Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Location is perfect - beautiful view and right by the entrance to the trail leading to the waterfalls. Rooms have plenty of space and with an outdoor bathroom. I loved it but my wife need a little time to adapt. Pool areas are great. Good service.
We could see a potential for an upgrade of the restaurant. More cosy atmosphere, look at the menu, maybe some music - not to laud, furnitures.

Les chambres sont très grande, la salle de bain à l'extérieure est magnifique et n'hésitez pas à vous lever tôt, vers 5h45 le spectable du lever de soleil est incroyable. Nous avons mangé au restaurant c'était un peu plus cher qu'ailleurs mais c'était très bon. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour acceder aux cascades.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Lage ist einmalig und traumhaft. Man kann das ganze Tal überblicken bis zum Meer und natürlich den Vulkan Rinjani. Die Pools waren mega toll und auch die Zimmer waren super ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn uns im Ort jemand gefragt hat, wo wir übernachten, kam dann immer als Reaktion, dass das ja die beste Unterkunft hier wäre.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026La chambre est spacieuse, propre. La salle de bains extérieure est originale et pratique. Vraiment tout confort. Les jardins et terrasses sont très jolis, avec une belle vue.
Nous avions notre chambre juste devant la piscine, ce qui a été parfois assez bruyant. Nous avons mangé à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, il y a plusieurs warungs de qualité aux alentours.

Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt bij elke vraag. In het restaurant wisten ze ook voor mijn dochter, die een glutenallergie heeft en vegan is, een lekkere maaltijd te maken. Ingang naar de 2 watervallen is om de hoek

Las sábanas estaban rotas y ligeramente sucias (creemos que son manchas que no se van con el lavado, por lo que deberían sustituirlas por otras nuevas). La puerta del baño no cerraba por completo, por lo que se podía colar cualquier tipo de bicho a la habitación.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Super schöne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Ausblick. Es sind sehr geräumige Zimmer und es gibt eine tolle Poolanlage inkl. eines zweiten Privaten Pools nur für Hotelgäste.
Das Frühstück finden wir noch sehr Ausbaufähig für den Preis. In der Gegend zählt es vermutlich noch zu den besseren Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, aber in der Preiskategorie hätten wir doch noch besseres erwartet. Der Lombok-Kaffee war z.B. ungenießbar und völlig verbrannt. Andere Kaffeespezialitäten musste man bezahlen. Auch das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war sehr träge und nicht besonders aufmerksam. Rollervermietung ist dort deutlich teurer als sonst in der Gegend. In der Straße gibt es deutlich günstigere Alternativen. Wir empfehlen sich dort etwas umzusehen. Auch was den Transport betrifft, hat die Unterkunft fast das doppelte verlangt zu dem was wir letztendlich bezahlt haben.

Wonderful walk to amazing waterfalls. We did an excellent tour "bayan authentique" to experience village life, rice Paddy walk, oldest mosque with Karmi tour guide. Fresh coconut drink picked by Darmadi who also made special herbal tea. Highly recommended

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026De kamer en het uitzicht waren prachtig. We hebben hier maar één nacht geslapen omdat we de Rinjani trekking gingen doen. Dit was geregeld vanuit de lodge en we hebben een hele fijne trekking gehad met Ari (guide) en Aria en Sahdi als porters. Een hele uitdaging om te doen, maar zeker aan te raden vanuit hun organisatie. We zijn gedurende de tocht erg goed begeleid door de guide en de porters doen echt ongelooflijk werk. Heel veel respect voor deze mensen! Toen we terugkwamen van de 3-daagse tocht mochten we nog even relaxen aan het zwembad en hebben we daar gegeten. Het eten is overigens erg lekker en de faciliteiten zijn erg goed.

Fijn super groot zacht bed, warme douche en zelfs een bad, mooie decoratie en er is veel gewerkt met natuurlijke materialen zoals lampen van bamboo en zijn zelfs mooie planten op de kamer. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, spreken goed Engels. Het eten in het restaurant is lekker en de zwembaden zijn heerlijk om af te koelen en uit te kijken over de prachtige omgeving. Je kunt niet anders dan deze plek een 10 geven in mijn ogen.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We had such a wonderful stay! We came here right after climbing Mount Rinjani, and it was honestly the perfect place to relax and recover. The staff were incredibly attentive and took such great care of us throughout our stay. We were even able to enjoy massages directly in our room, which was exactly what we needed after the trek! The property itself is beautiful, with amazing views and several swimming pools to enjoy. The restaurant was also delicious, and our accommodation was very spacious. We had to leave very early the following morning, and since breakfast was included in our stay, the team kindly arranged an earlier breakfast especially for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something we really appreciated. We honestly would have loved to stay longer if we hadn’t had to leave. It’s a beautiful, relaxing place with wonderful service, and we can only recommend it!

The view from the rooms and lobby (with restaurant) on the volcano and rice fields is breathtaking and the whole traditional structure is perfect with stylish details beautiful swimming pool a sofa on the balcony where you can enjoy the view and watch the spectacular sunrise
The food at the restaurant could be better but this is probably influenced by my Western (Italian) taste. And the muezzin songs are a bit annoying, as in all Lombok
