The staff are very well trained, from the bellmen and reception team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and gardeners. Everyone smiles and greets you whenever they see you. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with so many choices and different options every day. Lunch and dinner at Amber and Big Fish were just as good. The pool is huge. Even with many guests, it never felt too crowded. Perfect for families with kids. The room was clean, comfortable and up to the standard you’d expect from Marriott.

Na een weekje Bangkok doorgereisd naar Hua Hin, tophotel gehad, plaatselijke uitstappen gedaan, genoten van lekker eten zowel in het hotel als in de stad zelf. Het hotel ligt op 10 minuutjes wandelen van het centrum. Gewoon een supertotaal verblijf gehad!! Personeel hier is super, ze staan altijd voor je klaar met een grote glimlach!

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room was far smaller than expected and lacked a bathtub. The swimming pool was extremely shallow—barely over three feet deep—making it unsuitable for actual swimming. While the hotel offered nice views, the experience was ruined by a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the ocean. Overall, the stay did not live up to expectations.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Allerdings ist das Hotel meiner Meinung nach eindeutig auf Familien ausgerichtet. Den ganzen Tag über ist viel Kindergeschrei zu hören, und die Balkontüren isolieren den Lärm leider kaum. Die Zimmer sind zudem etwas abgewohnt und sehr hellhörig; je nach Lage hört man auch den Verkehr von der Strasse. In meinem Zimmer kam ausserdem immer wieder ein unangenehmer Geruch aus den Abflüssen. Für Familien sicher geeignet – wer Ruhe sucht, sollte sich nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen.

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have had as a family. (And I’m Ambassador Elite in Marriott so we stay at a lot of hotels.) Our kids just had a blast in the incredibly designed pool. We stayed for 7 nights. And were never bored. A special thank you to Buth of the Amber Kitchen staff who was so kind every morning using a special vegetarian pan to prepare food for us.

We really enjoyed one-week stay at this hotel. Special thank you to Bai Toey, Pun Pun, Joe, and Golf for their exceptional hospitality skills and kindness. The hotel facilities are very well maintained. The gym has new equipments, I really enjoyed activities like Aqua Aerobics and Yoga as well. As someone who rarely finds the time or motivation to write reviews, I feel urged to break my silence after our most recent stay at what has become our annual retreat. Each visit to this beloved resort in Hua Hin is like being welcomed into the arms of dear friends, making it impossible not to share the warmth and hospitality that greet us time and again. Since our first visit in 2017, we have been regulars, returning every year to a place that feels less like a hotel and more like a second home in Hua Hin. The familiar faces of the staff have always been a significant part of the charm. This year, however, brought a slight shock - the absence of many familiar staffs on our arrival. Although initially surprised by the many new faces, our happiness was immense when we reunited with Pang, Korn, Matthew, and Bow at various points during our stay. Whether catching up in the lobby or sharing laughs over meals in the restaurants and on the beach, each encounter was filled with fellowship and genuine smiles. Among the staff, Pang stands out as a special reason for our yearly pilgrimage to Hua Hin. She has always been incredibly sweet and welcoming, treating us not just as guests, but as friends. It is because of this unique connection, and the warm memories we've created with Pang, Korn, Matthew and Bow that we remain loyal to this resort. In conclusion, our repeated visits to this hotel are a clear indication of the lasting relationships we've formed here. No matter how the staff changes over the years, it’s the familiar, friendly faces like theirs that make each stay memorable and keep us coming back. We took a photo with all of them during this visit and hope to meet again soon, either in Hua Hin or Hong Kong.

Rooms were beautiful with luxurious bedding, ample storage space, big TV, good tea/coffee amenities, spacious bathroom, lovely toiletries and a spacious, private balcony with a nice outlook. The gym was excellent and we loved the quiet adult pool. Immaculate grounds and gardens. The buffet breakfast was amazing with the best quality fresh fruits. I especially liked the Jackfruit. My husband and son were huge fans of the of Moo Ping. The Pumpernickel bread was delicious as was the croissant pudding. The crab dumplings were to die for! Every staff member encountered was friendly and professional. Centrally located; (albeit on a very busy road), close walking distance to Market Village, very good supermarkets and the main night market. For anywhere else you can catch the cheap baht bus out front of the hotel. The beachfront is decent for the area.

