The location is perfect , beach and two supermarkets nearby. Cleaning was almost everyday. Apartment is clean .

The water heater broke down and we didn’t have warm water for one evening. But it was fixed the next morning . Also there is no air conditioning but at least a ventilator could have been nice. Altogether still a pretty good place.

C’erano delle formiche in cucina. Receptionist maleducato: nonostante parlassimo sia inglese che spagnolo, continuava a rispondere in tedesco. In più, abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiave della camera (non si chiudeva): spiegato il problema al receptionist, ha risposto con un sorriso ironico invece di essere d’aiuto. Specifico che l’ultimo giorno abbiamo visto un’altra receptionist invece molto gentile.

L'appartamento in sé era pulito e il bagno era finestrato. La connessione wifi era molto buona. In fondo alla strada era presente una spiaggia molto tranquilla. La presenza di una piscina, in giornate di forte vento, è sicuramente un'ottima alternativa alla spiaggia e non era mai affollata.

TUTTO IL RESTO Le foto di Booking non corrispondevano per nulla all'appartamento che ci è stato rifilato: il piano terra era in realtà un seminterrato buio, senza aria, con le inferriate alle finestre che neanche in prigione e un'umidità tale da non consentire l'asciugatura di quanto veniva steso (abbiamo lasciato alcuni indumenti stesi 4 giorni). Abbiamo dovuto noleggiare un ventilatore almeno per dormire, mancava veramente il respiro. Di notte, però, le luci artificiali del corridoio rimanevano sempre accese, disturbando il sonno. In cucina c'erano una pentola e una padella, per le cui dimensioni si era costretti ad usarle una alla volta sulla piastra. Inoltre, non c'erano né uno sgocciolatoio, né uno scolapasta (colpo al cuore per noi italiani). In bagno, la pressione dell'acqua della doccia era tremenda: le alternative erano ustionarsi con una pressione decente o metterci un'ora per lavarsi con temperature umane, ma acqua ridotta ad un rigolo. La privacy era inesistente: per cambiarsi si era costretti a tirare tutte le tende ogni volta, e, al di fuori, il nostro tavolo distava letteralmente mezzo metro da quello dei vicini (come si può vedere nelle foto allegate), i quali fumavano dalle 9 del mattino (e non sempre sigarette), per cui siamo stati costretti a chiudere anche la portafinestra (che apportava un filo d'aria) a causa dell'insopportabile odore. In aggiunta, le signore delle pulizie già alle 08.00 del mattino parlavano a voce altissima proprio davanti alle finestre dei malcapitati del seminterrato, disturbando quindi il riposo. Da menzionare anche l'orario discutibile della piscina, in quanto apre alle 11, non consentendone l'utilizzo a chi magari avrebbe voluto farsi un bagno prima di lasciare l'appartamento.

El calor que hacía en el apartamento y la presión del agua para ducharte, era muy muy floja.

Gefallen hat uns vor allem der freundliche Service der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super gelegen und bis zum Stand ist es nicht weit. Der Poolbereich ist auch schön. Durch einen eher glücklichen Zufall haben wir das Zimmer zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts tauschen können, was erheblich zur besseren Bewertung nun beiträgt... Das zweite Zimmer war in der oberen Etage und war hell, sauber und hatte einen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Das eigentlich für uns vorgesehene Zimmer war leider absolut nicht gut (siehe unten).

Das eigentlich für uns vorgesehene Zimmer befand sich ebenerdig und mit einer Aussicht auf eine Wand. Es war wirklich schlecht gereinigt und ziemlich dunkle. Da das Hotel keine Klimaanlage hat und so ebenerdig Nachts die Terrassentüre besser nicht auflässt, wären die Nächte hier wohl alles andere als angenehm geworden. Durch einen glücklichen Zufall war unser Türschloss kaputt und wir haben ein weiter oben liegendes Zimmer bekommen, wie bereits beschrieben. Ich empfehle, bereits vor der Buchung mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufzunehmen und um Zuteilung in eines der oberen Zimmer zu bitten, da man unten wirklich depressiv werden kann...

