I asked for a late check out since I got there at 10 at night and the lady at night said it was okay but we got a call in the morning and that lady said it was not okay

Staff always friendly and ready to help. Rooms are clean. This was my 3rd stay great value for your money. The rooms have been renovated. The outside not so great but your not sleeping out there.

The room was very clean and had been renovated within the last year or two.

Room was clean, so was the bathroom, good shower, staff were great. Building and parking lot show there age, area is adjacent to main thoroughfare.

Exterior was dirty and a bit broken down, some duct tape in places so initially concerned, but interior good and very helpful staff.

The room is renovated and really nice and staff were great. I spent the night there and will be back next Friday. Boston Pizza is across the street and some shopping as well. It is a great place for the price.

Parking lot had lots of pot holes. Outside of buying needs to be updated. However you are not sleeping outside. The mai. Part of the room has no over head light

1 hour after i booked i got a call saying they were closing and were asking if i was coming if not they were going to cancel It was 10pm........lol What hotel closes their office at 10pm in a city center and threatens client to cancel the booking ?......

Very clean, nicely renovated, and a large fridge.

You can hear almost everyone talking outside all the time. Also, there is a lot of equipment humming noises.

The location was perfect, very easy to find, and close to every type of shopping. Clean and comfortable, with an adequately stocked kitchenette, it met my every need. All who worked there were cheerful.

I had trouble connecting to the wifi. But to be fair, I didn't bring it to anyone's attention and just used my phone as a Hotspot instead. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

I stay @ wesport when i travel the grande prairie.

My wifi for the tv was out. I couldnt watch anything 2 2 nights.

The room has no heat. The staff said heaters would be provided, but I never got one. The room was freezing

The family room was nice and big.

Beds - All doubles. One should be queen or king then two doubles. Other than that, it is a great room.

This was my second stay at this property. I especially like the walk-in shower with the double glass doors and the abundance of hot water!

I liked Sophie at the front desk, such a joy to see when you arrive for the quaint little breakfast they provide at the front desk .

The beds are a bit small, but comfy . I didn't like that there's a no pet policy as we have a good boy that we travel with .

room was small, no sink in bathroom had to go beside kitchen to wash hand and morning rituals room was comfortable parking was different there was construction going on and a pallet of roofing paper was in way to room

The front desk staff was very welcoming. The inn was clean. There was not a suitable lock on the door to make me feel safe.

Cheap looking place probably wouldn’t book it in my right mind but exceptionally clean mostly nice staff. The cleaning ladies were amazing. The facility from the outside looks pretty muggy, but it is very very clean and very very comfortable. New new renovated inside and it’s great. It was a good day.

This place doesn’t disappoint. It looks weird from the other side. It’s super clean on the inside very friendly cleaning staff the office staff could use some customer service training other than that that place is OK

We have stayed here before and found it very pleasurable, this go around we where very disappointed, even though we were put in a newly renovated room , the rooms on both side and exactly above where being worked on and couldnt even hear our tv because of the constant drilling and hammering going on ... never mind the creepy old guys always looking in the windows everytime they walked by., and to top it all off ive never had such an attitude from the little front desk girl with glasses working day shift .. all though the room was super clean, the room we asbwe stayed in thatbone before was not promitted and was not occupied either . So needless to say i would rate thisbabhard 2 outta 10 for this go round

I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the location as it was close to everything - Costco, Walmart, restaurants and the Bear Creek Festival grounds. Having access to a decent sized fridge with a freezer was very helpful for me to be able to keep my food frozen for transporting for the 7 hour drive back home. I would stay here again.

I've been living at the Westport Inn for about six weeks now and it is absolutely amazing. All the staff are kind and considerate and I feel safe. I can honestly say that all of the staff here are close friends of mine now. I definitely recommend staying here.

Best Quality room for the price. The outside looks old, but the rooms are newly renovated, and its one of, if not the cheapest places to stay in grande prarie. Staff is all nice. Been here almost a month now.

Multiple nights of no tv and no phone service. Sounds like the phone is being listened to when you pick it up. Dialing does nothing. Room being changed after a week.

Me and my family spent the night in this hotel and we were very impressed on how spacious and clean the room is. It is also newly renovated with brand new furnitures and kitchen appliances which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I like how wide the kitchen countertop is, it definitely gave me a lot of room to wash and sterilize my baby's bottles. We arrived really late, good thing that this hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city where restaurants and shopping is just across the street. We just crossed the road to have supper and walk over to Mcdonalds to have breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great stay. We will definitely be back.

No toilet paper refill is available during our last stay (2 nights stay). The table is too small for a couple to dine together. Maybe add an extra stool so we can use the desk as a table.

The television doesnt work and been reported multiple times. Yet they still charge full price.

Sink tap broken. WiFi didn’t work. Hard to see why mngmt took $100 damage deposit; maybe because of the oilfield workers who were here and started noisy truckers at 4:30 am.

Expectations weren’t high upon pulling onto the property. However the staff was friendly and the room was great! Modern updates, comfortable beds and it was clean. Would definitely come back and recommend to others

The property was alright for a motel and the desk clerk was very gracious especially when I arrived late at 10:30 pm. Unfortunately the room floor was dirty as was the bathroom’s and shower. There was also hair on the wall and floor under the towel rack. The beds seemed fine but upon pulling the sheets saw yellow stains and what looked like debris from dirty feet or flakey skin. Did not stay and moved to another hotel.

The motel itself was fine. However, a car alarm went off repeatedly from midnight until 3 am. The vehicle was parked directly outside my room. It was impossible to sleep. Several guests were outside trying to figure out what to do.I understand that it's not the motel's fault that this happened but there was no one around to deal with the situation, which left most of the hotel guests wide awake from midnight until 3 am.
