I realy enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and full of options. Staff membrers are very polite and helpfull, especialy Babou he is full of energy and very fruendly he realy made my stay here better.
Hotel is amazing, good vibes, crazy good people and of course Babou is a boss
We have just returned. A family of 3 adults sharing a room. It’s a large complex with several pools. It really is in the middle of nowhere so not good for wandering about. On arrival we were given a sheet of paper with times of the various eateries located on site. Nothing else was shared. In the list was a picture of day time activities but they were not always on and were not clear about where things would be on. The animation team were around and about but the only time they acknowledged us was the very last day of our stay. Given this we had no idea what was happening and when. The food - there was no allowances for any special dietary requirements. We were not fans of the food available, the main dining area stressed me to bits, people pushing in, basically being very rude. This attitude was matched by the guy on the bar, what a misery. No trays available to carry multiple drinks. It was hard in the busy periods to find a table to sit at. Not a relaxing 5 star experience!!! We had read somewhere that if you stayed for 7 nights you could visit the Al La carte restaurant- we were not told about this so asked. You can book but only on certain times of the day which was rubbish. Anyway, the option is fish only. I mean it was less stressful than the main area and the meal was ok but it was all a bit rushed. All inclusive drinks were atrocious, tuborg or carling are your choice of beer but they are served in tiny little glasses and they are flat before you leave the bar. To be fair they often gave you 2 glasses at a time but as I said before carrying them was hard. The spirits were hidden under the bar so was difficult to see what they had available. They had a cocktail menu but they were really not very good at all. We did ask what was available but the language barrier made it difficult and my daughter didn’t once get what she asked for. The room itself was ok, we had a double and a single bed so met our needs. Air conditioning worked well. Fridge in room was stocked up with water (it said in the advert when we booked it was a mini bar but it wasn’t it was water only). We were 3 adults but were only left 2 cups and 2 sets of towels etc. they are not changed regularly either. There is a button to press if u want your room cleaned and it was hitty, missy to the quality that this happened, we found that the only way to get towels changed was to put the towels in the bottom of the shower. This may be the expectation in Turkey but we were not advised to do this. The soap and shampoo was not replenished during our stay either. All of the tv channels were in Turkish/polish/russian. We tried to put subtitles on but no joy but that’s not the end of the world and that’s me just being picky. Finding a sun lounger is a nightmare. There are loads of sunbed loungers for people to use however by about 7am they’ve all got towels on them Some were left with towels on all day without people ever coming to use them. Selfish and rude actions of the guests. Again can’t really blame the hotel for that. However very irritating. On one day we were at a pool and watched a young lad about 12 vomit in the pool, his parents didn’t take him out or alert anyone, they simply woooshed the vomit towards the filter and continued with their activities. Needless to say that put us off wanting to go back in. The beach is rocky but was fine, the bar area is a bit tired but was functional. There was a couple of hours where you could get free ice cream from the beach bar - again not communicated and we found out simply because we were there when some were put on the bar top to take. Would be better if these were at all bars, or at least staggered throughout the day at different bars The WiFi is 2€ per device , per night so can become costly, I would say that this is a con. Put it in with the cost of the holiday!!! Sadly on day 4 we got a tummy bug - all 3 of us- we spent 56€ at the pharmacy for medication and we still 6 days on have the same bug. I can’t say that this is from the hotel as I have no evidence that it was directly connected to them but it seriously impacted on our experience in a negative way. My husband has lost 8lb and you don’t expect that when you return from an all inclusive holiday. I would not recommend this hotel if you are from the UK as I don’t think it really caters for our needs. We made the most of our time there as we had worked hard to pay to get there and it had been a long time since our last holiday. However, I will not be returning and I have to say that sadly it has put me off returning to Turkey again. One tip if you are going out don’t pay the taxi fare advertised at the hotel reception. If you google to find local eateries most of them will pick you up and drop you off for free. We paid 20€ to get to Antalya outlet centre and were told about this by people when we were there.
This is a massive industrual hotel, so the atmosphere is general was not nice or friendly. The restaurant was terribly busy and if you arrived after start of dinner often the buffet was nearly empty, i took a picture at 20:15 of the buffet. There is a small shop that sells uce cream and crisps and the owner is super rude, avoid going in there. I do have to say that some of the staff were super kind and helpful, but unfortunately the whole experience was unpleasent.
