The staff was friendly

The room we were in was very loud..the heating or air-conditioner on the roof was very loud.. we had a lousy sleep.

The guest room suited its purpose for our short stay, small rooms. The bathroom needs repairs, toilet didn’t refill and the tub had a slash in the bottom. But the room was clean and quick walk to Sasktel Centre.

The mattress was great.

couldn't set the temperature at our comfortable cool temperature 68F for sleeping. Kept waking up hot. Also, there was a mould ring around the tub drain.

It was good convienient and clean

A few pallets of material took up space for parking otherwise it was good

Property was good. Overpriced for the night we stayed (was a concert nearby). Room near the lobby was very noisy.

No usb plug ins. And to reach the plug I had to get on my hands and knees to plug in my phone charger. Breakfast’ was very weak. Only muffins. No bedside lamps.

Beds were very comfortable.

All about location. Can walk 5 minutes to Sasktel arena for events.

Don’t stay in lower level rooms. You won’t ever open curtains. Cars are parked facing the window.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The actual room had a weird smell and it was very noisy and you can hear people talking at the front for most of the night.

Close to the arena

The hotel is within easy walking distance of SaskTel Centre, making it very convenient for events like the one we attended. Also, I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. We had an AC issue in our room, so we were moved to a larger room with a full kitchenette. It was a wonderful upgrade, and much appreciated.

Handy to concerts- very pricy for what u get!

Easy access from the highway walking distance to Sasktel Convention Centre, Gas stations, convenience storre, and Tim.Hortons.

The staff tried to overcharge us for the room. It was to be $225 for Saturday night but they said it would be $450 because of the concert. I had my Travelocity info on my phone and showed it to them. They had to honor it. The beds were horrible and so was the breakfast. The only thing we like was the location because it was right by our concert venue.

The Beds had a great Pillow top very Comfortable.

Room assignment was NOT as in the picture shown . Room was very small. Picture showed large fridge, kitchen sink, cooking equipment but.. this room apparently was already booked by someone else. I booked that room because our diet restrictions require home cooked meals- husbands medical diet means we cannot eat in a restaurant. I travelled with raw food etc but the kitchen facilities was NOT as advertised. The small room was cramped. The bathroom was excellent, room was clean, staff polite, mattress was comfortable.

You should not ensure that photos used in advertising are accurate as to the rooms provided.

Nice little hotel. Not many channels on the tv but the warm cookie on arrival was nice. Lot of mosquitoes in the building in the early morning but not sure if that’s a normal Saskatoon thing as it was my first time there passing through

Need to have poop bags outside of doors. As you are a pet friendly place and the ones in Brandon and Winnipeg do this

The Tim Hortons in the parking lot was super helpful since there was no coffee in the room amd no kitchen inhouse. Staff was very kind and pleasant. Room was clean enough but small & cramped, bed was stiff, and shower was not really useable. (If nothing else i always clean the shower but the awkward shape, cracks in tub, build up on head, and no wand made that a no go). Its a fabulous hotel for one night passing through. The staff was great. Also brace yourself in elevator as it jerks at the start and finish.

The staff was amazing!! Anything we needed or needed helpbwith, they were qucik and friendly. They went beyond, it was an amazing stay.

The carpets in the room were disgusting need to be cleaned more often there was a water spill on the floor a pillow fell off the bed and it was completely saturated and brown looked like a coffee stain but it was from the wet carpet it stunk and was moldy as well. Also there were spiders in the room needed to be fumigated in there Please acknowledge and a solution we paid 274 a night which was pricey and for a gross dirty room to boot

Everything was great except for the Tim Hortons chocolate chip muffins for breakfast

Just a short overnight stay. Quiet clean. Did not do the breakfast as I had a family brunch planed.

The people took our payment from Expedia and we arrived at 3:45am expecting to have a room waiting for us and did not give us a room. They said you have to check in Friday and that it is not Saturday and you cannot check in. Then I went to comfort suites across the street and they had no problem giving me a room at 4am and I stayed there another 2 days with excellent customer service. So ditch this place and stay across the street.

The marble floor was very wet after being mopped. I had trouble navigating the lobby because of it. I am disabled, so this was very concerning.

The staff is very friendly. Even the lady cleaning had a big smile when she said hello when we were going to our room.

Worst continental breakfast I've every seen. Coffee, tea and blueberry muffins, two kinds of dry cereals, that's all just sitting on a table in the lobby

It’s a great hotel with a Tim Hortons in the parking lot. Small pool for a quick dip, and reasonable price.

Staff r awesome! & liked being close to the exit so I can go in & out using the stairs instead of the elevator.

Someone kept sticking a rock in the exit door. I kicked it out everytime. Use yr keycard to go in & out! Not safe for others & anyone could sneak in.

It’s a pretty crummy place for the price. Old bathroom floor worn and stained. Breakfast mediocre in comparison with other places. Over priced.

Walking distance to the Sasktel centre!

Our room was very small, very noisey and could hear every conversation in the hallway from our room, room was very hot and A/c did not work well, no microwave, fridge froze all of our food, mold on the inside of the curtain, bathroom was dirty.

Beds are not very stable need to do something with the mattresses moving around. Other wise I liked the room

The property was really close to the venue for the concert. We went to see easy walking distance, even after dancing all night another bonus was that there is a Tim Hortons close by as well as gas stations and a husky restaurant.

The only problem we had was that the drain stopper in the tub didn’t work that well, but that’s a minor compared to the other value from the hotel

The room was small and we had to put a face cloth over the floor drain in the washroom to stop the sewer smell.

It was pet friendly and accommodating to my situation, having to bring my pet to the vet.

It could have a better breakfast and area to serve it. The bathroom could have better hygiene products.

Checked in late after a long day of travel, greeted with welcome cookies and a clean room. The beds were by far the MOST comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in! Clean and modern room, worth every penny. Breakfast was a bit light no protein options but still great! Gas station directly scross the street, close to highway, would start again!

overpriced and under delivered. very small rooms no coffee maker small bathroom overall a very tired motel. we do not recommend this motel at any price!

Location was nice

Guests were able to come and go at all hours. We were constantly woken up from the other guests. They would scream and yell. There were also children running up and down the halls most of the night. I would recommend making the third floor adults only with a curfew or quiet time in place. The bed was also dirty. We slept on top of the bedding due to the stains on the sheets. We won’t be back. I did advise the front desk but they unfortunately were no help.
