Явно някаква тръба в банята беше запушена и при взимане на душ, преливаше вода и всичко около тоалетната ставаше мокро. Самият душ също беше счупен. Това беше много неприятно.

It was not clean, blood stains on the pillows. Every night they had music on the ground floor restaurant. Not good for families.

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante la nostra vacanza a Rodi e siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. La struttura è curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole e rilassante. Gli ambienti sono puliti e ben tenuti, e l’atmosfera è davvero piacevole. Anche la posizione è stata molto comoda per vivere al meglio l’isola e raggiungere facilmente i luoghi che volevamo visitare. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Vasjana, una ragazza davvero gentile, disponibile e professionale. Ci ha consigliato e aiutato moltissimo durante il soggiorno, dandoci ottimi suggerimenti e venendo sempre incontro alle nostre esigenze. La sua disponibilità e il suo sorriso hanno fatto davvero la differenza e ci hanno fatto sentire accolti e coccolati. È bello incontrare persone che svolgono il proprio lavoro con così tanta passione e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Grazie di cuore a Vasjana e a tutto lo staff per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza a Rodi ancora più speciale. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, hotel consigliatissimo!

Location, big room

First, I would like to commend the hotel staff—especially the ladies at the reception, who welcomed us warmly and provided excellent, truly wonderful, and personal service. They are a truly exceptional team, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts. To Christina and the rest of the lovely ladies: you truly made our vacation amazing! We were upgraded to the most charming room in all of Rhodes—the rooftop room. It was especially delightful since we were celebrating a birthday. The housekeeping team went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless. We had everything we could want, and above all, we felt that we truly mattered to the staff. Everything was wonderful; we will undoubtedly return and, of course, recommend the excellent service and superb amenities of this lovely hotel.

Everything was perfect for us, and we were very sad to say goodbye this morning—especially to the staff. We hope this special team is properly compensated for their dedicated work; I would double their pay. They work with all their hearts.

the location is perfect

During our 3-day stay, we experienced water outages issue for 2 days. This is unacceptable mistake for an hotel of this standard. The hotel should have had an alternative plan to deal situations like this. Also, this was the first time i have ever been charged extra for an Americano coffee when staying on a package that included breakfast. I really enjoy having coffee with my breakfast, so this was another disappointing aspect of our stay.

Odanın içinde yan odaya bağlantısı olan kilitlenmiş bir kapı var ,kıyafetler için dolap askılık yetersiz. Duşa kabinin kapakları arızalıydı , otel lobidindeki duvar kağıdında tüm dünya şehirlerinin ismi yazıyor en çok turistle rodosa ziyarete gelen Türkiyenin hiçbir şehri olmaması beni üzdü.

A fürdőszobai csapok kopottak, az utcáról és a földszinti étteremből nagyon felhallatszik a zaj éjszaka.

Location is perfect. Near the beach. Very easy to access. Hotel has a very nice restaurant on ground floor.

We have stayed many times mostly one or two nights different times of the year and always been very happy. This time we were in room 111 never again bed was small and against the wall, mattress was comfortable, shower was tiny, we are not big people, and had to sit sideways on the toilet. It wasn’t the cheapest place to stay, will think twice about staying again

Stated her 1 night - but twice. Just not 2 nights in a row. Central enough but not in the old town where the properties are often old and jaded! Staff were great. Breakfast, ordered night before, is full and generous - plenty healthy options. Friendly staff. Clean. Bed was comfy. It was quiet.

Property now needs a refresh - mould round shower enclosure, missing mirror in shaving mirror, bathroom fixtures a bit worn out. Needs TLC.

Excellent location, right in the city center, close to museums, the sea, and restaurants. The young woman at the reception was very friendly and polite. The food and the service at the restaurant on the ground floor was top!

The young woman at the reception was very friendly and polite. I felt sorry seeing her constantly stand up whenever we entered to greet us. This completely clashes with the fact that their system is like a hostel and the reception does not operate at night. In other words, they try to impress by standing up, while their service and facilities are basically non-existent. Very inconsistent. We checked into our room at 6 PM . Via messages on booking I asked several times if the late check out is possible but they kept avoiding the question till we asked at the reception when checking in about the possibility of checking out not at 11 AM but at 2 PM the next day (end of season, we assumed it wouldn’t be a problem), besides the hotel was practically empty but upon arrival we were told it would cost 30 euros. Shocking. We paid 60 euros for the night through a Booking.com discount instead of the standard 80. I will definitely not return to this hotel. The room was dirty and poorly cleaned. The bathroom was all old, rusty, and broken. And you can even see!!! MOLD!!! See the photos. The bed, although large, had a very soft mattress, and I barely slept all night. Clearly the room needs renovation. The reception does not operate from 11 PM to 7 AM, and access to the hotel building is only possible via code (perhaps we missed this information on Booking.com?). If I had known in advance how things would be, I would not have stayed here even for free and especially not for this one night that was so important for us to relax and sleep properly!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr ansprechend und das Frühstück selbst mit einheimischen Produkten versehen. Die Suite war geräumig mit Balkon.

