Superbra läge! Mitt i smeten, väldigt nära strand och matställen. Ett stort plus är att det låg en streetfood marknad precis utanför, och mysiga fik och restauranger intill. Minus för sängen som var väldigt hård och att det var lyhört- man hörde musik och stök varje kväll… dessutom trånga rum med lite förvarning.

When we arrived at the place the room was open the beds had sand it looked dirty.

Realmente es un lugar unicamente para dormir solo en cuartos con aire acondicionado y para bañarse.

Synes på ingen måde, at billeder stemte overens med realiteten. Poolen var lille og beskidt, restauranten var lukket, kun aircon i et værelse og ikke begge værelser, hotellet lignede generelt et stort byggerod, internettet var elendigt og nærmest ikke eksisterende (fungerede tilnærmelsesvist kun i et rum), der var en mini varmebeholder på toilettet man først skulle tænde (hvis man ville gå i bad i varmt vand), køleskabet fungerede ikke og frøs istedet alt og sparsommeligt lys udenfor på altanen. Generelt et meget skuffende ophold og besluttede derfor også at tjekke ud to dage før planlagt selvom vi havde betalt for dagene. 😔 Desuden ligger diskoteker/barer lige udenfor hotellet, så der var fuld smadder på høj “techno” lignende musik til kl 2-3 hver nat. Ikke fedt når man har booket som familie med børn.

Lo que me molesto mucho es que hay cuartos que no tienen clima en pleno 2023, no tener clima en una playa es como no tener platos en un restaurante, después pague una diferencia y me trasladaron a un cuanto con clima Como si uno supiera cuales cuartos si tienen clima y cuales no, dormí una noche en esas condiciones , no vuelvo a ese hotel

Sehr zentrale Lage 100m vom Strand und Innenstadt, super Preis/ Leistung. Sehr mexikanisch, Familienbetrieb, wie man es in Holbox erwartet, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Nachdem unser Mietwagen nicht mehr angesprungen war haben uns die Mitarbeiter sehr geholfen das Problem mit Europcar zu lösen.

Bien ubicada. Buen precio. Mala calidad. Habitaciones muy pequeñas. No tiene aire acondicionado. Le falta limpieza, servicios

The hotel was actually pretty nice but it did not have an air conditioner, if I stayed there by myself I wouldn't of mind, but I had my girlfriend with me. The room is probably better if you were solo by yourself and it's right next to the beach so I don't think people would even be inside of the room for long and it doesn't have a TV which is even better for me.

Se va la luz y no dan información y ninguna solución (solo dicen ¨no es mi problema¨), no cuentan las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y los ventiladores proporcionados están en muy malas condiciones, buena ubicación, mal servicio, requiere mantenimiento inmediato

The location was great, right by the town square and by the hot spots and restaurants. They cleaned the room every day and the man attending us was great. But there were several roaches. I know that the big ones were just from outside and the front door did not reach the bottom of the floor so they could easily get in but there was two small roaches that are infestation of the property and that was disgusting and made us very uncomfortable at the hotel.

No hay alberca habilitada. Ves fotos muy lindas de ella pero en la realidad no es así. El wii fi pésimo, me quedé una noche más, intentando hacer la reserva por la app pero no funcionó y no hay ningún tipo de ayuda para resolver nada. Perdí acumular una noche. Buen colchón, agradable y bien ubicado.

Is a last property I will use if nothing is available, the good thing is one block from the beach , have a good size pool and near all restaurants

No es lo que esperaba, en las fotos que se muestran es totalmente diferente a lo que vi, lo único bueno el personal muy amable, y la playa cerca de ahí nada, no me gustó

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en ese lugar, la primera no fue excelente, pero tampoco la peor. Esta vez por ubicación decidí instalarme por una noche allí. Fue terrible por error mío reserve una hab. económica pero la tarifa por noche es similar a la que he pagado en otros hoteles donde los servicios y limpieza son mejores y usan todos los protocolos acerca del covid y el cual llame a servicio al cliente de hoteles.com y la persona que me atendió me dio muy mala servicio y me colgó la llamada sin darme una solución siendo que soy gold member

Lugar estrategico a pasos de la playa, cerca para cenar, comprar. Muy pequeño el cuarto pero pasamos super. Relacion precio comodidad super.

O Hotel é bem localizado, bem próximo ao centrinho de Holbox e próximo à praia também, um quarteirão. O ruim, é o chuveiro, pois a água saia para cada lado e dificultava o banho, mas tirando isso, foi um excelente estadia. A piscina é linda, mas muito muito muito fria, o que não dá pra usar. Mas o check-in, funcionárias, limpeza, roupa de cama, toalhas foram excelentes. Gostei bastante. Me hospedaria novamente!

