Good place for a one-night stay in Vienna. We checked in quite late in the evening, so having check-out until 12pm was really convenient. The room was clean, spacious enough and good value for the price. The location is also very accessible by public transportation, with several supermarkets nearby.

The only downside for us was the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. Otherwise, everything was good for a short stay.

Bardzo dobry wybór na krótki pobyt w Wiedniu, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę atrakcyjną cenę. Dużym plusem jest bliskość stacji metra Erdberg, dzięki czemu można szybko dostać się do centrum miasta. Pokój był czysty i klimatyzowany, a śniadanie dobre. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

kellemetlenségek: A folyosón rendkívül szúrós, kellemetlen bűz fogadott minket, emellett a szoba padlója is láthatóan koszos volt, ami alapvető tisztasági elvárásoknak sem felel meg. A vendéglátás terén is negatív tapasztalatokat szereztünk: érthetetlen számomra, hogy a teraszra miért nem volt szabad reggelinél kivinni a kávé mellé a croissant-t. A kártyás ajtónyitó rendszerrel is problémák adódtak, a kártya egymás után többször is elveszítette a kódot. Amikor emiatt a recepcióhoz fordultam, a személyzet nemtetszését kifejezve, kioktató stílusban magyarázta el a használatát, mielőtt újraprogramozta volna a kártyát.Bízom benne, hogy a jövőben nagyobb figyelmet fordítanak a higiéniára és a vendégközpontú kiszolgálásra. Nem ez lesz a következő szállásom.

Die Lage und die Anbingug an die Autobahn ist sehr gut. Parkplätze vorhanden und auch Tierfreundlich sind einige Stärken des Hotels.

Ten hotel to wstyd dla sieci Accor. Wielokrotnie nocowałam w hotelach należących do sieci Accor – również w obiektach dwugwiazdkowych – w Polsce, Francji i innych krajach Europy. Doskonale wiem, że w tej kategorii cenowej nie należy oczekiwać luksusu. Oczekuję jednak podstawowego standardu, przede wszystkim czystości i warunków pozwalających normalnie wypocząć. Niestety standard tego hotelu jest nieporównywalnie niższy od innych hoteli Accor, w których miałam okazję nocować. Trudno mi wręcz zrozumieć, w jaki sposób obiekt w takim stanie może nadal funkcjonować pod marką należącą do tej sieci. Po tym pobycie jestem naprawdę zszokowana. Accor powinien zainteresować się stanem tego obiektu i zweryfikować, czy rzeczywiście spełnia on standardy wymagane od hoteli działających pod marką sieci. Dla mnie jest to jeden z najgorszych hoteli, w jakich nocowałam od wielu lat. Fakt, że obiekt nadal działa pod marką należącą do Accor, zdecydowanie nie buduje zaufania do sieci. Sieć Accor powinna się po prostu wstydzić, że firmuje swoją marką hotel o takim standardzie.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu. Zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj podczas weekendowego pobytu w Wiedniu i niestety standard obiektu bardzo mocno odbiega od tego, co przedstawiają zdjęcia i opis oferty. Rzeczywistość wygląda zupełnie inaczej. Największym problemem podczas naszego pobytu była klimatyzacja. W sierpniu, przy temperaturze na zewnątrz dochodzącej do około 38°C, klimatyzacja w pokoju wyłączała się mniej więcej co 15 minut i za każdym razem trzeba było ją ponownie uruchamiać. W nocy było tak gorąco, że próbowaliśmy spać przy otwartym oknie, co oczywiście niewiele pomagało. Jeszcze większym rozczarowaniem była jednak czystość. Rozumiem, że hotel może oferować niewielkie, skromnie urządzone pokoje i podstawowy standard – nie oczekiwałam luksusu. Czystość jest jednak absolutnym minimum niezależnie od liczby gwiazdek. Pokój był brudny, wykładzina miała nieprzyjemny zapach, łóżko było poplamione, a na suficie nad łóżkiem piętrowym znajdowała się duża zielona plama. Całość sprawiała bardzo nieprzyjemne i zaniedbane wrażenie. W mojej ocenie standard pokoju był zdecydowanie poniżej tego, czego można oczekiwać od hotelu tej marki. Zgłaszaliśmy również problemy w recepcji, jednak nie spotkaliśmy się z odpowiednią reakcją personelu. Po pobycie złożyłam reklamację, ale również wtedy zabrakło właściwego podejścia do klienta – nawet zwykłych przeprosin za zaistniałą sytuację. Często podróżuję i od wielu lat nie spotkałam się z obiektem, który pozostawiłby po sobie tak złe wrażenie. Nie chodzi o luksus czy nowoczesne wyposażenie. Pokój może być prosty i niedrogi, ale powinien być przede wszystkim czysty, a podstawowe wyposażenie powinno działać. Niestety tego hotelu nie mogę polecić.

