Votre chef de cuisine nul ,vous l'avez trouvé dedans un corner surprise 😲, vos plans on pas de goût, le poisson 🐟 🐟 ça n'existe pas à votre hotel, jamais plus je prendrai le dîner, demander à la direction de payer pour faire passer un brevet de chef cuisinier avec diplôme 🎓 mention plus ➕️ ➕️ ➕️ ➕️ ➕️, même pas dans une cantine d'enfants on donne ces plats......je vous ferai pas de la publicité pour votre restaurant, surtout que je parcours le monde est je connais beaucoup beaucoup dû mondes...

Resepsiyondali beyefendiden restoran ve temizlikçi görevlilerine kadar herkes çok profesyoneldi. Odanın büyüklüğü temizliği kliması yeterliydi. Kahvaltı Mısır şartlarına göre oldukça iyi. Ücretsiz sahil erişimi var. Merkeze 10 dk yürüme mesafesi. Konuklara öğlen ve akşam yemeği ekstra ücretle açık büfe seçeneği mevcut. Diğer restoranlara göre çok uygun.

Akşamları müzikli eğlence oluyor. Odanız iç avluya bakıyorsa ses çok rahatsız ediyor. Sahil hemen dibinde. Kumsalı güzel ama Şarm'ın büyüleyici deniz altı güzelliği malesef burada yok. Ama güzel yüzülebilir bir deniz

La vicinanza della spiaggia e sharm vecchia a 5 min e lo staff molto accogliente abbiamo soggiornato dal 9/9 al 15/09 specialmente karim il cameriere di sala che ti accoglie come un amico sayed che ti serve qualunque bibita ti occorre il lifeguard (bagnino) hendi che ti mette a disposizione la musica il sorriso e gentilezza mustafa e il dj mohammed la sera ti accolgono con musica e qualunque evento e la mattina con acqua gym.la reception morsi e altro staff ti fanno sentire a casa mi sono sentita come a casa! Ci torneremo sicuramente ringrazio di cuore ogniuno dello staff per averci fatto sentire coccolati in tutto e per tutto dallo chef alle pulizie camere di cui ricordo mustafa e un altro collega che ci ha lasciati un ricordo di 2 cigni nella nostra stanza 223.grazie di cuore turquoise e tutto lo staff

Lo staff è stato accogliente e gentile, la posizione rispetto al Old Market era buona e ci hanno sempre aiutati quando richiesto. Inoltre gratuitamente ci hanno assegnato una camera a piano terra sulla piscina.

- Il buffet non era per nulla buono, ovviamente è un giudizio personale, ma la qualità del cibo e la cottura erano scarsi rispetto agli standard. - Il wifi non funzionava nelle camere e nel resto del resort, ma solo nella hall. - la pulizia dei locali e della camera non era eccezionale. - il condizionatore nella stanza era molto rumoroso. - non c'era neanche un doccino per il bidet e il bagno non era pulitissimo - la camera aveva un finestrone che non garantiva privacy

Didnt like nothing i didnt even stay there I got there at 6am with my wife and was in contact with them before stating this and they still allowed me to go from airport after a long travel to their hotel just for the receptionist to be so rude! and said the fully booked 🙌 so I cancelled any way we was happy as we walked around and the place definitely looks like a 1 star

Yemekleri bana çok hitap etmedi. Ama aç da kalmadım. Sonuçta farklı bir ülke farklı bir kültür.bunu bilerek gitmek lazim

Everything was perfect

Allora premetto che ero abituata ai resort,dove tutto e super, quindi il primo giorno ero un pò così ma poi tutto è passato. Struttura un po vecchiotta, camere super pulite, piscina bellina con bar personale educato simpatico e paziente. Posizioni spettacolare con pochi euro e pochi km arrivavi ovunque. Spiaggia dell'hotel non male ma senza barriera, ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Animazione non male si potrebbe fare qualcosa in più.

Il cibo poco vario dalla colazione alla cena, ma comunque buono. Una pecca è che quando prenoti ti dice che durante la giornata , nel bar in piscina ci sono gli snack, ma, non ci sono.

