Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Die Lage ist top und wir konnten bis vor die Haustür fahren. Und es gibt zwei Parkhäuser in der Nähe. Es war sehr ruhig und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und das Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026地理位置非常好，因为我们带用很多的行李，不利于走路，所以往返火车站我们都是打车去的，原因是路面是石头的路，有些不平，拖起行李来有些费力，但如果行李不是那种很重很多的话，这里到哪里都非常的方便，到火车站差不多走路10分钟，总之很棒。

O único problema foi o calor excessivo que estava fazendo em Bruges, pois nosso quarto era no último andar e o ventilador não dava conta de refrescar. Precisaria de um ar-condicionado. Mas creio q são poucos os dias de calor assim na Bélgica, então se for uma temperatura mais normal , o hotel preenche as expectativas muito bem.

Beim Buchen war Parkplatz beim Hotel angegeben. Da war leider keiner. Wir mussten in die Tiefgarage ausweichen. Die war zum Glück in der Nähe. Preis für 24 Stunden € 17. Es wäre nett gewesen wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Excellent service, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us with an early check in, keep our bags all day as we'd a late flight home. One tiny issue with the tv was resolved within minutes if not seconds. Exceptionally responsive and pleasant. Location was superb.
Breakfast was a little pricey so we did not opt for it, which wasn't a problem as we'd a fridge and could store some food/drink in the room. It is an old building so there is a little dust here and there, this isn't a complaint as again, it's to be expected in an older building but some might not appreciate that.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Super Lage, alles wesentliche fußläufig zu erreichen. Zu Fuß ca. 15 min. vom Bahnhof. Nettes, freundliches, inhabergeführtes Hotel und völlig streßfrei. Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach nach Süden, allerdings gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nur eine Vertikalventilator... Also ziemlich heiß im Juni. Aber da die Brauerei "De halve Maan" und einge schattige Restaurants direkt um´s Eck sind, war das auszuhalten. Großes Bad, gute Betten. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, nichts zu Meckern. Und: der schnellste Aufzug Belgiens! Wir würden wieder buchen!
Im Juni `26 halt ziemlich warm im Zimmer ohne Klima.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Lisbeth and Hans were very attentive to our needs and responded to EVERYTHING very promptly. The location was amazing and we walked everywhere in this charming city. We would definitely stay here again - I hope that we get the opportunity as we loved Bruges!
The street noise started around 7:00am but we are early risers and we're already up. Sleeping late might not be easy!

E' raggiungibile dalla stazione a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 1km, anche se l'acciottolato presente in tutto il centro storico rende un po' difficoltoso l'utilizzo di trolley o passeggini. La camera ove ho alloggiato era di buone dimensioni con ampio bagno dotato di vasca. Era disponibile anche un bollitore con bustine di thè e caffe solubile. La colazione con una notevole varietà di proposte sia dolci che salate era servita in un'ampia sala al piano terra. Personale gentile, disponibile ed attento ai bisogni degli ospiti. Molto apprezzato l'omaggio di alcuni ottimi cioccolatini artigianali.

La cama y las almohadas muy comodas, la lenceria muy agaradable. El baño bastante comodo. En general muy buenas instalaciones.
Lo unico q le falto, fue el secador de pelo. En epocas frias o con mucho viento, como nos toco a nosotros en Primavera, es muy necesario.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Nous avons apprécié tout d'abord la localisation de l'hôtel, parfaite pour explorer la ville et dans un quartier animé et charmant, proche des principaux sites à voir dans la ville, proche également de la gare pour y venir à pied. Le personnel est également très agréable, le petit déjeuner est top pour bien démarrer la journée. Le quartier est également calme la nuit ce qui est toujours appréciable.
Une literie pas assez ferme et une décoration de chambre sobre manquant peut-être un peu de chaleur mais c'est une histoire de goût :)

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026I did not opt for breakfast, as I prefer just a cup of tea in the morning. I'm a tea snob and travel with my own loose leaf. The staff had a kettle in the room and were happy to provide me with some milk, free of charge. I've stayed in other hotels that have charged me 2 Euros to pour a couple of tablespoons of milk into my tea. I needed a clothes iron, which they provided. Location was close to everything, maybe too close to Belgium beer and chocolate.
I love walking, and this hotel was so well located that I didn't get in much during my stay. Everything was within 15-20min and I'm used to walking for hours. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the weekend I was in Bruges, there was a huge festival. Many areas were blocked off for stages. The day I left and needed to get to the bus station, there was a half-marathon run. It was going the opposite direction down the street, and people were literally pushing me and my suitcase out of the way, but there was nowhere to go.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση και τοποθεσία!! Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευγενικοί και βοηθητικοί. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για μια άνετη διαμονή. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό. Ιδανικό και για οικογένειες, εμείς ήμασταν με ένα μωράκι 8 μηνών.
