Unbelievably beautiful. Lot's of spa and pool choices, great for warm and colder days. The food was very good.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. the pool, the restaurant, the food the staff working at pool.... Fantastic place for honeymoon. We highly recommend this hotel and if it was cheaper we would definitely come every year.

The cleaning lady was extremely rude. She was mad all the time like we did something wrong to her. Every morning we said hello or good morning to her but she was not answering. Once I asked her nicely if I can have a bath robe because mine was wet and she hadn't changed them, she was behaving like I asked her something difficult and beyond her tasks. She did it finally reluctantly while she was shaking her head.....

Dear General Manager, In light of the circumstances described in my complaint, I am formally requesting appropriate financial compensation. This request is not based solely on the electrical failure. It reflects the cumulative impact of the entire experience: the initial discrepancy between the room booked and the room provided, the electrical failure lasting for more than two hours, the failure to provide a timely alternative, the inappropriate response from reception, the absence of a manager despite my explicit request, the unnecessary escalation of the situation, and the lack of appropriate assistance in transferring our belongings. Most importantly, this experience caused significant distress, frustration and disruption to me and my family during what was intended to be a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a five-star hotel. I therefore request: • An appropriate financial refund or reduction of our accommodation charges for the affected stay; • Additional compensation reflecting the serious inconvenience, distress and loss of enjoyment experienced by my family as a result of the way this matter was handled; • A formal written apology from the hotel management; and • A written response from the General Manager setting out the hotel's proposed resolution and compensation. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and amicably with Hotel Krallerhof. However, I expressly reserve all of my rights in relation to the accommodation and services provided and the consequences arising from this incident. hotel je neskutočný vďaka welnesu a bazenov. posilňovňa uplne na vsetko. a aj ranajky velmi na úrovni od výmyslu sveta

personál sa este má čo ucit. samozrejme česť výnimkám. ked sme prisli, pani na recepcii bola nepríjemná.. ale zas ked sme odchádzali tak tá pani vymazala prvotný nepríjemný dojem. v restauracii sme mali asi začiatočníka čašníka na veceru, nevedel nic. ani sme uz na veceru nechodili v hoteli.. personál by sa mohol aspon odzdravit, ked uz pozdraví na prvú… ale ok, hotel a služby vynikajúce.

Beautiful location, fantastic wellness and spa facilities with great treatments, cool and modern rooms, and plenty of activities in and around the hotel.

Fairly large property. For a 5-star hotel, the overall service didn’t feel particularly attentive, possibly due to the guest-to-staff ratio. There were noticeable waiting times at breakfast and the bar, and the arrival experience could have been smoother. Breakfast was okay but not exceptional. The overall atmosphere also didn’t feel particularly high-end to me. If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet luxury experience, this might not be the best choice.

nowa strefa spa, która jest wykorzystywana jako wizytówka hotelu i bardzo mocno komunikowana, co może przysłaniać w jakim stanie jest sam hotel. Stary, nieremontowany od lat, absolutnie nie powinien być hotelem 5 gwiazdkowym.

hotel jest stary i nie mam nic wspólnego z hotelem 5 gwiazdkowym, co czyni stosunek ceny do jakości w kosmicznej rozbieżności. taka cena nie jest warta za dostęp do ładnego spa, ale nadal tylko spa, wyposażenie jak w każdym innym hotelu. za taką cenę za noc w pobliżu w Austrii jest znacznie więcej ciekawych obiektów pod każdym względem, piękne pokoje, spa, świetne restauracje.

הבחור בקבלה היה ממש לא נחמד- עשה לנו טעות בחשבון של כמעט 100 יורו ואפילו לא אמר סליחה שהבין שזה היה טעות שלו. כל המתקנים של הוולנס - חובה להיכנס ערומים.. לא היה רשום את זה כשסגרנו

Koncept usluge je iz mog ugla pogresan , nesrazmer cene i onoga sto se gostu priusti za taj novac...sve se doplacuje. Mozda je booking ponuda sa nocenjem i doruckom pogresna.

Exceptional breakfast, majestic spa at Atmosphere, ski to door, great hospitality. They made our friend’s birthday memorable and gave him a cake, chocolates…lovely gesture

Very weird that part of the hotel spa (no the Atmosphere) didn’t work. Also the gym was partially under maintenance, some guests disrespected the adults only and naked only rule at the Atmosphere so there should be a stuff member to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe since there’s another spa where they can go in swimwear

Very nice and cosy place to stay inn for relax, chill and just escape from the city rush. Everything was absolutely perfect! I have spent my birthday here and it was fantastic stay. Thank you fir taking care of us

The hotel did not exceed my expectations. This was definitely not the standard of a 5* hotel. Firstly, the quality of towels in the bedroom was not 5* hotel standard. We have stayed in many hotels and this was not it. In addition to this, the lack of slippers in the room was shocking. Why should we feel obliged to buy slippers to walk around the hotel, when 95% of hotels around the world provide disposable ones for free? Secondly, we had booked our stay with breakfast included. When we went down for breakfast, we were the ONLY ones who were placed in the side room, instead of the buffet area. There were many places in the breakfast room, yet we were shifted outside, far away from the buffet. This was super inconvenient and we felt very offended by this. Our table wasn’t even prepared for breakfast (no cups, saucers etc). In addition to this, when I kindly asked your staff named ‘Alina’ to try accommodate us in the breakfast room, she responded incredibly rudely. I was genuinely shocked by this behaviour and because of this, would never recommend this hotel to anyone back home in the UK.