Camere fatiscenti, condizionatore rumorosissimo ,colazione non inclusa e pagata 8€ per 3 persone solo per bere acqua o thè per non rischiare di star male ...sconsiglio vivamente per gli italiani e menomale che noi eravamo solamente di passaggio per una notte prima di proseguire per altri 7 giorni in un resort degno di una vacanza indimenticabile!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a lovely location, the beach is beautiful and very close, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the beautiful sea view and peaceful surroundings. ❤️

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, as unfortunately the signal didn’t reach our room. It would be great if the Wi-Fi coverage could be improved throughout the hotel. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. ❤️

من أجمل التجارب التي خضتها في الإقامة، بدايةً من حسن المعاملة والاستقبال الراقي، مرورًا بمستوى النظافة والاهتمام بكل التفاصيل، وصولًا إلى الشاطئ الجميل والمميز. وأحب أن أتوجه بالشكر بشكل خاص إلى الأستاذ علي على حسن تعامله واهتمامه، وعلى الغرفة الجميلة جدًا التي كانت في غاية الراحة، والأجمل منها المنظر البانورامي الرائع للبحر الذي جعل الإقامة أكثر متعة. كل الشكر لفريق فندق تركواز على هذه التجربة الجميلة، وبالتأكيد ليست الزيارة الأخيرة بإذن الله. 🙏✨

Konumu harika. Old Bazar ve El sahaba camiine yürüyerek or dakika. Plajı altın kumlarla kaplı ve bir koyda olduğu için dalga yok. Her sene gelmek isteyeceğim bir konum. Odaları biraz eski ama ferah. Tam bir bütçe dostu bir segment konaklama deneyimi. Sadece denizi yeter diyorum. Bir havuzu var ama büyüklüğü yeterli. Gündüz vardiyasındaki resepsiyonist bize çok yardımcı oldu. Dj ve ekibi ise her gece bizi coşturdu. Böyle aile oteli gibi sıcak bir his verdi bize. Plaj bardaki Hasan, animasyonları yöneten İslam ve herkese çok teşekkürler.

Yemekler tek düze ve üç günde bir birbirini tekrarlıyor. Biz altı gün kaldık bu nedenle bu yorumu yapıyorum. Tatlılar gereksiz çeşitli hep aynı şeyin üzerine farklı bir sos konuyor. Yerel içecekler düşük kalite ama içilmez değil. Mutfak ve bar kısmını giliştirirse ve yataklarını daha konforlu hale getirirse bölgenin en iyi aile otellerinden birisi olabilir

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Turquoise Beach Hotel sehr zufrieden und haben eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderschön und die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr angenehm und familiär. Ein großes Dankeschön möchten wir auch an das Küchenteam aussprechen. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich und die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns jeden Tag auf die Mahlzeiten gefreut. Auch die Reinigungskräfte verdienen ein großes Lob. Unser Zimmer wurde regelmäßig und sorgfältig gereinigt und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben sich viel Mühe gegeben. Vielen Dank für ihre tägliche Arbeit! Ganz besonders begeistert waren wir vom Animationsteam. Jeden Tag gab es Unterhaltung, Musik und Disco – sowohl für die Kinder als auch für die Erwachsenen. Zwei Mitarbeiter aus dem Animationsteam möchten wir besonders loben. Sie waren einfach wunderbar! Sie haben sich sehr liebevoll um die Kinder gekümmert, mit ihnen Karaoke gemacht, getanzt, gespielt und verschiedene Veranstaltungen und Aktivitäten am Strand, am Meer und im Hotel organisiert. Meine Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß und haben sich jeden Tag auf das Programm gefreut. Als Mutter war es für mich besonders schön zu sehen, mit wie viel Freude, Geduld und Herzlichkeit die beiden mit den Kindern umgegangen sind. Dafür bin ich ihnen von Herzen dankbar. ❤️ Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und waren rundum zufrieden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – Rezeption, Küche, Reinigung und Animation – für die schöne Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können das Turquoise Beach Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eigentlich gibt es für uns nichts Wichtiges zu bemängeln. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Kleine Dinge können natürlich überall einmal vorkommen, aber für uns haben die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die schöne Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre alles überwogen.