Bekamen zunächst ein kleineres Zimmer, nach einer Reklamation bekamen wir ein sehr schönes anderes Zimmer (2 Räume). Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Muy mala experiencia. El cuarto no tenia ni donde colgar la ropa, la ventana no cerraba, el espaciode los cuartos es muy reducido, cero servicios, solo habia jabón para bañarse. El personal no está al pendiente de los huespedes, la señora de la cocina era la que los tenia que atender, pedí una plancha y al cabo de media hora que llegó alhuien a atender me dieron una muy vieja en empolvada que no servía, los cusrtos no los limpian, es más ni siquiera tienden las camas. Muy decepcionante toda mi estancia.

I opted for the upgrade to a queen bed. The bed was nicer but the rest of the room was not worth the $80 USD price tag. There are other places around at better prices.

La ubicación ecente de la playa y centro, me pareció bueno

Reservamos ahí porque se supone que tenia alberca era más económico que los demás y se veía padrísimo en foto, pero en persona nada que ver. Es como una fuente, esta súper sucia y además fría. Vale la pena invertir $100 más en un hotel con alberca de verdad.

Toute petite chambre, vraiment minuscule et peu commode. Pas d’éclairage. Douche avec tout petit filet d’eau soit brûlante, soit froide. Impossible d’avoir assez de débit pour se laver les cheveux. Piscine toute petite (gros bassin) pas tres invitante. L’hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, c’est un avantage, mais comme il n’est pas isolé du bruit, impossible de dormir avant quatre heures du matin. Il y’a des hôtels bcp mieux pour le même prix.

Best location, a minute walk from the famous beach, cute lil pool but we never swam in it. Friendly staff. Small little room but it served its purpose! Definetly the best value on the island

Buena atención de la recepción, tiene restaurante aunq no para desayunos. Cerca de la playa y de los restaurantes, a la alberca no le da el sol, las sábanas estaban manchadas, el aromatizante que usan huele feo, el agua para bañarse necesita calentarse y dura muy poco. En general solo por ubicación pero si regreso creo que elegiría otro lugar para quedarme

It was as we expected. Clean room . Yet it was disappointing to have a very small room. Also we stayed 2 nights and they haven’t changed our towel. Shower had hot water but unfortunately no streaming

Great location just a few steps from the town center square and a few steps from the beach. Rooms are good size, especially the queen rooms which have a small living area and a cocineta. There is one queen room #7 that has a very good ocean view on the top floor. Higher rooms are quieter as some lower rooms are by the street. Helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Small swimming pool is kept very clean. Rooms are also very clean. Mattress was super comfortable. A/c works ok. For those that need TV there are NONE! Also internet is very weak and sporadic due to one antenna serving the entire island. Good value room especially during low season.

Todo está muy bien. Está súper cerca de la playa, es muy lindo y está limpio. Lo único malo es el agua caliente, ya qué tienes que esperar a que se caliente y en cuanto se termina el agua tienes que volver a esperar de nuevo.

Llegue y no tenian mi habitacion que reserve por que el lugar estaba lleno

Al llegar me daban una habitación sin aire acondicionado, tuve que pagar lo equivalente a 50 Dolares para que me cambiaran de habitación. A pesar que demostré que no estaba en las especificaciones de la habitación que reserve el solo tener un ventilador, la única opción que me dio la encargada fue pagar la diferencia con la próxima habitación.

Sinceramente muyyy mal servicio. Llegamos 8 pm Y ni siquiera tenian las reservas en su sistema. No habia ni recepcionista, nos dieron una habitacion que ni era la que habíamos reservado. Y al, siguiente dia movieron las cosas a la otra habitacion que era, sin ni siquiera estar nosotros avisados. No recomendable

Positivo: cuenta con muy buena ubicación, habitaciónes cómodas y precios razonables. Negativo: personal de la recepción bastante grosera..cuiden más ese detalle pues recepción es la cara principal del hotel y cua di tienen a una chica que no escuché y que ni siquiera te voltea a ver cuándo le estás hablando directamente, da muy mala imagen... Por lo demás ,, ningun problema

È un bel posto, pulito (tranne i fornelli che sono inutilizzabili) avevamo la camera vista oceano e si vedeva dal letto, molto bello. Bagno pulito anche se la doccia scarseggia con l'acqua, frigorifero, stanze spaziose, stendino in terrazza. Unica vera pecca è il letto esageratamente morbido, sembrava di dormire su un marshmallow. Ci ritornerei.

El lugar está bien si es para descansar nada sensacional o fuera de otro mundo no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado y el internet es malo de echo inexistente y la alberca en La foto la hace parecer grande y es más un chapoteadero por lo demás esta bien para descansar después de pasear por la isla

Demasiado caro para lo que se ofrece, por la noche no hay nadie que pueda apoyarte, no hay teléfono para si quiera comunicarte a la recepción. En la primera noche hubo gente hasta la media noche en la piscina tomando y no se pudo reportar pues no hay nadie en la recepción. La ubicación excelente, la atención de la recepcionista muy buena, la camarista mantuvo todo muy limpio.

