Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The location was ideal, within minutes from the all the attractions and the Beer Festival venue which was our reason for visiting. The hotel staff were wonderful, helpful and very friendly. I foolishly forgot my walking stick and the proprietor happily leant me one of her fathers. The bed was very comfortable and the room very spacious.
I struggle to think of anything. Maybe more light on the stairs but that seems rather petty.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Die Leute sind sehr nett und hilfreich, waren immer gut gelaunt und herzlich. Die Betten waren exzellent gefedert und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Bahnhof (Zug und Bus) und das Parkhaus sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles sehr dezent und angenehm.
Das Treppengeländer war wackelig, was aber nicht wirklich wichtig war.

Nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad y también para poder comer sin gluten. De hecho desayunamos en el hotel y pudimos comer un delicioso desayuno con pan sin gluten. Seguro que volveremos.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Perfect location on a quiet side street in the middle of the Old Town in Brugge. Nice and cosy rooms. Very nice with air conditioning in the double rooms! Staff extremely nice and helpful. Gave us loads of tips on local restaurants (with free-drink-vouchers!), good parking garages and where to buy tickets for the canal boat ride.
Expensive breakfast (same price for adults and 3-year-old). We therefore chose to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Staff were very unfriendly and almost hostile towards us because we arrived late due to eurotunnel delays. They then charged us extra for late check in. We ended up sleeping in the car the first night. I understand that eurotunnel delays are not the hotels fault but they were very unhelpful amd un friendly

Hacia mucho calor y no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventilador. Abrimos la ventana y fue una invasión de mosquitos, fuimos a la recepción para buscar algún ventilador o que nos dieran auyenta mosquitos y no había nadie que atendiera. En ningún momento del día hay personal que este en la recepción . El desayuno cuesta 20 euros, nos pareció muy caro.

Mosquitos at night were a problem. Netting only on one window and had holes in it. Got badly bitten. No air conditioning or fan and very hot at night when we visited. No coffee machine Worn out towels.

no air conditioner rude owner delivered the keys at 9pm unreachable late bed crib delivery even though we asked min 3-4 days in advance afterwards she did xenophobic and national discriminative insults vie whatsapp messages, i have delivered them to booking, but there is no answer the place so hot that our 1 year old baby could not sleep the whole night,and there was no air conditioner

El olor de la habitación. No sé si estaba mal ventilada o que ha llegado el momento de cambiar la alfombra.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Die Unterkunft sehr zentral und ein Parkhaus direkt in der Nähe wo das Auto für 3 Nächte stand. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer sehr veraltert. Teppichboden dreckig und fleckig unhygienisch und nicht sauber. Haare im Bad auf dem Boden sowie im frischen Bett. Die Zimmer müssten dringend erneuert werden sowie das Inventar. Das Frühstücksbüffet soweit okay, jedoch wären frische Brötchen schön gewesen und ein Rührei konnte man nicht bekommen sonder nur ein gekochtes Ei. 20 Euro wurden für ein Frühstück berechnet .

Tout se passait bien mais le matin, comme convenu, ils ont accepté qu’on laisse notre valise la journée en attendant de prendre notre train de 17h50. Quand nous sommes revenus pour la récupérer, nous avons passé plus d’une heure devant la porte fermée. Nous avons sonné sans cesse, nous avons essayé de téléphoner … sans réponse. Après 1h20, le monsieur qui était bien à l’intérieur est venu nous ouvrir … nous avons donc bien évidement manqué notre train.

Ho apprezzato la pulizia degli ambienti; la camera ben organizzata, curata nei dettagli, accogliente e con una temperatura piacevole; l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ciò che ha reso il soggiorno speciale è stata l'accoglienza della proprietaria, una persona molto gentile, disponibile e calorosa, mi ha accolta con entusiasmo e cortesia, fornendomi consigli utili per vivere al meglio la città. Mi sono trovata molto bene, consigliatissimo (non ho usufruito della colazione).

