Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Hôtel très bien situé au centre d'Athènes, proche de l'Acropole. Le personnel est gentil et serviable, toujours souriant. Petit déjeuné bon et copieux.
Le seul bémol : le spa n'était pas ouvert et les massages n'étaient pas disponible avant le 15 janvier ! Nous avions choisi cet hôtel exprès pour les soins et le spa ! Sur Booking il était indiqué "ouvert pendant votre séjour" (27.12 au 2.01), ce qui s'est avéré faux finalement. Déception.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026The property has great location, but it is not four star hotel. The room has smell and triggered my allergies. Everything is basic. I asked if I can change the room and make me feel better since the room we stayed has a bad smell, but they didn’t. In the shower, the hot water only last 3 minutes and you have to get out to wait for 20 minutes to get in for another 3 minutes. It is bad experience.
It is misleading. This is not four star hotel. Room is not comfortable, shower is small and not enough hot water. Big issue to me is bad smell.

Śniadania nie ala bufet tak jak mialam w dniu rezerwacji a ala carte Śniadania nie na romantycznym patio z widokiem na Akropol (a tylko temu wybrałam to miejsce!)- a w restauracji w budynku naprzeciw - na parterze - poinformowano nas że niestety śniadania na patio są niemożliwe :( Śniadania ala carte czyli codziennie to samo - w piąty dzień bardzo prosiliśmy kelnerów o najmniejszą zmianę - trudno przez tydzień jest to samo - niestety prośbę odrzucono powołując się na umowę z hotelem. To było bardzo niekomfortowe. Za oknem mur - to było bardzo przytłaczające, a podobno typowe dla pokoi standard - na zdjęciach tego nie ma niestety więc dla mnie to jednak oszustwo klienta Uszkodzona spłuczka (cieknie) powodująca częste uzupełnienie wody do spłukiwania co było bardzo głośne i przeszkadzało w nocy Brak zasłony w prysznicu, a przy tym brak sprzętu do wytarcia łazienki po kąpieli, więc trzeba było na to poświęcić jakiś ręcznik na osuszenie podłogi - to też mało higieniczne i ekologiczne Bojler do grzania wody i przy dwóch osobach druga pod koniec prysznicu mogła mieć już zimną wodę - tak nam się trafiało Zużycie niektórych elementów łazienki co dodaje na zdjęciu Pod prysznicem bateria łazienkowa do wanny? Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Une réception 24/24, la chambre est trés grande, bien décorée, moderne et propre. Belle salle de bain en béton ciré. Un mini frigo bien pratique, une carafe d'eau est proposée. Pour les transferts aéroport, on peut prendre un métro direct en bas de l'hôtel ( avec escalators et ascenseur) au prix de 9€ ou un bus qui se trouve sur la place syntagma ( 8 mn à pied) au prix de 5€. Belle vue sur l'acropole dans la salle du PDJ. La place Monastiraki est trés animée, beaucoup de restaurants sympa à proximité, ainsi que des petites supérettes pour acheter des boissons ou autre. Tout proche, le Flea market, commerces nombreux, surtout pour touristes. Le soir présence policière, le quartier est bien surveillé.
Heureusement l'hôtel est sur le coté de la place Monastiraki qui est trés animée et bruyante. Le PDJ est continental et n'est pas trés fourni ni original. Peu de produits grecs, du pain standard en tranche.

Al ingreso del edificio frente a al hotel que es una extensión del hotel, tenía un fuerte olor a basura. Nada de que preocuparse, las habitaciones impecables.

The location on a main road was a little noisy 24-7 and the graffiti was everywhere. But the hotel itself though small was clean, comfortable and a great location for access to what Athens has to offer

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025Hatte 3 Doppelzimmer gebucht und das schon frühzeitig. Haben jetzt nur 2 Doppelzimmer im Lotus centre das 3. Zimmer war leider nicht im Haus sondern über der Straße im anderen Gebäude, was wir sehr schade fanden. Wir sind diese Woche nochmals 1 Nacht im Hotel vielleicht klappt es dann.

We had a room so small that was difficult to move around the bed. we were not comfortable there On top of it, after bokked for 7 days there, at the end of our trip we wanted to stay two more days at Mykonos and cancelled two of the three nights bokked at Lotus. However they were not willing to reinburs us the two night we were not using. Very disapointed with this hotel.

Breakfast was included and a real highlight, with an amazing view of the Acropolis while we ate. The staff were so friendly and even arranged an early morning airport transfer for us. Couldn’t have been easier!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025De locatie was perfect. Om de hoek ligt het Monastiraki plein met de ingang van de metro richting Piraeus of luchthaven. Alles op loopafstand naar bijv. Plaka, de winkelstraat naar Syntagmaplein, Acropolis en de vele winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Mooie ruime en schone kamers, sommige met balkon. Prima ontbijt en dat met uitzicht op de Acropolis. Kom hier zeker weer terug!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Excelente ubicación, barrio seguro, cerca de las zonas de interés, del comercio, de los restaurantes, y de muy buena conectividad. Hasta el bus de turismo se tomaba a media cuadra. La experiencia desayuno era espectacular, tenían variedad y calidad de alimentos, uno podía desayunar a su gusto, buen café, buen yogurt griego, ricos jugos y frutas, hasta ensalada, en definitiva un 10. Además el rooftop donde ser servía era inmejorable, bien adornados y amoblado, y con una vista lindísima a la Acrópolis. Además tenían un horario extendido de desayuno que favorecía a los que desayunaban temprano como a los que dormíamos hasta mas tarde. El personal de recepción un 10, hablaban inglés impecable y eran muy amables y orientados al servicio.
Estuvimos 2 noches, y el aseo que se realizó en el entremedio de nuestra estadía, me pareció pobre, pues solo estiraron la cama y renovaron las toallas, pero lo que me pareció mas incómodo, es que entraron mientras tomábamos desayuno a las 08.00 de la mañana, y aún no nos bañábamos, entonces volvimos a ingresar al baño y mojar las toallas nuevas.

Acropoli e collina dell' Areopago raggiungibili a piedi in 15 minuti. Staff e personale molto gentili e disponibili. Particolare menzione per Antigone, estrameamente simpatica e competente, che ci ha accolto ogni mattina con un grande sorriso. Per la colazione vista meravigliosa sul Partenone. Raccomandato!
