Waren er voor de tweede keer na 8 jaar. Onze keuze was gebaseerd op de goede locatie maar het kleine resort kan na al die jaren een grondige opfrisbeurt gebruiken.

Er is een overrompeling van Russische toeristen en hun aanwezigheid gaat niet onopgemerkt voorbij. Alle locaties ondergaan de “ invasie “. Daardoor chaos bij het ontbijt. Overal Russische opschriften, de lokale sfeer gaat verloren.

Great pool area and location.

Thin walls between rooms but that's pretty much standard in Vietnam. Check in 3.30pm even though check in was meant to be at 2. Realise it was a busy time though.

This was our second stay at this resort (the first time was back in 2018), and once again we were very satisfied. Everything was well organized from the beginning — a warm welcome and smooth check-in. We stayed in a family bungalow, which is an excellent option for a family with two children: spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily (the only minor note is that bed linen was changed upon request, which was not an issue for us). The hotel has a clean swimming pool with a separate area for children. Breakfasts were tasty. We would also like to highlight the on-site cafe, which serves delicious pizza. The beach is about a 7–10 minute walk away, and there are many great cafes near the resort.

Härligt prisvärt boende med gångavstånd till butiker, restauranger & strand. Trevlig & tillmötesgående personal. Lummig trädgård & mysigt litet poolområde. Enkla men trevliga rum/bungalows.

Lite bristfällig städning tyvärr. Fick vid några tillfällen leta upp personal för att de inte tvättat handdukar på flera dagar, missat att lämna nya, missat att fylla på toalettpapper osv. I övrigt helt okej!

Friendly staff and buffet breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and quiet. This hotel is in a great location to access beach and other parts of the island. It is in a quiet more authentic part of Phu quoc which we loved.

Cleaning of the rooms lacked detail.

Wspaniały personel, bardzo pomocny Wygodne łóżka, odpowiedni wyniarami pokojuj codziennie sprzatny, piękny ogród, fajny basenik. Lokalizacja okazała się najlepsza. Hotelik jest w bocznej uliczce. Wieczorem można posiedzieć na drineczku w restauracji po wyczerpujący, pełnym atrakcji dniu. Spacerkiem do pięknej choć nie dużej plaży. Wokół mnóstwo knajp, salonów masażu. Dobre sniadanie w formie bufetu. Idealne na rozpoczęcie dnia. Było wspaniale

Het zwembad is erg fijn ook voor kinderen met hogere en lagere gedeelte.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Wij vinden de kamer duur voor de kwaliteit. De douche geeft onvoldoende water. Het beddengoed lag los op het bed. Het personeel spreekt amper Engels wat communiceren erg lastig maakt. Het ontbijt is prima maar regelmatig vonden we haren in het eten. Bij aankomst hadden we een lekkage in onze kamer en konden pas de volgende dag naar een andere.

Pool needed a little bit of a clean.

Отель хороший, завтраки вкусные, в номерах чисто, в некоторых номерах были очень жесткие матрасы как будто просто на доски простынь🤣 у меня в номере наоборот очень мягкий и все время съезжал наматрасник и простыни, брали 4 номера ездили с друзьями и детьми! Бассейн хороший! Рядом с отелем есть несколько супермаркетов и кафе, очень спокойный район, до остановки бесплатного автобуса 15 минут пешком!

Отель находится долеко от центра, на такси ехать минут 30, море которое рядом без берега!!! Камни огромные! До пляжа где песок по берегу и камням идти 10-20 минут!

On site restaurant had good kids food

We arrived and were checked in and paid before being told the resort was overbooked & we had to go over the road for the night to a lesser accom they had “rebooked” us into while still taking payment for La Casa. We objected to not being told about the overbooking before we checked in. As a result I had to argue for a refund which was done in cash despite me paying by card, I wanted a refund on my card to be able to show bookings.com what had happened. I took the cash and promptly moved our entire group to a new resort. Their staff attitude regarding the overbooking was deceitful and deceptive. We ended up paying more for our new accommodation. The pictures online do not represent the accommodation at its current state. The bungalow bathroom had an outdoor bathroom area devoid of plants- dirt that the toddlers kept playing in and a resident mouse, frogs & lizards. Not the “tropical” experience I had expected.