La ubicación era perfecta tanto para ir a la playa (2min a dando) como para moverte a otras playas y lugares de la isla (20min en coche de morro jable). Tienes un centro comercial con tiendas y dos spar con todo lo que necesitas, incluso tabaco. La limpieza excelente, todos los dias. Tienes andando un montón de bares, chiringuitos y restaurantes

La amabilidad del personal, nos resolvieron un problema con la habitación en minutos. La playa preciosa.

Ci è piaciuto tanto tutto. Una menzione speciale alla pulizia impeccabile…signora delle pulizie gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Mi è piaciuto tutto tanto quindi non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.

La camera era veramente molto spaziosa, dotata di tre zone sperate: camera da letto, bagno e zona cucina con divano, in più una piccola zona esterna. La struttura trova a pochi passi (meno di 5 minuti a piedi) da una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola, affianco è presente un piccolo mini market e nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e tutto ciò che può servire. La piscina della struttura è un ottimo luogo dove rilassarsi a fine giornata ed inoltre è presente a bordo piscina un ottimo ristorante. In generale la struttura è molto bella e trasmette un clima di vacanza.

La zona esterna non è delimitata in alcun modo, quindi se ti siedi fuori sei a meno di un metro dal tavolino dei tuoi vicini. La camera era abbastanza pulita ma c’erano formiche in cucina. Quello che non mi è piaciuto è stato sicuramente il fatto che abbiano fornito bagnoschiuma e shampoo solo il primo giorno, io vi consiglio o di non metterlo proprio o di fornirli poi nuovamente. Vale la pena visitare la parte sud dell’isola ma non aspettatevi movida, tendenzialmente dopo le 23 non ci sarà nulla da fare.

Rooms 70 and 71 are literally next to a disco. Music is extremely loud until around 3am. There is no aircon, and with the noise, option is to be far too hot or have extremely loud music in your room. Far from ideal and not suitable for families.

Je n' ai pas bien compris ce qui était prévu en terme de navette aéroport -hotel. Du coup, j ai préféré louer une voiture..

La tranquilidad y lo bonito que es el lugar y la playa tan cercana. Estudio cómodo y bastante completo.

Aunque la temperatura de Costa Calma suele ser muy agradable, echamos de menos un ventilador de techo para los días de mas calor. También comentar que aunque la piscina grande está muy bien, pasamos un día a ver la piscina pequeña ( es muy pequeñita, casi como para niños pero ahí está... ) y la tienen muy descuidada con el suelo de alrededor levantado el cual puede provocar caídas o rasguños Deberían de cerrarla mientras no lo reparen.

El Bungalow es increíble, tiene de todo y es muy cómodo! Repetiremos 100% y la zona para aparcar es buenísima y con un supermercado al lado para cualquier cosa del día a día.

Necesita como mínimo un ventilador para épocas de calor y podría mejorar la limpieza un poco. Es una zona de mucho viento

Nos tocó un bajo que no tenía mucha privacidad, la terraza estaba en mitad del paso de los otros apartamentos y no tenía ni vaya ni nada.

La ubicación. La equipación del apartamento, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para preparar algo sencillo durante las vacaciones. La limpieza y el personal de recepción del día de llegada un 10!! Una pena no recordar su nombre pero espero que le trasladen nuestro agradecimiento!!

Algunas cosas se podrían mejorar: - Las camas un poco incómodas y el colchón se movía con mucha facilidad de la base, hay muchas soluciones sencillas y económicas para eso algún toper o cintas de velcro. - El retrete estaba despegado y al moverse hacía mucho ruido, usarlo “sigilosamente” durante la noche no es posible, los vecinos o las personas con las que te alojas se van a despertar seguro. - No funcionaba la tostadora. - La tv podría ser más grande y estar anclada a la pared, sería bastante más cómodo. Todo esto como propuestas o sugerencias de mejora ya que como no eran cosas graves en ningún momento comunicamos nada de esto al personal, que sinceramente, me atrevo a afirmar que, de haberlo dicho, hubieran intentado buscarnos soluciones.

La piscina perfecta y la ubicación también.

