Good location close to Suvarnabhumi airport (15 mins drive off peak). Rooms are clean and spacious. Welcoming staff and nice on-site restaurant. We only stayed overnight so didn’t get a chance to use the gym, pool or spa facilities.

Good proximity to the airport if you prefer to be a bit further away from the noise. Good value for money, does the job without bells and whistles.

L'hôtel est magnifique avec le personnel très accueillant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec les enfants! Très proche de l'aéroport et sur la ligne directe de Palais Royal avec les monuments de la ville. Merci pour tout! Cela nous donne envie de revenir!

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Had a free golf kart ride to the nearest train station / shops and you could use the bikes for free as well to go around. The hotel was also close to the airport so that helped for a night flight

the distance to the town centre is a bit far but this wasnt a big issue

Love the size of the rooms, comfy beds, peaceful within the hustle of Bangkok east access route on the train between the airport and city. We have returned here and will continue to do so. Food and pool area is wonderful.

It was clean! There is a gym, a place to smoke , the staff were very kind and prompt to assist. The room is good! Got with balcony and there is smart tv and bathtub!! Bidet too!!

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da, aber hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war super, alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. 😊

We had a wonderful last day in Bangkok before heading home! Nice room, nice pool, nice grounds, very friendly staff!♥️

The bed wasn't very comfortable. There could have been a bit more variety at the breakfast buffet.

Great location for the airport and not noisy. Staff were very helpful and the choices for food were very good, catering for any taste. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cold water is not really cold but very warm/hot water. It looks like the water system is not properly insulated and installed.

Everything - I was at the hotel for nearly 3 weeks and in that time I got very friendly with all of the staff they are like my family and I will always come back whenever I visit Thailand they looked after me like my own children do - Papa Snoopy very happy

The room was perfect the food and drink perfect and I LOVED the spa, steam, gym & pool

Das Zimmer war schon die Jahre gekommen

The staff was exceptional (especially the men transporting us on a golf cart and the cleaning lady). The room was quiet and I liked the balcony. Every morning, I enjoyed listening to the exotic birds songs and the call of the Muezzin. I felt transported elsewhere (that's the point of it all!) The beds were on the hard side (I liked it, but my wife did not), the shower was nice, there was a kettle in the room. We did not use the kitchenette.

Location was bad, away from everything of interest. Thankfully, nice employees would take us to the train station on their golf cart and pick us up as well. We also used taxis quite a bit. We had dinner in the restaurant on site once and... we never came back to it. Maybe their breakfast, which we did not try for fear of it being as bad as dinner, is worth it. If you are hungry, there are no choices in walking distance.

The food is delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The facilities are top notch. It was comfortable, clean, easy walking distance to market, Hua Mak Red Line Station and the yellow line MRT

Sometimes it’s a struggle to get refills for the (in room free Crystal water bottles) I’m unsure why it’s such a big deal 😳 when I asked the house keeper for my daily refill she looked at me like I was stealing something 😢 I’m not sure about the kind of people they are used to dealing with but I’m not a thief. I also noticed that certain staff in the restaurant, treated me with fear, as if I was going to do something obscene towards them. The few times I’ve been there I’ve treated everyone with kindness and respect. I tip them well and speak with respect. I’ve never behaved like a dog or savage towards anyone there.

Lot's of building work going on nearby so not very relaxing at the pool but couldn't be helped.

Very convenient to stay at this hotel if you have an early/late flight scheduled. We stayed two nights and were not missing anything.