It is hard to call this hotel 5-star. Reception staff were quite rude, although most of the other staff were lovely. Food was OK. There is no chance of getting a lounger around the pool unless you are willing to get up before 7am and put a towel down. The beach bar has a very poor selection and closes well before the last meal. Entertainment was mostly in Russian or Polish. Entertainer Babuuu was a really pleasant lad with a great attitude and deserves a special mention. The biggest concern, however, was our experience with the hotel doctor. The night before flying home, my partner complained of an earache. We were told he had a bad infection, that flying could be dangerous and could damage his eardrum, and that he needed to attend a clinic for a Fit to Fly certificate. Strangely, all three of us were told to go and two of us were advised to have blood tests. A car was already waiting and the doctor personally made sure we all went to a particular clinic. We were initially quoted €290 for an assessment, but afterwards an IV was prepared without us being told the additional cost. We were then presented with a bill for €1,500, which suddenly became €900 as a “discount” after I objected. Despite repeatedly asking, we never received a properly itemised invoice showing individual prices. This experience left me extremely uncomfortable and the matter has now been formally reported to the relevant authorities for assessment. If you need medical assistance at this hotel, based on our experience I would strongly recommend choosing your own clinic/hospital and getting all costs in writing before agreeing to treatment. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed our holiday and has put me off travelling to Turkey again. As a tourist in a foreign country, you should be able to trust the medical advice you are given, not leave feeling frightened and questioning whether that trust was taken advantage of.
Very disappointing – nowhere near 5-star We are currently staying at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. We booked this hotel expecting a 5-star family resort. When we booked, we were expecting a proper children’s pool with slides and a splash zone. The hotel has since changed its name and the facilities we were expecting are no longer available. This is particularly frustrating when these facilities were an important reason for choosing the hotel. The children’s facilities that are available are also very disappointing. The main playground is located in one of the hottest, most exposed areas of the resort. Even at 9am it is already in full sun. The equipment is plastic, meaning the slides become extremely hot, and there is absolutely no shade or comfortable place for parents to sit while supervising their children. There is another small playground near the pool, but it is outdated and poorly maintained. Several seesaws are missing parts and the slide has a crack. Again, because everything is plastic and exposed to the sun, it becomes far too hot to use after a certain time. The entertainment programme is another major issue. The schedule does not seem reliable. The guest relations programme advertised a children’s disco at 8pm. With dinner not really being convenient until around 7pm, 8pm would have been perfect for families. Instead, at 8pm there was an animation film and the actual children’s disco was at 9pm. Other activities also seem to change. For example, Aqua Bike was taking place at 3pm when the schedule indicated a trampoline activity. Karaoke is only one hour. It all feels disorganised and poorly communicated. The attitude of some of the staff has also been very disappointing. One of the bartenders in the main dining area is particularly rude, pours very small drinks and has a consistently bad attitude. The reception team have also been unwelcoming. The children’s club and animation team are another concern. The staff often come across as though children are an inconvenience rather than their priority. I personally would not feel comfortable leaving my child with them, which completely defeats the purpose of having a children’s club at a family resort. Communication is also a serious problem. Very few members of staff speak English, including in areas where you would expect to be able to communicate easily with guests. At a supposedly 5-star international resort, basic communication should not be this difficult. Even simple questions or requests can become unnecessarily frustrating. For us, this alone is a significant failure in service. The food is okay, but certainly not what we would expect from a 5-star hotel. There is usually one thing that is nice, but the rest is very average. They had some amazing prawns, but unfortunately they were massively overcooked and had almost no seasoning, herbs or flavour. The mussels were huge, but the actual centre was stuffed with rice, which we found very unpleasant. There are some positives. The hammam is lovely and we had a great massage. The cleaners are doing a good job and our room has been well looked after. We also really like the large water slide in the pool opposite our room. The sea is also quite dirty, so be aware of this if you are booking primarily for the beach. We knew this hotel was not going to be the best luxury resort available. However, we travelled during peak season when prices were extremely high, and this was the best option we could afford. We still spent thousands on this holiday. We saved for this holiday. We worked for this holiday. We should not have to feel like we are inconveniencing staff simply by expecting decent facilities, organised children’s entertainment and basic friendly service. The hotel calls itself 5-star. Based on our experience, I would rate it closer to 3-star. My advice: come here expecting a 3-star hotel and you may actually enjoy it. But if you are booking because you expect a 5-star family resort, manage your expectations very carefully.
It was good. Food was very delisious and various. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Animation team have well organization and make my trip more funny. Sasha, Taya and Elmira, thank you!
