Muy cómoda la habitación con todo lo necesario limpia. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El lugar en general se ve cuidado.

La piscina no estaba limpia y de noche es muy oscura. Un señor de lentes en recepción poco amable,pero luego mejoró y había una señorita stefany creo muy amable.

Vanaf de boot kon je prima lopen naar het hotel met rugzakken. Ben je met koffers, dan is taxi beter, ivm zandwegen en geen asfalt (maar dat is overal op het eiland). Het Hotel is perfect, ook de ligging, geen lawaai, schoon, zwembad en keukentje in hotelkamers.

De excursies die via het hotel worden aangeboden lopen via Moguel. Moguel staat niet goed aangeschreven. Wij hebben excursies geboekt via een andere aanbieder (VIP Holbox). Deze waren uitstekend. Bij uitchecken kwamen halverwege andere onbeschofte gasten aanzeilen, die ineens eerst werden geholpen. Wij werden aan de kant gezet. Minpuntje.

Это отличный отель рядом с ферри. До центра 10 минут пешком до моря 15-20. Вкусный завтрак. Большие хорошие номера с кофемашиной и холодильником. Отличный напор воды, что для острова редкость. Мы часто ездим на Холбош и теперь предпочитаем этот отель.

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was super nice and welcoming, and even though the hotel is small, it has such a cozy and comfortable feel. I really liked everything about the property and would definitely stay here again!

Het was een heel gezellig hotel, het personeel was heel vriendelijk en het ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het strand en het centrum.

De optie met ontbijt inclusief is heel erg middelmatig, je krijgt 4 opties. Ik vond dit persoonlijk heel teleurstellend.

El alojamiento está muy limpio, el personal muy amable, siempre nos atendía con una sonrisa, Jorge, en la recepción. También muy agradables en la zona del desayuno, sobre todo Casius. La habitación era muy amplia con terraza y su correspondiente hamaca. Reitero el espacio de la estancia que además contaba con una cocina con microondas, neverita, menaje etc pero no había fuegos o vitro. El baño también muy completo y amplio. Pese a que no está cerca cerca de la playa, todo se puede hacer caminando, el muelle y la playa, el puerto a 7 minutos, tienditas, etc. Repetiríamos, sin duda.

Nous avions 1090 pesos dans une enveloppe, après que l’agent d’entretien soit passé(e) nous n’en avions plus que 590… Le billet de 500 a tout simplement « disparu ». Nous sommes allées à l’accueil, le personnel a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire pour nous. L’agent dentretien a pourtant bien confirmé avoir « regardé » dedans. 0 dédommagement.

La propreté chaque jours de notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner très agréable. La piiscine pour se rafraîchir.

L'organisation au petit déjeuner c'est très long pour se faire servir.

El último día se olvidaron de reponer las toallas de baño y de madrugada otros huéspedes despertaron a todo el hotel con sus ruidos. La administración debería controlar más ese tipo de conductas para que no afecten a los demás.

The room was clean and well maintained. The air con was great. Having the kitchen area in the room was very helpful. Karina the server at breakfast was very lovely and friendly and a credit to the hotel.

Our room was the first room around the edge of the pool so lacked any privacy. We had to keep our curtains closed constantly. The outside space wasn’t great, we weren’t able to sit outside at night after putting our children to bed as the outdoor space was right beside the bar and there was no privacy screen. However saying that, the bar didn’t open at all during our two week stay. You could get bottles of beer from reception but no margaritas which was disappointing.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en NAJ Holbox. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y todo estaba impecable, súper limpio. Nos quedamos en una habitación con dos camas y vista a la pileta, las camas eran cómodas y la habitación estaba muy bien equipada, incluso con cafetera y café que reponían todos los días. El desayuno incluido también nos gustó mucho. Es a la carta y tiene opciones variadas, interesantes y muy ricas. Mención especial para Karina, del bar, que fue súper amable y atenta con nosotras durante toda la estadía. Nos encantó su atención! Si bien no es de los hoteles más cercanos al centro o a la playa, por las instalaciones, servicios y la atención es perfecto para estadías hasta de varios días. Muy cómodo y todo el personal muy atento.

El desayuno muy bueno, la ubicación excelente puedes llegar al hotel caminando desde el ferry, todo el personal muy amable, en el área del restaurante la Srta. Karla, Ulises y todos los demás chicos muy amables, así como los del área de recepción. Hemos tenido la oportunidad de hospedarnos en este hotel en otras ocasiones, sin duda si regreso a Holbox nos quedaremos ahí, muy bonito hotel, limpio, buena ubicación, personal atento y servicial, altamente recomendable.