Leider ist es abends außerhalb des Hauses recht laut.

Non ho usufruito della colazione non compresa nel prezzo e per la quale mi sono stati chiesti 15 euro

Il ricevimento è praticamente inesistente, la pulizia insufficiente per numero di ditate su porte e specchi e odore di polvere delle lenzuola. Sia nel soggiorno di fine settembre che in questo ho dimenticato due oggetti che non sono stati ritrovati. Nel primo soggiorno la camera aveva vista sulla vasca idromassaggio del terrazzo e la distanza tra il letto e la porta di accesso al bagno obbligava a mettersi di profilo. Nel secondo soggiorno la vista invece era sull’ascensore panoramico dell’hotel vicino, nessuna privacy. Gli odori di cucina del vicino ristorante sono imbarazzanti. L’altro hotel del gruppo Island è meglio ma non c’è trasparenza sul sistema di prenotazione e si viene dirottati su questo hotel senza sceglierlo.

Στην καλύτερη περιοχή της πόλης για διαμονή χειμώνα-καλοκαίρι, είτε έρχεσαι για διακοπές, είτε για δουλειές. Είσαι κοντά σε εστιατόρια, μαγαζιά, αξιοθέατα και θάλασσα. Επίσης αν έχεις αυτοκίνητο, το παρκάρισμα δεν είναι τόσο δύσκολο, όσο σε άλλα σημεία της πόλης. Δωμάτιο άνετο και πολύ καθαρό, το πρωινό χορταστικό και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Otel çok temiz personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Tüm isteklerimizi karşıladılar. Odamız çok temizdi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha Rodos'a gideceğim zaman tekrar ilk seçeneğim olacak !

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία μέσα στο κέντρο. Τα δωματια άνετα, καθαρά. Εξ άλλου είχαμε ξαναμεινει για αυτό και το επιλέξαμε.

Καλή περιοχή , καθαρό, προσεγμένο .

Καθόλου καλή ηχομόνωση. Τόσο από το μπαλκόνι όσο και από τα διπλανά δωμάτια ακούς τα πάντα και προφανώς σε ακούνε .

Elpinikie (receptionist) was amazing, welcoming friendly, informative, suggested sights we could see and overall lovely to speak to The room was large and spacious, with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a hot plate, which we didn't use. There's a jacuzzi which we didn't use and a shared balcony. We mostly ate out, so can't give a rating for the breakfast.

We asked to use the steamer (as they didn't have an iron) and waited quite some time for it, ended up declining it as it arrived just as we were about to go out.

Μείναμε στη Σουίτα με θέα στη Θάλασσα και σας τη συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Ησυχία, open-air jaccuzi, θέα, άνεση. Το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ μεγάλο, όπως και το μπάνιο. Βρίσκεται σε περιοχή με απόσταση περπατήματος από τα πάντα.

Hyvällä paikalla, lyhyt matka keskustaan sekä vanhaan kaupunkiin, ranta ihan vieressä . Oikein mukava hotelli kaiken puolin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Kattoterassi oli iso! Aamiainen oli niukka, mutta oikein riittävä meille.

Ainoa miinus oli ettei lähtöpäivänä ollut aamupalaa tarjolla lainkaan ja jouduimme lähtemään lentokentälle tyhjin vatsoin. Kertoi että olisimme olleet ainoat syöjät tuona aamuna.

Η άφιξη μας ήταν η ώρα 11+50 μμ, δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες προσώπου και χαλακι μπάνιου, ζητήσαμε το επόμενο πρωί και τοποθετήθηκαν μετά τις 3 το απόγευμα

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter des Nisos-Restaurants: Kostas, Sokratis und andere für ihren hervorragenden Service und die Atmosphäre. Jedes Mal, wenn ich nach Rhodos und in dieses Hotel zurückkehre, habe ich das Gefühl, gastfreundliche Freunde zu treffen. Dafür danke ich ihnen allen!

Ich bin seit 2017 regelmäßiger Gast in diesem Hotel. Mir hat es immer sehr gut gefallen, bis auf ein paar kleine Mängel: das Frühstück. Selbst während der sogenannten „Covid-19“-Ära war es besser. Ich weiß nicht, woran es liegt, aber seit zwei Jahren ist das Frühstück weder in puncto Vielfalt noch Qualität besonders beeindruckend. Das Omelett sieht aus, als wäre es vom Steinmetz zubereitet worden. Und die Auswahl an Gerichten gleicht einem indischen Ashram.