We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel! Everything was perfect the rooms were clean, the food was delicious with lots of variety, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the animation team! They were absolutely amazing!! Full of energy, kindness, and fun. Especially Polina. Every day they created a great mood with games, dances, and evening shows. You could really feel that they love what they do! A huge thank you to all the animators for making every day so bright and full of smiles. You are the soul of the hotel! ❤️ We would love to come back again!
Hotel really good, i was with family and we were so happy !!! Animation team amazing and animator Elmira which doing morning gym soooo perfect person! İf you need good hotel choose this one!!!!
All was fun until I met KUBILAY beacerfull about this guy. He is nice and everything but he is a scam&mer. I dont like it. He play like he is the victim of everything, that his baby mamma leave him etc but its bul8lshit. Please becaerfull
Super hotel animatorki są goat really . We are have really good vacation in this hotel. We are like this food, all shows and all activity with animators. Good and clean area. We Are really like this hotel🥰
I stayed at Club Sun Heaven last year and honestly, I wasn’t very satisfied with my experience back then. However, I decided to give it another try this year — and I’m so glad I did! The improvements are really noticeable, from the overall service to the atmosphere of the hotel. Everything felt much more organized, clean, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Ugur, the animation manager, who has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. His energy and support really made a difference and added to the positive experience. Well done to the team for turning things around. I will definitely recommend Club Sun Heaven and look forward to coming back again!
We stayed at Club Sun Heaven Hotel again this year and I must say, the improvements compared to last year are incredible. Last summer one of the biggest issues was that almost everything was spoken in Russian, and it was quite difficult to communicate in Turkish or English. This time, the hotel has made a huge effort to change that announcements, activities, and daily interactions were much more accessible in both Turkish and English, which made the whole experience far more enjoyable. A very special thanks goes to animator manager Uğur, who went above and beyond for us during our stay. He was always approachable, professional, and genuinely kind. Uğur helped us with everything we needed and really made us feel welcome. The entertainment team was full of energy and created a fantastic atmosphere day and night. Overall, I’m really impressed with the changes and improvements since last year. It feels like the hotel has listened to feedback and taken real steps to make everyone’s stay more comfortable and fun. Looking forward to coming back again!
it was a 2 hours private transfer from airport to the hotel. From the beginning to the and all hotel staff was nice and hardworking. While our stay the temperature was crazy high. It was hard to see people under that sunshine but still hardworking. It was a good stay and I like it. I would come back.
I would like to compliment the receptionist, Mr Mustafa, who helped me vwith a room, pool view. Mr Kenan at the pool bar was also very friendly. On the other hand, the ladies at the spa were tricking tourists with 15-minute massages for free. We spent 14 days in July 2025 and generally had a nice stay. I would recommend taking care of the beach. The stones and rubbish on the sand were not good. A little further from Alanya, but by bus 20 min. you are there. Konakli was also nice. There were also too many Russians for my taste. So, if you're a Russian guy, you might be happy there. :)
very dirtty hotel! beach dirty! sleap very bad! i dont recommended this hotel! a stay with family this not 5 stars hotel!
We had a rest with the children at the end of June-beginning of July. We arrived at about 13:00, the reception told us to wait because the rooms were not ready yet, no one imposed the surcharge, but it was not logical either - we went straight to the dining room for lunch. The room was given in the new first building on the 5th floor, which is also the 6th, since there is also floor A. The room is compact and fresh. I didn't like the fact that there is no hallway - the entrance flows smoothly into the room. A double bed, a bunk bed and a folding sofa turned out to be convenient for our children - the sofa was immediately moved to the bed since the son is always rolling and falling, and there are sides here, the daughter immediately took the bunk bed and said she would sleep with her mother, so I got a double bed) The bathroom is good, the balcony has a view of the sea and old boarding houses, things flew off the first night - workers go to collect from the roof every morning, then they became smarter and began to tie up light headscarves and similar children's things. The elevators were a little stressful sometimes, but not critical. We were cleaned every day, towels always seemed to be changed, there are no complaints about cleaning the room, but there is a slight feeling that the cleaning is superficial or something, I don't know how to explain it, purely because of the little things, for some reason it seems so, but it didn't bother me. Beach towels are changed every 3 days, many wrote - we don't need any criticism at all, take them away in the evening before 7, they told us there was nothing to replace them in the afternoon - hand them over in the evening, we'll return them in the morning. That's what we did (changed 1 time out of 10 days of stay). Bars are normal. The staff is quite adequate. The main bar with cocktails, in the canteens, the beach and the Benjamin cafe