晚上洒店外型亮起燈來很漂亮，很溫馨的感覺。地方不大，但有溫泉供應，洒店外草地很舒服。

房間細小，枕頭太扁，但整體可接受

ロケーションはすごく良かったです。

ビジネス利用には向いていない…隣の部屋や廊下など観光目的利用客が時間関係無く夜中も騒ぎうるさくて寝れない

部屋が広く快適に過ごすことができました。 お風呂も広くていいでした。 スタッフの対応め感じが良く、また、朝食も 美味しい物が揃っていました。

トイレが狭かった。

さすがリゾートホテル部屋は広く大浴場も広く、朝食は品数豊富でとても美味しかった

部屋の照明が暗かった。あと、設備が古いのか部屋のウォシュレットが壊れてたホテルの玄関の自動ドアも壊れてた

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。いつも笑顔で親身になって接してくれる。 遠いのでなかなか行ける所ではないけれど、また行ってみたいという気持ちが強い。 行けるかな？

夕食のサーロインステーキが良かった 夕食バイキングも良く　スタッフの対応が良かった 席の間隔の良く　追加のタイミングも行き届いていた。 朝食のバイキングも種類も適切なものでした。 風炉も清潔でよかった。

お部屋が広かった。ご飯もメインのお肉が美味しかったし、飲み放題も付いてて良かった。

ルームの3点ユニットはどうしょうもなくバッド 大浴場が在るからトイレと洗面で充分です。 大浴場の床は改修したとしたら材料の選定ミス【設計者の能力不足】

いいホテルでした。従業員さんの対応も良かったです。 ロビーに設置されておる暖炉の火に心和みました。 朝食は大満足です。

מלון מעולה. הצוות היה נחמד מאוד, ארוחת בוקר מעולה, חדר גדול ונוח והיה סוג-של-אונסן שהיה נחמד מאוד. המלון בפוראנו, עיירה קטנה יחסית - בעיקר עצירת דרך בדרך למקומות אחרים, אבל היה חנויות באיזור, ויש כמה מסעדות ממש מוצלחות במרחק הליכה מהמלון.

4ベットの部屋に宿泊しましたが広さは割と広めでした。朝食のメロンも美味しかったです。おかずも色々な種類が楽しめ良かったと思います。

ユニットバスが少し古く狭かったです。お風呂は大浴場があったので使用しませんでしたがトイレスペースが窮屈でした。

We loved our room and the huge film projector. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and decorated thoughtfully. The breakfast was also tasty and the free parking was appreciated.

The staff rushed us out of the restaurant before we were finished eating breakfast. We thought we wouldn't be able to get more food but didn't realize we weren't allowed to eat past the end time. The room was beautiful but the bathroom was the standard tiny, outdated Japanese one with a small toilet and shower. Definitely in need of an update as it didn't match the wonderful room itself.

鍵が1つしかもらえないので、大浴場に行くとき不便 連泊なのに把握してもらえず、２回税金徴収されそうになるなど情報連携はもう一歩だが、スタッフの方は感じがよかった

ロビーでのウエルカムドリンクと、そこにある暖炉。火の動きは心を休めます。しっかりと排気されていて空調が十分に効いているところがよかった。

朝食に出てくる珈琲は、おそらく、ドリップ式ではなく、そのほかの方式ではないかと。例えば、液体カプセル式などではないでしょうか。折角ならばウエルカムドリンクで使用しているような、ドリップ式であってほしい。

Location is suitable if you rent a car. We did so it was not really our concern.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Fresh and excellent fruit available for breakfast. Free wine with dinner. Also a free bottle of wine in the fridge in our room. Our room was large and comfortable with a table and 2 chairs. Good air conditioner. Free soft drinks and nibbles at the bar every night.

There was an electric kettle in the room but no tea or coffee bags. Cannot see the reason for the electric jug.

仕方ないですが、敢えて言うなら、温泉がない。

ベッドが大きく快適であった。

トイレ等の設備が老朽化していた。

明るい雰囲気

連泊した際のタオル交換、ドアノブに新しいタオルがかけてあっただけでしたが 使用後のタオルは回収して欲しかった

Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice cosy main hall with a fireplace and sofa, sometimes have free welcome drink/coffee. Car parking available and free, but it can be full if hotel is crowded. Hot bath available and nice especially after a long day outside. Male hot bath has 2 pools, one is warm, one is hot. WIFI is strong and stable. Breakfast is OK, but everyday is the same menu. Hotel hobby has a store selling souvenoirs and cup noodles if anyone needs it. There is a Lawson store about 5 mins walk away, and a Japanese restaurant behind the hotel.

No laundry machines. Room TV cannot access to internet browser. Only 1 lift for the whole hotel (not problem if hotel is not crowded. Hotel checkout is 10.00am which is quite early. Bed in room is low, can be difficult to get up for older people. Bathroom entry/exit is on a raised platform, which is a worrying for some may trip over or fall off if not aware.

4人まで同室にできること、テレビが立派、フロントの外国人受付の方は明るく受け応えがてきていた。清潔。

いろいろある。3人で泊まったが、携帯電話を充電したくてもコンセントが少ないし、洗面所とトイレが狭い。周囲に外食店が少ないのに、夕食がコース料理の予約制で困った、朝食に目玉焼きもオムレツもないなど、ウェブとは異なり選択肢が少ないかと思う。風呂は一定の広さもあったので悪くはないが、狭くてもサウナがほしかった。玄関の荷物の出し入れが、スタッフのサポートがないだけではなく、入り口に車を付けられず、スロープが狭くて、大きな荷物があると、お客の負担が大きい。

The outdoor yard is amazing with bonfire and a lot of places to sit.

The AC is central and our room was hot. The staff had no solution other than to tell us to open the window.

外観がきれい、食堂がきれい

リゾートホテルとしながら、ランドリーが無い！？のはあり得ない。連泊できないでしょ！ ユニットバスのトイレが狭い。

朝食がとても良かった。 北海道の美味しい食べ物が楽しめた。 ウエルカムドリンクがデトックスジュースからワインまであり良かった。

バスルームの音が部屋に聞こえすぎ。

The hotel was clean, the breakfast delicious with lots of fresh fruit, and the staff were lovely. We had a beautiful view from our room, and the hotel was extremely family-friendly.

I thought the room was a bit overpriced for being as dated as it was. Additionally, the alarm clock in the room was set at 6AM by a previous guest and was left on for us. I was less than thrilled about the wake-up call, which resulted in a wide-awake toddler and no more sleep for anyone.

Location, quiet. Quadruple room is big for 3 of us. Nice simple breakfast.

Tiny toilet. Mattress is too low. Pillow is too soft. 2 pillows will be good. No room cleaning daily. Just new towels and collect trash.

Alter Charme, Lage nahe am Skilift dafür jedoch nicht ganz zentral. Großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet gemischt japanisch und kontinental. Onsenbereich klassisch geschlechtergetrennt mit Blubberbad und heißem Becken, keine Möglichkeit nach Draußen zu gehen.

Zimmer etwas altmodisch und mäßig isoliert, dafür geräumig und mit AC und Luftfilter ausgestattet.

Good location and our room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

飯店設計與裝潢有非常明顯的歐風，尤其是大廳的大火爐。

飯店內沒有投幣式洗衣機，要洗衣得要開車到市區內的洗衣店。