Schöne kleine Anlage fußläufig in den Ort umd zum Strand. Beste Frühstückscrew angefangen mit Carina. Sie war super und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Ich habe hier das beste Frühstück in den 14Tagen in Mexico gehabt, Enfrijoladas hieß das glaube ich. Es war der Hammer!!!! Super lecker und so toll zubereitet. Die Anlage war klein aber sehr schön. Man fühlte sich wie im Jungle mit kleinem Pool und vielen Liegen. Viele Grüße von der griechischen Familie!!!

We hebben enorm genoten van het heerlijke ontbijt. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en betrokken en helpen graag. De kamer was groot en de keuken verrassend compleet ingericht, met thee (water kan je koken in de magnetron), koffie, koelkast, broodrooster, tosti apparaat, dagelijkse flessen koud water en zelfs schoonmaakspullen. De afstand naar het centrum van Holbox is echt goed te doen. Het is nog geen 5 minuten lopen en het hotel ligt net ver genoeg om geen last te hebben van de muziek/het geluid uit het centrum. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen!

De ‘rommel’ naast het hotel was wel jammer. Maar daar kunnen ze niks aan doen verder. Op de foto’s lijkt de binnentuin wat groter dan het in werkelijkheid is. Maar er zijn voldoende ligbedjes en het zwembad is prima.

Amplias modernas y limpias habitaciones. Secunda vez que me quedé por alla y volveré we nuevo. Es un poco alejado del centro pero es el precio que pagar para quedarse sin ruido y dormir sin molestia. Piscina suficiente y team muy amigable

La habitación es gigante y muy limpia, camas grandes con excelentes almohadas, hay cafetera y te dejan todo lo necesario todos los días para preparar café. El baño es grande y limpio, te dejan jabón shampoo, crema del cuerpo.... El sitio es muy cerca al centro y a la playa. El desayuno es delicioso. Volvería siempre!!! Muchas gracias

La camera al piano terra era ampia con una bella vetrata sull'esterno, da dove si poteva tranquillamente raggiungere la piscina. Verde curato e sala colazione ampia. la colazione adeguata. Personale disponibile. bella la delicatezza di accoglierti con un panno fresco quale refrigerio in attesa del check in. camera pulita e riassettata ogni giorno. a disposizione teli per la piscina.

se dobbiamo trovare un neo, migliorerei la colazione, che si è dimostrata proprio sullo standard, mentre le accortezze ed i particolari che notato nella struttura e nella sua conduzione mi facevano presagire altrettanta cura nella colazione. Piccolezze eh, lo ribadisco, ma, ad esempio, opterei per marmellate di casa piuttosto che le solite piccole confezioni e di dare la possibilità di "costruirla" e non di proporre tre tipologie rigide.

Proche du centre-ville sans être dans la ferveur des bars de nuit et restaurants. On fait tout à pied: resto, plage, commerces. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Le personnel est très agréable et toujours au petit soin. Très bon rapport qualité / prix : 50/60€ la nuit c’est très correct surtout Holbox.

Manque un peu d’isolation entre les chambres et les espaces communs. L’eau de la piscine est propre mais manque un peu de place pour les transats surtout quand il y a du monde dans l’hôtel. Petit dej un peu cher 😬

Muy atentos, el desayuno buenísimo. Te dejaban toallas para la playa o la piscina. La cama era grande y cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla. Había utensilios de cocina, cafetera, microondas y sandwichera. Muy limpio todo y decorado con mucho gusto.

No nos pusieron gel de baño, lo pedimos y se olvidaron de traerlo.

Die Zimmer des Hotels sind super und auch die Pool Area ist toll gemacht. Das inkludierte Frühstück war auch super für den Preis und vor allem das Personal super freundlich. Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Juni) da und es war wirklich ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen, auch wenn es in der Hauptsaison natürlich allgemein auf der Insel etwas teurer ist.

War alles toll! Nur der Aufenthaltsraum war abends leider geschlossen, das wäre noch schön gewesen, diesen nutzen zu können weil wir mit einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs waren. Aber sonst alles super!

Naast ons waren er gasten die tot 2 uur s nachts lawaai hebben gemaakt, samen met andere gasten die ze op hun kamer hebben uitgenodigd. Het heeft uren geduurd. Ik hoopte dat het hotel zelf de gasten zou aanspreken om stil te zijn, maar dat gebeurde niet.

The rooftop breakfast was beautiful. We checked out the breakfast one day, but they didn't have anything for smoothies so we left. Rooms are perfect, clean and modern. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping/cleaning staff do an excellent job! Beautiful oasis/pool/lounge area. Great a/c unit and fan to help us cool down. Only a 7-10min walk to City Centre/beach.

Double beds are a little small, queen would have been better. Drain in shower doesn't drain well. Hot water limited.