La struttura è molto carina, l'appartamento pulito, ordinato, nuovo, piccolo ma con tutto il necessario, per trascorrere una bella vacanza.La piscina bella ma alla mattina apre alle 11 ( un pochino tardi, per chi si alza alle 7.00 e vorrebbe godersi un po di pace a bordo piscina) e la sera chiude alle 19.00 C'è pure un comodo parcheggio gratuito. Da vedere il Mirador Atlantico fuori da Costa Calma, vale la pena. Noi abbiamo girato tanto, abbiamo visto quasi tutta l'isola.

Della struttura nulla, tutto bellissimo e benissimo, ci sono anche un paio di supermercati vicino, molto riforniti. Non mi' è piaciuto il paesino di Costa Calma, oltre ad alberghi e grandi resort non c'è niente. Non c'è un paesino con negozi, ristoranti, baretti, una passeggiata sul lungomare, tanti agglomerati di case sparsi senza troppo senso , né gusto. Un grande giardino di palme abbandonato e e in decadimento.Qualche centro commerciale, con qualche piccolo negozio.Mi spiace dire cosi' perche' non voglio offendere nessuno, mi è' piaciuta tutto a Fuerteventura, l'ho trovata un'isola bellissima ma Costa Calma e' quello che mi è piaciuto di meno.

Gli alloggi dal 1 al 7 posti sotto il piano strada a fine inverno sono freddi e non vedono mai il sole (dovrebbero indicarlo)cosa triste per essere alle Canarie .

We rented a small apartment: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony. It was cleaned every day on the week days. The towels were changed frequently, which I appreciated a lot. We had our kitchen, that was equipped just enough for cooking an easy dish. Our balcony had a view on the beach and was also a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, as well as dry our swimwear. There are numerous shops and cafes at the doorstep, and the beach is 5 min walk. I enjoyed it throughout our 7 day stay. Though, for those who are staying longer I'd recommend booking an apartment/house with an air conditioner (in summer), dishwasher and washing machine. Also visit Mamma Mia restaurant - the food is delicious and only 3 min walk from the reception.

On summer nights it can be stuffy, so you need to open windows or have a fan.

L’appartamento è inserito in un complesso residenziale in cui è sempre disponibile il servizio di assistenza della reception. Abbiamo trovato la stanza pulita all’arrivo e anche nei giorni successivi. La cura del cliente è stata attenta.

Difficile trovare un punto negativo. Forse qualche rumore tra un appartamento e l’altro non è stato sempre piacevole.

The location of this accommodation is amazing. You could literally walk straight to the Beach - 3 minutes. If needed go back to your room for a bit of rest from a sun. You can grab a book from reception - they have collected many in many languages. I like the fact that reception is available 24/7 and near by shops - with everything you need for breakfast. For those who likes to walk - you can walk up to beginning of Sotavento ( its 1 hour walk just to get there and the Beach itself is very big, massive. Its better to leave the car in the shadow outside accommodation as on a very sunny day its super super hot. I almost forgot that the bed is very spacious and comfortable and i have back problems so this was super important for me.

I didn't like German tourists who thought they owned the place and were very loud at night. Maybe next time i check different rooms etc.

El olor del pasillo, entiendo que es piedra volcánica pero fuera de la puerta olía a desaguae, de hecho el desagüe del baño estaba cerrado, al abrirlo salía mal olor. Había polvo en varias partes de la habitación y el toallero pegado al váter muy mal pensado

Unterkunft sehr dreckig gewesen (Staub, Haare, Krümmel auf dem Boden und Sideboard) Toilettenspülung kaputt gewesen, wurde zwar repariert aber hielt nicht lange. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle dreckig und haben sehr gestunken. Pfanne kaputt gewesen, wurde auf Nachfrage ausgetauscht

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Auch das man dort kostenlose Parkplätze anbietet. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr ansprechend

Der Rauchmelder blinkte während des ganzen Aufenthaltes im 30 Sekundentakt hellrot. Schlafen war so nicht wirklich möglich. Habe es reklamiert aber es wurde nicht ausgebessert. Wahrscheinlich nur eine Kleinigkeit um es in Ordnung zu bringen. Das Besteck war zum Teil gefährlich. Ein Schneidemesser (das einzige) war so sehr abgenutzt, dass sich das Heft bereits gelöst hatte und einfach umklappte. Zum Glück habe ich mich nicht ernsthaft verletzt.

