Smelled like mold, mold in bathroom

Fairly quiet. Clean. Satff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Only issue was site says on-site laundry but there wasn't. We got direct to a laundry matt wich was a bit of an inconvenience after a long day of travel

The beds were comfortable and the location was fairly close to the airport.

Thermostat/room was up to 90 degrees. The only window to open was very tiny and didn't cool the room all night. I turned the thermostat down to low, but it must have been stuck open at 90 degrees as it was pulled away from the wall.

I don't hat a Berkfast until now because I didn't know you offered a Berkfast every morning?

The beds were very uncomfortable. The coffee in the room was very strong in the breakfast that they provided wasn’t up to par and a lot of traffic in and out of the hotel at night.

The shower pressure was very poor however, there was plenty of hot water. They need new beds and the room was very cramped with three people.

The staff were all so nice.

The bugs in the lights, the spots on the sheets, the toilet and tub were gross and there was a big bug on my bed the one might.

Terrible experience. From check in to check out. Full sized appliances in the room. More caters to workers than business travellers. No decent breakfast. Starbucks is across the street. Took a double deposit on my credit card. Will not be back.

The staff was really friendly. Location was great for work, as well as the price for my stay. I didn't need much from the cleaning staff, I bring my own everything, but they did a great job with trash and tidying my room.

The kitchenette was ideal for my stay, but the cookware was in dire need of replacing. I bought new stuff while I was there. The futon was also broken so I had to use a lawn chair!

Walking distance to shopping centre. Rooms were quiet and more cost effective than neighboring hotels. Much cleaner than a different motel by the prairie mall.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. Prior to arrival, I called the front desk and was clearly informed that I would be able to store my luggage for a few hours after check-out. Based on that assurance, I planned my stay accordingly. However, upon check-out, the front desk associate, Alana, refused to allow us to store our bags. She repeatedly questioned who had given us that information instead of addressing the situation professionally. Her tone was rude, and when we tried to ask a few questions, she ignored us and continued working on her computer, which felt very disrespectful. Eventually, she contacted her manager, Chelse, who initially also denied the request. After further discussion, we were told we could leave our bags in the front area but entirely at our own risk. While I understand liability policies, it was unclear why a safer, more appropriate space could not be offered. What was most disappointing was the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Despite multiple requests, no manager came to speak with us. To make matters worse, while we were still present, the associate appeared to speak negatively about us over the phone with a manager, which was extremely unprofessional. The only reason we booked another night at this hotel was because we had important work to attend to and needed a place to store our luggage. This experience completely undermined that. I have stayed at other Days Inn locations before and never encountered such behavior. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not consider booking with Wyndham again.

I wish there had been a comfortable chair in the room, it was either lay on the bed or slump in a worn desk chair Breakfast provided, only packaged sweet bakery stuff, yogurt and juice. Pretty average continental breakfast

I had a great experience staying at the Howard Johnson. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with anything needed. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in keeping the property in shape although older and providing excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

Good hot water, lots of water pressure. Great location, quite area. A few breakfast snacks and pasties, very nice staff, coffee was fresh and hot. Nice sized fridge with good sized freezer. Parking area was good and vehicles where right outside room door,we stayed 3 days.

Beds where very old, very few plug-ins for electronics, computer,phones,lap tops, Floors on one end of room where on a very bad angle...foundation must have had bad footings. So bad we had to turn around in our beds ,as blood rushed to our heads. Room had issue with oversized rolling chair with arms on chair would not fit under desk and stick out so much you had just over 12 " to walk by bed, had no room to pass chair, needed to move chair up against exit door to pass desk to use the washroom. I had stay at motel 2 months ealier and had no issues in a different room closer to the main street.

It was clean and had everything needed to live. Nice and quiet. No WIFI so had to move out early as needed that for my business.

Property in need of an upgrade

Friendly staff, basic grab and go breakfast, accross from a great shopping plaza, excellent location, clean, quiet.

Room was srinky and damp. No coffee in the room. Floors were dirty, my feet were black. Beware they charge $50 extra for any dirty dishes. The sign was tucked behind the microwave. For the price i felt it was unexpectable.

I did my check in online and it was very simple! When I went in, I just had to verify my ID and I was good to go. I have a cane and the lady helped me carry my bag to my room. Super kind staff and a clean room!

Smell of the room when you get in is unpleasant. Towels and bathrooms are dirty. Coffee maker is not working. You have to ask to refill the muffins in the breakfast table.

Allen their front desk is really helpful and very much accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and the experience was good. Location is just along the main highway and near restaurants and shops.

Don't stay here, parking lot was horrendous if on a motorcycle, communication difficulties with the person who checked us in, breakfast area not in use, room didn't have side table lamps, didn't have a fridge but had a microwave? Bed was not comfortable (old maybe I suspect) pillows were flat and lumpy, needed repairs in the bathroom, no coffee machine in the rooms or at the front desk we had to walk in the rain to the nearest gas station to get coffee and ice!! Definitely wouldn't stay again and strongly recommend people just pass this place up. Definitely not up to the usual Wyndham standard. Only good part was the Italian restaurant across the road!

My bed when I pulled back comforter had crumbs in thr bed the pic on here is nothing what the room looks like. It was like a jail cell. The seat on toilet was pretty much off it was absolute horrible. Do not stay here.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The property was conveniently located and close to shopping & restaurants. The room was a little worn down. The sheets did not fit the beds. The grout around the shower was coming off. The satellite tv kept disconnecting. If you just need a place to sleep then it’s a good spot, however a little overpriced for the conditions.

At check-in when we showed up, we waited in the lobby for 10+ minutes while no staff was present. We tried calling the front desk and no answer. Finally a gentleman showed up and was wanting to take a copy of every person in our party’s ID, which I had never seen before at any hotel I have stayed at. The room was dirty. The floor had very clearly not been cleaned.

Quiet place to stay.

This property served its purpose but was run down, the bathroom had rust stains and water damage, desk was well used and the chair was awful. But we were able to sleep and I guess that was what was needed.

This room had holes in the curtains. Toilet seat broken. Beds so uncomfortable and lumpy. TV was the size of a computer monitor. Needs to be updated desperately. Disgusting

The lady who checked me in, Dik something, was amazing!! I forgot to book a pet friendly room, upon check in she upgraded me for no extra cost. She was helpful, respectful and understanding. The rooms are way nicer than I remember. Parking still stinks but it’s an older motel. AMAZING beds and comfortable. Will come back :)

Very comfortable bed, extremely hot water with the best water pressure, nice laminate flooring, large room. No gross carpet, very friendly staff. I left my door open while eating one night and the staff member came to check I was ok, that I hadn't left my door open by mistake. I thought that was very kind.

Place not as described in the website. Very dated and holes in walls. 1 bed was not made and had to ask staff to finish making. Went to have breakfast at 0830 and doors locked. Called the number on the door and went to voicemail. I called 2 hours later and person who answered just said hi. I had to ask if this was the hotel. Front staff friendly though. Would not stay here again.

Good value for money in GP, I stay here often. comfortable bed, Can get noisy on weekend nights.
