The apartments are located at the different addresses, however all within 66 feet (Rue Pierre Aeby 11-13, Ruelle des Maçons 2). Most of them are in Rue Pierre Aeby 11 and 13. -
Payment has to be made on arrival and an ID card or Passport has to be shown.
The property has only 2 private parking spaces. 24-hour public parking tickets valid all over Friborg can be bought at the reception. Please inform the property before arrival in case you need such a ticket. You can use the special requests box during booking or contact the property. Paid public parking is also available in the spaces marked white in Rue Pierre Aeby or Rue de Morat or Place-Noter-Dame. Tickets issued by the parking yards there are valid for a maximum of 2 hours.
Any special requests will be met depending on availability and may lead to additional costs. - Prostitution, alcohol and drug abuse are strictly forbidden. In case of violation of this rule, the booking will be canceled and no refund will be made.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das digitale Check-in! Zeitaufwand dreimal so lang wie beim analogen Check-in, sowohl für die Gäste wie auch für das Personal des Hotels, welches in mühsamer telefonischen Beratung die Maschine zum Funktionieren bringen muss. Wir finden das einfach nur peinlich.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Joli bâtiment, jolie rue calme. Dans l'ensemble la chambre et la salle de bains contenaient le nécessaire. Le check-in était un peu laborieux (la machine qui délivrait les cartes ne fonctionnait pas, mais le personnel a été très réactif. J'ai également pu laisser mes bagages à la réception le lendemain après le check-out le temps que je reprenne mon train).
Un peu exigu, la table était coincée derrière le lit. En la déplaçant, elle gênait la porte d'entrée. Pas impraticable, mais pas très confortable non plus. Prix un peu excessif compte tenu de cela.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et très agréables. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir Fribourg.
Le self check-in est à améliorer. Nous avons rencontré des bugs, tout comme les personnes devant nous à la borne. Un coup de fil avec le personnel, très réactif, à rapidement résolu le problème.

Pour le prix, il y a tout ce qu'on peut attendre.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Appartamento delizioso e ben attrezzato. Pulito e in una bella posizione. Molto carino avere Netflix disponibile! Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per dare tutte le informazioni.
Solo un po’ faticoso raggiungere il piano con le valigie senza ascensore. Un po’ caldo senza il condizionatore, ma il ventilatore ha aiutato.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026L'appartement est très agréable, propre et confortable. Le coin cuisine est bien équipé, nous avons fait la cuisine et passé une agréable soirée sur place. Très bien situé à proximité du centre historique.
Cet hôtel apparaît dans la liste quand on sélectionne le critère "avec parking". Ce n'est pas vrai, il n'y a aucun parking privé.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Propre, bonne literie, bonne situation au coeur de fribourg. Et un excellent rapport qualité prix, vu qu’il n’y a pas personnel de réception, ce qui n’est pas forcément un probleme pour nous.
Le système de réception, sans personnel, sera certainement un problème pour des personnes âgées ou n’ayant pas l’habitude.

No elevator or person to help us carry luggage to the 4th floor for seniors. They should not assign seniors on the 3rd or 4th floor. It was a hot day and no air conditioning!

The lift was scary. We only went in it once but did send the suitcases up and down in it.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Keine Checkin Infos, musste ich selber organisieren -> wären bei einem selfcheckin Hotel essenziell! Keine Bettdecke, kein Dusch- und Handtuch! Die Abfalleimer waren noch voll. Kein warmes Wasser! Die Hotelhotline - da eben selfcheckin - führte ins Leere und ich verbrachte die erste Nacht ohne Bettdecke! Am nächsten Tag war jemand da und ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer, aber duschen musst ich immer noch kalt.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Für uns ältere Generation war das Selfcecking eine Herausforderung. Wenn nicht der sehr hilfsbereite Putzmann geholfen hätte? Obwohl wir nicht herausgefunden haben was für eine Sprache er spricht und er warscheinlich andere Arbeit gehabt hätte war er sehr hilfsbereit.

I think in v hot summer days can get very hot, for us was decent summer , so no problem with the heat. The bathroom is rather small, you need some gymnastics to use the toilet, however the shower is decent size, which is the most important.

Es ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet, um von dort Erkundungen zu unternehmen. Tolle Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, einem gemütlichen Sofa und Essecke sowie einer Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Die ersten Kaffee sowie Teebeutel waren dort, damit man einfach ankommen kann.

Das Zimmer war ok, Ausstattung mit Küchenzeile wie beschrieben, allerdings ziemlich klein, der Tisch mit dem Stuhl direkt neben dem Bett nicht nutzbar. Ein Fernseher an der Seitenwand neben dem Bett auch nicht wirklich nutzbar.

La literie n'est pas confortable. Le système de self check-in à l'entrée est très lent, et je n'ai pas reçu le mail pour faire le check-in à l'avance. La chambre était peu lumineuse et donnait sur une cour encaissée.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Zentrale Lage. Alles zu Fuß und mit dem Bus erreichbar. Kontaktlos-Check-in hat super funktioniert. Obwohl ich vor meinen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt um ein großes/helles Zimmer gebeten habe, bekam ich erst ein kleines Dunkles im Hauptgebäude (Kleiderschrank war max. 60 cm breit). Wechsel wurde aber sofort per WhatsApp geprüft und für den nächsten Tag umgesetzt. Das neue Zimmer im Nebengebäude war ideal. Vielen Dank. Auch an das Housekeeping-Team!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The hotel is literally in the heart of the old town. Check in and check out is very easy. The wi fi is stable and fast. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare a breakfast or a small meal. There is a Nespresso machine.
My room was on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator. The attic restricted the usable area of the room. The bathroom was very cramped. The furniture was basic and somewhat old. There was no A/C, so I had to keep the windows open for fresh air, but there were no bug nets at the windows either, so it was a trade-off. There is a study desk, but it is not comfortable to use because of the very low ceiling above it.

Self Check-in: kein Link im Mail. Vor Ort war auf dem Bildschirm keine Information ersichtlich, welches Zimmer zugeteilt war. Der Automat gab auch das versprochene Papier nicht aus. So mussten ich und weitere Gäste von Zimmer zu Zimmer gehen, bis sich ein Zimmer mit der Karte öffnen liess.

Kein Personal, wie in der Migros muss man in der Zwischenzeit auch im Hotel alles selber machen. Das die Betten angezogen waren haben wir geschätzt aber nicht mehr erwartet. Leider hat dann das Zimmer mit den Fotos nichts mehr zu tun gehabt. Drei kleine ca. 30x30 cm Fensterchen mit Aussicht an die nächste Mauer, war nicht den Bilden entsprechend und hat uns wirklich enttäuscht. Wenn das die Zukunft der Hotellerie in der Schweiz ist, wird bald niemand mehr kommen wollen.

Il y avait trop de bruit. On entendait trop les voisins à côté. Il y avait une séparation trop fine entre leur cuisine et notre chambre et on entendait tout ce qu'ils faisaient et disaient. La chambre et l'espace cuisine étaient grands, mais l'espace douche/salle de bains était trop petit par rapport au reste.