La piscina no la utilizamos, esta muy cerque el mar y una playa estupenda, la ubicacion es buena y hay un centro comercial muy cerca, El departamento si bien es chico, es confortable, Pasamos unos dias muy lindos, a pesar del clima que no ayudo mucho!!!!!

Aparecieron algunas cucarachas en la habitacion, se ve que es algo habitual porque en la despensa habia un aerosol de veneno. la nevera es demasiado chica, y el agua caliente , cuando te bañas, se agota rapidamente. Los restaurantes cercanos cierran muy temprano por la noche

The property was a very convenient location easily accessible to all the shops and supermarkets and beaches

Unfortunately, we didn’t like the smell from the bathroom. It appeared that they were an issue with the drainage system as the bathroom always smelt of sewage. We always had to keep the bathroom door closed at night west we were in the apartment as the smell was very repulsive. The Windows were always open when we were inside the apartment in order to try and eradicate the smell other than this. The apartment served our purpose.

Bitte bucht kein Bungalows Deluxe und lasst euch nicht in der Anlage Las Pardelas Nummer 66 bis 91ein Bungalow geben, dann habt ihr 7 Tage feinste laute Musik von ca. 21h bis morgens ca. 5h vom Shoppingcenter Bahia Calma (10m entfernt) und die Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten raus. An Erholungsurlaub war nicht zu denken 😡😡😡

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko piękna, szeroka, piaszczysta plaża z fajną knajpką AUREOLA. Na terenie basenu równe fajna i dobra restauracja COCO Beach. Na wyciągnięcie ręki markety i inne sklepy. Okolica bardzo przyjemna i spokojna. Apartament czysty, codziennie sprzątany, wyposażony w najważniejsze rzeczy do samodzielnego przygotowania posiłków.

Nasz apartament jak chyba jako jedyny nie miał leżaków na tarasie, ale nie upominaliśmy się o nie ponieważ większość czasu byliśmy poza apartamentem. Rano bardzo często nie było wody. Całe szczęście nie trwało to długo.

I asked for a coffee machine with capsules, I offered to pay for it, I got a negative answer 3. so it turned out that when I arrived I parked my car not on the main street, but turned down towards the beach, where the navigation leads. Since the hotel territory has no clear boundaries and clear directions to where the reception is, I wandered for an hour with my suitcase until I found it. I called the phone number provided to help find it, no one answered :( I found the email and the correspondence I had already started, no one answered :( The return call was zero

Behulpzaam personeel, dichtbij het strand.

Uitzicht op het parkeerterrein, geen zon op het terras, geen privacy op terras. De foto’s op de site en afbeeldingen in Google komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Wij hadden appartement aan de achterkant van de receptie, het zwembad was een blok verder. Koud zwembad.

La piscina

Contratamos un estudio. Las fotos de Booking no tienen nada que ver con el estudio que nos dieron. Me refiero a las vistas desde la terraza. Nos dieron inicialmente un estudio en un bajo que daba a una pared que era la escalera de otro estudio. Un horror. Reclamamos y nos cambiaron a otro, al lado del anterior, que tenía una terraza a pie de calle al lado del parking de coches. No volveré nunca más a este lugar. Las fotos de los estudios, vistas desde su terraza, no son acordes a lo que te dan o al menos, a lo que a mí me dieron.

Brilliant location. I had an apartment in the Las Gaviotas section with a patio and a seaview. Simple but clean and well appointed. The Coco Beach restaurant which overlooks the main swimming pool is brilliant.

The hotel is across 3 blocks and, the island being as it is, there are steps and steep roads and paths everywhere. OK for me but might not be for everyone.

We stayed in a studio apt above reception. Basic but still everything you expect from your accommodation. Perfectly clean and comfortable. Reception staff welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Restaurant and bar area really good. All staff excellent

Le logement était à proximité de la plage (200m environ) , fonctionnel pour 2 personnes. La terrasse était bien protégée du vent. Belle piscine.

La porte ne se fermait pas bien: nous sentions le vent passer par la fente d'ouverture ainsi que les bruits extérieurs. La terrasse manquait d'ensoleillement car la vue était bouchée par un batiment mais nous pouvions déjeuner dehors malgré tout

Bohužel na rozkládací pohovce se nedalo spát… museli jsme 3 spát v ložnici a jeden na té pohovce. To bylo velké zklamání

The location is perfect. The comfortable bed and ambiance of the place. love how convenient it is from the beach and the restaurants and shops are just outside the hotel made it better.