No habia aire acondicionado, servicio muy malo, atencion en recepcion pesima, no tenian informacion de la reservacion, hicimos check out y pedimos una habitacion de hispitalidad para poder asearnos y cambiarnos y nos ofrecieron una regadera en el patio enfrente de la alberca y un baño sin cerradura en la puerta abajo de unas escaleras para cambuarnos, las condiciones del hotel estan como las de un hostal, de hecho deberian categorizarlo asi, no vale lo que me cobraron por la estancia

El hotel estaba un poco descuidado. Las toallas eran súper viejas, la primera noche no había agua caliente, la cama es de 135cm, el baño olía fatal a ratos, el ventilador del techo hacía ruido y la piscina no es apetecible. Me dejaron hacer check out una hora más tarde de lo permitido

The hotel had oversold the room we reserved, so they placed us in a cheaper room and warned that no refund would be given. Next day we were out and upon coming back we discovered the staff had moved all of our belongings without or consent to another room. They left my laptop and passport laying on a chair in the hallway for hours and USD$100 was missing from a wallet we left in the room. Staff refused to acknowledge any of this and also refused to contact the manager, they claim he shows up only on saturdays. STAY AWAY!

Estuvimos una noche, fue muy rápido, fácil de llegar y accesible.

Super good location in a comfortable and good size apartment type room. The pool was nice, fresh and clean. The bed was so, so cozy and comfortable that we got a really good rest.

La hab.10 que me dieron creo que es una de la más feas del hotel, la imagen que publican en la página no es la misma que como es en realidad el hotel, el ventilador no funciona, cuarto de 3x3 apenas cabe la cama ya parece una alacena y la única solución que me dieron es que me queje con la agencia

Les photos sont photoshopés sur le site l'hôtel est moins bien en vrais la chambre et minuscule c'est t beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.. L'emplacement est bien. De plus nois avons du attendre a notre arrivée car ils n'arrivaient pas a trouver notre réservation

Likes: friendly helpful staff, close to beach Dislikes: no safe in room, no a/c (there is a ceiling fan and floor fan), 1/2 block from beach band that plays loud music until the wee hours of the morning, in order to ventilate room you must sleep with sliding glass door open which does not lock

Les + : l'emplacement de l'hôtel à 50 m de la plage., avec des petits restaurants boutique et un petit supermarché juste en bas. le lit est hyper confortable. les chambres sont équipées d'air conditionné mais attention le nôtre est tombé en panne au bout du deuxième jour..

Great location near beach

We had a great weekend, we live in Playa del Carmen so we are no strangers to the coast life, but this great little island gives us an opportunity to relax. The hotel was perfectly located in the middle of town with proximity to everything, super clean and the staff ready to help. We loved our weekend there. And just a block from the hotel there is this great restaurant "La Parrilla de Juan" best steak ever and if you are into fish, he brings out the catch of the day, whatever he caught that morning. Left you a pic of the view of the sun setting from our room. #nofilter

Clean good size and confort We stayed just one night but was veey good

We arrived later in evening theres a bell you ring, we were given a key that was extent of staff interaction. There is no WiFi but its seems most of the wifi on island is poor. The discount rooms are very small and overpriced also the bar in the next street causes noise not the electric kind which makes it tolerable use earplugs.

The staff was very helpful when I accidentally booked for the wrong night. When I realized the mistake (moments after payment), we contacted Hotels.com, and they told me that they could only change my check-in dates if I were to pay for an additional night; they claimed it was the hotel's policy. My wife contacted the hotel, and within a few emails, the reservation had been changed to the correct date, with no extra charge to us. When we arrived, we were an hour or two earlier than the check-in time, but they let us check-in and get settled into our room. The room was cute with blue stone (maybe glass) details in the floor. There was separate area with kitchenette that had a gas cook-top and a cold refrigerator. I did notice that there were no pots or pans, or other cookware, but since we hadn't planned on using the cook-top, I didn't ask staff about it. We had a sitting area outside of our room with a couple of chairs and a table, as well as a hammock. The hotel is really close to the beach where you can swim, rent bikes, etc. We took a taxi from the ferry when we arrived, but we were able to fairly when easily walk to the ferry when we left. For us it was a little expensive, but if you are staying Isla Holbox, I would recommend giving this hotel a try.

The hotel is super cute and confortable, location is perfect for the beach and small downtown area. I really enjoyed my stay here, it has a small refrigerator and stove. The only thing that i disliked was that they did not have an iron in the room and when i asked the receptionist for one she said they didnt have one :( so i ended up wearing wrinkled clothes, also Wifi did not work at all i believe it was down not sure why. The pool was small but very nice. I wish they would offer bike rentals that way we didnt have to walk to the beach to get one. The young lady who works there was really friendly and helpful. p.s beds matress is super duper comfy!!! Oh and they also have a hamock. bRINg mosquito repellant!!