주변이 조용하고 주변가게들 가성비가 좋다

비가와서 습할수도 있지만 숙소자체에 곰팡이냄새 비슷한 습한냄새가 너무 심했다 전체적으로 환기가 잘 안되고 조식에 나오는 쌀국수면은 먹을수가없을정도로 안익었는데 다른메뉴들 맛도 그럭저럭. 직원분들은 친절하고 조용한건 좋았으나 위생적으로는 관리가 필요한것같다

Very nice resort, beautiful bungalow. Very clean, super friendly and helpfull staff. Lover the location at the smaller but much more cosy Ong Lang Beach

the biggest disadvantage for us is a small special refrigerator in the room, the refrigerator does not cool well. But we were allowed to use the refrigerator in the hotel restaurant.

It was a nice, peaceful stay. Conveniently located near several excellent restaurants. Good for families.

Included breakfast was disappointing. I'd rather they charge a bit more and improve their breakfast. The restaurant food was ok. Staff were not particularly friendly. Internet was very unstable and it created significant stress for remote work. Nearby restaurants seemed to have better service. Barely useable in the rooms.

Breakfast was so so. The pool has not enough chairs for the guests. Staying on the third floor with no elevator is hot and sometimes exhausting

Very spacious room and lovely wood decoration inside. Tin the resort staff is super helpful and a very humble and honest man. he helped me organise airport pick up, private car with driver all with a very reasonable cost, in fact cheaper than grab. He even goes beyond his duty and helps me organise my ongoing trip at the other part of Phu Quoc after I ve checked out the resort. His service alone helps this resort earned a big part of good review from me. walkable to lots of massage places and restaurants all with reasonable cost. The highlight would be Midori house for the stone oven pizza.

A little bit noisy from other rooms when the guests close the doors, you could hear it. The beach area that is walkable from the resort is a disappointment. Fenced by 2 resorts, there is only a very small area where public can access. If you try to walk along the beach, the security will tell you those is private beach area.

Had a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

The Booking.com listing stated there were three swimming pools, but there is only one. We requested a bed sheet change, but it was not done. Additionally, we had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper and fresh towels, as the room was never restocked properly.

Small hotel with charm. Cleaning staff efficient and early. Well kept garden. Refreshing pool. Location close to restaurants. Breakfast included. 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. Quiet. Lots of free water every day. Staff very nice.

Having pedal bikes available would be nice. Pool towels were not available nor towels to take to the beach. Large common area needs consideration like a pool table, book library, a few games. It was empty which could have been nicely used.

Friendly staff, but that is consistent around Vietnam. Nice pool, but not enough lounge chairs.

Horrible location, very limited amenities around. A/C would not cool room, had to buy a fan to even try sleep. Bed is rock hard, extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom/shower is located in the open with horrible sewage smell. Non existent water pressure. Shower choice were either scalding hot or cold. It was so bad we left a day early. I would never stay here again.

Great situation surrounded by restaurants and shops. Pool was lovely. Ten minutes walk to the public beach, or 15 minutes to a beach resort (The Ancarine) where we used their facilities for beachy stuff. lovely little restaurant / bar / breakfast area. The staff were helpful and the gardens were beautiful with lots of flowers, butterflies and little lizards. The rooms were spotless and a good size.

We liked the playground for our kids and restaurants near by

Unfortunately we paid $80+ for one night 2 bed and didn’t feel like it was worth the price our bed have sand on it and definitely did not come from us because the sand was still under tucked blankets The location is near the beach which is great The staffs is very lovely but I feel like we pay way too much when we stay somewhere else for $50 a night we got better service and 1 minute walked from the beach Please work on your cleaning service And the soap dispenser on our bathroom is broken and we couldn’t use it We expect more for the prices Breakfast buffet was great

Close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is exceptional, particularly Tin! He helped us with everything we needed - transportation, scooters, cocktails, general information. The breakfast is very good but we highly recommend having fresh seafood dinner or pizza. Very good! We loved the bar on premise. Good music, views of people and activities passing by on the street. We have to give La Casa Resort 5 stars for their egg coffee. Outstanding! The best we had in Vietnam. If you haven't had an egg coffee, try one here and compare! They are soooo good. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your hotel.

WiFi is a little weak but okay

Location was the best thing. The beach a short walk. Great for snorkeling. Plenty of restraunts next to the resort. Great for a short stay.

The rooms were very noisy. We had an unfortunate noisy next door neibour who were shouting and arguing and door slamming all day!!!Noise can be herd throughout. Lots of family's in large groups ment there was no space at the pool.Our anniversary stay was a little spoilt!!

Good service and casual environment

A lot of mosquitoes in the room and pay for $170/per night for family room is not worthy.