There was just a minor problem with the water as there was not enough water pressure during our stay.

El personal del complejo, la limpieza, el parking y la localización.

Las fotos de la habitación no correspondían con la reserva. Estuvimos alojados en un estudio sin apenas luz natural, localizado en un semisótano sin ningún tipo de vistas. Localizados justamente debajo de la recepción, escuchábamos absolutamente todo, especialmente la puerta corredera automática. Adicionalmente, teníamos hormigas a diario en la cocina.

Ubicación y practicidad

This is my second time in Fuerteventura! 🌸 The reception staff Cassandra checked us in, she was very accommodating, kind, friendly. She also saw that I have my service dog with me and I wouldn't have to pay pet fee. On the 18 of December when I was passing by the reception, I talked with Carla and she informed me that I have to pay pet charges. After a bit of dispute again I have to informe the staff about the issue and that I had wrote an email prior to this to ensure that I will bring my service dog. The room I had was with a terrace and not balcony. The bed was so uncomfortable and not good madras that made my back hurt of pain. The cleaning was good and the housekeeping lady Laurdes was very friendly to me and my family and I really appreciate her service.  However, the room was noisy and could hear the neighbors from early morning to late night.  It was a strict policy note at the door that the hotel is not entitled for your lost belongings and this could be prevented by install peephole so make sure the guest would feel safe. I really liked it is a non smoking hotel, but as you open the terrace door it was other guests smoking and I couldn't open my terrace to get some fresh air because of the heavy smell due to smoking and that is not good for an asthma allergies which includes myself. The staff was accommodating during my stay, Cassandra, Carla, Jiri, Lourdes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, especially Jiri in the reception. ¡Hasta luego!

asciugamani vecchi e strappati

I got robbed in my hotel room at around 4 am on December 09,2025. I was asleep and my phone was taken from night table beside my bed, also my watch, sunglasses and 20 euros. I don't have a clue how they got into my apartment, all this is very sketchy and I do not recommend this hotel, security is none. I will never visit Fuerteventura, I was prior to this incident several times, even local people are stating that this island is becoming dangerous. This hotel had previously several incidents like mine.

Es ist alles sehr sauber, das Personal ist nett und die Anlage ist toll. Besonders hat uns der Pool gefallen.

Jetzt im Dezember war es etwas frisch am Abend. Da die Räume keine Heizungen haben (was normal ist auf den Kanaren) sollte man sich etwas warmes zum Anziehen für Abends und die Nacht mitbringen.

Nichts, verdorbener Urlaubstart!

Wir wurden bei der Buchung im Febr.25 vorsätzlich mit falschen Fotos der Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern getäuscht. Diese Unterkunft war ein Nebengebäude eines ehemaligen Restaurants und nicht geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern. ABSTURZGEFAHR!!! , arglistig getäuscht und betrogen!!

Good location near the beach, supermarket and bars. Very clean with a good bathroom.

Booked a deluxe bungalow for a 2 night treat thinking we would be put in the bungalow as per the photo on booking.com, were put into a downstairs apartment, no sun on the terrace and no view. No electric kettle, broken toaster. Was under the impression the pool was heated, staying there in November we were looking forward to using it, sadly it was not.

Amazing location. Quite close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. Very friendly and professional workers.

The pool is a bit hidden.