При бронировании указал что заеду с опозданием ,примерно с 00:00 по 01:00. В ответ или живой человек или робот закидал меня кучами ненужных информацией. Ещё и добавил что за ранний заезд плюс 15 евро. Я ответил что не рано хочу заехать,а наоборот поздно. Но в ответ опять отправляют кучу не нужной информации. Завтрак конечно можно было бы сделать немного побогаче. Хотя бы яйца вареные ,ну или сосиски. Обошёлся круасаном и кофе.

Mic dejun nu abundent, dar suficient de diversificat, parcare foarte buna la subsol si la un pret rezonabil, camerele minimaliste dar functionale si curate, amplasarea excelenta in raport cu statia de metrou si foarte usor accesibila din autostrada. Pretul camerei a fost un criteriu pozitiv.

As fi preferat o baie clasica, cu dusul in baie si cateva obiecte de mobilier pentru depozitare haine. Izolarea fonica nu este excelenta si usile cu inchidere automata ale camerelor din vecinatate, noaptea se cam auzeau.

Hotel znajduje się tuż koło autostrady. Obok hotelu jest supermarket Billa, zaś niedaleko znajduje się stacja metra, którą można bardzo szybko dojechać do centrum (jedzie się koło 10-15 minut). Recepcjonista mówił po polsku, co mnie pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Sam pokój czysty i schludny. Wygodne łóżka i lampki obok łóżek. Dostępne dwa duże ręczniki. W hotelu są windy którymi można się dostać do parkingu podziemnego, gdzie można zostawić samochód (dodatkowa opłata 15 euro za noc). W pokoju działająca klimatyzacja. Ogólnie nie mam powodów do narzekania.

Sehr einfaches Hotel mit einfacher Ausstattung. Nicht ganz saubere Dusche und zu harte Betten

Die Lage zur nahegelegenen Ubahnstation Gasometer war ausgezeichnet.

Die gebrauchten Handtücher wurden zwar einmal mitgenommen, jedoch wurde vergessen, frische Handtücher bereitzustellen. Diese musste ich mir an der Rezeption selbst holen. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die Klimaanlage, die einfach einzustellen und nicht laut war. Eine echte Wohltat.

Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, kein Luxus, aber alles ist vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist auch klimatisiert. Die Lage ist ruhig, nicht weit weg vom Prater Park. Auch das Zentrum ist nur 5 km entfernt und sicherlich per UBahn oder Bus gut zu erreichen. Ich habe davon kein Gebrauch gemacht, da ich mein Fahrrad mit hatte und so zum Zentrum gekommen bin.

Obwohl Budget Hotel recht ansprechend und sauber. Lage direkt an der Autobahnabfahrt St. Marx; Busbahnhof, U-Bahn (U3) und sehr günstiges Parkhaus (P&R Erdberg) fußläufig nur ca. 10 min. entfernt.