The location was very good - lots of restaurants around and the beach was a 10 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful and tried their best to satisfy. We changed rooms after our first night from bungalow 14 to 7. Made a big difference. Staff accommodatef us with this and our final 6 nights were quite comfortable.

The breakfast was a little limited and it was quite busy with the other guests. Felt cramped and pushy which was a little off putting, although granted it was Christmas time and fully booked so taken into consideration. The pool was a little dingy but totally swimmable every day and the kids loved hanging out.

This is a simple hostel, definitely not a resort or hotel, the rooms are in very bad condition.

Very beautiful. Plants are well taken care of and lush. The bungalows are well spaced out so you have just enough privacy. Love the open bathroom with plants growing inside.

A lot of the other tourists staying there were all the same cultural group and were not friendly, will not smile back if you smile at them in passing. They behave the same towards the staff. Very unfriendly and only socializing amongst each other. Also there were lots of screaming kids.

Clean, beauty, green and really amazing place. you can rent a motorbike and go everywhere you want on phu quoc, simultaneously sleep in really quiet part of this island. Staff is really helpful and kind, they help you with transfer from and to airport. you have supermarkets and restaurants dew meters if you want. for the opposite site of street is really good coffeeshop. highly recommend this place!💚🌴✨

It was totally perfect. Staff and people on bar were kind, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious. Defintely recommended for one day or long term stay. 10/10

The location is perfect. Ong Lang area is a great place to be when in Phu Quoc. Super helpful and nice staff.

Place was clean, nice with a pool. Even we was there during off season but they make sure to clean the pool. It’s walking distant to free Vin bus so you can go into town or to Safari. Staffs were friendly.

It might be the off season so staffs was a bit forgetful with the refreshment in the room. We didnt have coffee or tea bags on first 2 days and have to remind them. We only have drinking water on the first day and last day we were there and we stayed for 5 nights. Another thing is water in the shower is very weak.

We love our stay here! The facilities were great and so nice to have a restaurant on site, but there were also lots of other restaurants and cafes a short walk away! The staff were all so friendly and helpful it was great!

Absolutly beautiful place, with great garden and swimming pool. Even there are like 30 rooms/ Bungalows you don’t see the crowds. The well grown garden make it feel quite private and calm. Even the object was fully booked- it wasn’t too loud. It was so nice, that we decided to stay longer. Bar/ Restaurant with few really nice dishes.

- warm water- really don’t know the rule when it is, and when it’s not. Hard to regulate.

Everything was great!

The personnel were doing their best. They had always been kind and caring through our stay. There was a decent choice of meals for the breakfast (included in price), banana pancakes was especially good. The territory was clean, and the kids liked the pool. The location is not bad. The beach is around 10-15 min walk, ATM and shops with all the essentials are around the corner. Cosy family cafe across the road.

Not too much to complain about, maybe the basin sink could have more throughout though. Another thing is not specific to the hotel but be prepared for infrequent however unexpected power outages on the island. The hotel used a generator to power the rooms but ATMs can be unavailable through the day.

Loved the location, had real village feel to it. Staff were friendly and helpful, not speaking much English, but google translate did the job. Breakfast had European and Vietnamese options, plenty to eat. Room was nice and spacious. Lots of restaurants and bars 2 minute walk away. Sea 10 minute walk away. We rented a scooter from the hotel and that was great way to get around the island. They gave us long rent deal 120k per day. You can pay for everything with card, they charge you 3% interest, which is normal. We loved the hotel and would love to come back!!!

A lovely resort in a great location - lots of restaurants and cafes just outside the gate and just a short walk down to the beach. The staff were very friendly and the resort has a nice relaxing vibe.

The staff, the location, the peaceful tropical grounds and the pool. Located in Ong Lang about 500m from the public beach. (An easy walk) Be warned the public beach is a small stretch of Sand. However , it was clean and the water clear and warm. You can hire sunbeds at the coco beach resort. The resort is 3 star so basic but very clean and really everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend the Tree house ( on the same road to the beach). Midori was also good. (The pizza was great) Little Hanoi corner across the road also good. The coffee was great.

The beds are firm. However surprisingly I slept quite well. There are no bicycles available to borrow or rent which was a little disappointing. It would have been very handy.

Excellent Spotlessly clean

Staff was amazing. Also the pool area and rooms were excellent. Even the breakfast was sublime. Banana pancakes were the best ever!