Incroyable ! Emplacement suffisamment proche de l'embarcadère pour venir à pied avec sacs et enfants, on est ensuite a 5min a pied du centre et des premières plages, possibilité de louer des vélos si on veut aller plus loin facilement (avec siège bébé!). Chambres confortables spacieuses propres, matelas comfortables, bien équipées, idem pour le coin piscine très reposant et facilitateur pour les heures chaudes avec un jeune enfant. Personnel hyper agréable, souriant, disponible, et plein de gentilles intentions (dosettes de von café en chambre, petits produits de soin dont crème hydratante très bienvenue avec ce soleil, petites serviettes fraîches à l'arrivée pour se rafraîchir !!!) de la réception, en passant par l'équipe de ménage et celle du restaurant. Tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre pour se faire à manger (grille pain, grill, cafetière, micro-onde). Franchement une de nos meilleures expérience au Mexique on recommende +++

C'était parfait... Si il faut vraiment proposer une remarque, il y a aurait peut être la place de de rajouter une petite plaque de cuisson électrique dans la cuisine, pour améliorer encore un peu les préparations de repas ! On a vraiment adoré cet endroit !!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Naj Casa Holbox. The location was perfect — quiet and relaxing, yet only a short walk to the city centre, restaurants, and beach. The hotel was incredibly clean, honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming, the beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the filtered water provided throughout our stay. The room was the perfect size for our family, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, beautiful, and boutique-feeling. We truly loved every minute here and would absolutely stay again.

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like. If we had to mention anything, a slightly larger fridge in the room would have been helpful for a longer stay. We also paid extra for a garden view, but it seemed like most rooms already had a similar lovely garden view, so we weren’t quite sure what made it different.

Nous sommes restés 9 nuits et notre expérience a été très positive. L’hôtel est bien situé, dans un secteur calme, et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. Il est situé à environ 10 minutes de marche du centre et à 15 minutes de la plage à pied. Le personnel est très courtois et attentif aux demandes. L’hôtel fournit de l’eau, du café et du thé chaque jour. Si vous le désirez, le ménage de votre chambre peut être effectué quotidiennement. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu. Que du positif !

Point négatif : notre séjour est passé beaucoup trop vite ! 😄

Aangenaam hotel, heel proper en ruime kamer! Nieuwer hotel met mooie kamers, lekker ontbijt en heerlijk zwembad!

Personeel was wat afstandelijk, toch zeker niet onvriendelijk. Daarnaast kleurde onze badkleding geel na het zwemmen, misschien ging er toch iets mis met de kwaliteit van het zwembadwater.

Heerlijke tuin met zwembad die we meestal voor ons zelf hadden. De accommodatie lag net buiten het centrumpje waardoor je heerlijk rustig kon genieten. Het personeel was heel attent.

Voor een vijfsterren hotel had ik nog net wat meer verwacht. We keken vanuit onze kamer aan een kant uit op het zwembad maar aan de andere kant was veel rotzooi (straatkant)

Appartement was erg ruim en nieuw! Tosti apparaat, koffiezet apparaat en magnetron. Elke dag goede schoonmaak. Groot bed. Heerlijk zwembad. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. Locatie is goed te kopen naar centrum of pier. Lekkere douche. Ruim balkon

Staff were lovely through the entire stay, I loved how small and intimate the pool area was, as 8 women we felt like we had the place to ourselves! Rooms themselves were perfect and staff cleaned them everyday to a high quality standard. Not far from the main strip so to speak but without any of the noise so it was perfect. Lunch food was also delicious!

No está frente a la playa pero la ubicación es excelente, realmente cerca de la playa como todo en ese pueblito. La atención excelente también, todas las habitaciones tienen vista a la alberca. Tienen una cafetera, aire acondicionado, secadora de cabello.

Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und modern. Wir hatten eine Terrasse Richtung Innenanlage mit Zugang zum Pool. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung mit der kleinen Küchenzeile perfekt für einen Kaffee zwischendurch. Trinkwasserflaschen standen jeden Tag bereit Das Hotel liegt nicht im direkten Zentrum der Insel, allerdings sind die Wege nicht weit. Der Blick von der Frühstücks-Dachterrasse ist wunderschön.

Checkin ist um 15:00 und auch nicht früher möglich, wir mussten darüberhinaus noch warten. Auf der anderen Seite wird die Checkout-Zeit sehr ernst genommen und muss bezahlt werden, verlässt man später als 11:55 das Zimmer (siehe das Kleingedruckte beim Checkin und es wird auch so kommuniziert). Uns wurde beim Checkout die Rechnung des Gastes vor uns zum Bezahlem vorgelegt. Zum Teil sehr unflexibles Personal. Einige Turbulenzen gab es auch beim Frühstück. Als Vegetarier hatten wir per Karte im inkudierten Frühstück nur die Option von 2 Toast mit Marmelade plus Kaffee. Nach einigen Diskussionen mit dem Personal, hat uns eine sehr nette Dame alternative Frühstücksangebote gemacht, die wirklich lecker und ausreichend waren. Warum nicht gleich so. Aufgrund der negativen Eindrücke haben wir uns nicht besonders wohl gefühlt.

