Great breakfast, Staff was very friendly, location was great.

The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, way too high.

Our only complaint would be the restaurant. It took almost an hour to receive our food (it was not busy at the time). When it arrived, our daughter found a hair in her food. We didn't go back after that.

Beautiful location, wonderful property and hospitable staff. My family enjoyed our stay to the hilt. Proved a perfect gateway to the beautiful Abraham Lake & Banff. We also enjoyed golf at Pine View golf course, located nearby. Watching the World cup soccer matches in the restaurant further upped the happiness quotient.

Nothing was amiss, everything was just about perfect.

At 0630 I could hear house keeping staff knocking on doors. Needless to say, I just got up at that point.

Some staff were a bit stiff. Requested more limes for my drink. Never received the first request second request I went to the bar to request from another person. It rained and our window leaked. I’m thinking not the hotels fault but the installer.

Breakfast was good. glad it was included in the price of the room. The location of the hotel was good, right on the highway. Service was excellent, both at the front desk and the restaurant.

I would of liked to have movies on demand, which weren't available.

The room I was in smelled funny and it was extremely loud. Don’t take room 113. It’s near a laundry or maybe air duct that bangs all day and night. Impossible to rest in this room

I found the pillows too firm; one could have been softer. I think I was near the washing facility. The sounds were like a dryer on the spin cycle.

Room too warm. Turned thermostat all way down but room stayed at 21 all night. Cleaning staff talking loudly outside room at 7:00 am was my wakeup.

Loved how quiet our room was. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. (Liked that there were ample pillows for us (4). Hate when the 2 of us have to share 3 pillows!) The breakfast was very good. If we are ever in the area again, we'll likely consider your hotel.

The building is definitely showing its age but the rooms were up to date for the most part. Breakfast was great, hot and made to order. Not the typical hotel microwaved eggs on a steam table. You can hear noise from the hallway in your room pretty loudly. Overall was good though. Would stay again

Das Hotel war ein Zwischenstop in den Jasper NP. Von aussen sieht das Hotel nicht so einladend aus. Es liegt direkt am HWY 22. Check in verlief problemlos. Es sind einige interessante Informationen über die Vergangenheit bzw die Entstehung des Hotels in der Rezeption zu finden. Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber und trotz des HWY konnte man ruhig schlafen Das Frühstück im amerikanischen Stil wird im Restaurant, welches sich neben der Rezeption befindet serviert

The hot breakfast was excellent. It was nice to have such a good restaurant and bar onsite.

For what i would assume is a working mans hotel, rather than a family vacation hotel, this is the best hotel in Rocky. Ive stayed here a few times over the years and the rooms have always been clean and maintained very well. The staff have all been just amazing and helpful. It is my chosen place to stay anytime i am back.

Clean. Loved the large freezer space in the mini fridge. Needed the space for ice packs

We were four adults, my husband and I and our two sons. Second bed was only a double not a queen. A bit tight. Only two breakfast vouchers for four adults?

Feels like they are understaffed at the front desk. If the breakfast is part of the price there should be a discount for people like us not requiring breakfast. Or other options like deals for other local places like discounts at Canadian tire or sobeys or something like that.

We got an upgrade to our room as they didn’t have the room we booked online, our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable for the night. The girl working the front desk was helpful and nice, would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Walking Eagle Inn! I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I booked—it was a very last-minute reservation for my friend and me. But from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts that came with our stay—such a nice touch. The reception staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. I honestly can’t give this hotel a higher rating. We had a wonderful experience and I’d happily stay here again!

No elevator (we have ebikes) and the room door block zero noise. The cleaners were outside in the hallway at six shouting at the top of their lungs for 10 minutes

Overall for price point this is an excellent property to stay at. It was clean and quiet, rooms are comfortable. I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room with a nice touch of complimentary bottled water. Friendly staff throughout, excellent restaurant with great coffee. The only (very minor) hiccup was that our room was stocked with towels for two guests, though there were four of us. A quick call to the front desk solved it and they brought extra towels right away. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return if we’re ever in the area again.

We needed a place to crash after exploring the area. It wasn't our usual pick. The breakfast is great, it is a set option, made to order. I have become accustomed to hotels having more environmentally friendly options with shampoo dispensers, recycling and compost. I did ask for a quiet spot and they did the best they could. I still heard the floor above me leave, but it was the diesel pickups leaving for the day with lights on as they idled that were the only real irritation. The bed is very firm too. The staff we met were wonderful.

Die Lodge ist gut gelegen. Wir nutzten die Übernachtung vor und nach unserem Backcountry Abenteuer mit dem Outfitter in der Nähe von Nordegg. Es gibt sehr gutes Essen. Das Frühstück war auch top. Das Personal ist aufmerksam. Wir haben einen Reit Regenmantel liegen lassen und das Personal hat umgehend nach unserem checkout um 06:30 Uhr reagiert und den Outfitter angerufen, obwohl in der Lodge niemand informiert war, dass wir zum Outfitter fuhren. Dies haben wir sehr geschätzt! Wir haben dann nach der Rückkehr aus dem Backcountry spontan ein zweites Mal da übernachtet und den Regenmantel abgeholt.

Sehr großzügige Zimmer. Komfortable! Freundliches Personal!
