Reviewed Dec 20, 2025I like the room - it was quiet, although it's next to the main road. The facilities are all ok except that they don't have an elevator, which I think is quite a burden if you need to carry lots of luggage. There are a lot of eateries nearby and also walking distance to Farley supermarket.
They could've installed an elevator which I think much needed for travellers with lots of luggage.

Should sell toothpaste and toothbrush. The nearest convenience store usually closed after 10pm and I forgot to bring my dental care things.

I can smell smoke from cigratte on second day of my stay and the channel at the tv mostly chinese language which we are not able to understand. Some channel have been mute either technical probelem.

I booked thru Booking.com for a queen sized bedroom for 3 nights (25-27/9/2024). Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist said that the room is out of service. They offered me a king sized bedroom but I have to pay for the higher room rate. It was not a free room upgrade. I hope Booking.com will take this issue up with the hotel as soon as possible before further customers are trapped in his situation.
