Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Philadelphia Horsham

It was perfectly located near our sister's home. Easy to get to and it had plenty of parking. The room was large, bright and enough storage. Bathroom was also large, with a counter wide enough to share. Shower was strong too! Breakfast was more than satisfying - plenty of choices and plenty of room.

We couldn't adjust the thermostat so it was a bit colder than we liked it. We had to turn it off. But at the least the AC worked well!

Bottom sheets on king size bed kept coming loose and you ended up sleeping directly on the mattress. We heard for a week and asked for one room clean, although towels were changed and trash cans emptied, the bed sheets were not changed and the bed was not made

Totally understaffed …room was never cleaned. Pool had a film on the top of the water. Breakfast was mediocre. Dirty pillowcases. Inefficient refrigerator, actually froze our drinks, which then exploded during the night…

The staff did refund my stay after I reported the issue, and I appreciated that the situation was addressed at checkout.

My young daughter and I were bitten all over our bodies, and we are still treating the bites and irritation. What was supposed to be a memorable weekend taking my daughter to Sesame Place turned into an absolute hotel horror story. Unfortunately, during our stay, I found what appeared to be bedbugs on the sheets in our room. I took multiple photos and videos documenting the bugs on the bedding, and both my daughter and I developed numerous raised, swollen, itchy bite marks. I also have photographic documentation of our skin reactions. Finding bedbugs in the room was disturbing enough, but seeing the physical reaction on both of our bodies made the experience even worse. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and checked out. Although my stay was refunded, this was an extremely upsetting experience and something no family should have to deal with while on vacation. I strongly recommend that management have the affected room and surrounding rooms professionally inspected and treated before allowing additional guests to stay there. Anyone considering staying here should thoroughly inspect the mattress, sheets, headboard, and surrounding furniture when checking in.

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly, upon arrival the young lady at the front desk was somewhere and i waited a gods 7 minutes before she came out with no apology for her delay and dry attitude.

Gentleman checking me in was very friendly and helpful. The morning food service was very good as well.

Room dirty on arrival. Dirty underwear (not mine) on bathroom floor. Container with melted, spoiled ice cream in refrigerator. Bed sheets had stains. Hair on shower floor. But the worst aspect was the loud guests both Friday and Saturday nights. Doors slamming, loud room and hallway conversations, yelling. Loud TV, Loud hairdryer (at 2am). No sleep either night.

The pool water was clean but the pool floor & walls needed a good scrubbing It wasn’t very appealing so I didn’t go in I was disappointed 😢

Boring, repetitive, crowded

Not eggs cooked and chopped in cubes with no flavor. Area on floor in front of juice dispenser was covered with spills and sticky.

The pool was supposed to be heated but it was pretty cool. Still a great pool and the pool worker was excellent. I still would have like to swim.

I paid with Booking when I arrived, they said that I need to leave a $50 deposit, but my card was charged $110. They cheated me, they took money from my card 2 times, it's very disrespectful and fraud

We had bugs in room and whole night messed up middle of night we have to run out of the room due to bugs keep felling from celling

I like the area, the price, the cleanliness of the hotel and room. I am originally from Philadelphia and I am going to continue to use Fairfield as my hotel to visit family in the Philly area. Everything went well this stay even though I was there for funeral services. I will be back next week with my grandson for a stay from the 23rd to 29th for family enjoyment.

I was very pleased with the location and the property itself. Room was very good, spacious and comfortable.

I would recommend adding lighting to the room in the area where the full size mirror is and also change the bathroom shower curtain to a few inches longer so it can cover more and protect the floor from getting wet.

The vet the breakfast was good, but the food wasn’t as hot. I know I came down a little late, so maybe you could suggest they put a microwave nearby in the food area so when people are late, they can warm their food up.

Breakfast was great and having coffee at any hour was marvelous. Staff was kind and always ready to help in any issue. I have stay in other Marriot hotels in others states but in hotel is special and will repeat the stay on another occasion. The parking was fabulous and different entrees was great.

What's good and great done need to add anything. The staff was kind and Jeffrey did magic do get us in the room 131 when the card readers wasn't working. Thanks Jeff.

After driving for 8 hours and arriving at 5:30pm, rooms were not ready and we had to wait another hour until we could get into a room. No compensation in any form - discount or even a free snack. Not very customer friendly.

It said there was an open pool and we had our 11 ur old son with us and he was looking forward to swimming. Pool was not working. If I had known I would’ve rented elsewhere .electric problem in our room while there.

The staff here could work on their customer service a little. Of all the staff we came across on our whole trip, this hotel had the least friendly staff. Philadelphia as a whole had questionable customer service. Whilst our room was spacious it felt like it needed a good clean, especially the shower which was quite dirty! Then fridge wasn’t able to be used as it just froze everything, and there was constant noise and a strong stench from renovations, which is fine I understand it needs to happen, it notifying the guests before hand would have been good. The pool also wasn’t able to be used.

We stayed at this hotel awhile ago. We needed to come down to the area for a doctor appointment. We moved 4 years ago. Loved the location and Mikala was very helpful when we checked in on Jan 18th . If needed again we will stay again. When checking out on the 19th the front desk helpful giving me number to see how I can sign up for rewards since he was unable to pull up our information.

I love that we have access to everything from the pool to the gym to the dining area breakfast the staff was outstanding and very welcoming