A 2 szoba helyett egy hatalmas családi lakosztályt kaptunk. Naponta takarítanak, cserélik a törölközőket. Minden vacsoránál volt valamilyen fél órás műsor. A vacsorához a húsokat a kertben grillezték, minden nap más volt a választék. A gépünk csak este indult, addig a recepción hagyhattuk a csomagjainkat. Az Old Marker és a mecset 10 perces sétával elérhető. Nagyon figyelnek a biztonságra.

A homokos strand az utca másik oldalán van, kisgyerekeseknek tökéletes, mert lassan mélyül és le van kerítve egy kis tengerrész. Úszásra sajnos nem alkalmas, tengeri élővilág nincsen. Búvárkodni az El Fanar beachen tudtunk.

Dirty towels, horrible food, we have all inclusive and they want us to pay for everything! Even water for room! What you suppose have it always! I didn’t recommend this hotel.

حمام السباحه عطلان علي طول ومياه بتعتو كانت خضرا و في واحد علي البحر في البار قليل الزوق اوي الصراحه مستفز ومش عاوز يشتغل اصلا والاكل مش متنوع وطعمه مش حلو خالص.

اولا البيسين كانت المجاري ضربه فيه ولونه اخضر ولم يتم أبلغنا بذالك عند الحجز كنا بنسال كل يوم يقول بكره هيشتغل وفضل البسين مغلق طول فتره الاقامه ولما نستخدمه إطلاقا جوده الاكل سئ للغايه تكيف الغرفه باظ اكتر من مره وبيجي حد يصلحه وبعد كدا يفرقع تاني وانتظرنا في الغرفه بدون تكيف من الساعه11لالساعه 3علي ما تم نقلنا الي غرفه اخري بعد مرور 4ساعات في وجود طفله صغيره وانا حامل وأسلوب بعض الموظفين كان غير لائق بالمره وبلغت انسي محتاجه لسرير اطفال من اول يوم ومجاش أيضا

Şarma bu 6 ıncı gelişimiz, otel fiyat perf oteli, çalışanlar kibar, bahşiş meraklısı değil, barı rahat, herkes işinde gücünde, biz deniz manzaralı bir single, birde bahçe manzaralı almıştık. Bize iki tane yanyana deniz manzaralı oda verdiler çok iyi bir jestti. Eski camiye, çarşıya yürürünür, deniz temiz. Balkonlar keyifli, yemekler idare eder. Ama en önemlisi samimi ve kibarlar.

Havuz, havuz, ah o havuz. Biz zaten havuza giren bir aile değiliz ama gittiğimiz gün havuz maviydi, ikinci gece bir kimyasal döküldü ve ertesi gün havuzun dibi görünmüyordu ve yemyeşildi rengi, buna rağmen herkes havuzdaydı, deniz bir yol ötenizde denize girin, beach olarak çok güzel ama dışarıdan çok fazla çalışan mısırlı genci parayla beache parayla aldıkları için resmen bir mısırlı plajı olmuştu ama hepsi çok tatlı ve kibarlar kimse kimseye karışmıyor. Her otelde olduğu gibi yatak altları korkunç pis üstün körü bir temizlik var.

Hizmet vermek için özveri ile çalışmalarını çok beğendim. Fiyatına göre gayet iyiydi. Biz safari, kahire vb turlarını yaptığımız sürede konaklamak için tuttuk. Ama normal zamanda da gayet tutulabilir. Türkiyede bu fiyata sadece kahvaltı dahil öğretmenevinde kalırsın. Burda üç öğün yemek veriyor insanlar, üstelik tek köfte istiyorum iki tane koyuyor aşçılar. Çocuk için yoğurt nerde diye sordum sade yoğurt yok diye mutfaktan getirdi geldiler. Yemeklerinde geleneksel baharatlarını kullanıyorlar(sevmeyenler için sıkıntı olabilir) ancak her akşam mutlaka ızgara yapıyorlar. Tatlıları da güzel. Denizde ayağım taştan yaralandı, sadece göstermem yetti pansuman ve sargı yaptılar hemen.

