Personnel au petit soin, expérience traditionnelle. ils prêtent des Yukata pour le repas du soir. Grande chambre. Le personnel vient mettre en place les tatamis pendant le repas du soir. Le Onsen privatif sur le balcon était un grand plus. Le onsen publique grand et propre. Si vous y allez vers 23h, il n'y a personne. Le repas du soir et le petits déjeuner sont très copieux et très bons.

Petite odeur d'humidité dans les couloirs. Se renseigner auprès de l'hôtel avant de venir pour la navette qui fait des aller-retour entre la gare d'Ito et l'hôtel à des horaires précis. Nous n'étions pas au courant et sommes monté à pied. Je déconseille car c'est long et très pentu.

I really loved the onsen experience. We also paid extra for the Kaysei dinner, which was delicious and well presented. However, it was a pity that we were not informed in advance that we needed to choose our main dish when booking the meal, so we were unaware that pre-selection was required. In the end, the chef selected one abalone and one beef dish for us. Although both were good, we would have preferred to choose abalone for both. Despite this small issue, the overall stay was still very enjoyable and relaxing, and we left with a happy experience.

청결하고 직원들이 너무 친절하고 성심껏 맞이해주는 모습이 참 좋았음. 음식도 너무 맛있었고 정갈했음. 특히 음식에 대해 하나하나설명해주어서 잘 즐길 수 있었음.

Food was excellent. Location as well, easy to find and relatively near to attractions I was keen on. Hospitailty was overall great.

It’d have been better if we had been assigned staff with better command of the english language to reduce miscommunication from the start which delayed our check in. The headcount and room assignment I indicated on the booking were also not conveyed to the staff. For instance, my younger som (3 years old) was excluded in the booking and the meal assignment - this should have been conveyed before we checked in so we can arrange his meals earlier or change our minds on the accommodation. I was also under the impression that there was private bath (onsen) in each room, or at least the family room, but it turns out we had to pay more for a family bath experience - not sure this was worthwhile for the price. There could have been more flexibility with respect to meal times as well especially dinner so we could explore evening attractions such as the illuminations at Granpal park. Perhaps we could have picked which meal we wanted to include in our package eg 1 dinner instead of 2?

This was a beautiful property. The staff and dining services were amazing and I would highly recommend the onsuite onsen and kaiseki meal.

We had the family suite, for 4 adults and 2 kids. The suite was spacious, and the service was beyond expectations. Ended up not going to the public onsen, but the in-suite one was fantastic. Food was exceptional.

Nothing the establishment could fix, but I wish the suite had better views. We were on the fourth floor, and it was mostly a city view. Would prefer more landscape. While it came out to ~$1200 a night for 4 adults and 2 kids, a tad on the upper end of what you'd expect in terms of value/experience.

The service was truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We loved the reservable private onsens, the serene balcony bath in our room, and the generous daily snacks and refreshments offered in the lounge, which made the experience feel especially welcoming.

Everything!!!!! But most especially the graciousness and kindness and thoughtfulness of every single staff member. We loved Rai, our dinner and breakfast server!

Great onsen resort, super nice and helpful staff. Amazing food. With the hotel shuttle bus, easy travel from and to the Ito station where you can jump on bus to varies famous spots.

From the second I got here, I was treated like royalty. The staff really goes all out to make your stay feel special. And the food? Absolutely magnificent, a multi-course of delicious blends in flavours. My traditional Japanese tatami room was spotlessly clean and super comfy. Since I couldn't use the big public onsens because of my tattoos, reserving a private one was a total lifesaver and a perfect way to relax. I didn't even know this when booking, but the hotel runs a complimentary shuttle to and from Ito's train station, which made getting around so easy (check with the hotel for the schedule).

非常傳統的日式溫泉旅館，攝氏應俱全，大浴場會定期交換，所以男女性都可以泡到不同的位置。大浴場外面會不定時提供不同類型的飲料，有助於緩解脫水餐飲豐富，金目鯛值得點。酒店接駁車的時間可能要先確認，大眾運輸加步行可能會有點艱難。

Every single thing - Spa treatments were amazing

最初のお出迎えから温かいおもてなしでウェルカムドリンクのゆずと蜂蜜のジュースは美味しかった！お部屋では、お抹茶とお菓子でおもてなし！12.5畳の広いお部屋と、広縁には4人がけの椅子とテーブルがあり、2人で広々ゆっくりすごしました。3畳程度の入り口、トイレもゆったり、洗面所も2箇所の水道栓があり、スペースがとてもゆったりしていました。 大浴場は夜と朝で男女変わるので、全部のお風呂で温泉を楽しみました。 露天風呂もあり、お湯加減も熱すぎずぬるすぎず、ちょうどよかったです。 お風呂から伊東市と海が見渡せました。 洗い場もたくさんあり、混み合うこともなくゆったり楽しみました。湯上がりにひゃっこい水が美味しかったです。 大浴場のガラスに水滴の跡がついていたのが残念でした。温泉だから、仕方ないのでしょうね。 お食事は部屋食で、おもてなしが素晴らしく、上品なお料理が食べきれなさそうなくらいたくさん並びました。素敵なな盛り付けでした。 お刺身はとてもおいしかったです。 お庭も素敵でした。 大変お世話になりました。

Wow. Beautiful location. Attentive staff, gorgeous interior and exterior design, food is wow. Room is wonderful. Only thing is, not many plugs to charge your devices lol. Google translate will get you by. Foreigners, the food style is more traditional,and this region is famous for seafood.

One of the best experiences we had in Japan! The staff at Seizan Yamato are extremely friendly and helpful, doing everything they can to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was very clean, and every day the staff would check in with us about breakfast and dinner times. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We celebrated my birthday at Seizan Yamato, and they kindly offered a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and even helped us order a birthday cake. A special thank you to Mr. Ikeda and Ms. Ae for making our time at Seizan Yamato so unforgettable. We will definitely come back again!

The location isn’t the most convenient, but the hotel provides a scheduled shuttle bus to Ito Station, which makes getting around much easier.

The Kaiseki dining experience was beyond exceptional. The service was outstanding. The traditional tatami room and dining in your room was an experience of a lifetime. We had our own onsen in the room which was an incredible luxury. This is the best onsen we have ever stayed in.

Staff are very friendly and proactive in providing additional support. My family and I had a wonderful time spending here, the picturesque scenery, the comfortable and authentic setting in the room, the beautiful ikebana deco and Japanese arts around making this place so aesthetically appealing. The food was beautifully presented and tasted so delicious. We enjoyed our stay so much and would like to stay here next trip to Ito.

従業員の方々　全て人の接客が素晴らしかった。 帰り駐車場から出る時に　出勤された年配の女性の方に偶然すれ違う形になったが、わざわざ足を止めてこちらに向かって深々と一礼してくださった。驚いたが　とても気分が良くなった。

Wonderful place and service.

The ryokan is rather modern, in a classic Japanese style. It has four baths, two of them outdoors, which are especially nice. We had a room with a large terrace, a little garden and an outdoor bathtub, which we enjoyed greatly. The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and went out of their ways to make sure we had have a good time. For example they changed the course for me, as I do not eat meat. It helps to speak some Japanese, but they are also prepared to communicate with guests who don’t.

Service is top notch. All staff were welcoming and kind and attentive. The view of the ocean and large rooms are amazing. Peaceful, quiet. The traditional accommodations and food at this ryokan were unique and an unforgettable Japan experience. The hot springs were clean and spacious.