When I booked a 2 Double Beds Guest Room, I was under the impression that would sleep 3 adults (2 in 1 double bed and 1 in the other). In reality, the double beds were on the small size and not comfortable for 2 persons. Adding an extra bed was the only other option but this was a roll away bed - adequate for a child maybe but not for our grown-up son. No matter what hotel you stay in, a roll away bed is never comfortable for an adult in my opinion. So that was a bit of a shame.

We have stayed at this Marriott hotel almost 10 times, and every single stay has been wonderful. Our children absolutely love this place! We are always impressed by the hotel itself and the excellent service from every member of the staff. A special thank you to Mr. Yo at the Adult Pool, who takes great care of the slide area and always makes us feel safe and well looked after. We would also like to thank Ms. Jennie at the restaurant and Ms. Jeja from the Sai Mai team for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. This hotel truly feels like our second home, and we will definitely come back here every year. Highly recommended!

We have just spent a week at Marriott Hua Hin and were really impressed! From arriving it has been absolutely incredible; staff are helpful, friendly and facilities are great. It is a 5min walk from a huge mall which is useful for those cloudy days! The pool is big and never too crowded - there was always a sunbed available. They also have an adults only pool. Lots of cafes and restaurants to eat and drink I’m from at reasonable prices - happy hour a bargain as 2 gin and tonics only cost £8 and two glasses of wine also for the same price! Complimentary ice lollies, cotton candy and slushiest for kids all day too. I had a massage at the Quan spa which was heavenly; Mai was a gracious and patient host and Na gave me the most relaxing and luxurious massage. Such attention to detail from the moment you enter the spa. Big shout out to the staff at breakfast - they never forgot an order or request and food/drink arrived quickly! Jennie was also a joy to meet - she was personable, approachable and really went the extra mile. As well as daily cleaning, the ‘turning down’ services every evening were so welcome and a treat. Horse riding along the beach was a favourite with the kids. We have been to many hotels and this is a firm favourite. We cannot wait to return! Khop Khun Kha Marriott Hua Hin!

Such a lovely hotel.. staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. Food was simply delicious both at breakfast and in the Amber lounge and Big fish. Anniversary recognised through cake in the room and a treat at Big fish! Adult pool was ideal. Very comfortable, with additional towels. Frequent iced water at your bedside. Special mention to Milk. We have stayed at this hotel during the summer holidays for the past two years — this year from July 25–28, and last year in mid-July. I noticed that this year the hotel was much busier with guests. We arrived on the 25th around 5 p.m., and the front desk staff arranged our check-in as quickly as possible. The rooms were kept clean, and they managed to place my family and me in the same building, which was very convenient. The breakfast restaurant was extremely crowded, and every staff member was very busy, but I could see they tried their best to maintain good service. The hotel pool and facilities were excellent, though it was clear that there were too many people this year. We joined the Functional Training activity this time, and I would especially like to thank Palm. She was punctual in preparing and organizing the session, explained everything clearly, and showed great dedication. She was also very friendly, and both the young and elderly in our group enjoyed the activity very much. She made our trip a richer experience. Another staff member at the pool also kindly arranged drinking water for us, which we greatly appreciated. We are very much looking forward to returning again. Many thanks to Palm and to all the hotel staff for their efforts. One small suggestion: I noticed that the slippers provided might be reused. For hygiene reasons, I sincerely hope the hotel can offer brand-new disposable slippers to ensure a cleaner and more comfortable experience for all guests.

Dear Marriott Hua Hin Management, I would like to share some feedback regarding an unpleasant experience I had yesterday at your property. I have been a loyal customer of Marriott for many years, not only at Marriott Hua Hin but also at Marriott hotels both in Thailand and overseas. I regularly visit Siam Bakery every month, have stayed at this hotel before, and even held my wedding here. Because of these wonderful experiences, I have always been happy to support Marriott. 2 days ago, at around 6:00 PM, I visited Siam Bakery and decided to take a short walk around the hotel afterwards. When I reached the pathway leading to the beach, a male staff member asked for my room number. I politely explained that I was not staying at the hotel. However, the way he spoke to me was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He simply told me that I was not allowed to go down to the beach and spoke in a manner that made me feel unwelcome. I completely understand that the hotel has policies regarding beach access for non-registered guests, and I fully respect those rules. However, what disappointed me was not the policy itself, but the attitude and manner in which I was spoken to. A polite and courteous explanation would have made a significant difference. This experience was very disappointing and has left me feeling reluctant to return, despite being a loyal customer who has supported Marriott for many years. I sincerely hope you will address this matter and remind your staff of the importance of providing courteous and respectful customer service. I believe that hospitality is not only about enforcing policies, but also about making every guest and visitor feel respected. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. We booked the Beach BBQ Dinner and were truly impressed with every aspect of the experience. The seafood and grilled meats were delicious, and the service from the Beach BBQ team was outstanding. A special thank you to K.Matthew for booked our table, and K.Korn for recommending the Mixed Grilled Seafood Platter and Mixed Grilled Meat Platter, both of which were absolutely delicious. We also loved the fresh salad bar, which was a great addition to the meal. Finally, thank you to all the staff K.Ford , K.Nott to great care of our table throughout the evening. Your warm hospitality made our dining experience even more memorable. Thank you, Matthew and Korn! We will definitely be back.

