Il personale che serve la colazione. Stavo poco bene con lo stomaco non potevo fare colazione ho preso un cornetto da portare in camera e la signora mi ha vietato di farlo. Inoltre il bagno aveva la doccia molto sporca.

L’habitació donava al carrer on hi ha un bar/restaurant. Les 3 nits hem tingut una persona beguda cridant fins a altes hores de la nit. La mida de l’habitació es podria millorar

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Recibí un trato por parte de todo el personal, excepcional, todas mis necesidades fueron atendidas y resueltas. El hotel cuenta con una muy buena ubicación en el centro de Túnez. Además ofrece un desayuno muy completo. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y no se escucha el ruido de afuera. Completamente recomiendo el hotel y el increíble personal, + uno de los muchachos Ouael habla 100% español. Pura vida! 😁 I received exceptional service from the entire staff; all my needs were met and resolved. The hotel is very well located in the center of Tunis. It also offers a very comprehensive breakfast. The facilities are well-maintained, and there is no outside noise. I highly recommend the hotel and its incredible staff.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéale car il se situe en plein cœur du centre ville et de l'avenue Habib bourguiba les centres d'intérêts médina casbah etc... Sont à proximité de cet hôtel par contre le petit déjeuner est limite limite le menu est trop simple doit être amélioré
J'ai réservé une mini suite la literie est un peu raide manque de souplesse

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo di questa struttura collocata in zona centrale vicino da attrazioni, mercati, ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto. Colazione non particolarmente ricca ma soddisfacente.
Il fatto non esistesse un area comune per poter studiare o consumare un pasto, non essendoci un bar o dei distributori automatici. Inoltre lamento il fatto aver passato una notte da incubo quando appena arrivato mi è stata assegnata una stanza fumatori per un errore di comunicazione. Errore corretto il giorno dopo cambiando appunto stanza. Mi sarei aspettato maggiori amenities in bagno ed un minifrigo.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Hôtel bien situé dans Tunis. Proche des principaux lieux d'intérêt. Le personnel est au petit soin et très réactif, ils m'ont vraiment bien aidé et conseillé durant mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était bon, copieux et avec du choix. La chambre était propre.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on se fait facilement réveiller par les bruits.

The location is great if you are looking to be close to the old town, but still have easy access to transportation to other parts of the capital. The breakfast is decent and has good options.

ポットがなかったので、コーヒーなどは飲めませんでした。シャワーのお湯が出るまでとても時間がかかりました。もう出ないのかなと思うほどでした。

Il a fallu téléphoner pour confirmation réservation pour 4 nuits et emplacement parking (disponibilité peu évidente). Pas de réponses à nos messages internet via site web ou booking com.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Très bon hotel, lit confortable, salle de bain irréprochable, petit frigo dans la chambre. Les gens à l'accueil sont très souriants et sympas. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner a un bon choix, entre salé et sucré, des croissants, yaourts, mais aussi des plats locaux. L'emplacement central est parfait, entre la gare (train/métro), la médina et le TGM pour Carthage.
Tous petits bémols : pas de coffre-fort dans la chambre (mais l'hotel est bien sécurisé), et la ventilation de la salle de bain est un peu bruyante (mais on l'éteint en sortant de la sdb).