only beer, wine and soda are not critical. The dining room is normal, everything is fine. By the end of the rest, the occupancy rate increased and boarding problems began for dinner - of course, this is unacceptable for the hotel, they started coming by 7, I noticed that people started to be taken to the 3rd building, but after two evenings of wandering with children in search of places, they did not take risks and began to come at 7 pm, after 7:40 already there are no problems with seats, it is in the interval from 7:15 to 7:40. The snack bar is great, the Benjamin cafe with a grain coffee machine, tea and cozy tables under a tree, the place where we always rested between activities is just respect for this place. Ice cream on the beach from 14 to 16 and in the evening from 20 to 21 unlimited, everyone ate too much. The tortillas are delicious on the beach, just like everywhere else, however, the snack bar is not far from the beach, sometimes they brought food to the children from there, it didn't bother. Two large pools, one with a slide and one for children 40 sm - we were in the children's rooms during the day - the place is good, but there are no sun beds, the children's pool is deprived of them. The sea was a bit dirty, I can't remember if it's like this everywhere in Alanya or if it's like this here, the approach is quite normal in front of the bar - washed pebbles in a step and then the sand is gentle, if you move to the right there are cobblestones. We read reviews about a bad entrance, took corals - we never put them on. The animation was good, they left the children in the mini club without any fear at all, they didn't feel much in the activity, the contacts were limited to leaving the children for an hour after lunch and an evening minidiscoe, there weren't enough children for more and they went to sleep at 21-22 and they themselves were squeezed out. In general, everyone really liked the hotel for a relaxing family holiday, no one got sick for the first time, everything was without incident, they liked the areas for spending time such as Benjamin, rope beds, a good mini club, gazebos on the beach, a children's pool. I didn't like it (there is always something in the hotels, we haven't had perfect ones yet): 1. It turned out that there is a 4-star hotel of the same owner nearby and they have a common beach. It is also not clear what system they use to let people in 5 * from this hotel, or whether it is arranged that way, or whether they pay, but when there are not enough sun beds and dinner in the dining room in search of a place, it is not acceptable for the owner or the manager to be big, who is in 4 *, of course, the buzz. 2. It seems that the staff goes around cleaning, but I didn't see the tables being wiped at all, they always wiped themselves with napkins (in public areas, everything is OK in the restaurant), the sun beds are not cleaned on the beach, the bins are not cleaned, the tables are not washed, or it is done so rarely that I have not seen it more than once. In other hotels, they already run before you lie down, shake off the sand, adjust the umbrellas, it's kind of strange with this. Administrators can be seen walking on the balcony, drinking tea. 3. The reception staff is strange, it's not critical, once they came for the fallen things - one says go to the second, he says there are no keys, come tomorrow, as a result, the Russian-speaking girl got everything. 4. Paid Wi-Fi of $ 2 per device - I bought 2 ESIM. I noticed that at the beginning there were mostly Russians, at the end of the 50-50 vacation with Poles, I didn't see much Germans and Britons, maybe one by one, my daughter made friends with Ukrainian girls, everything is quite friendly. Maybe because there are no Germans and Britons, the quality of service is lame, they say, these people are already grabbing? The hotel has the potential to be excellent on all fronts: set up a clean service, keep guests away from the parking lot, build a pier, and there will be a top.
good service, great atmosphere, friendly staff. clean and tidy, constantly cleaned, tiles wiped dry. pools were cleaned every evening. excellent entertainment programs, animation. Thanks to the nice service and friendly Chef Halil.
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction and formally submit a complaint regarding the service and a serious incident that occurred during our stay at Sun Heaven Family & Spa. During our stay, we went to dinner and left our personal belongings by the pool, as is common in hotel resorts. We were away for approximately 20 minutes. Upon returning, we discovered that our belongings – three towels, children’s inflatable toys, and other items – with a total value of over €90, had disappeared. We were later informed by other guests and staff that our items had been collected by either staff members or security. We approached the reception, and we were told that within three days, the security staff would show us where our belongings were and how to retrieve them. However, not only were our items never returned, but we also received no real assistance from the staff. The attitude from the hotel personnel was completely unacceptable – they were unhelpful, shouted at us, and treated us with obvious disrespect throughout the entire situation. Moreover, we were offered no solution or compensation. We only received empty promises such as “come back tomorrow,” “wait for the guard,” “we are still investigating,” without any actual action being taken. Our belongings were never returned, and we felt both robbed and humiliated. Given what happened, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone – neither to families with children nor to individual travelers. This experience has caused great disappointment, as we expected a completely different level of service and security from a five-star hotel.
