not clean at all the room was not ready although i checked at 2 Am and i called them to confirm the check in time and i had to wait until the room is ready No wifi inside the room

Shower was broken and air conditioner is just make hot air and very noisy it’s an impossible to sleep there really and there is noisy even u closed window

The worst experience i have had

After a 4 day stay I had scheduled a liveaboard trip and booked this same accommodation on my pre-flight night back to home because they were fulfilling their promises. Moreover , while away on the sea for a week they agreed to keep in their safety room one of my bags with my spare stuff and clothes for free.

It's a nice hotel in this price with a very good location. You can access beach and other markets and restaurants very easily. Most importantly the staff especially Mr. Mohamed is very helpful.