The property is stunning, the people who work there were so helpful and super kind. They were amazing!! The rooms are super clean and beautiful. It is paradise. The property comes with 2 cute kitties who run the show, and 2 puppies who beg for a belly rub. The perfect stay.

If you don’t mind a 15min scooter ride to the center, this place is perfect

Everything was value for money live music everyday but it doesn't disturb the sleeping zone. Staff are kind and make very quiet environment, which for me and my family was a luxury. Thank you staff and will recommend my friends.

Its run by a very nice family and its obvious that they want to do well. A little more structure, more attention to detail and general fixing the basic issues would make the place a true gem.

There is just too much of the basics missing or not working properly (cleaning, breakfast, equipment working and so in), int not worth even the “low” prices. A shame.

This is a lovely peacefull great value family hotel homestay in a lovely quiet village with all facilities including ATM by the entrance. La Casa will also give cash against virtual contactless cards. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast fresh cooked and big choice. The garden is almost zen like and the pool well maintained clean quiye large and excellent. This place is a Haven if like me I had been all over Vietnam and Cambodia for 40 days and just wanted to chill here total relax. The main town on the island is 20 mins 10 kilometre by cab or scooter. Location is perfect

As above a top place Another lovely beach front hotel with cottages up the same lane is very similar bit smarterr with own bit of beach. Drawback is, it's $180 a night for something not much different

The little bungalow type accommodation we stayed in was really lovely. Very spacious with a lovely little sitting area outside. Although the bar was well frequented with a nice lively atmosphere our rooms were really peaceful. The gardens and greenery made sitting outside the room or by the pool very pleasant indeed. The property was in easy walking distance of the nearest beach.

I can’t say that there was anything I didn’t like about the property. If I was to return to Phu Quoc I would happily stay there again and would recommend it to others. If I wanted to try and think of something which could have improved my stay it would be to have a slightly greater choice of fresh fruit at breakfast and a choice of something other than jam to go with the pancakes and toast but that’s because I personally don’t like jam.

Lovely helpful staff, best banana pancakes ever, very pleasant environment. I had a problem with the ferry getting cancelled because of the weather and the staff went the extra mile to help me extend my stay and book a flight for the next day. The best thing was the two adorable kittens and puppies they had running around the garden and playing with the guests.

The motorbike they had available to rent wasn’t in a very good condition so on the second day I decided to rent an outside bike but they helped me get it.

Staff were nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable, free water everyday for you also which is great! The pool wasn’t open, not sure as it wasn’t summer season but we didn’t hear any of the work going on in it so wasn’t a problem. Can order a bike at the hotel and everything is just a 15 minute drive away. Many restaurants and convenience store 5 minute walk away. Would stay again!

Pros: People are friendly and helpful. Resort is great. Cafe nearby is amazing. Restaurants nearby and great. I suggest doing safari and buy ticket from Reception.

Cons: Limited breakfast choices, away to city center but there is free bus going direct to city center.

It is a cozy place and the staff lady was super nice. The bungalow we got was spacious. Although if you don’t like firm beds you might not like it. The best restaurant ever “Tree house” is walking distance :)

For a resort it looks run down. The photos here don’t show how it really looks. The pool is not well maintained, kinda looking nasty green already. The garden needs attention. Beware of the “breakfast included” if you expect something big, is not, it is just eggs, bread and juice. It’s just general maintenance and some love that will make this place look like a resort again. Right now it doesn’t. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time in the island.

The mattresses were a bit hard.

The staff is friendly and helpful. She introduced me the good restaurant and made us feel at home. The pool is clean and big. The resort has many trees and flowers . I like seeing tree plainsong in the bathroom

It’s very quiet at night so it’s suitable for those who are looking for peaceful place . There was no soundproof so I heard many kids yelling and laughing outside when they were playing at the pool

Quality of service was very poor. The messed up my booking and took me to 3 different rooms, and in the end still got it wrong. I was tiered, so didn’t want to argue. The taxi driver who picked us from airport was so rude, he called me at 7:30am pushing me to use his car for my travel.

We loved the garden, the swimming pool was big and clean. The area is quiet, out of the tourism madness.

The bed could do with a little more comfort

La Casa Resort was a peaceful oasis. Great breakfast, lovely room, beautiful garden and big swimming pool. It was also perfectly located for exploring the island and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. I cannot recommend it enough!

it was a nice quiet small resort that works for solo travelers, couples, and families. it is in a great locations with tons of eateries around and a 5 min. walk to the beach.

staff are excellent, breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean and bathrooms are huge. Beds are comfy. It was a great experience at La Casa.