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Hem tren istasyonuna hem de Brugge şehir merkezine yürüyerek ulaşılabilecek mesafedeydi. Ayrıca çevresinde parklar ve daha sakin, huzurlu alanlar bulunması konaklamayı keyifli hale getirdi. Otel çalışanları genel olarak misafirperverdi ve ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Özellikle oteldeki hanımefendi oldukça ilgiliydi ve sıcak bir iletişim kurdu. Genel olarak konumu, sakin çevresi ve çalışanların yardımseverliği açısından güzel bir oteldi.
Otelin bazı konularda yenilenmeye ve geliştirmeye ihtiyacı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Öncelikle odadaki yatak oldukça eski ve konforsuzdu. Özellikle birinci kattaki yatakta ciddi şekilde bel ağrısı yaşadım ve ağrı kesici almak zorunda kaldım. Bu nedenle yatakların yenilenmesi otelin konforunu ciddi şekilde artıracaktır. Bir diğer konu odaların temizliğiyle ilgili bilgilendirme eksikliğiydi. Kapıya asılan “odayı temizleyin / rahatsız etmeyin” tarzı kartlar bulunmuyordu. Bu nedenle odamızın temizlenmeyeceğini düşündük ve eşyalarımızı buna göre düzenlemedik. Döndüğümüzde odamızın temizlenmiş olduğunu gördük. Temizlenmiş olması olumlu olsa da misafirin bunu önceden kontrol edebilmesi ve tercih edebilmesi daha doğru olurdu. Ayrıca odada klima bulunmuyordu. Bizim konakladığımız dönemde hava yaklaşık 28 dereceydi ve oda oldukça bunaltıcı olabiliyordu. Daha sıcak yaz günlerinde bu durum daha büyük bir problem yaratabilir. Yatakların yenilenmesi, klima ya da daha iyi bir serinletme çözümü sağlanması ve oda temizliği konusunda misafire seçenek sunulması oteli çok daha iyi bir seviyeye taşıyacaktır.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze hotelu. Świetna lokalizacja. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Czajnik bardzo przydatny, chociaż z dość krotkim kablem. Kosmetyki łazienkowe o ładnym zapachu.
Do wypożyczenia pokoju dobrze byłoby dodać małą lodówkę. W upalne dni nie ma jak schłodzić wody, czy przechować jedzenie. Brak klimatyzacji nie byłby uciążliwy, gdyby nie nocny gwar, jeśli trzeba otworzyć okno. Poza tym ulica cicha. Materac wygodny, ale trochę zjeżdżał z łóżka. Niektóre ręczniki mocno zuzyte, ale jeśli trzeba wymienione bez problemu. Wystrój mógłby być odnowiony i przytulniejszy.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist vollkommen in Ordnung und wirklich gut. Jedoch gibt es nebenan ein Hostel mit Tischen und Stühlen auf der Straße. An zwei von unseren drei Abenden saßen dort Leute und haben bis weit nach Mitternacht sich laut unterhalten. Die Unterkunft kann nichts dafür!

Reviewed May 19, 2026Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf hier. De gastvrouw was erg aardig, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze gaf ons een heel welkom gevoel. De kamer was zeer schoon. En werd elke dag schoongemaakt en eventueel schone handdoeken. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk. Er was veel variatie en voor ieder iets wils. Mocht je een lichte slaper zijn, dan zouden oordopjes nog een kleine tip kunnen zijn voor het slapen. Naast het hotel zit een hostel waar tot laat geluid was. Echter, als wij het raam dichtdeden hadden we hier geen last van. Wij hebben hier ons helemaal niet aan gestoord. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden zeker terugkomen!

The hotel is a little bit outdated, but everything is generally OK. It's quite noisy in the morning (if you a not early bird) Its quite a good place to stay for a solo traveler. But I would not recommend it for a romantic travel with a glamour partner :)

Probably due to surge pricing on a bank holiday weekend but it was not good value for money. Expensive for a very simple room with moderately comfortable beds and aged decor.

Odamız soguktu rezervasyon yapmış olmamıza rağmen odamız öncesinde ısıtılmadı geç geldiğimiz için bütün gece ısınmadık ve çok üşüdük. Duş almak istediğimizde ve lavaboyu kullanmak istediğimizde sular çamurlu akıyordu o yüzden duş alamadık. Ayrıca biz iki kişilik yataktayız çift kişilik yatak istemiştik maalesef yatağımımız da uyumlu değildi. Asansör yoktu kat tercihim sorulmadı ve ben üç kat iki valiz taşımak zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca giriş için saat belirtmeniz gerekiyor eğer akşam geç gelirseniz saat başı ücret ödemeniz gerekiyor böyle bir şey hiçbir otelde görmedim. Otelde ilk başta yaptığım rezervasyon booking‘de bir hata nedeniyle iptal oldu tekrar aynı otelde rezervasyon yaptım ama ilkin‘nin ücretini iade etmediler. Ben onları mağdur etmedim ama onlar beni mağdur etti.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Das Frühstück war echt toll, Zimmer und Aufenthaltsraum sehr gemütlich und familiär. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen mehrere Sprachen und sind sehr freundlich.
Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, für unsere Zwecke aber völlig in Ordnung.

La posizione è ottima: si trova in pieno centro, comodissima per muoversi anche a piedi e per fare più volte piccoli spostamenti durante la giornata. La stanza era molto ben organizzata, curata nei dettagli, pulita e accogliente, con una temperatura sempre piacevole. La nota principale e davvero speciale è la signora che ci ha accolto: favolosa. Ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti e consigli utilissimi, è stata estremamente accogliente e calorosa, facendoci sentire un po’ come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Kapısı eski tip anahtardı, ve çekince kapanmıyordu. Ayrıca kilitlemeniz gerekiyor. Sokak kapısı da aynı anahtarla açıldığı için diğer odalarda aynı anahtarla açılıyor olabilir diye korktuk.
