Everything. Room was beyond our expectations. Room was very clean. Windows were very clean, the staff was very friendly. We loved how he explained about if we needed to leave early. You could eat off of the floor. The service was beyond our expectations.

my price was 160 but my friends gotthe same rooms for 98 and the guy at the counter siad my room was different but it was the same

The property was spacious and easily accessible.

We felt management wants to run it at the least budget. There were toiletries enough for one person while booking was for 4 family members. There were no complimentary tea bags. Bathroom was not clean.

The location was perfect for my stay and within a short drive to the commercial area where stores, grocery, pharmacy, gas, restaurants, etc.. As a female traveling solo, I felt safe. The gentleman at the reception desk was welcoming. I also found the Inn to be a quiet place - there were no noisy people during my 1-night stay. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, but it definitely met my needs.

The mattress for the bed was on the soft side, but not extreme. Once I settled in for the night, I slept well.

The rooms have a strong odour, with very dirty sheets and floors. Not recommended or worth staying. I only stayed for one night. The phone also doesn't work.

The rooms were very dated, there was black mild on the edges of the shower, the shower head was VERY low down, the bed was old, uncomfortable and tilted to the left and the pillows were like square couch pillows.

Filthy. Wouldn't even go under the blankets or take my shoes off. Large amounts of black dog hair everywhere. I have golden retrievers....so, yeah. Figure it out. Do t stay here if you vue cleanliness.

Location was best part. Easy to get to from Hwy 11. Relatively quiet. Everything was clean but dated.

Poor pillows. Looked like they were very old and stuffed with rags. Not sure what they were made of. Thin walls so you could hear everything but it is an old building. Also, did not look like couch and chairs in foyer have ever been dusted in a long time.

The bed was unstable - if you put weight on the head of the bed, the foot lifted up in the air. It also inclined so that my feet were higher than my head. The shower had no hot water, though it was warm enough to tolerate. I couldn’t get the air conditioner to stay on.

The only positive thing about this hotel was its location.

What I didn't like was how incredibly dirty the motel was. The room was filthy, and the bed linens were dirty. I understand that this is a roadside motel, but the shower curtain was so black with mold and grime that I couldn't even look at it. I didn't even want to take a shower. A new shower curtain costs only a few dollars, so replacing it with a clean one would make a huge difference. It was absolutely disgusting. The room had clearly not been cleaned properly. The table was sticky and covered in coffee stains. We also saw a mouse running around the motel property. On top of that, the price per night was far too expensive considering the poor conditions.

Great location, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only thing I would change is that the bathroom was very cold and we had to put a towel on the floor so our feet didn't freeze. Overall - highly recommend staying!

Location. Comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave and hot water pot .

Smoke. There is a area that allows smokers very close to the rooms. Noticed guests smoking in door entrances and cigarette buts left on ground outside of the rooms. The guests next to my room constantly smoked and when I turned on the bathroom fan... it brought the stink into my room. While I was there I no longer used the fan ! This hotel is best suited to trade workers ie, oil and gas and other trades. This hotel is not for children.

Was ok,for the price

It is clean and comfortable. It was very good for the price. The property allows a pet for a small fee. There are nice walking traiils right beside the property.

Not the hotels fault but one of the houses behind has/had old mattresses against the house's fence in the lane. It was just a bit unsightly but didn't impact our overall stay.

Enjoyed the location and quick check in. Had everything we needed for a hiking trip.

The Chinook Inn is close to a walking trail that I used to walk downtown to a restaurant. The inn was a great place to rest on my way up to Jasper National Park.

I had a great time at this property. Room was clean and property was very quiet. Will be staying again.

The gentleman attending the desk while I was there was very pleasant. The bed/bedding was clean and comfortable.

I was given a room in the original building. It's a very old building which isn't a problem but the smell coming up from the bathroom drain pipes was pretty awful. It wasn't sewage it's just the age of the plumbing. Also the room, while clean, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It is embedded in the walls, curtain fabric and fixtures and no amount of cleaning will get rid of it, unfortunately. Hallways also had strong stale cigarette smoke smell and carpet was very very stained. If you're a smoker or not put off by smells and run down motels it could be passable. Otherwise I actually think it should be closed down. It's also in a neighborhood that I felt the need to lock the window at night. I wish I hadn't stayed here.

front desk staff were very accommodating . we stopped in at 09:30 on the way to a cowboy gathering knowing that we would not be back until 23:00. we were given a key and shown the room (not ready yet). when we returned late the night everything was clean and comfortable. we stayed two nights. I really appreciated good, strong wifi and plenty of electrical outlets available.

Clean enough, if you don't mind the occasional mystery stain. As for quiet? Well, if you enjoy the soothing sounds of 18-wheelers thundering past your window at 11p.m. thanks to a prime highway-adjacent location, you'll love it here. The fridge doubles as modern art since it's purely decorative. The bathroom lighting creates such a romantic, cave-like ambiance that you'll need a flashlight to see if you're actually brushing your teeth. The room door comes with a complimentary finger-sized gap for that authentic outdoor camping experience,but who needs proper insulation anyway, right? Anyway, for the bargain economy price, what more could you possibly expect? More than enough for rest of one night.

I stayed one night after a long week trail riding I was not allowed to use the wifi. I had no kettle or tea. Im not a coffee drinker. Bed sheets were yellowish, so I slept on the top cover.

We called the property to confirm we were traveling with a 50lb dog and that being next to a walking/bike path to the community off leash park was ideal. The room had a double bed, NOT a queen bed, despite also confirming a queen on the phone. The room was a kitchenette with way too much furniture for the space. The room was clean but bathroom renos were incomplete or poorly done. Paint isn’t a tough job. As a motorcyclist, I don’t mind private properties with older interiors. On this trip, the room we were given, traveling by car with our pooch, would’ve rated 1.5*. The plumbing worked but the room was not as advertised. Rooms in the newer 2-story building might be fine.

Double bed - not a queen bed. Pillows were old and lumpy. Bathroom renovations were incomplete. Way too much old furniture crammed into space. Electrical outlets weren’t accessible for a CPAP machine.
