The minibar and refrigerator were completely empty. In most hotels, guests expect to find a selection of snacks, soft drinks, juices, and bottled water in the room, along with a price list. Having these items available would improve the overall guest experience.

During meals, the table is never free and you have to wait. There are lessons for children from other hotels, not from this hotel, at the pool, which is completely unacceptable. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to use the pool after a tiring day. At that time, there is a swimming lesson in the pool with lots of children. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel.
