Small but perfectly appointed. The little touches like daily wine tasting, free laundry and comfortable onsen made this a treat. We especially loved the breakfast, complete with three types of local milk to try.

Great facility, very clean Onsen was great, clean and with all the accessories. Staff were nice. Drinks and snacks served in the afternoon were nice. Games variety in the lobby was fun. Restaurant food in the evening was delicious. Also, breakfast was great.

Staff were upset on leaving the car in the front for dropping the luggage.

Although the external appearance of the hotel is common, the interior is great and well-equipped. In the lobby, there are complimentary fruit juice, coffee and wine. My wife loves the smell of body lotion, it is rarely for me to buy amenities from the hotel, but I bought it.

We stayed only 1 night, so we could not try either the public bath or other facilities here.

Spacious room for 3 people. Basic breakfast. Very nice staff and free parking about 10m away.

It was a bit difficult to communicate getting extra bedding for the sofa, even though I had booked and paid for 3 people. They notified us they would charge little extra for the sheet, wasn’t much but I didn’t expect would be charged especially since we had booked for 3 people.

早餐不可錯過！工作人員服的務超級良好！地點雖然與市中心有點距離(最近的便利店有約八到十分鐘的步行的步行距離)，但酒店的設施不錯，適合享受型的住宿。

喝酒喝到飽，小點心米餅出乎意料的好吃，然後房間空間大，窗外景色也很棒，四周環境舒適，覺得好好放鬆了！ 早餐真的非常非常好吃，雖然沒有很多樣，但是每一個都很好吃，每天都期待吃早餐～

清潔で静寂かつ広々した部屋、地元の食材を生かした朝食ブッフェ、フレンドリーなスタッフ

親切的員工是讓我每年都想來的最大原因，好吃的晚餐和welcome drink更是讓人捨不得離開～

這次剛好遇到抽濃菸的客人把整個旅館走廊都弄得臭味瀰漫，電梯前的小小空氣清淨機也改善不了，旅館可能得想想看怎麼應對這種偶發狀況。

朝食がとても良かったのと、ベットの寝心地が良く、枕の硬さが2種類あるのが良かったです。朝食はサラダやパンは何種類かあって選ぶ楽しみがあり、スクランブルエッグやウインナー、ベーコン、コロッケ、ビーフシチュー、スプーカレーそれにラーメン、デザートも何種類かあり、どれも美味しくて欲張ってしまいそうでした。味付けも濃すぎず個人的には丁度良いと感じました。とても美味しかったです。牛乳も3種類用意されていて飲み比べができる様になっていました。 パンやデザートも小さめに用意されているので、食べ比べるのも楽しいと思います。 部屋ではベットが２つとソファーが１つで、広さはゆとりもあり2人で過ごすにはゆったりしていると感じました。洗面台やシャワー室、トイレも綺麗でした。ベットは硬すぎないし、枕も好きな硬さの方を選んで、ちゃんと眠れました。大浴場もあまり混んでいなくて、お湯に浸かって癒されました。脱衣場も綺麗でした。

部屋からの景色はあまり素敵ではなかったかな。

レストランの食事と朝食のバイキングが美味しい。ワインのテイスティングも楽しい。大浴場のアメニティも充実していて、館内がお洒落。

小さいサイズのワインも売って欲しい。 ピノのワインもテイスティングしてみたかった。

Staff was so friendly they became like family. The high ceilings and the modern appliances add to the joy of staying here. We will definitely visit only this hotel and get the same room again on our next Furano stay.

Small and cozy feel. Welcoming. Good facilities - washing, lounge, ski drying room, public bath (technically not an Onsen, but close enough for us!). Breakfast was excellent - heaps of choice. Shuttle bus to pretty much wherever you wanted to go. The driver even went into one restaurant ahead of us to enquire about a table! Short walk (5mins) to Gondola or quad chair. Even quicker walk back (down hill!). We would definitely stay again.

