Was very happy with the service from the staff. Our rooms were clean, huge and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was delicious.

Decent stay. Good breakfast 🥞

The rooms are really good and clean, the staff is really sweet and helpful. Breakfast spread has good options and wide menu. Geetha had help with the breakfast and she is really sweet.

Good hospital staff , delicious food and very comfortable stay !

Amazing place located very centrally. Food is nice, drinks are great and ambience is excellent. The roof top pool and bar are awesome. The staff is very cordial special thanks to Ms Preethi for being extremely helpful. BZ to the team much recommended for a short break.

Staff was very supportive and food had a great taste and also ambiance was top notch

This is my 4th visit and it is always good be here

Food was good. Breakfast is fresh . Loved the authentic manglorian breakfast dishes whil also having a modern twist to the breakfast with pancakes and bakes.

Location was nice. Food at resturant was good. Rooms were clean and service was prompt. Overall a good experience.

The location was good and very clean, the atmosphere was very positive and surroundings was also very good. Rooms where very well maintained and clean, with adequate hygiene and clean washrooms with good facilities. Noise level was quiet. Service wasn't that smooth, it took a long time in delivering in-room dining, but the food was good. If we talk about amenities, pool was available which was very very clean and well maintained with a beautiful top view. Gym was provided and spa.

Was a lovely experience of a 5 day stay . Good food , amenities , central location and great service by all staff

Room is good.food also good .more over we like the service they provide.very humble...very near to manipal college

It was pleasant stay for two days. The entire hotel staff was cordial and accomodating.

Food was so good, Room service is also good, Room service is also good

Nice stay for family. Enjoyed food quality and services.

So I have stayed at Country Inn multiple times and the 4Star experience, bodering at 5 has always been excellent. But this review is for their restaurant. Country Inn organizes gala buffets with live music on special occasions and this time I attended both the Christmas and the NYs events. I and my parents had an fun and pleasant experience at both events, with courteous swrvice by the staff, fantastic buffet menus dished out by the Mosaic chef (out dies himself everytime) and the impeccable hosting by their host Micheal (who also helps with then reservations) l, the man is always on his toes, continously on the move ensuring the guests are comfortable and having a good time. The courteous staff at Country Inn makes the experience special. Also a special thanks to Chef Dhanraj Magar (Next2 resto) for being extremely courteous and forthcoming, fulfilled all our requests.

Didn’t get a feel that we were staying the presidential suite room. The service needs improvement. Staff could be more friendly

We loved the vibes and the food was very fresh and warm. The options in starters and the service was very good. Micheal Victor Dsouza was very kind and respectful to us.

Abhrajit helped us alot during our stay in the hotel with a really good service and he was really polite to us. Amazing experience and a must visit for families or couples.

Amazing ambience, good food great music. Loved it. The live event singer and the manager Michael were just amazing and we had a great experience. Loved it

A very good Atmosphere, pleasent environment, excellent staff, good food, Food was too good, as special turkey and cranberry sauce,

The ambience was beautiful to spend the Christmas evening. The Shor band added beauty to the whole evening. Micheal Dsouza was a good host. There was a vast spread particularly enjoyed the continental food. Gita and all the staff were very kind and hospitable. All in all a wonderful way to spend the evening with my husband.

It was indeed an amazing experience. The tree lighting and cake mixing ceremony were very systematically and the hospitality was on point. The food was very good and the staff was lovely, especially Mr. Michael Dsouza and the entire team. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udupi and Manipal

Superb assortment of food for buffet dinner. Had a great time with friends. Rooftop is amazing too. Pool side ambience is fantastic. Great for friends or family

Good place to stay, the staff were highly responsive, the restaurant was good (but pricey again), but the rooms and toilets need some maintenance.