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction and file a formal complaint regarding the service and an incident that occurred during our stay at Sum Heaven Family Hotel. During our stay, we went for dinner and left our personal belongings by the pool, as is customary in hotel resorts. We were away for approximately 20 minutes. Upon our return, we discovered that our belongings — three towels, children’s inflatable toys, and other items — valued at over €90, had disappeared. From other guests and staff, we found out that the items had apparently been removed by hotel staff or security personnel. We approached the reception, where we were told that within three days, the security guard would show us where the items were and how to retrieve them. However, not only were our belongings never returned, but we also received no help from the staff. The attitude from the personnel was unacceptable — they were uncooperative, shouted at us, and the entire communication was conducted with visible disrespect. Furthermore, no solution or compensation was offered. We only received empty promises such as “come back tomorrow”, “wait for the guard”, or “we are still investigating”, without any real action being taken. The belongings were never returned, and we felt robbed and humiliated. Considering the incident, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone — neither to families with children nor to solo travelers. This experience left us extremely disappointed, as we expected a completely different level of service and safety from a five-star hotel.
We had a fantastic week at Sun Heaven, always got our great spot by the pool every morning. The food was amazing, loads of variety, and all the staff were fantastic. Kubi from the animation team was great, organising disco tours and daily activities and always coming to say hi and make sure we were well looked after. We will absolutely be coming back again
This hotel in general, is a very nice Hotel. The rooms are very nice, and the staff are very friendly. The food isn’t amazing, purely because there isn’t much Turkish food to choose from. We were disappointed with the lack of Authentic Turkish food options in the Restaurant. I would like to give a special mention to 3 members of staff in particular, Hussain, Pikachu and Kubi. These 3 members of staff are amazing people and are a credit to the Hotel. They alone made our whole Club Sun Heaven Hotel experience very enjoyable, and we can’t thank them enough for their warm welcome, and unbelievably good hospitality. Hussain, Kubi and Pikachu, thank you so so much for just being yourselves and making me and my family feel very welcome. You 3 are amazing, THANK YOU! I wish you all the very best Aaron Blake
The hotel is stunning very beautiful rooms are very clean staff are lovely food could be better no British people here. Even though it was classed as 5 star I thought it could have been better the food was good but a lot of people taking too much which left the choice very limited for others
Generally stay was ok but there are two main factors that make me not to recommend that hotel. 1. Food and drinks. Food was completely boring and not very tasty. Lack of scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Coffee was totally bad. Lasy but not least alcohol like whisky or rum probably is better for killing bugs than drinking. It stinks and you cannot handle trying that. 2. Hotel focused on russsians rather than international. As much as entertainment for adults was at least in english as well, viewing cartoons for kids on russian only is not acceptable.
We stayed here for a week which turned into 10 days after my wife messed up our return flights. We wasn’t impressed to start off with, with staff and food but as soon as we raised this matter with the food and beverage manager ‘Ahmed’ he rectified this straight away and was very helpful. He sent us a fruit platter and champagne to our room and also went to the shop for us when they had ran out of bananas for our daughter. We thought this was very heartfelt. The bar staff are very friendly in the pool bar and we didn’t drink any spirits but the beer was good and they always made sure your cup was full. The entertainment was very good especially when they done the pool party and Kobi was very friendly and could speak good English. The maids always made sure our fridge was full with water for our baby bottles. Overall we can’t really fault the place apart from the Russians. They can be very rude and abrupt and like to push in ques and elevators! This isn’t the hotel’s fault but maybe some more international families and English speakers might brighten up the vibe a little bit.
The hotel is great, very good restaurants, nice people, good programs, pretty sea, very comfortable place, always clean and we enjoyed so much, it was really great experience. I will recommend this hotel to my family and i would like to came here next time.
I definitely recommend it! We were greeted in the room with a nice surprise of local fruit and wine. The hotel is beautiful, impressive, lots of greenery, the rooms are very clean, cleaned thoroughly every day. Additionally, there is a beautiful beach with sunbeds and a bar at the hotel. Lots of attractions for adults and children until late at night. I have never met such helpful staff as in this hotel. Thank you and I recommend it to everyone! See you next year!🤍
very satisfaying for the fair price. Clean and renovated, nice workers, plenty and tasty food. Beach is not far. Just little bit boring at evenings.