Havuza 2 gün girilmedi. Temizlenecek denildi. Otel merkezi bir yerde, beach kısmı da aşırı yakın ve güzel düzenlenmiş, ancak denizde yüzme aralığı çok dar ve boyunu geçecek bir yerde yüzemiyorsun.

Dirty, very very old, AC very noisy, everything looks dirty even when you enter to the hotel, the rooms, everything. The food quality very bad

Otel temiz ve konumu itibariyle old markete çok yakındı. Fiyatına göre iyi denebilecek bir konaklama sağlıyor.

Denizde su çekilmesi çok hissediliyor. Ufak bir yüzme alanı var ve hiç balık göremiyorsunuz. Yemek lezzetleri daha güzel olabilirdi.

We recently stayed at the Turquoise Beach Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our priority was finding a place that was comfortable and family-friendly, and this hotel truly delivered. ​The location is unbeatable. Having direct access to a private, pristine sandy beach across the street was the highlight of our trip—the calm waters were absolutely perfect for my wife and me to relax, and incredibly safe for our young son, Ömer, to play and swim. It’s also very convenient that the Old Market is just a short walk away, making our evening strolls for local food and shopping effortless. ​The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What really stood out, however, was the hospitality. The staff was welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure our family had everything we needed. The buffet provided a solid start to our day, and the overall value for money is excellent. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay in Sharm El-Sheikh!"

Posizione ottima vicino a Sharm Vecchia che si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. Spiaggia ben attrezzata, ottimo il servizio, ma il mare non è il massimo essendo molto vicino all'attracco delle barche, ma basta spostarsi a destra camminando 5 minuti per avere la spiaggia libera con barriera corallina. Staff tutto molto gentile

Il cibo poco vario e di media qualità e soprattutto la mancanza di frutta fresca ai pasti. E' comunque nella norma per la zona

Overall, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially for a family vacation. During our stay, there was only one swimming pool available, and for almost two days we were unable to use it because the water had turned green. When I raised the issue with the staff, I was told that some guests were using the pool with inappropriate swimwear and that the hotel could not prevent them. Regardless of the reason, I believe the hotel is responsible for maintaining the pool and ensuring it remains clean and safe for guests. The beach is relatively small and does not appear to be restricted to hotel guests. We noticed many people using the beach who were apparently not staying at the hotel, which made it more crowded and reduced the value of having private beach access. Another surprising issue was the towel policy. Hotel guests are allowed only one towel per day. When I asked why, the staff explained that the hotel had a shortage of towels, which I would not expect from a hotel catering to vacationing families. Unfortunately, the food was also below expectations. The variety was limited, and the overall taste and quality were not good, to the extent that I preferred to eat outside the hotel during my stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel for a family vacation. It may be an acceptable option for a short business stay if you specifically need to be close to the surrounding area, but for a relaxing family holiday, I would recommend considering other options.

Not much I’m afraid the place is tired and cheap ! No proper maintenance

Everything ! This is bottom rate accommodation everything is old and worn. The finish in the rooms is dreadful. WiFi really bad almost non existant. The all inclusive is really awful ! Drinks are served from a small fridge stocked with local spirits which taste like paraffin and one beer which is taken warm and flat and poured into the smallest transparent cup they could find ! Really ! That is it the beer itself has a very hoppy taste and if you don’t like warm flat beer hard luck because there’s limited ice so the soft drinks which run out all the time are also warm ! Really dreadful ! Food is basic and made up of tomatoes cucumber and peppers mixed with various other local inedible food with no dressing to speak of. Potatoes always hard and undercooked and often cold. Only decent food is the chicken and beef kebab served outside from the bbq but you almost have to beg for more than one piece of chicken ! Lunch at 1pm and dinner at 7pm opened late every day ! Staff are friendly enough but really just after tips ! English is not spoken fluently as most guests are Russian or Italian. Honestly not one person looked at us in the 5 days we were there with anything other than a scowl ! Quite unbelievable as we are friendly and I always say good morning. Nothing ! Dreadful place you’re not even getting what you pay for. It’s depressing and very badly run. AVOID ! Oh and I know we live in times when nobody cares who’s around but the screaming and shouting in the pool especially by a local family had to be seen to be believed! Really awful