Man kann nicht so genau sagen , es hat mir alles gut gefallen aber für draußen ein kleines Schrank wo deine Handtuch oder Mantel warm bleiben können, würde 💡 Ideal und coole Idee.

Het ontbijt was werkelijk fantastisch; het mooie is dat je een vaste plek in het restaurant hebt, zowel voor het ontbijt als het diner. Deze laatste is ook zeer aan te bevelen (een vijfgangen diner (incl kaas). Naast het hotel is de Kraller Alm, waar je ook a al carte kunt eten en ook zeker de moeite waard is. Prachtige wellness met sauna's die panoramisch uitzicht hebben op de bergen en een verwarmd buiten zwembad in een zwemvijver. Hebben ook een massage geboekt. Persoonlijke aandacht en heel erg vriendelijk personeel! Vlakbij de gondel die je naar 1800 meter hoogte brengt en waar je prachtig kan wandelen!

Ik kan werkelijk niets bedenken. Het enige is dat wij niet houden van kaas als een gang bij het diner, wat maakt dat de prijs dan naar verhouding wat hoger uitkomt per gang.

An amazing spa hotel with beautiful mountain views. Particularly the new spa building is architecturally incredible, as well as the outdoor lake with heated pool and cafe / bar. Also enjoyed several spa treatments, which were very good and fair value for money. Enjoyed the fact that the hotel tries to innovate with a longevity angle, both in terms of food and treatments. The breakfast buffet was really amazing.

It's difficult to fault such an amazing hotel for much of anything. However, for a 5* property, the food didn't really live up to expectations (apart from the breakfast buffet, which is exceptionally good)

One of a kind! Wat een visie, wat een lef en hoe mooi is dit geworden. Een spectaculair vormgegeven moderne Spa met giga natuurzwembad en lange afstand zwembad. Zo gaaf dat dit gebouwd is. Ook de rest is meer dan top. Grote mooie kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel, fantastisch ontbijt, goed restaurant en fantastische omgeving!

Hotel incrivel, a area de SPA é gigantesca, tem umas 8 a 10 saunas ao todo! Cada uma com suas diferenças, aquela area da piscina externa é nova, e quando vc entra dentro vc se sente em um filme de ficção futuristico, o lago artificial com uma piscina em inox no meio é uma ideia muito legal e audaciosa, a arquitetura combina muito com o tema do hotel que é "atmosfera" Nao deixe de fazer a sauna com aromas que acontece em horarios específicos, eles pingam essencias nas pedras quentes e um funcionário com leque espalha os aromas pela sauna (vive lotada nestes horarios)

Estava muito quente no verão e não tem ar condicionado, a comida que é servida no cardapio para o jantar é muito restrita, nao tem muitas opções. No verão o por do sol é bem trade e o jantar se encerra muito cedo, entao nao conseguimos ficar até mais tarde na piscina.

The spa facilities are absolutely fantastic, quite newly built. The views are beautiful. The breakfast was super nice and tasty.

The rooms are quite old and not recently refurbished. The service was not great. Our own teapot and cup were taken by the housekeeping not once but twice throughout our 3 day stay. The hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel, yet no slipper in the rooms. This was not such a deal breaker, but a little upsetting and inconvenient. The staff charged us extra 500 euros for my child that was booked under the family room with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, again just for a 3 day stay.

We absolutely loved our all too short visit. It was evident at every corner that the family was hands on in everyaspect of the hotel. Their presence was felt and seen throughout our business. They are clearly genuine hoteliers

My daughter & I just returned from a 2 day stay at Krallerhof. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area, spa visits, and bicycling on the well-marked trails. We had a little trouble locating the free bicycles but that was on us as we never asked where they were! The spa is unbelievalble; everyone walking around in fluffy robes & slippers just relaxing and taking in the ambience. I had the best massage here! The food is plentiful and your 5 course dinner will blow you away. On our last night we enjoyed a 'hut' dinner next door at the Kralleralm. The food was so hearty and delicious...make sure you get the Kaiserschwarrm for dessert! My only note is that our room (which was beautiful, immaculately clean and comfortable) was very warm and we couldn't figure out the air conditioning (sorry we're American!) so I got up in the middle of the night and opened the balcony door for some fresh air which did the trick. The views and superior customer service are both wonderful! Thank you for the much needed relaxation!