Hua Hin - Marriott resort As always an amazing experience here - we return yearly due to the wonderful staff, spacious rooms - excellent facilities - and close proximity to the beach. The staff are so attentive - always polite and can’t do enough to help you. The breakfast team are ways there to greet you with a smile - and Eye and Ron at the poolside are always ready to set your towels out and refill your water - nothing is to much trouble. It’s been an Amazing stay and we will be back next year without fail.

First let me start by saying I am a Titanium Marriott member and have traveled all over the world. This particular Marriott has topped every Marriott I have stayed in. From the greeting and check in, the help with golf and other excursions to the check out. This place was phenomenal!! The food was excellent the service showed care. They went above and beyond to make you feel seen and that you mattered. Other Marriotts could learn from them.

My husband and I had a fantastic 8-day stay at the Hua Hin Marriott Resort and Spa in July 2026. The property was beautiful and the location was perfectly situated for exploring. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. We particularly loved the breakfast buffet at Siam Bakery. The staff truly went above and beyond in providing fantastic service. The Concierge team was very helpful. Kudos to the entire team! We already look forward to our next stay.

I was impressed by all the Pool Bar staff. We had dinner at the Pool Bar 2 nights, and every experience was wonderful. Special thanks to K. Korn , great takecare of our table every time. He always refilled beer and wine all the time and recommended delicious food from Big Fish Restaurant , Beef very very good , Thanks K.Korn for the excellent hospitality. This the second time we have stayed at this resort for a week. Excellent room and an attentive and supportive staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and superb upscale seafood restaurant. The pool restaurant/bar also has a good menu selection and excellent food from the main kitchen. The pool restaurant/bar has the added advantage (also the seafood restaurant) of being on the beech with a good view and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent pool(s) and amenities for children. The resort is an easy walking distance to outside restaurants and a small mall yet interesting mall. This has become our go to place to stay when vacationing in Hua Hin.

Special thanks to Yo at the pool, and Olive and another team member at Big Fish & Bar (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember). They were friendly, attentive, and took beautiful photos for me. Their excellent service made my stay even more memorable. Thank you—I look forward to returning again!

Amazing service especially by Miss Baitong at the frontdesk. Always greeted by a big smile and pure professionalism. We think the breakfast is way to expensive and should really be included at this price point but apart from that we recommend staying weekdays when it is a bit more less crowded.

We have now both been twice to have a massage at the spa Marriott Hua Hin! It is a truly excellent experience and I have had a couple of the best massages I’ve ever had (and I do like a massage and I’ve had them all over the world). The massages are profoundly relaxing and made a huge difference to my sense of in a calm and my reduction in bodily stress. The whole ambience of the spa - the beautiful environment the lovely welcoming drink and cold towels then the post massage tea and fruit makes for a truly restful restorative experience. Exceptional hotel on all levels with the standout buffet breakfast being a highlight. Rooms are smart and comfortable with complimentary drinking water and quality toiletries always kept well stocked. Beautiful gardens and pools. Great gym with effective air conditioning. Amazing breakfast buffet, hard to not want to try everything! The pools all around the property were really nice too.

The Marriott Resort and Spa Hua Hin offers a beautifully designed property with dense landscaping that still maintains great sightlines throughout, making it a wonderful fit for families. With around five pools, there's plenty of variety, plus a lovely seaview lounging area. Rooms are spacious and elegantly appointed, with a small dedicated laptop workspace — a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is generous, arguably one of the most abundant spreads around, though the in-room coffee comes from a machine and isn't the strongest. That said, there's a separate on-site barista café serving excellent coffee. The gym is a standout feature — large and well-equipped with multiple treadmills, a bike, and weights. Sports fans will appreciate that all World Cup football matches are broadcast live. The location is a short walk to Hua Hin's restaurant and bar scene.