Hijyen konusunda çok iyiler. Odalarda ve etrafta 1 tane bile böcek görmedim. Çalışanların hepsi çok kibar, cana yakın ve güler yüzlü. Uçak saatimizden dolayı otel giriş saatinden çok önce otele geldik ama bize direkt yardımcı oldular. Çıkış saati de uçağımıza uymuyordu ancak yine yardımcı oldular. İlk geldiğimiz gece odaya meyve tabağı gönderdiler. Old çarşıya yürüyerek 10 dakika bile değil. Otel plajı da tertemizdi

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was really clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I only stayed 2 nights but I wish I stayed more.

Semplice ma non manca nulla per una bella vacanza. Pulita. Personale eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile. Spiaggia ben attrezzata (no barriera corallina) ma con pochi euro in taxi raggiungi le migliori spiagge di Hadaba. Dieci min a piedi da sharm vecchia

Buffet un po’ ripetitivo,andrebbe variato perché dopo un po’ stufa….ma buona qualità

Hotel datato sporco l unico vantaggio è che è vicinissimo sharm vecchia e fronte mare

Personale gentile, struttura datata ma ben tenuta. Ristorante con poca varietà ma buono.

La spiaggia è pessima, un triangolo d'acqua in mezzo alle partenze delle barche per le escursioni.

Che non c’era Internet in stanza

A localização do hotel é ótima, fica a 10 minutos a pé do centro e a zona circundante é super segura. O Staff do hotel era muito simpático (menos os rececionistas) e muito atenciosos. O quarto era bastante espaçoso.

O colchão da cama era muito duro. O hotel precisa de alguma manutenção como na mobília e nas camas da piscina por exemplo. A zona das refeições não tem exaustão, então como tinham um cozinheiro a fazer omeletes, saímos do pequeno almoço a cheirar a fritos logo pela manhã. O rececionista que nos recebeu no primeiro dia era muito antipático. Quando lhe perguntamos se era possível ficar num quarto do primeiro piso, ele ficou todo ofendido connosco e ficou ainda pior quando a minha companheira lhe tentou explicar o porquê de querermos um quarto no primeiro piso. Podia simplesmente dizer que não havia quartos disponíveis que nós ficavamos satisfeitos com isso.

Colazione scarsa e spiaggia da raggiungere attraversando la strada , punto di mare molto limitato

Otel merkezi konumda ve temizdi.

İnternet bağlantısı sikintiliydi, daha once geldiğimde bunu yasamamistik. Gece geldiğimizde resepsiyondaki elemanın gereksiz samimiyet içeren soruları rahatsız etti.

Tesisin çalışanları hepsi çok kibar, saygılı ve sıcak kanlıydı. Animasyon şovlar eğlenceli ve keyifliydi. Plaj bardaki görevli Hasan işini cok iyi yapıyordu belirtmem gerek. Internetini bir tık hizlandirsalar daha iyi olur diye düşünüyorum. Gitmeden önce yemekler konusunda şüphelerimiz vardı ancak gayet başarılı ve hiç rahatsız etmedi. Alakart restoranti da çok başarılı pizza yapıyor bilginiz olsun. Teşekkürler Turquoise hotel, yine gelicez 😊😊😊😊

İnternet biraz yavaş onun haricinde bookinde yazilan hersey kesinlikle aynıydı. Sorun olmadı.

من أفضل الفنادق فى شارم ، من حيث الخدمة والاستقبال والمتعة ، كانت اجازة سعيدة فعلا ، لان الشاطئ جميل والرمال الناعمة ومياه البحر الجميلة الصافية التى تتسابق فيها الاسماك الملونة ، والفندق موفعه ممتاز لانه قريب من السوق القديم وكل اماكن السهر والمتعة

من الافضل ذيادة عدد الحمامات وغرف تغير الملابس على البلاج

هذي ثالث مرة اجي الفندق راقي ونظيف ومريح واشكر اللي بالريسبشين علي وحمادة ومرسي على حسن استقبالهم وتعاملهم الراقي