Sehr kleines Waschbecken im Zimmer. Starker Lärm durch Reinigungspersonal am Morgen.

Netter Empfang und wir hatten Glück und konnten unser Zimmer sogar schon etwas früher beziehen. Frühstücksbuffet alles vorhanden. Sauber. Perfekte Lage, wenn man ein Konzert in der Arena Wien oder im Gasometer besucht. Supermärkte in der Nähe. Für ein, zwei Nächte perfekt.

Für den Preis alles in Ordnung. Man darf sich keinen Luxus erwarten. Das Zimmer war von der Ausstattung her auf nötigste reduziert. Kein Kleiderschrank. Es gibt an der Wand einen Haken mit Kleiderbügel und einen kleinen Schreibtisch. Für uns war es absolut ausreichend. Und wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hotel was quite easy to find, the personal was also nice and there is 24/7 reception. The room was also fine.

There is an outdoor party arena in the neighbourhood, which you can hear through the window. But it usually stops around 10-11 pm.

Es ist eben eine alte Jugendherberge, gemütlich sind die Zimmer nicht wirklich. Allerdings für den Preis unschlagbar und es war sauber.

After a very long and exhausting journey, I checked in only to find that the room I had been given had not been cleaned at all. I had to go back to reception and was eventually given another room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. There was only one towel, the sink was clogged, the room was very cold, and the shower was extremely slippery, which felt unsafe. I’m also not sure how the bed linen is washed, but the sheets did not feel particularly clean or fresh. To top it all off, I was charged €2.50 just for a glass of hot water. Overall, after such a long trip, I expected at least a clean, comfortable and properly prepared room. The experience was disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel stay.

Horrible hotel. Didn't even let me cancel my stay after my father in law's death. Shameful people running the hotel. And the hotel itself is very bad with a weird smell and looks like a hospital. Very dangerous beds for kids.

Location is good, especially if you are visiting Arena Wien. Room is standard for chain motels, it's good, but nothing exceptional.

Room price is changing too often, hard to know when is the best time to book. Parking is good, but overpriced (you can park in a nearby garage for 1/3 of the hotel garage).

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was easily accessible and there was a grocery store only a few minutes away on foot.

I wish there was a normal closet or at least a few more hangers in the room. A minifridge would be nice too. My card stopped working like 4 times over a weekend stay and I had to ask for them to fix it/give me a new one.

Leider war das Bett echt alles andere als angenehm die Matratze hatte Flecken die richtig ekelig waren....

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv waren für uns die gute Lage und das freundliche Personal. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es eine Tankstelle mit einem SPAR Express, der lange geöffnet hat. Das war sehr praktisch, besonders wenn man noch etwas einkaufen möchte. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen, da es vielfältig war und eine gute Auswahl geboten hat. Die U-Bahn war ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen – zu Fuß waren es ungefähr fünf Minuten. Dadurch war die Unterkunft ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage, des freundlichen Personals und des guten Frühstücks weiterempfehlen.

Einige Dinge könnten jedoch noch verbessert werden. Im Zimmer gab es leider keinen einzigen Schrank oder eine andere Möglichkeit, Kleidung und persönliche Sachen ordentlich einzuräumen. Deshalb mussten wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts alles im Koffer lassen. Das Waschbecken befindet sich direkt im Zimmer und ist nicht räumlich vom Schlafbereich getrennt. Auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren für drei Personen sehr begrenzt. Es gab lediglich einen Hocker und einen kleinen Tisch, der sehr eng unter dem Fenster stand. Auch in der Dusche bzw. in der Duschecke gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für persönliche Sachen. Außerdem waren nach dem Wischen des Bodens noch deutlich die Wischspuren zu sehen. Hier könnte bei der Reinigung etwas mehr darauf geachtet werden. Trotz dieser Punkte haben wir uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt, und die gute Lage sowie das freundliche Personal waren für uns klare Pluspunkte.

