Laforet Ito Onsen Yunoniwa

Un grand bâtiment visible depuis la gare, mais plus agréable à l intérieur que ne le laisse supposer son aspect ext. Il s agit de l un des hôtels facilement accessibles à pied depuis la gare d Ito.. (bcp d autres sont plus éloignés). Cela facilite les déplacements dans la presqu’île d Izu avec train ou bus. Les chambres Japanese style sont équipées de futon sur tatami, salon avec fauteuils traditionnels, tv, wifi, bouilloire, coffre (le notre était fermé). La toilette se déroule au bain onsen (en commun ou en salle de bains individuelle avec douche, vestiaire et bassin rituel alimente en eau du volcan... Super ! Le must est sans doute le pt déj buffet où toute la gastronomie japonaise est représentée.. On peut y rester une heure sans avoir fait le tour (de 7 à 10h) les bains Onsen sont ouverts de 6 à 10 et de 15 à 22.

Destaco la atención del personal, muy amable en todo momento. A pesar de que no entendían del todo nuestro idioma, siempre se esforzaron para ayudarnos. Por otro lado, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, manteniendo el estilo japonés tradicional.

Такого восхитительного завтрака я не встречал. В отеле нам понравилось все. Одна комната оборудована татами в другой две кровати. Ванна с теплой водой из источника помогает расслабиться.

A beautiful traditional, yet modern, hotel in the heart of Ito. Very easy to get to from the train station, yet far from the business of the main street. Close to the beach and town’s other attractions. Numerous bus stops in proximity. The room was huge, it had a dedicated bedroom space, a living room (tatami), and an in-room onsen. All needed amenities (tv set, electric kettle, mugs) were included. It was spotless. The lobby area was spacious and comfortable. The staff spoke enough English to communicate without any issues. I didn’t use the restaurant nor the public onsen during my stay.

Leuke onsen op de kamer.

De kamer was niet schoon. Onder het bed lag het afval en de lege flessen van een andere gast. Eten was prachtig verzorgd maar alleen vis.

L'emplacement, la grandeur de la chambre, le bain dans notre chambre, le confort.

Payer des frais pour l'utilisation des bains publics quand on ne peut même pas les utiliser (tattoos - nous étions au courant que l'accès n'était pas possible lors de la réservation). Les frais ne devraient pas être changés si on n'utilise pas les bains publics.

The location is great, 10 mins walking distance to all, the train/bus station, supermarket, restaurants. The staff are very nice and friendly. Delicious buffet breakfast including different kind of Janpanese and Western dishes. Private onsen is super awesome. We had a great and very relaxing time here and would like to visit again in future.

The highlight of our stay was having a private onsen in our room. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and relaxation of soaking in the private onsen at our own pace, while also experiencing the public onsen facilities. Both were well-maintained and provided a truly authentic and memorable Japanese hot spring experience.

Ich habe die Twin Suite (?) gebucht, weil ich ein Zimmer mit eigenem Onsen-Bad wollte. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr groß und gemütlich, sodass ich den ganzen Abend im Zimmer entspannt habe. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die Höflichkeit der Mitarbeiter haben die Übernachtung noch schöner gemacht.

Washing and dryer facilities appear to be due for an update. They are small and slow.

Tolles Hotel mit guter Lage, eigenen Onsen (auch auf dem Zimmer moglich) und sehr netten Angestellten.

This hotel was an absolutely dreadful experience. I have stayed at numerous authentic Japanese hot spring ryokans across Izu, Hakone, Kinosaki Onsen and Arima Onsen, so I am definitely no novice when it comes to Japanese traditional accommodation. Regrettably, this place boasts the worst service I have ever encountered by a long shot. Posing as a high-end Japanese inn, it is utterly ridiculous that guests are forced to lay out tatami bedding all by themselves every single day. As a foreign visitor, this task was anything but straightforward for me. What’s even more appalling is their overpriced meals. Their dinner costs a whopping 9,000 yen per person, yet the food quality is shockingly subpar and totally not worth the price. Can you believe that a fancy dinner at this price only comes with cheap jelly as dessert? The restaurant staff’s attitude was simply infuriating. An elderly staff member, presumably the restaurant manager, never cracked a smile whenever we ran into him during meals. He spoke almost no English and grew visibly irritated and impatient even when relying on translation apps to communicate with us. If this hotel is so hostile towards foreign guests, they might as well restrict their business exclusively to Japanese patrons. To make matters worse, the hotel management is extremely chaotic. Upon check-out, an unexplained 2,300-yen charge appeared on my bill. The front desk staff could not give a clear explanation at all, and eventually claimed it was breakfast fees for my child. My booking clearly included complimentary breakfast for all guests staying in the room, and I had already submitted my child’s passport information during check-in. If extra charges applied, they should have informed me in advance instead of sneakily adding hidden fees at the last minute. I had to rush to catch my train, so I chose to pay reluctantly without further dispute.

Great location for trains and buses. Brilliant in-room onsen. Staff were outstanding and hotel extremely clean. Feeding fish from foot bath was fun! Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Perfect!

쾌적한 공간 그리고 깨끗한 대욕장. 다른 지역에 비해서 숙박료가 비싼듯. 조식이 제법 비싼편이나 퀄리티와 맛이 아주 좋음.

the location was great, the staff was very helpful with booking a dinner at a local unagi restaurant (which was very tasty), their English is very good. overall, it was a true Onsen experience.

The lighting in the room was a bit lacking, the location was a bit far from the train station although it can't be helped.

Room with indoor onsen big enough for 2 people. I love the pond with Koi fish. Have 3 family onsen that you can use, just remember to lock it from inside. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, you don't really need to get hotel dinner and breakfast options which in my opinion is too expensive

The LCD TV is relatively old and does not have cast feature. The location is quite far from the train station and no shuttle service. Dinner and breakfast options is too expensive.

Room is spacious for two. Comfortable bed and enough plugs around. Onsen with outdoor section.

Slight walk from station. I didn’t realised the room did not have shower so got to use the onsen, but no problem.
