Paper napkins in the kitchen area. Glasses of some kind in the bathroom for cleaning teeth. The tv remote was hard to figure out.

Room was very clean and comfortable

Everything except the continental breakfast.

The continental breakfast was not good. The juices taste like bleach. The coffee creamer was watered down and my 3 kids who usually finish everything on their plate did not finish the waffles- they were definitely not good.

Clean, staff were great

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay there memorable and magical. This included the restaurant staff as well as the front desk folks.

The room was clean, but it looked like someone had smushed a tomato or something into the bathroom door and I had to clean it off. Also there was a bobby pin left in the bathroom. But otherwise it was perfect!

Well organized. Professional and friendly staff.

The staff by the reception were above and beyond. We spent one night when strong snow and wind were blowing.That night lots of check in,so parking lot is full.Although we checked in earlier that evening,we decided to go out,by the time we came back parking lot was full.i asked one of the receptionist if where else can i park,she said in the street.i told her snow drift is everywhere and she decided to take out one of the hotel service car so i can park my car.

It was a bit pricey, but the location is what was important as our flight came in at midnight

The night clerk at the desk was wonderful, very helpful. And the room was nice and clean and comfortable. It’s very nice that there are full fridges in each room, as I need to bring all my food up to work with me.

I couldn’t change the thermostat, so I was cold.

the room making noises all night, banging and clunking that kept me awake, beds were hard, spouse ended up with a sore back . blankets were not good, pretty thin.

The room was a great size and really clean, it looked brand new. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They have a bar onsite, selection is not huge but it worked. They have 3 VLT machines located inside the bar area.

The signal to the TV kept buffering when watching live TV. It would buffer every 60 seconds or so, was very frustrating to watch anything. There wifi signal is not reliable. I don’t like the fact that you have to pay a marketing tax with another tax on top of that tax. Asked if it could be removed and was advised it can’t be.

Wish it was until 10am.... I just missed it this morning:(

Rooms were kind of loud. I kept walking up throughout the night

Breakfast selection was very good. Staff member was busy cleaning the area as guests went through the line of food offerings.

Was a nice stay with zero issues!!!

Nothing. We ended up having to cancel because of the snow and bad roads but still hit charged.

That we were charged even though we couldn't travel, and there was nothing we could do to get there due to winter storms and bad driving conditions. I messaged and emailed the contact with zero response and I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I even asked if we could rebook for a different date, still with no response. We're planning travel now at the beginning of February and will be booking somewhere else instead.

Clean room, lovely pool and hottub and tasty breakfast.

There was excessive noise coming from the room above us all night which took multiple phone calls to the front desk to get resolved.

Location is good, the room fit my family perfectly, the breakfast was very good, the kids enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was helpful to save on costs.

I didn't find anything wrong, the front desk guy even got me some milk when I was asking if their cooler of drinks had milk.

Airport 호텔이라서 예약했는데 공항근처가 아니었슴. 사과가 곪은것들이 있어서 안먹었슴 방이좁고 새벽에 에어컨에서 소리가 나서 깨었슴 잠을 제대로 자지 못했슴

This hotel seems dreary and is not that clean. Bed cover was worn. Lighting in room was not great. I would not stay at this hotel again. It did not have the standard of a Best Western Plus at $179.00 per night before taxes.

We liked the shuttle was available any time on way to airport. was convenient and young lady driving was GREAT.

The shuttle which I verbally confirmed at time of booking was to be available on Jan 1, 2026. We call down to front desk morning of flight and find out no shuttle running, "we should have checked website" We did at time of booking and verified with hotel staff prior to booking and still no shuttle. We ask for a cab to be called and it was like we were asking for a kidney by front desk staff. This was unfortunate and not a great way to start our day of long travel.

My daughter and I were visiting Saskatoon to shop for her wedding dress and picked this hotel based on reviews and location. Upon check in, the employee was curt and bordering on rude. Didn't even say hello, just give me your ID and CC. Granted it was busy, but I stay at a lot of hotels, and have never been given this reception. We were given a room on the main floor to find it was a pet friendly room. We did not request a room for pets, it still had dog hair all over the pull out couch and some hairs on the beds between the linens and on the coverlet. The couch was completely scratched up and looked as if it were pulled off the curb. The noise level was high all night and we did not get much sleep. When I brought my concerns to the front desk we were told we could check out and find somewhere else, as there is no other rooms available. No fresh linens offered. We will not stay here again.

The breakfast was ok. Staff were friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable, had horrible sleeps. The rooms are very loud, heard everything going on out in the hallway and outside. The pool was COLD! Hot tub was not hot, I would say my child's bathtub would be warmer. The layout for the breakfast could be a bit better, first day was ok but we were there by 8am. The second day was a gong show, so many people not enough space.

The entrance to location was a bit difficult and no signs to access. The lighting to access the side roads were not lit properly.

Everything about our stay was fantastic, super impressed with the room and how clean everything was. The outside could use some tlc though. The thistles in the flowerbeds around the building were bigger than the shrubs and hung over the sidewalks where you walk.

It was overall not a bad hotel although the staff was not always at the front desk so I'd have to wait a few minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful when I did get to ask them questions. Also I called down to get more towels from maid service and no one responded so I went without. The shower was not clean from the previous guests and the coffee pot still had dirty old coffee in it.

Elevator broke down Friday, left Sunday, not fixed

Requested a late check out, was informed they would charge me $30 if I didn't check out before 11:00am. Thanks but no thanks!!