Everything was excellent. Just one concern regarding buffet ( Dinner ), as veg options were very less. It would be good if you can increase the Veg options for buffet ( Dinner )

Nice property central location friendly staff, nice ABF good gym and pool.,seamless check in and out.peaceful place

I stayed at the hotel for a day, and I was happy to see the room cleanliness and the breakfast items.

Gud ambience ,amazing staff, great service provided by michael D’Souza, aldin, novel & nathisa almedia 🤍. So friendly understanding environment. One of the best places in town, Food was ultimate. Thier efforts proved thier dedication.

I recently visited country inn by Radisson Manipal , I must say their hospitality is really good.. special call out to the Sales manager Michael , He was so kind and humble in assisting us and escorting us. Thanks to him and his team.

Is an awesome and thrilling place! Good food, clean rooms and healthy environment! Very nice ambience, if in Udupi/manipal don’t forget to stay/visit the place!!!! Michael Dsouza sir was just welcoming, warm and friendly! Thank you to the whole team!

Great ambience and food. Vide range of options for both veg and Non veg. Great support by all the hotel staff, especially Michael Dsouza.

Wonderful stay clean rooms nice facilities would recommend this place for everyone staying in the Manipal area. Swimming pool was nice food was amazing

Great experience with prompt service. Very helpful staff, always trying to make us feel comfortable. Really loved being back in manipal

I had a wonderful experience at Country in suits, manipal. The staff especially Gita madam and Michael the sales manager was warm, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. Our order arrived on time, the presentation was excellent, and the team checked in regularly without being intrusive. The overall service was smooth, friendly, and professional — highly recommended!

Mr Michael Victor DSouza helped us with all bookings and his hospitality was excellent..He was very kind and helpful in all the ways..I loved the experience of staying here and I would like to come back here soon with my family❤️

Celebrated Anniversary at the restaurant. With family. I had pre-booked the table. We were given the best seating space. Hospitality made us feel like chief-guests. To say Food was Great would be an understatement. It was awesome as always. I genuinely felt i must write a review this time (i am a regular visitor though) especially for 2 reasons. 1. Service had extra warmth this time. Meticulous and impeccable. Ms Sulia treated the family as if we she was a part of it. 2. I was particularly super impressed with Mr Michael D'Souza, who got one of the best cakes i have ever had. Plus, when my wife asked for something of her very favorite that wasn't on the menu, he got it specially made and served. Anniversary truly became Happy Anniversary. I salute Mr D'Souza. Last but not the least, Country Inn will continue to be our "nest to go to" for wider smiles and of course, Happy Burps! :-)) Manohar Nayak

Our waiter Akhil was very friendly and the food was great! The food was delicious and the service staff were kind and choice of music was calming

Stayed here for 2 nights with family. Overall experience was nice. Room was clean and spacious. Only concern was the Parking. Valet parking is available but looks like they park on drive way slope or sometimes even outside of the hotel premises. You should not have to worry about your beloved car when you live in hotel like Radisson.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff made me feel special specially Ms. Nathacia 🙏. Rooms were clean, spacious, very good wifi and had all the amenities I needed. One place for all ur business meetings if ur in Udupi. I highly recommend it!”

Excellent hospitality and service provided by hotel. Professional staff made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

Great stay , good staff "The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient." "The front desk was very helpful and courteous." "Nothing was too much trouble for the staff." "The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived."

We visited Country Inn & Suites for Sunday brunch, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The food was amazing with a great variety and taste. The calm ambience made it a perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon. A special mention to Michael Victor D’Souza, Sales Manager, for being a wonderful host and ensuring everything was perfect. The staff, as always, provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

Old hotel, not maintained. Bathrooms lacked cleanliness. Breakfast not good. Expensive. The lobby had a poor odour. Just about a 3 star hotel

It was excellent stay. Cooperative staff. Delicious food. We had been here for 2 nights. Good swimming pool . We had great fun here.

