Reviewed Dec 1, 2017We had some early difficulties communicating with the host, but since she gave us her "WhatsApp" number and with the help of "google translate" we were able to communicate effectively. The host was very accommodating. She stored our luggage for us , when we were out of town. The apartment was in a big building with 24 hours front desk, but their functions were mainly for security. The apartment was clean and functional. The Internet was reliable and fast. The location was central surrounded by minimarts and restaurants. I highly recommend this place

Reviewed Dec 2, 2016Conveniently located in central Santiago. Nice room at a great price. Heads up to any non-Spanish speakers who might want to stay here: do not expect any of the hotel staff to speak English. We were able to cobble together communication with my limited Spanish and translation apps, but if it is very important to you to have English-speaking staff, look elsewhere.