1. ROOM We booked a suite at the Bahia Calma Beach Hotel, paying the most expensive DELUXE option with a pool view (the price difference was significant – approximately €300 per person more than the standard suite). Upon arrival, we found ourselves in suite no. 56, which actually had a side view of the pool, with the main view being of the white wall of the restroom and electrical switchboard. It's located in the very corner of the pool area and below the pool line. We checked for available rooms with a nice view, but the receptionist told us they were reserved for their German VIP guests, a group of executives who were arriving the next day, and they wouldn't give us any of those rooms. It's worth noting that all these rooms were in the same quality and price range – poolside and pool-view, with suites of the same standard inside. On the hotel's Facebook page, in correspondence with customers, the receptionist states that they do not assign specific room numbers upon request during the booking process. The German VIP guests actually arrived at the end of the second night and stayed on the hotel grounds as if they were the only guests, making noise until 1 a.m. and proposing toasts, the content of which is embarrassing to even mention. 2. SECURITY The hotel is a dangerous place, without any supervision or security whatsoever. There are gates that are left unlocked (perhaps intentionally?), and there are signs about cameras, but none. As a result of this carelessness and neglect of security, we were robbed by a thief who entered our room at night through the terrace and stole money and documents from a backpack lying on the sofa. The hotel is aware of such situations and has not implemented ANY guest protection system. Frankly, we feel like we were deliberately assigned a room on the side of the building, near a side gate. It's true that they warned us to close the windows, but we didn't close them once... (the room was stuffy, as we'll discuss in point 4 below). We should mention that there was a safe in the room (and we kept some of our documents and cash there). BUT this safe also raised concerns because it was key-operated, not coded, so someone could have made a key. 3. ANTS The room was infested with pharaoh ants. They were in the kitchen, on the dining table, in the bathroom, and even got into the suitcase. They didn't get into the refrigerator. Our complaints were ignored; the staff came and sprayed the ants with a supermarket product, and the ants disappeared for a moment and then returned. The hotel should definitely perform a thorough, professional pest control – but obviously, that costs money... 4. NO AIR CONDITIONING The absolute lack of air conditioning was a very bothersome issue. During our stay, the temperature was constantly around 28 degrees Celsius. The apartment was heated, so unfortunately, we had to open and tilt the windows at night, which also contributed to the theft described above. 5. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT Overall, the equipment was decent, but something mundane was missing, like a chopping board. We asked for a replacement. Our request was ignored. 6. POOL The pool itself was okay, BUT... the hours of availability – in our opinion, unacceptable – were extremely short: from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Especially in the morning, we really missed the opportunity to take a morning swim before breakfast, which was usually possible on our other vacations. In the afternoon, when we returned from day trips, we couldn't use the pool, even though it was still warm and sunny. 7. ROOM ACOUSTICS The terrible acoustics, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms and ceilings, meant we could hear every step (and not only that) of our upstairs neighbors, who would wake up early in the morning, between 6 and 7 a.m., waking us up with their activity. We returned from our vacation completely sleep-deprived. In summary, we rate the trip as disastrous. We are disappointed and disillusioned.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, die 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt liegt und einen sehr schönen Pool besitzt. Außer Mittwoch und Sonntag wurde jeden Tag das Apartment gesäubert und die Handtücher gewechselt. Trotz Life-Musik am Wochenende in der sich auf dem Gelände der Anlage befindlichen Gaststätte, war es die meiste Zeit sehr ruhig. Außerdem gab es deutsches Fernsehen und 2 Spar-Filialen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Früh und abends war der Wasserdruck oft sehr niedrig, so dass das Duschen unmöglich war. Bei der Rückgabe der Poolhandtücher war die Rezeptionistin unfreundlich. Erst nach einer gefühlten Ewigkeit der Suche im Computer, war sie bereit, uns die 20 € Leihpfand auszuhändigen. Dafür war eine andere Rezeptionistin um so freundlicher!

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży, miły personel

Za drzwiami pokoju były drzwi do pomieszczenia technicznego , urządzenie w nim buczało co kilka sekund cały dzień i całą noc. Ciężko się wyspać przy takim hałasie.

Die Lage zum Strand mit wenigen Schritten ist hervorragend. Auch zu den nächstgelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel max. 500m usw.) ist ideal. Gut erreichbar sind auch Speiselokale, der nächste Taxistand und auch die Rezeption ist max. 200 m entfernt. Es wurde täglich gereinigt. Sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Die Ausstattung für Deluxe ist fragwürdig.- Das ist max. Standard. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Die Küche selbst ist mit einem modernen Herd und Backofen ansonsten spärlich ausgestattet. Ein Eck-Schlafsofa und Fernseh sind vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse steht ein kleiner runder Tisch und zwei Stühle. Wer zu zweit frühstücken möchte muss sich gut überlegen, was auf diesen runden Tisch kommen soll. Einen Esstisch mit Stühlen gibt es leider nicht.