Fantastisk oplevelse på Marriott Resort. Rejste med 2 børn på under 2 år og faciliteterne var perfekte ift. deres behov. Det kan klart anbefales at spise på Ambers med små børn. Stort morgenmadsudvalg.

Есть только небольшое предложение поменять музыкальный фон на завтраке.Вместо абстрактной космической музыки ,было бы здорово поменять её на лёгкий лаунж или классическую.

I overall liked the property and the staff at the reception and particularly ai who made our checking in so smooth. Also the F & B was also amazing, all staff was good. Chef Bobby was great to understand our vegetarian requirements and also very good service from him. Overall a great positive environment.

Kids club really small for all the property, bed was really uncomfortable. Poor cleaning on the kids pool and not really nice smell. Information on the restaurants not really complete we were inform on the buffet rates not telling us about à la carte menu.

In brief, it was extremely tempting to cancel our forward plans and linger longer at this pampering property. Beachfront siting with one of the royal family palaces next door makes the location extremely desirable. Mulltiple swimming pools seem to literally drift into the beach. The landscaping and layout lend an atmosphere of serenity and privacy, although this is a large resort. Dining is a treat, especially the massive breakfast buffet. The train station is within walking distance without serious luggage. Eateries and are close by on main road passing the property.

Das TV ist kein Smart TV auf dem man Netflix oder Prime schauen kann, wenn man Apple User ist. Das ist für 2026 und für den Anspruch den Marriott erhebt ein No-Go. Man kann vom Gast nicht erwarten auf dem Mobilgerät Filme zu schauen. Die Senderliste zeigte nur einen deutschen Sender. Also bringen Sie lieber ein dickes Buch mit.

Choosing the Marriott Resort for our trip to Hua Hin to celebrate my daughter's birthday was absolutely the best decision! Our room was already beautifully decorated for her birthday when we arrived, and I was deeply touched by the staff's kindness and attention to detail right from check-in. I especially want to give a shoutout to a staff member named Eugene. Every time we crossed paths in the lobby during our 3-night stay, Eugene remembered my name, greeted me warmly, and consistently made sure our family had everything we needed. Also, on a rainy afternoon, my husband and I went to the fitness center. Before we worked out, a spa staff member offered us a quick massage to help us loosen up. Little unexpected touches like this really made our trip so memorable. If we ever travel to Hua Hin again, we will definitely stay at the Marriott without a doubt. The pool and all the facilities are incredibly family-friendly. Absolutely no regrets!

Excellent managed Hotel with very good services provisions and daily guests check ups. The Adult Pool excels in services provisions. Contradictory dress code enforcements at the Pool Bar and Breakfast. Very good Breakfast Buffet with outstanding staff services, friendly and polite.

Location is the best because it’s surrounded with hospital, supermarkets, local markets, restaurants at our choices. Room is spacious and equipped with essential tools, and sort of delicate bedding supplies. Foods are excellent at all outlets. We were hosted with very warm welcome by hotel staffs. Moreover, one most expressive moment was staff’s recognition. Khun Wanjeab at Amber was the person who came by and expressed her warm welcome for our return. Today, she brought a lovely birthday pancake to me and that made me to tear. It was unexpected and very nice surprise. Last but not least, we would love to express our thanks to everyone for very nice hospitality. This perfect moment of the year is a memorable one. One positive recommendation is to see a capsule coffee machine next time. Thank you in advance.

We never feel like just another guest we feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The breakfast buffet is without a doubt one of the best we have ever experienced. The variety is exceptional, the quality is consistently outstanding, and there is something for everyone. Every morning feels like a special part of the holiday. The spa is fantastic and offers the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge. At the same time, the Kids Club is truly outstanding. The staff are caring, engaging, and wonderful with children, making it a place our kids always look forward to visiting. We travel as a family with children, and one of the things we appreciate most is how easy it is to enjoy a relaxing holiday here. Even with young children, parents can unwind and enjoy their vacation. The resort creates the perfect balance between family friendly activities and relaxation, allowing everyone to have an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay.
