Avoca Pool Villas

Location and value for money

Minor

The house is very spacious and somehow clean.

-The toilet has drainage smell and it's so smelly. If you stay longer, you will get sick. If you could fix that, that would be great. -The pillows need to be replaced -The water from the shower is kinda itchy. Maybe you need to clean your water tank. -Cockroaches in the toilet and kitchen.

Location is OK

Nothing as shown in the photos.

Easy to book in and a good welcome. Very clean with an excellent pool, Parking for scooters, excellent washing machine and outside drying area. Very close 10m from closest bar/food place and ATM.

We found the gate lock very difficult to open every time, sometimes taking 5 mins.

Helping nature of the staff

Pool was small and the villa needed modern amenities.

The facilities are very old and not poorly maintained. The picture on Booking are not reflecting to current conditions of the house

A nice double villa

Nice quiet villa

Great host, necessary amenities and pool

Can be a bit more lavish on the toiletries

the private pool.

Jacuzzi was not hot at all. This review page says I'm from Vietnam. I'm from Australia.

Good beds & pool.

Showers were very small. A few ants around.

this location is bad

no

The location was good and the villa was great.

Parking the car was challenging, I drive a Pajero Sport which with the narrow street anf gateway was quite tight to park. The Villa mainly shown in the picture above is not the Avoca Villa. Also, never met with the Agent.

Møkkete og slitt. Ikke verdt pengene

The pool in staff way great. I requested early check in could not check in early when I asked a week out. The bathroom was nasty they cleaned supposedly every day but the same hair which was not mine was in the shower everyday roaches where in the kitchen on the counter top when cut kitchen light on only good thing was in a neighborhood can walk to night market at motor bike was in front of property to get around

good

Good for family

Its luxury stay with competitive price, only draw back would be the reception was hard to approach, you couldn't do it without a phone call.

I want to talk about this villa. IT IS A REALLY TERRIBLE VILLA. You can see the ants, cockroach anywhere. No air condition, Jacuzzi was broken, the inside of the swimming pool also is broken, it made my childrens scratched. No hot water for shower. Noisy, Dirty, Very Inconvenient to go out, everytime you want to go out, you must need to call their taxi, one time for 250 bhats. So much angry to stay in this Villa. Not enough toilet tissue, towel for everyday. Many cockroach walk around the slepping room. I swear I will never and forever to find this Villa again in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lovely Villa in a nice quite location.. very clean and we'll laid out. There was just a few issues that let it down a small bit . The mattress on the beds are like something out of an 1 star hostel and a few bulbs gone which are easy to fix considering it's a 4 star villa ... but it's a lovely villa in a quiet location about 5 min drive from the centre of pattaya (walking st) will definitely stay again .

The staff were so nice! When we purchase some package of going to waterpark, they will come to our house and collect the money! Wherever we want to go , they will help us call a Taxi.

It was a great place

Disappointed with the interior state of the Villa. Pool Dirty. Furniture are worn and not good stay...

We had a perfect moments there the villa was clean and amazing
