Very clean, large, warm, great amenities. Close to the ski fields. Got discounted ski lift tickets from the owner. Loved the induction stove top, boiled the kettle in an instant. Had a large washing machine/dryer. Lots of heating and it was always warm.

It didn’t have a bath like I thought it did. Beds are hard and only had 1 pillow each.

Lots of space, warm, kitchenette and table were great for cooking. Bathroom was nicely sized, hot shower good pressure and washing machine was great for the longer stay.

Having no one at the premises on arrival and unable to reach Hiro by phone was disconcerting. Booking .coms assistance was absolutely useless.Hiro did arrive some 20 minutes later with a very valid reason for not being on sites at the pre arranged arrival time

Location.

My 3 year old son got injured inside the unit due to a broken glass piece on the floor. The host apologized and offered to pay for doctor visit ONLY IF we choose to do so but also insisted that they cleaned meticulously and it's not possible to find broken glass inside the unit, and no other compensations, such as change of room or refund, were offered. We ended up vacuuming the floor on our own in the middle of the night, worrying about our little ones possibly being injured again.

The apartment is big and spacious. The washing machine is a plus point. However they don't have iron.

The washing machine is not really clean with remnants from the previous usages. It would be great if the apartment could provide a contact via WhatsApp.

The property was in a convenient location.

We never got to see anything of the property’s interior as the host never showed up to give us access. We had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute which is not ideal after a day of driving, 3 tired children and being somewhere at night time that you are not familiar with. Unacceptable.

Apartment was very clean, washer and dryer was in good working condition. Utensils were all very clean.

1. We arrived at apartment block and waited. Nobody was there to receive us. We saw that there was a restaurant at one end and knocked but nobody was there. After waiting and wondering if anyone would come, we saw an open door at the other end and rang the doorbell. At this point, a gentleman drove into the parking lot, came out of the car and shouted at us angrily 'Why you open the door?' 2. He proceeded to check us in. I had to reveal my credit card no and expiry date and he recorded it. I wasn't comfortable to do that but had no choice. 3. Our room was on the second floor so we had to carry the suitcases up the stairs. He reminded us NOT to drag the suitcases on the floor so we had to literally carry them up all the way to the room! 4. He briefed us on the clearing of thrash. It was really like a mini lecture, with lots of rules to follow. 5. No room slippers were provided and no shoes were allowed in the apartment so we were barefoot all the time. We ended up buying 2 pairs of room slippers from Daiso. 6. To be honest, it was a stressful stay.

The apartment was spotless clean. spacious and convenient located. The washing machine with dryer was great however the washing detergent was not provided which made it very inconvenient for the guests. The owner was kind and explained everything to us when we checked in. He apologised to us that he forgot to turn on the water heater the night before so there was no hot water for the shower in our shower room and we had to use the shower room in the adjacent apartment right next to us, which was vacant on the night we stayed. This made our stay very inconvenient although the hot water was available the next day.

No washing detergent for the washing machine. The kitchen is missing drying rack for utensils after cleaning. The table towel provided in the kitchen looked unclean and stained.

Apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Hiro is a friendly and helpful host. Easy to get to food, supermarket and there is a park with good running paths just down the hill (we visited in Spring). Seems like a good location for skiing too being near the foot of the gondola..

Hiro our host was very accomodating and super helpful. Even would come by to facilitate us buying ski passes at a discounted rate. The apartment was spotless and in an amazing location for skiing and access to some of the restaurants near the ski area.

The owner, Hiro, was extremely helpful and friendly. He met us at the house and showed us where everything was and how to use the appliances which were all in Japanese. He also sold us the coupons for the lift passes at a very good price. The location of the house was about 200m to the Kitanomine gondola station and was very convenient for us who were there mainly for skiing.

Close to the mountain and the various restaurants on that side of Furano. The apartment was much larger than expected which is always a nice surprise.

No iron

Great location, nice clean comfortable apartment, good price. We were requested to separate the garbage (which is good, and was done). What we didn't know how to separate we put in a small plastic bag next to trash cans, and left a msg to owner about that. For that we got a fine-ticket and had to pay extra 1500 yen. I understand from him it is the policy in Furano, so maybe not related to the property, still important for next guests to understand this

Great location with a 5 minute walk to the hill. Hiro the host is friendly and knowledgeable of the local area. Not much happens around the area and most restaurants are in Furano town which is a 25 minute walk or cab. A Lawson is about a 5 minute walk away

First of all,great location in relation to Ski lifts ..short stroll to Convenience Store and a couple of restaurants.Newly renovated apartments with spacious living area/kitchen/dining.No drying room ,however the central heating did the job. The only drawback was the host seems to think that not being at the property at the nominated check in time of 4.00 PM was not important,this happened to nearly every guest that arrived after us for the other rooms. My suggestion would be to contact the host prior to arrival and confirm that he will be there upon arrival.The other drawback was we paid almost 30% more p/n ,however this is not the host's fault ,rather mine because different accom platforms have differing rates and I did not shop around.If the host is not spreading himself too thin and can greet his guests upon arrival,I'd fully recommend staying at TSURU apartments

Location was perfect, for mountain access, restaurants and bars in town. The host, Hero was awesome, he would do anything for you. Highly rate staying in this location. I will be booking again.

We loved the spacious apartment which had everything we needed to be self sufficient during our stay. Very handy having a washing machine / dryer, coffee machine, and dish washer. In addition it is located close to the lifts (5-10 mins) and not far from Lawson’s. A few nights we walked into downtown Furano which took us about 30-40 mins. This is a beautiful and clean apartment and much bigger than places we are used to staying at in Japan. Nice clean and new appliances and bathroom. Good value for money, we will be back. Thank Tsuru apartments!