It was really nice and relaxing
Very great hotel, best DJ and animation team. And Very good food drink Room is clean and slient. Recommend this hotel in 100% See you NEXT Year Clup Sun Heawen. Best people, best team, best beach, best weather, best pool, best city and vacations :)
We were a group of 6 British women having a few days to chill in the sunshine. Hotel was lovely, the room was spacious, very very clean, modern and comfortable. Mini bar stocked each day with water. Lovely fruit too. Easily fitted 3 people in each room with plenty of space. Grounds were well kept and pretty. And some gorgeous cats/kittens which appeared to be looked after by the staff were lovely. Bar was good and all the staff very helpful and very friendly. Restaurant and food was good, plenty of choice, but catered more for the Russian guests. We were invited to the a la carte restaurant one evening which was amazing. The food was out of this world and just wonderful. Ahmed the restaurant manager was so very kind. All the restaurant and bar staff were friendly, kind and just lovely. The beach is just under a subway and is sand and pebbles, once in the water it’s all rock which is smooth but lumpy. The entertainment in the evenings was great too. We were the only British guests at the hotel, all other guests were mainly Russian and some Polish guests. We were told there are only approximately 10-15 British guests all season/year so we were a little bit of a novelty. The Russian guests were not too friendly, only 3 actually were friendly to us which was lovely. We tried to smile and say hello but were just given looks. On the beach a Russian guest told us to go to another area on the beach, and was quite rude. And in the hotel we had a woman shouting from her door at us, and banging on our door/rattling the handle and shouting at us. We did not answer as we were a little wary. We think she was also calling our room on the telephone multiple times over night until 5am. We rung reception to report but unfortunately no one quite understood what we were saying and asked us to call back after 8am, so we didn’t bother as we were heading home that morning. The pools were lovely, and plenty of sunbeds. We loved our trip, we would recommend this hotel. We had the best time. It was an experience to be the only British there, but it was nice. Great trip
Nice hotel. Tasty food. Nice clean room. Bad thing: No ventilation in bathroom Not enough room water for family Everything else about hotel is perfect Hotel half polish half Russian Russian people nice friendly most of them with family Polish people like pigs noisy, rude.
This hotel is everything else but not 5 star or UAI! The quality of food, cleanliness, staff politeness is below average, mostly is terrible. Bed sheets, pillows, towels, whole restaurant it is super dirty and damaged! The food is super low quality, we had stomach problems. Housekeeping has forgotten towels every day and we had to go and ask for towels .
Definitely not 5 star, at the most 4 stars. I would say 3 stars in my opinion. The hotel is dirty all the time even in the morning. I don’t think the pool filters are working , by noon the pool water is milky. Never have I ever seen so bad entertainment team, they have the wrong job obviously, only caring about their Filler and botox. So bad attitude at all time they look like they hate their life. Food is okey - not great - it needs more variety and taste. No clean towels everyday that’s not 5 star. Also you have to fight for a subbed by the pool.
Not bad.
Do not go to this hotel! There are so many better ones! Beach is full of plastic and dirty. Some staff are friendly others are not. Buffet is very limited. All-in: only bad wine, beer, vodka and whiskey. Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok.
Very dirty ,and only Rusisk speakers No arther launguege.
Отель , в котором есть всё для отдыха с детьми, но молодым девушкам и парням - не сюда. Мы отдыхали семьей, поэтому приедем еще раз точно.
Kaldığımız 1 hafta boyunca her şey çok iyiyidi, tek sıkıntımız odada ki yatak uyutmayacak kadar ses yapıyordu yatakta hiç kıpırdamadan uyumaya çalıştık. restauran kısmındaki exucutive chef ibrahim ustaya ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.
Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Oglenki yemekleri aksam tekrar hazirlayip sunuyorlar. Kahvaltida tereyag bile yok tereyag aromali margarin var, bal yok bal surubu var.
Hotellissa oli vain venäjää puhuvia asiakkaita. Suurin osa henkilökunnasta ei puhunut lainkaan englantia. Ohjelmat olivat venäjänkielisiä. Rantapyyhkeet sai vaihtaa vain kerran viikossa ilman lisämaksua. Yleisesti ottaen aika surkea, tähtiä annamme 1+.
Venäläisten suosima paikka joten kaikki ohjelmat suunniteltu heille ja heidän kielellään jopa tv elokuvat dubattu. Mukava henkilökunta. Hotellilta n.15 min kävely matka konaklin keskustaan. Alanyaan puolentunnin automatka.
Herşey dahil demeleri ama alkol verilmemesi rezervasyon yaparken kesinlikle teyit edin
