Crystal Palace Hotel

The front of house service is exceptionally good (I forgot the lovely lady who welcomed me), but it’s service on a whole new level! This is my go-to hotel any time I visit Bahrain. The apartments are especially comfortable and highly recommended.

الموقع: الفندق في موقع حيوي وممتاز بمنطقة الجفير وقريب من الخدمات تعامل الموظفين: أشكر موظفة الاستقبال (آنا) وموظف الغرف (عبدالرزاق) على تعاملهم الراقي جداً، أسلوبهم اللطيف، وحرصهم الكبير على خدمة النزلاء ومساعدتهم بكل بشاشة واحترافية.

الأثاث والديكور: الصور المعروضة في التطبيق مختلفة عن الواقع الفعلي للغرفة؛ لون الكنب والستائر (الأحمر الغامق) كان قديماً ومزعجاً بصرياً وغير مريح، وكان من المتوقع أثاث بتصميم أكثر عصرياً لفندق 4 نجوم.

‏موظفة الاستقبال الفلبينية( آن) وعبد الرزاق كانت خدمتهم جيدة وسريعة ويشكرون على ذلك

‏لا يوجد مطعم هندي او عربي وفي المكان

اشكر تعامل فريق الاستقبال واشكر الموظفة ان على حسن التعامل والابتسامة الجميلة والمساعدة في الخدمات نظافة الشقة والسرير والارضية

لايوجد ادوات مطبخ الا عند الطلب

Room are Ok, its valuable.

Its part of our booking to have the breakfast, when we go down at 7:30Am the restaurant is emty and even the lights are off, No FOOD/ breakfast readily available, The restaurant management at least to advise the guest who has breakfast package to order it via room services.

The place was very clean,nice staff specially the lady receptionist (Filipina)she's very accommodating and helpful.

Room size was good staff was very polite

Need more cleaning and room should be more noise controlled

No facilities regarding availability of utensils, etc even though kitchen was there.

All on all it's a nice and typical Hotel, very clean and the staff is friendly.

I don't get why you have a nightclub in the hotel and turn up the music so loud, so everyone in the upper areas can hear it. I was on floor 11 and could still hear the music. If you need the night club then at least turn the music down a little bit.

La atención durante el desayuno, el tamaño de la habitación y la ubicación, cerca de la mezquita Al Fateh.

Los colchones y las almohadas, el ruido durante la noche porque en el hotel funcionan varias discotecas, y qué la piscina estuviera cerrada.

The hotel has very good services, there rooms are clean. daily cleaning can be made better. Perfect locations.

Location wise, its is good if you are looking for a place near bars/night clubs. I didn't got the chance to eat breakfast at the hotel since it was not included on my booking.

Beddings and towels are old and I feel itchy while lying/sleeping on the bed. The lobby on our room smells cigarette and found some cigarette buds on the trash bin near the elevator even there's a no smoking signage posted on the wall.