Check-in saatinden çok sonra gelmemize rağmen başka müşteri girişlerinin otopark işlemleri ve check-in işlemleri çok uzun sürdü ve klima çalıştırılmayan, direk güneşin vurduğu, aşırı sıcak olan ve tek personelin çalıştığı resepsiyonda uzun süre bize sıra gelmesini bekledik. Bu çok sinir bozucuydu. Gittiğimiz dönemde hava aşırı sıcaktı ve odaya girdiğimizde klima çalıştırdık ama dışarda vakit geçirip geri geldiğimizde ise gece klimaları çalışmadı. Sabah klimalar çalışmaya başladı. Banyodaki duş hortumu sürekli su kaçırıyor ve duşakabin camına doğru dönüyor ve siz değil cam duş alıyor ve su dışarı akıyordu. Sanırım tam bütçe oteli, resepsiyonda nasıl klima olmaz. Zaten buzdolabı, kettle, saç kurutma makinesi budget otellerde olmuyor bunu bilerek gelin.

The hotel has a good location - relatively close to the city centre and easily accessible by U-bahn, while the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was quite adequate, with a good selection. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned once during my five-day stay. By the third day, the rubbish bin was already full, so when I happened to meet the housekeeping staff in the hallway, I had to ask them for a new bin bag. I would have gladly put a “please clean my room” sign on the door, but there wasn’t one in the room. This was not my first stay at this hotel, and on my previous visits the rooms were always cleaned regularly, so the complete lack of housekeeping this time came as an unpleasant surprise. The towels were pleasantly soft, but unfortunately they left quite a lot of lint on the skin, which was especially noticeable on dark clothing.

It was clean, good location, comfortable bed. Very basic but that was expected.

There was only one staff member checking everyone in so it took a long time. That wasn’t a problem in itself but the staff member was quite rude on check in which was unnecessary.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti, in famiglia, e abbiamo apprezzato innanzitutto la posizione: la struttura è ben collegata con la metropolitana e con diverse fermate degli autobus, mentre nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti anche supermercati e altri servizi. Il prezzo è inoltre abbastanza contenuto, aspetto sicuramente positivo per chi cerca una sistemazione economica a Vienna.

Ci sono alcuni aspetti negativi che hanno inciso molto sulla nostra esperienza. La colazione è stata piuttosto deludente, soprattutto considerando il prezzo. L'offerta era molto essenziale: pane, cereali, marmellate, affettati, verdure e bevande. Ci aspettavamo una scelta un po' più ampia; in particolare, non erano presenti né croissant, né torte, né muffin o altri prodotti dolci da colazione. Il problema principale, tuttavia, è stato quello della pulizia della camera. Durante i 4 giorni di soggiorno, la camera è stata riordinata e gli asciugamani cambiati una sola volta. Già al nostro arrivo ho dovuto chiedere il cambio del cuscino, che si presentava molto sporco. Inoltre, sotto le lenzuola abbiamo trovato chiazze di sporco sul materasso/letto, come documentato nelle foto allegate. Non essendo stata effettuata una pulizia regolare della camera, nei giorni successivi la situazione è inevitabilmente peggiorata. Abbiamo inoltre trovato altre chiazze di sporco sotto il letto a castello. Un ulteriore episodio poco piacevole si è verificato il giorno del check-out: verso le 9:00 del mattino il personale addetto alle pulizie ha bussato alla porta per verificare se la camera fosse ancora occupata, svegliando nostro figlio. Considerando che il check-out non era ancora scaduto, sarebbe stato preferibile attendere l'orario previsto o verificare diversamente le camere già liberate. In conclusione, la posizione, i collegamenti, la presenza dei supermercati nelle vicinanze e il prezzo sono sicuramente i punti di forza della struttura. Tuttavia, la pulizia della camera e la gestione del servizio di riordino sono aspetti fondamentali che, nel nostro caso, hanno lasciato molto a desiderare.
