Perfect spacious room with good aircon and a good hot shower. This place is a little oasis with a great pool and a relaxed vibe. Owner was lovely and did us a great laundry service while we stayed there. Highly recommend! There’s no fridge in the room but there is a huge communal fridge in the office by the pool :)

Хороший отель. До пляжа пешком минут 5 -7. Есть бассейн. Управляющая отелем очень отзывчивая и приветливая женщина, в номере убираются, кровать очень удобная, широкая, с москитной сеткой. Кондиционер, горячая вода - все отлично.

В комнате есть только одна розетка, заряжать телефоны и т.п. приходится по очереди

Nice pool, perfect location in Mirissa , close to everything but in a calm street. Would stay here definitely again!!!

Nice and peaceful place, great swimming pool .I booked for three nights and ended up staying a full fifteen days! :-) Only drawback: Internet connection is terrible, oftentimes non-existent.

Budynek położony w zacisznej uliczce. Bardzo czyste pokoje i fajny taras ze stolikiem i krzesłami. Blisko do plaży i do głównej ulicy w centrum, gdzie jest pełno restauracji i sklepów. Basen świetny żeby odpocząć. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Spędziliśmy tam kilka dni i bardzo pozytywnie wspominamy ten nocleg. Polecamy!

Lovely staff running the accommodation. Very basic but clean rooms with a change of linen and towels every two days. Large balcony overlooking the pool -( which was very clean !) Saw monkeys everyday , lots of greenery. Good location.

Nice hotel a short walk from the beach. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. It also came with AC and a little porch and the beds had mosquito netting. The outdoor area was nice and we enjoyed the pool area. We received wonderful service during our stay and help to book transportation to Colombo.

Not a big complaint but the internet was not too good and didn’t always work. It didn’t bother us too much, but good to know if you need it for work.

Few minutes walk to the beach, close proximity to the main street with restaurants. Nice pool to cool off and the room was spacious.

Nice place to spend a few days in Mirissa! It has everything you need. We didn’t use the swimming pool as we spent most of the days on the beach, but definitely it is a must! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is 5-10 minutes away from Mirissa Beach.

We stayed for 8 nights at the beginning of March and loved it! Lovely rooms, and such a great location near to the sea and lots of restaurants. The pool was such a treat and the lady that runs it was lovely. Will definitely be back again one day!

So peaceful and tranquil. Amazing as it’s only 100m from the beach.Spotlessly tidy and very clean. Great to have a pool to use as well. The Staff were brilliant making sure I was comfortable. I felt very safe here ! Also they were able to arrange a scooter for me .

This place is the ideal location for me.It is very peaceful and quiet but only 100m to the beach and you are in the just far enough away from the main busy street.This calm place felt very safe to me and I think that it is very suitable for a family too.The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. They sorted out a scooter for me. They even gave me an extension cable so that I could operate my laptop outside by the pool. The girls here were busy all day continually cleaning the rooms and making sure of very good standards all around. I would be very happy to return here for a longer stay. Thank you .

My room didn’t have a kettle. But the were happy to make me a coffee when I needed one😎

Very nice pool that was clean regularly. Friendly staff that made great breakfast for us. Clean rooms with mosquito net for the beds. We stayed in a family room both on bottom floor and then later in a bigger room at second floor. The top one was well worth the extra money due to its extra space. A lot of monkeys in the area, you will see them every day.

Not much to complain about, maybe the rooms have a few years on there neck but you also not paying the price of an 5 star hotel.

We absolutely loved to stay here. Its close to the centre as well as to the beach and everything was perfect. We loved the pool so much and it was very clean as well. The best place to stay in Mirissa!

The hotel was close to restaurants, banks, shopping, but mostly it was close to the beach and had a lovely pool to relax in. The AC and Internet were great and Asha was always available, either on the property or via WhatsApp. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the feeling of safety and calm at the hotel! Really really nice stay!

We stayed in December 2024 as a large group of friends and booked a mixture of deluxe and standard rooms. I would say the difference between the two is quite significant in terms of size and quality, I would therefore recommend paying the extra. We enjoyed the pool area, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. They even arranged to drop off a pair of swim shorts we left behind to our new accommodation a couple of hours away, for now fee. That was hugely appreciated :)

The pillows were low quality, and the sun loungers by the pool could do with an upgrade. Would recommend paying for a better room as the standard rooms were quite a lot lower in quality.

The lady was very nice and the location is very good, close to the beach. The swimming pool was very enjoyable too and was big enough to not be too close to others.

The room was great but it was difficult to get hot water and pression in the shower. There were no gel shower and shampoo, also not enough toilet paper. In the room there is a table but no chair, it’s a bit a pitty!

Have stayed in several similar-priced guest houses around Sri Lanka over the last 2 weeks. The WiFi is usually patchy at best but here it did not work at all. Breakfast tasty but lots of flies on /around the food which is very off-putting.

The pool and outdoor area were great. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the balcony is amazing for chilling in the evening. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach and literally in the city center.

The rooms are really next to each other so you hear a lot of noise form the other rooms. The fan is a bit noisy and there are no curtains so if you are not an early bird you might be disturbed. But for the price you pay, the place is great!

Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Set back from the beach and main road with all the bars and restaurants but easy walk to both. The owner was always on hand to help.the family room was spacious. Good value for money

The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable - the double rooms on the other side without air conditioning were quite dark

Great place to stay in mirissa, such a lovely family run hotel, the rooms are real clean and spacious. Minutes away from the beach and main road with plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Would highly recommend this place if staying in Marissa.

We came with my family for one night, so that in the morning we could go on a boat trip to see the whales (spoiler: no whales, but there were dolphins). We were looking for a stay with a pool, as our son is wildly delighted with pools. It seemed to us that this was the best option in terms of price and quality. Everything in the hotel itself is standard. The impressions remained smooth, without a wow effect. Very friendly hostess. She answered all questions and helped book an excursion. There is a small yard behind the hotel; in the morning a family of monkeys gathered there, and we were able to watch them.

I can’t say that I didn’t like any element very much. There are minor wishes: a cleaner pool, a more secure door to the room. Overall a good hotel for the money.

I had a very nice stay, and ended up extending twice. I had a room at the top floor with a nice balcony. The fan in the room is good, No mosquitos. Very clean. The pool and pool area is very nice. It's close to beach es and town, but still quiet Staff members Are nice. It's possible to use a common fridge/freezer.

Near for everything, beach, restaurants and shops. The pool is clean and perfect the temprature

This is a lovely place to stay, was very peaceful as it is away from the main road and very close to the beach! So nice to swim in the pool, and have a big balcony! It was great value for money! I would definitely stay again.

This is one of the best options in Mirissa, believe me I have stayed in a few different places in the town. It’s very clean, rooms are quite big, nice hot showers, great breakfast! The swimming pool is always super clean and beautiful. Special thanks to Asha, the manager of the hotel, who was kind enough to make our stay special!! Highly recommended place to stay in Mirissa

Amazing location, 5 minute walk to the beach

Was overpriced and not good value for money, rooms didn’t have any complementaries such as water bottles, kettle, soap, toilet paper etc.

The property is in a great location - very close to the beach and the main road. The neighborhood is really quiet and not hectic at all. The place also has a nice pool to relax. The staff is also wonderful.

Room was too small, with minimum facilities.It was not good value for money.

Really good location, wifi works great, ac nice and cold also quiet. I stayed in a basic ground floor room by the pool and it was great. Staff is nice, room is clean and pool is excellent. Short walk to beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Would stay again and recommend.
