Hospitality, cleanliness, ambience, prompt response, wonderful breakfast, staff made sure we get the food we like.

They charged me twice and made double payments which was a very stressful situation, they were responding properly and made the process done after 15 days. Got the refund .

Hotel muy moderno y limpio, con todos los respetos, muy occidental (muy Marriot). Habitación grande y confortable, cama cómoda, baño muy bien. Te dejan un par de botellas de agua mineral gratis. El desayuno exquisito, tipo buffet y con servicio de carta incluido. El personal muy atento y amable explicándote y ofreciéndote todas las opciones del desayuno. La ubicación cercana al aeropuerto, con muchísimos servicios cerca e incluso los outlets a unos 30-40’ caminando.

For breakfast I requested tea which came in a cup of not very hot water and no milk. You couldn’t make tea as the water wasn’t hot enough to steep the tea bag.

I like everything about this hotel. Convenient to go anywhere from here to canggu seminyak legian. Lots of restaurant around the area, lots of spas and mini mart around the area as well. The reception were wonderful they were so polite. My mother in law had a car sickness, they even gave me a complimentary porridge and ginger tea. I was so grateful for that. Thank you fairfield team! I will definitely stay here again next.

Well we're do we start.What a pleasant week we had in South Kuta.Staying at Fairfield by Marriott was just Devine.All the staff were just amazing.So helpful and genuinely kind it made our stay amazing Breakfast was excellent and service was at least 5 star.Thanks especially to Franklyn who was a multi Property General Manager who said Hi nearly everyday ,Agus,Ms Tya,Merta and Ayu and many others that made our breakfast so pleasant. I would give you 10 star for your smiles and pleasantness everyday.We stayed in 3 hotels in Bali and 1 in Kuala Lumpur and we rated you and your hotel the best. Good communication before arrival. Friendly staff at check-in. Perfect room and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Lots of good Indian restaurants next to the hotel. Also convenience stores. We chose it because of the proximity to the airport

Honestly, the hospitality here is top-notch. Big thanks to Ayu, Masmi, Andri, Ulan, and Wulan for making our stay so memorable. From check-in to breakfast, they were just wonderful—always smiling, super warm, and genuinely happy to help with anything. On top of the great service, the room was spotless and perfectly hygienic. Kudos to the Chef, F&B Manager, and the GM for running such a tight ship and maintaining great standards. Keep doing what you do, team! See you all very soon.

Great location for surf and city life. Walking distance pretty much everywhere. The staff were amazing all over. Both from desk, kitchen, dining and room service. Our door to the balcony was not the best sound proof but that did not stop us from having a relaxing welcoming stay and we will sure stay there in the very near future.

The Marriott Fairfield in Kuta is clean, comfortable and a very good place to stay. Great rooftop swimming pool and bar. The restaurant has very good food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Absolutely nothing

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. For the price paid, this was genuinely one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. To preface, I didn’t expect much from my stay - just wished for a quiet place, a comfy bed, a hot shower, close to the airport and a place to watch a movie before my flight the next day. To start off, the walls are paper thin, and noise restrictions are not maintained for guests. I didn't get a second of sleep because the noise was relentless from people running up and down the hallways, yelling and partying. The bed and pillows were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. No hot water available. The TV has no streaming service / not a smart TV so it’s local TV or nothing. In the morning, reception couldn’t even book me a taxi to the airport. so I would never stay here again and couldn't recommend it to anyone looking for even a basic night's rest.

We stayed in this hotel for three days and our stay was very comfortable. A special mention if Ayu, Wira and Agus in the restaurant who custom made breakfast as per our tastes. They were very attentive and charming Our overall experience was very 😄😄

Primarily use this hotel for overnight Bali stops since it's a very good choice. Rooms comfortable and 5-6 min walk to the beach. The service is very good particularly Aulia and Lia on reception as well as Ayu in the restaurant.

Very clean and spacious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful including the security guards.

The smoking section being on the walk through to reception. You have to walk through that area to get to the main lobby.

Property is very well maintained and super neat. The staff is super polite and helpful. One if the best breakfast service I had. Hotel is located inside the town but near to the beach.

Very nice, well kept, convenient to the airport. The staff was very helpful with logistics to/from the hotel. Breakfast was well stocked and they offered take away option for guest short on time.

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was good, and it is conveniently located close to restaurants. It’s a pity we only stayed one night, if we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for late arrivals or early departures in Bali. Short travel to airport, excellent sized rooms, pool roof top is cosy and easy way spend afternoon pre that late evening flight. Cafes nearby if a buffet breakfast isn't your thing.

Good day, I would like to share my feedback regarding the accommodation at the Fairfield by Marriott Bali. I had a very pleasant stay, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, and the environment was comfortable throughout my stay. I would also like to give a special thanks to Adit, Dewi, Wire, and Aulia for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They truly made my stay more memorable. Thank you for providing such a great accommodation experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Location is very near to Airport South kuta, Easy transport, no noise in the room. Top notch experience and hospitality, clean rooms - would suggest to stay here once again if possible. Whole staff receptionist, workers, hotel staff, watchman everyone is very kind, polite and greets very humbly, we felt welcomed. Food is great especially for vegetarian and jain options, even they are happy to prepare custom dish for Jain / Veg options and thats really commendable. Staff who helped us during our stay - Auliya Adit Dewi Wira Thank you !! We had no complaints in our 4 days stay.. Also, nearby this hotel very good indian restaurants ( about 4 to 5 restaurs) at walking distance .

We highly recommend the STAY in Marriott Hotel of South Kuta to every Indian traveler. The staff is incredibly kind, polite, and always available whenever needed—they made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The morning breakfast was especially amazing. As vegetarians who don’t eat non-veg or eggs, we were so pleased that the team thoughtfully prepared a variety of vegetarian options for us, including cakes and pancakes, without any hesitation. This level of hospitality is something we have rarely experienced before. All the staff at Marriott are amazing—extremely polite, professional, and truly remarkable in their hospitality A special thanks to Auliya, Adit, Devi, and Wira—you are wonderful and made our stay truly memorable. We will always prefer staying at Marriott in the future...

Unfortunately my stay include Nyepi silence day so I was in the hotel for almost 30 hours . Arranged Nyepi package. Breakfast n dinner all staff specially reservation team n restaurant team super helpful. Thank you all

Really had a pleasant stay at at Fairfield in kuta, south Bali. The staff was pleasant breakfast. Buffet was really good. Quite a few restaurants very close by within 2-3 minutes of walking distance. Overall, it was really pleasant day with great price.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fairfield South Kuta. We arrived in Bali pretty late and were able to go directly there, Check into a clean hotel room and have a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The staff at check in and at breakfast were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Bali.
