Bedrock Hotel Kuta

Only location for vegetarian food hotel available opposite to hotel

Overall beds not clean and alloted at bacyard side

Everything was excellent. Location, facilities, friendliness. All good

Nothing.

They arrange the cab for you very quickly

Their bathroom sink was blocked , and their wifi was not properly working

L'emplacement idéal près de l'aéroport. Et le personnel très agréable et professionnel

Le cafard dans la salle de bain

Good value

Good Location

Rooms very run down and dirty.

had an injury to my foot and the staff were so caring especially the front of house

no it was all good

The breakfast was adequate. Not a great selection of fruit. Not a great selection of dishes or pastries. Room service food options were generous and cheap

Breakfast. Not enough variety or choice

Location and staff

Cleaning bathroom recommended plus insects were there too

Location near to restaurant

The facilities and room were old, and it was noisy early in the morning at 6:30 AM. The towels were very old and not clean

Poor internet connection

Cheap. Convenient. Close to airport.

Basic. OLD TV.

Nao tinhamos papel higienico no quarto.

Loved how everything I needed was close by, waterbom park was within walking distance, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Cleanliness and A/C were top-tier!

The gym equipment felt fragile, so be gentle on the lat pull-down machine.

L emplacement pas propre

Hygiène

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is awesome, right next to the airport and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The food was very well priced and being able to check in 24/7 was good

The building is starting to show its age and the rooms could have been a bit cleaner

Front desk staff very helpful and professional Was given room close to lifts Great room lamp Bed comfortable with very clean fresh sheets good breakfast

The white towels were old grey and stained The only fruit displayed at breakfast was papaya which I don’t like (but I was given watermelon from the kitchen when I asked

I have no complaints

Everything.

None.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Staff were so helpful and kind

- easy walk down to he beach - basic hotel. Booked it just to use for the afternoon before our flight so we could rest and shower - restaurants and massage shops very close

- room had a bit of a stale smell

Nice environment close to airport and amenities and nice staff

Everything was great. Definitely exceeded my expectations. For the price of the room, I wasn't expecting much.

Can't complain about anything for the price we paid

Location

NA

Wlaking distanxe to malls

Very Slow Internet connection

For next time, especially for towel in the bathroom better prepare the really white color and looks new dint with the

The room needs 1 bright white lights, not dim or warm lighting

The room was clean and a good size for the price

Breakfast wasn't great. Not much on offer, and what was on offer was pretty average.

Staff friendly

Breakfast not for foreigners.

The room and the bathroom were little bit tired.

The staff were excellent.

I paid extra for breakfast to be included in my rate but have a gluten allergy. When I informed the chefs, rather than cook breakfast in a separate pan with clean utensils, like every other hotel I’ve stayed in around the world, they simply told me I couldn’t eat there. I checked out a day early and moved to another hotel. Also, all food and beverage is halal so even if I could eat breakfast, there was no bacon!!!

Dekat dngn pantai, harga terjangkau lebih murah

Semua exelent, tapi kami dapatlan kamar yg dekat dengan mesin AC yang suara kipasnya sedilit menggangu

good staff good location clean

Perfect location to airport, we walk around 10 minutes. Good air con Hot shower They gave me a quiet room Ok breakfast , Indonesian food.

Towels looks very old , they need to replace it.

Location

Gym equipments we cannot use

Ligging ,

Free breakfast. Excellent value

Beautiful Design. Lovely Staff.

Happy with everything

Located very near to airport and everyone knows about the hotel.Beach is also on the walking distance.

One of the staff disturbed us in the night for repairing activities.

Only the location. Not more than that

The room not clean properly. I saw cockroach, spider web on the corner and they still use broken hairdryer. The cable of the hairdryer is broken domehow they just tape it and hoping it’s safe enough.the breakfast is as bad as the room, so dirty, some of the food taste so off. And the staff is the worst. Only the security have a good manner, the night receptionist is the worst

Wygodne pokoje, czysto i przyjemnie. Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, sympatyczny personel.

Location is great it’s like five minutes from the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants right outside of the hotel. I’ve stayed here a few times.

Well for me, I didn’t like anything on the breakfast. I’m not sure what the orange juice was but it definitely was an orange juice. Coffee was really cold. The food is just not good. Service is slow and I felt this every time I’ve stayed here but it’s close to the airport and it’s clean good value.

I like this hotel because it is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