Friendly staff and amazing service They helped us attnagw a bday cake and also upgraded our room. Staff was on spot available and food was satisfying

We had a lovely 3 days stay at Country in and suites Manipal Everyone at the hotel took great care of us to ensure we are comfortable. Rooms are nice and clean and food is also great Overall what stands out is the service and care taken by their employees is commendable

I wanted to celebrate a candlelight dinner on a decorated table with my birthday girl and this was her first bday after we met. Michael dsouza was very much professional in handling things and making it right the way I wanted. All the arrangements, the flowers, the ambience, the cake was all perfectly planned by him. My girl was super happy and surprised and our love added more charm. Also there were 2 more women staffs who were very polite and professional in taking our dining orders. Also they were kind enough to click our best photos and make our dinner evening very special ❤️ Thank you country inn for such an amazing experience ✨

Food was good and ambience as well. Customer was experience better. Well serviced by Sulia and Abhinaya. Restaurant was well maintained neat and clean.

all was good we enjoyed ourselves there for our vacation for 2 nights, had planned for Udupi and this was nearby only..

Expected better. But failed to live up to its name. More efforts required to improve cleanliness, maintenance and overall general upkeep. Staff is indifferent and apathetic. Quality and taste of food in the MOSAIC restaurant is bad - borderline horrible !!

Done a corporate programme in country inn thanks Michael for the nice arrangements loved the atmosphere best place to hang out

The dining experience was exceptional, and the cuisine was highly enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and the team demonstrated excellent organizational skills. Natasha's event support was particularly commendable.

Excellent place to stay in Udupi. We received amazing support from all staff specially Asha, Dipankar, Hemanth. It was one of the most smoothest checkin & checkout.

They organised a great candle light dinner for us. People are really polite, responsive, and professional. Mr. Michael Dsouza was of great help.

Had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Manipal. The hotel façade is welcoming, staff are friendly, and the promotions offered added real value. The highlight was visiting the nearby Sunset Point, recommended by the hotel – a must-see! Overall, an excellent experience.

Corridors were constantly stinking of sewage water. Electricity kept going off especially in the middle of the night for 20 min or more. No mopping on the floor only dry vacuuming which led to sticky stained floors.

Amazing experience. Rooms were well cleaned . Staff led by Mr. Dipankar were particularly very helpful and supportive. Mr Dipankar went above and beyond to help us find the right contacts to plan our trip in and around Manipal . Highly professional set up. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful buffet experience at Country Inn, Manipal with the family. The food spread was great — plenty of options, fresh, and tasty. The ambience was relaxed, making it perfect for a family outing. A special mention to Michael, who really made the evening seamless for us. Right from helping us with the booking to ensuring everything was well taken care of, he made us feel at ease throughout. His attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch to the whole experience. Overall, a lovely outing — good food, warm service, and a comfortable setting. Definitely recommended if you’re in Manipal

I visited the hotel yesterday for a birthday dinner, the staff was very polite, and the food was excellent. Great poolside ambience.

We celebrated our daughter 18th birthday with dinner party in Next2 Oriental Restaurant. Ambience is superb with light music . Enjoyed the food , hospitality of the hotel team , especially the quick response and support from Mr. Micheal D’souza. Worth visiting .

Good food good ambience. Michael is a Good guy. The drinks were also good. We ordered so many food and we finished it cuz it was so good

Stay was pleasent and hospitality was good and staff was co-operative and good location and can be easily accessible and strategically located

Great location & interesting buffet. The reception & travel team is over enthusiastic to support your taxi requirement's. Mr Dipankar at the reception is really attentive to all requirements. Overall good stay & comfortable rooms. Just check your taxi usage charges .. :)

Excellent service and well managed property. We came well before the check-in time but were looked after till the room was allotted to us. All effort was made to give a room before the check-in time.