The only minor things we would improve is possibly having a double bed instead of two large singles (as we are a couple) and this would have been more comfortable

The apartment was bigger than expected and more comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts and rental companies, which was great. There was a Lawson market about 10 minutes walk away for most groceries. The washing machine and dryer were good to have. The heating was excellent. Good size fridge.

A stool in the apartment to use while putting on boots would be useful and a second, softer set of pillows on the bed would be good too... but these are small things

The spacious and clean rooms. Enormous beds and great communal spaces. The proximity to ski lifts and shops was great.

The pillows were a little hard to sleep on. The buses were a little hard to get information on, but Hiro was extremely helpful even though he was so busy!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Tsuru. Close to Kitanomie ski lifts and walking distance to Lawsons. Hiro was an excellent host, he helped us make dinner reservations and arrange our Black Cat luggage transfers. The washing machine in our room was particularly excellent!

Great place for a family to stay - short walk to ski field (~5mins) & Lawson (~5 mins). Very clean and well appointed apartment.

Only small thing that could be better would be better pillow options. The ones we had were very firm and high, so my wife/kids struggled with them.

I stayed in the 4 bedder apartment. It is a house by itself. We could park 2 cars outside with plenty of space to spare. The house is of pretty good size. Kitchen is well-equipped. Bedrooms are comfortable. During our stay, the temperature went as low as -23°c, but the whole house was well-heated and we didn't feel cold at all until we stepped outside. Owner is friendly and helpful. He is always ready to answer any queries and give advice to guests.

The cleanliness of the house, the excellent washing machine which dries all my clothes at the same time. Hiro was an excellent host too! He drove us to our ski resort and more importantly helped us get around Furano after we couldn’t get our rental car. He charged us very affordable rates too! Thank you for saving our holiday!

The apartment is new and very clean. It is in the quiet section but near the ski area.

The WiFi network is weak. There is no cooking sauce and tea bags in the apartment.

The host for this property was incredibly accommodating and friendly! When our flight was delayed due to a typhoon he stayed at the property until 9 at night to ensure we had a smooth check-in and was very welcoming showing us around, explaining the trash system, and giving us recommendations for the area. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room, dining area, and kitchen complete with stovetop, fridge, microwave/oven combo, and dishwasher (unheard of in Japan!). The bedroom was a nice size with plenty of space for storing clothes and luggage for longer stays. The bathroom is nice and clean although the shower is on the small side. There is also a washer available for use. The apartment is situated in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby (hit up the Seico Mart!) and has beautiful views of the mountains just up the street. It was gorgeous during the summer and I imagine even more so during winter at peak ski season. There are bus stops nearby but I would recommend coming with a car if you intend to leave the immediate area. My favorite thing about the apartment was the guest book and getting to read through the entries of people from all over the world.

The apartment is great but you can sometimes hear the noise of the apartment beside or above you, especially if they have young children. But it is not so loud that it is unpleasant. We definitely still hope to come back here one day!

The host is very kind. The house is very clean and exceeded our expectation. I will definitely book this place again.

Apartment with large living area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Good wifi. Apartment is comfortable and clean. It is in the skiing area of the city so I guess the area around it would be more lively in the winter season. Very useful to have access to a washing machine etc.

Home away from home. Have facilities like kitchenette, laundry machine that make travelling easier. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The host will give you a little tour amd explain about sorting garbages, etc, give you a little insight about how Japanese recycling system is, which I found pretty neat.

We booked a deluxe apartment for 2 families ( 4 adults 5 kids ) , we have the whole house for ourselves ( 4 bedrooms on the first floor ) and it is very large with 3 toilets and 3 shower rooms , everything is clean and new . The beds are comfortable too ! Sure will try to come again with my families

Overall comfortable but for the price, it will be nice if the host can provide some drinking water, extra pillows, toothbrush & tooth paste as well as washing detergent. Checkin instructions not clear; had to call host upon arrival.

The apartment was in a quiet place off the main road but near enough to restaurants and a Lawson convenience store. Since we drove from Sapporo, we like the free parking. The place is very spacious and comfortable.

The walls are thin and our flat happened to be beside a family with little children so we could hear them running around next door and crying.

The apartment is so spacious, good for families who wanna do some cookings. All electronic appliances are in good condition, all utilities are clean. The little hiccup is that the host is not always there, while we overlooked his note with his phone number left at desk. Check-in not really smooth. It would be better if host could share more details on check in beforehand

We only have data and hence, it was difficult to do a call to pick up the keys. Would be better if we could do whatsapp call.

Stayed in Tsuru Apartment - 4BR Apartment 18-23 Feb 2023 Actual location was not the same as indicated in the booking (150-200m away). The host Hiro check us in and provided luggage transportation. Apartment was clean and all amenities was working well. Location is alright, near Kitanomine slope. Also has "Kisen" bus stop, which has lavendar bus to Ashahikawa (2hr ride) One level apartment with a nice communal dining area. Very convenient that the apartment came with many toilets. Bed and pillow was comfortable and able to get a restful night. Would recommend it for anyone with group of 7-8 people visiting Furano.

The check-in procedures should have been finalise better. Arrived and waited about 20mins before we could check-in and head to the actual location.

Super clean and well-maintained. A functional kitchen. A short uphill walk to the Furano ski lifts. The manager was great. He supplied us with discounted lift tickets and mailed us some items we accidentally left behind.
