Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Great location, very comfortable
Barman spent all his time on the phone and totally ignored me. I was the only person in the bar. When I asked him if I could be served, he just continued his conversation. Not typical of the rest of the staff though

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Location is good but honestly shangrela group should revise this location …
1. Stuff are absolutely unhelpful , you come to hotel alone you check in alone you carry your luggage alone and when you check out once again alone nobody even bothers to help and that is 5 Star hotel ? 2. Standard is absolutely awful, very old and outdated . It deserved a hard 3 star rating and DEFINITELY NOT A SHANGRELA WORLWIDE STANDARD! 3. Hotel is dirty , room are dusty and bathroom also. There is lack of amenities in the room . 4. Breakfast area same , poor selection of food , very loud and absolutely dirty and smell ! This hotel deserves hard 3 stars not 5 stars and definitely doesn’t hold the worldwide shangrela standard … very disappointing and not recommended

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026location is very well situated within the city most especially for business and quick bites. Shangrila have that beautiful signature smell.
it didnt meet my expectation. Shangrila Yiwu's facility is old. the AC no matter how you turn it on until 16 degrees i think its maximum is at 22, I was sweating at night. when i use the bath tub- the shower part is broken. the front desk staff- doesnt even smile, doesnt even take your luggage to your room, no customer service. i once ask about the yiwu trade city to the young concierge, the lady send me to the boys where they dont speak english. i ended up walking infornt under the sun in a wrong place. not like the normal shangrila in Shanghai or other places ive visited. will not come back here again.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026My 1st ever time staying at the Shangri-La. Check in was fine but check out took a while. Was slightly disappointed that i had to wait for approx 15 mins to be served a drink at the bar which was by the reception. Fantastic Turkish restaurant, wide breakfast selection, wi fi connection is very poor and very close to the YIWU market.