נתחיל מהמיקום המזעזע מאחורי אזורי בניות קשה לצאת משפ ואין קשר לבנגקוק . נעבור לחדר שהיה גדול מאוד אבל מטונף ברמות מים צהובים , כתמים על הקירות וקירות מתקלפים. ריצפה דביקה והדלת עצמה של החדר הייתה מלאת כתמים המראה מקלחת הייתה שבורה ושוב עם כתמים בקיצור הכל מלוכלך לךא עזרו לי בלילה שרציתי לעבור חדר אז עשיתי בבוקר צאק אווט מוקדם וביקשתי לדבר עם מנהל ולאף אחד לא היה אכפת רק הדגישו שאני לא אקבל את הכסף חזרה (ממש ממש לא רציתי ) עיכבו אותי מלא ביציאה עד שיבדקו לי את החדר ובקיצור אמרו לי במילים אחרות שאין לי למי להתלונן ולא ככ אפכת להם נראה מלון מהמם מהתמונות תזהרו!! Let’s start with the terrible location — it’s behind construction areas, very hard to get anywhere, and it doesn’t feel connected to Bangkok at all. The room itself was very big, but extremely dirty: yellow water, stains on the walls, peeling paint, sticky floors, and even the door was covered in marks. The bathroom mirror was broken and also stained — honestly, everything felt dirty. When I wanted to change rooms in the middle of the night, no one helped me. I ended up checking out early in the morning and asked to speak to a manager, but no one seemed to care. They only made it clear that I wouldn’t get a refund (which I really didn’t want anyway). They also delayed me a lot at check-out to inspect the room, and basically made it clear that there’s no one to complain to and that they don’t really care. The hotel looks amazing in the pictures — but be careful!!

Rooms were mini apartments so they were spacious and had functional kitchens, the staff was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was pretty poor (no fresh fruit, odd collection of random food that didn’t really go together), the shower water was so hot even on fully cold that the shower was uncomfortable, gym air conditioner was very old and ineffective

Geweldig hotel om bij te komen na een lange vliegreis, rondom wel niet veel te zien, maar je kan wel de skytrain nemen in de buurt!

mooi compact complex met een goed ontbijt en een fijn zwembad, sportschool is ook prima met fijn uitzicht over het zwembad. studio was heel ruim met 2 grote slaapkamers.

er is in de dichte omgeving niet zo heel veel te doen dus als je erop uit wil moet het met de taxi of grab

The staff seemed bit too stringent on policies which is fine to an extent but also seems pushy after a certain point, would appreciate if the hotel management could make policies a bit more customer focused and friendly.

The location is horrible. Close to the place is a mosque and the call to prayer started before 7 and went on for 2 hours and then at 8 the loud drillings sounds of building next to the hotel started en kept going all day.

Śmierdzący pokój, pełno komarów, wyglądał jak najtańszy pokój pracowniczy. Nie było nawet lampki nocnej tylko mocne światło sufitowe. Uciekłam z niego na noc do znajomych, którzy mieli większy pokój w innym budynku. Kiedy rano przed wymeldowaniem weszłam do pokoju po swoje rzeczy, okazało się, że w ktoś w nim był, ponieważ deska sedesowa była od moczu a zasłony były odsłonięte (kiedy wychodziłam były zasłonięte). Miałam spać w tym pokoju sama, więc całe szczęście uciekłam, bo nie wiadomo jak by się to skończyło.

Le standing de l'hôtel est à la hauteur du prix. La piscine est superbe, c'est un vrai plus après le tumulte de Bangkok. Les chambres sont grandes et parfaitement insonorisées.

Notre arrivée aurait pu être mieux accomodée. Après 24h de voyage, chargés de nos valises pour 4 avec nos 2 enfants relativement épuisés on nous explique (à 15h) que notre chambre n'est pas prête... ce qui est entendable évidemment. Nous demandons donc l'accès à une chambre de courtoisie pour se laver, se changer etc... mais on nous a expliqué qu'il n'y en avait pas. Pas de possibilité de solution intermédiaire, nous avons donc du ouvrir les valises en plein hall pour récupérer nos affaires de bain et errer au bord de la piscine jusqu'à ce que la chambre soit prête. Je pense que, vu le prix, cette situation aurait pu être évitée. Autre point un peu négatif, la zone petite déjeuner est tres bruyante, mais il y a beaucoup de monde et la qualité du petit déjeuner compense. Enfin, l'hôtel est très éloigné des zones d'intérêt. Tout est à minimum 40minutes car le trafic est infernal. Parallement l'hôtel est plus au calme.

It is a 15-minute walk from the airport train and was perfect for our last night in Thailand before our flight back. The staff was amazing, and they offered a shuttle service to the station. The pool area was very calm and peaceful. There is a gym.

The breakfast buffet was nothing special and almost identical to the one we'd had in Samui. It was good, but we would have loved more local Thai options.

More of an apartment hotel than a wellness resort. The apartment we were allocated was basic and dated. The bath was very large and shallow, more like a shower base than a bath tub.