The staff coordinated very well They are very friendly and professional Food is quality is good Special thanks to Natasha/ Nithai / Michael Thank you very much had a great time

Excellent food options and was served fresh and tasty. However, location of swimming pool or SPA could be better as this place feels unsafe with drunk people moving around families/kids

Had a party at Darbar, nice ambience, good food and great service by the team lead by Michael V Dsouza. They made the party enjoyable and memorable

I have never seen such an obsession over appearance, taste, color, and texture of foods. The buffets are constantly groomed and replenished. There is no compromise on quality. The medu vadas for instance is a quick guage: it's light, fluffy and crispy as it should be. Not a lump with wheat flour mixed in. The rooms are similarly well designed and maintained. The service is amazing - I feel like a king. This is my second time at Country Inn Suites in south India. The previous one was at Mysuru in 2016 and I still remember that experience in 2025. I wish I could come here more often and stay with this company. Writing this over my third cup of filter coffee prepared by Mr Krishna Nair at the Manipal location. Well done!

Better experience the second time around on this trip where I made 4 separate one-night reservations due my schedule.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Country Inn Manipal. The spread was fresh and tasty—special mention to the sambhar, idli, and the delicious Mangalore buns, which truly stood out. Chef Sriniwas ensured everything was prepared to perfection, and the entire staff was courteous and attentive. The ambiance was calm and inviting, making the morning meal all the more enjoyable. The hotel overall was well-maintained, comfortable, and offered a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Loved the food, Good buffet and excellent service by Mr Michael Victor Dsouza and Geeta. The Variety of desserts was too good.

My recent lunch at Mosaic within the Country Inn Manipal was truly enjoyable! The spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes that satisfied every craving. From the appetizers to the desserts, each item I tried was tasty and fresh, making for a very satisfying meal. Beyond the excellent food, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thank you to Michael D'Souza for the invitation and for ensuring such a warm and welcoming experience. His attentiveness, along with the entire staff's, made the visit even more memorable. I highly recommend Mosaic for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience with great food and outstanding service in Manipal.

Staff is excellent and I really appreciate the customer centric approach especially of Mr Nithin (FOM), Ms Marsha, Mr Gurpreet... I have stayed before and I forgot my iphone charger in room. It was dispatched to my address on a single request on phone. Highly recommend this place due to courteous staff.

“One cannot think well , love well, sleep well if one has not dined well.” Since I am a foodie buddy, I always give good complement on the food and Country Inn, just like usual very hospitable, courteous and professional in dealing with customers and food is not too spicy nor too sweet but it’s perfect. Geeta, one of the staff has been too kind and very well behaved and all thanks to Mr Micheal D’Souza who is always helping and dynamic. The best part in dessert was the “Ragi besan ladoo”. One must try it.

Initially offered smoking room by default without checking. I only book non-smoking rooms. What switched to a room on 1st floor and that had issues with A/c which wouldn’t work. Felt like a sauna - which isn’t good if you have to sleep a night in it

Fantastic service. Dipamkar the concierge, chef and the whole staff went out of the way to look after us. They had amazing customer service when it came to finding a lost phone, allergies and many more. Cleaning services were excellent as well. We would recommend this place.

This hotel is near to Manipal Institute of Technology. Rooms are spacious, They have given inter-connected rooms. Had to pay extra as one of the room was executive. Staffs are friendly and supportive. Restaurant experience was really good. Overall good experience.

Except for one issue we had with door lock, which ultimately reflected as an opportunity to experience the service efficiency of the front office staff. Overall experience was great and would definitely like to recommend.

Had an awesome time at the Country Inn! I was out with my family and the service was top notch, especially our to go man, Mr. Bhavani who made our time at Country Inn much more lively, full of fun and something I will cherish every moment of. Apart from a superb food experience, kids had a play area too, where they too enjoyed a lot. Will definitely be back here for some more memories to be created! And also thanks to service staff Vishu, Geeta ,Trisha and Rajath for serving with great service

Very small rooms, breakfast was not very sumptuous no proper juices, fruits etc, noisy 1st floor, late housekeeping