Hard to fault much, but our bed was very narrow! Perhaps we inadvertently selected that option, but it was hard to sleep in a bed roughly half the width we have at home.

Location perfect for skiing with the bonus of regular free shuttles to and from the base stations. Free shuttle to station at the end of our trip too!

Breakfast had few western cooked options but that is a minor point - all very tasty 👍

The location was amazing - You can walk to the Kitanomie gondola base, Rhythm board shop for rentals, and many restaurants in the area. The on site restaurant was great for daily breakfast and dinners; loved the onsite baths - always very clean and quiet; on site laundry was helpful; building was very quiet and calm; the wine tasting was a lovely perk, and a delicious treat. The staff was always super helpful and accommodating.

Like some accomodations in Japan, the beds were super firm. I personally like a softer mattress, but after requesting more pillows, was able to get a little more comfortable. Additionally, in room storage was tough, we had 3 people and it was really crammed. While there is a gear storage room, I wish there had been some options for better storage within the room.

Facilities were great

Really lovely accommodation with fabulous breakfast, helpful staff. They helped us book some restaurants and this was super helpful as was busy in Jan and bookings were required. For a family of 4, we needed two rooms and they put us opposite each other so was easy to knock on the doors etc. This was appreciated. Dinner at the hotel was good and nice to have the option to eat in. Onsen was small but perfect to relax in post skiing. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

It would have been good to have a couple more shuttles to/from the lifts. We did appreciate the drop off / pickups allowing us to start /end at different sides of the mountain. Also a shuttle to town was available in the evenings. Can book Uber or a taxi but they often took a while. The only real criticism was that they played a single tune on repeat the whole stay. With 6 nights, every meal or visit downstairs to the lounge area or reception, it became humorous as we tried to ‘guess’ the next song they would play. We heard other guests mentioning the one song they too so we weren’t the only ones to notice. Perhaps a whole playlist could be put together for some variety.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly enjoyed my stay once again. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt just right, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. I really love staying here and would definitely come back again.

To cater for children Breakfast could include some oats such as porridge or oatmeal, larger bread such as sliced white bread and peanut butter spread.

Proximity to the slopes, breast sized rooms, stunning hotel and the breakfasts were superb. Appreciated the drying room too for all of our ski gear.

The bed was a bit hard and the pillows small and cumbersome

Really nice and spacious rooms with a great public bath. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. An amazing breakfast and great amenities throughout. The separate washer and dryer were also great. The hotel also offered a really helpful shuttle service to the station and a good sized ski locker room.

The ski locker/boot room could be better organised and set up.

The rooms are well equipped and excellent space to relax after a day on the slopes skiing. The private bath in the property and location to gondola was also excellent.

The staff were not particularly helpful at the front desk. We had enquired about transport and advised that we could arrange collection from the train station, but when we emailed to confirm no one responded to our enquiry and the day of our arrival there was no one to collect us. The restaurant on the property was also very poor quality and over priced. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and it was the worst meal we had in our 3 week trip to Japan. The menu and kitchen need attention.

何もかもが居心地良かった。客室がおしゃれで洗練されててゆったりしてる。客室内のお風呂とトイレが別でさらに洗い場がある。暖房つけてなくてもあたたかい。部屋からの景色が絶景。朝ごはんがめちゃくちゃおいしかった。洗濯機の利用が無料。応対してくださったKさんがとても丁寧で親切で心遣いがあり、有益な情報を折々でくれて、滞在を特別なものにしてくれた。

雨の中あまり舗装されてないホテルのすぐ前ではない駐車場でした。 対応した外国のスタッフの方も、上手に日本語話してましたが、聞いた事が出来ないと断る時ももう少しすいません感を出してもらってもと思います。「あ、できないです」では… 荷物も部屋まで持って行くと言われましたが、女性だし主人が一度「いいですよ」と言ったらすぐに「あ、はい」って感じで… 個人的に期待してたので残念な事が多かったです