Localisation : proche du centre tout en étant à l'écart des festivités et de la foule. La piscine. Chambre très propre, nettoyage tous les jours et changement quotidien des serviettes. Chambre spacieuse. Kitchenette pour préparer un petit-déjeuner, sèche-cheveux, TV. Bon WIFI. Joli cadre. Hôtel relativement neuf.

3 jours sur 5 avec des coupures d'eau constante sans savoir pourquoi. Piscine et abords de la piscine moyennement propre : canettes de bière, gobelets en plastique... Pas d'intervention du personnel quant aux nuisances sonores des clients tout au long de la nuit. Manque réel de respect de la part de certains clients. Le petit-déjeuner compris n'est pas le même que pour les clients à la carte. Peu de choix et assez léger malgré une équipe sympathique.

Hotel magnifique, très récent, a 2 pas du port, on peut arriver a pied et du centre. Mais un peu en retrait du coup c est assez calme. Chambre bien équipée et vraiment propre. Café, eau a disposition. Le jardin est magnifique. Il y a quelques transats pour se reposer. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Hotellet ligger et stykke oppe i byen fra stranden. Det betød at der ikke var larm fra fest og taxaer. I øvrigt elskede vi at zig-zagge os igennem gaderne i Holbox by og absorbere de mange gavlmalerier og det autentiske liv der udspiller sig overalt.

Morgenmaden var portionsanrettet og alt for dyr ift. hvad man fik for pengene. Karina der serverede var rigtig sød.

El diseño en general es muy acojedor y las habitaciones son grandes. La ubicación es excelente, ya que no hay demasiada gente fuera y para llegar a la playa o zona céntrica, no es tan largo el camino.

La red de internet no era tan buena y algún personal de limpieza era un tanto serio.

This is a lovely, quiet hotel. The entire property is spotlessly clean, as was the pool. Our room was a good size with an ample balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen area well stocked for anyone looking to prepare basic meals. We enjoyed breakfast each morning up on the rooftop restaurant and the staff there were wonderful. The breakfast included in our room rate was limited to 4 options but the portions were generous and the quality, excellent. The hotel is easy walking distance to the center of town but was quiet at night. We would be very happy to stay here again and were delighted with our choice.

De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, vooral bij het ontbijt. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Vanaf het hotel kom je makkelijk bij de zee, de haven en ruimvoldoende restaurants.

De douche is fijn, maar het warme water wordt vrij snel koud. Daarnaast vonden wij de kussens iets te zacht. Het zijn geen punten die ons verblijf negatief beïnvloed hebben.

Great location, less than 10 minutes to the main area and beach. Really clean spacious rooms. The staff on reception were super helpful and friendly.

Goede locatie (op loopafstand van het strand en de boot), ruime en schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt (met dank aan Karine en het keukenteam!)

Gostei de tudo. As instalações são bem novas e confortáveis. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, além do carisma da funcionária Carina, que nos atendeu muito bem. A localização é excelente! A limpeza também. O área externa é muito boa. Aproveitamos toda a estrutura. Valeu muito a pena!

Personal encantador, habitación muy amplia y camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Presión y temperatura de la ducha perfectas, aunque tenía calentador en la habitación y si te pasabas en la ducha se acababa el agua caliente. Todo muy limpio y el desayuno muy rico

Estaba cerca del puerto para coger el ferry, pero algo retirado de la playa, pero era un paseo agradable

Lovely boutique hotel, the rooms were lovely and clean and we liked the added bonus of the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and we felt very comfortable and safe here.

Mycket trevlig personal allihopa och dom gångerna vi åt frukost där mycket gott.

Poolområdet är väldigt litet, men nu är vi inga Poolområdet människor utan badar uteslutande i havet,så oss störde det inte nämnvärt.

Prachtig hotel, alles mooi nieuw, mooi zwembad, schoon en fijne locatie (loopafstand van centrum maar niet te druk).

Erg gehorige kamers, en maar kort warm water in de douche (eigenlijk te kort voor 2 personen na elkaar).

Todo ha sido perfecto, volveremos sin dudarlo. En especial dar las gracias a Karina y al equipo de cocina/desayunos por hacernos sentir como en casa.

A wonderful hotel that we highly recommend! The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, the location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Everything was impeccably clean. We would gladly stay here again!

Nice garden with lots of trees and bushes. We trnted a bike from downtown to get around the island.

In the garden/ pool area is not a lot of privacy. It looks very nice, though.
