Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Die Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen war groß, gemütlich. Toller Ausblick, gemütlicher Balkon, mit wirlpool im Badezimmer und mit Pool am Hotel. Küche war vollständig.
Der wirlpool hat leider nur auf einer Seite funktioniert, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, dennoch tolles Erlebnis. Einige Dinge könnten renoviert werden. Die Mikrowelle war leider defekt. Aber wir haben einfach frisch gekocht.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Отличное расположение. Изумительный персонал. Просторный номер, для двоих достаточно. Большой бассейн. Отличная кровать, отель не новый, но ухоженный. Через дорогу Супермаркет Топс и 7/11, возле последнего имеется небольшой рынок с довольно приличной едой. До Русского рынка 10 минут прогулочным шагом.

Pool needs a real maintenance man often dirty, loose tiles around the edge of pool, no steps on one of the pool entry rails, loungers need replacing old & dirty. Or could do with a good clean no lounge bed cushions either.

Владелица очень вежливая и приятная женщина, очень помогала нам в некоторых вещах, которые не относились к проживанию, за что отдельная огромная благодарность! Персонал также очень приятный, мы жили в двухкомнатном номере - он очень уютный, полностью соответствует описанию и содержит все необходимое для проживания на любой срок. Отличный быстрый вай фай - тоже огромный плюс, так как приходилось работать в этот период. Отдельно стоит упомянуть ОГРОМНЫЙ бассейн с переменной глубиной, чистый, в хорошем состоянии и очень уютная территория вокруг. Место не самое тусовочное, тк мы ездим всей семьей, выбирали именно такое, но за 15 минут можно добраться до walking street, пляжа Джомтиен с кучей баров и прочих развлечений по дороге ) также рядом прекрасный парк с храмом! Вобщем что в первый раз , что во второй - я просто наслаждался отдыхом в этом месте

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Pattaya. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thanks to the wonderful woman at reception who greeted us — she kindly showed us around, explained everything clearly, and patiently answered all of our questions. Her friendliness and attentiveness made a great first impression. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool area was also excellent — a great place to spend time and unwind during the day. The owners were extremely kind and accommodating. Our flight was delayed, and they were very understanding and allowed us to arrange a late check-out for a small additional fee, which we really appreciated. It was also very convenient that we could leave our luggage at the reception before check-in. Overall, everything was great. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we would definitely stay here again.
Overall our stay was very good, but there are a couple of small things that could make the experience even better. The sun loungers by the pool could probably be replaced or updated — they look quite old and worn, and one of them had a broken backrest. It seems like they are due for renewal. Also, it would be nice if basic bathroom amenities such as toothbrushes and other small toiletries were provided in the room. These small additions would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.

Location is not very good. The normal restaurants are enought far from hotel. The staf gived to us many keys. We returned after check out all keys of apartments but she repeated and repeated even with screaming that one key was missing. She kept us waiting for half an hour because of a key what we did not lose. The stay in the comfortable apartments was pleasant with an ugly ending.

Хозяйка ( артистичная, харизматичная, без возраста китаянка, я её называл MADAM) довольно стильно обставила отель антиквариатом. При выезде помогла с такси, дала мужа своей уборщицы, и он на своём джипе довёз меня до дверей отеля в Бангкоке, за те же деньги, что обычное такси. В номере есть всё необходимое для длительного проживания. И даже, если вы собрались сами готовить еду, вас ждёт прекрасная плита и вся необходимая кухонная утварь. На терассе любопытно наблюдать за разноцветными белками, и пением диковинных птиц, изредко некий птеродакль кричал по ночам.
Небольшой конфуз при въезде с оплатой от букинга. Но мы быстро решили этот вопрос, за что я получил дополнительную скидку.

В бассейне изумрудная вода, ваши апартаменты прибирают по первому запросу, и без доплаты. Мадам шикарная, работница очень чистоплотная. Район центральный, все шедеврально! Миш доволен!

So, the dishwasher doesn’t work ( which is not the end of the world). But 2 weeks into our stay the pool also had to be shut down because of broken filtration. One thing to know is this building is on a very busy street. So enjoying the balcony is not really possible with all the motorcycles and trucks right below.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Tuttu hotelli aiemmilta matkoilta. Sijainti on hyvä ja Pattayan asteikolla melko rauhallinen, joskin liikenne on hotellin ohi kulkevalla kadulla aamusta iltaan vilkasta. Myös hotelli on yleensä hyvin rauhallinen. Henkilökunta on hyvin ystävällistä ja avuliasta ja heidän kanssaan on mukava olla yhteydessä. Huoneistossa on lähes kaikki mitä pidemmälläkin matkalla tarvitsee. Osassa huoneistoista on hyvät mahdollisuudet auringonottoon omalla parvekkeella.
Olemme käyneet useampana vuotena samassa hotellissa. Huone alkaa olla jo hieman kulunut ja pientä remonttia olisi tarve tehdä. Kylpyhuoneeseen tulee ajoittain viemärin hajua. Rakennuksen tekniikka (hissi ja vesijohdot) pitää sen verran ääntä, että se häiritsee jos on herkkäuninen. Uima-allas oli tällä kertaa likainen, eikä sinne tehnyt mieli mennä. Veden pinta on liian alhaalla, eikä pinnalla kelluva rasva siksi poistunut altaasta suodattimiin.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2025Opposite a supermarket which was convienent location was ok took us about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and about the same time to walking street although it was up hill on return to accommodation.
Unfortunately the AC was very noisy (think filters and ducts needed replacing and cleaning) and the bed too hard for me but if you like a hard bed you will be fine

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Отличное расположение, рядом всё есть (магазины, массаж). Большие комфортные аппартаменты, шикарный балкон с большим столом и лежаками. Большой чистый бассейн. В апартаментах есть всё, что необходимо: посуда, кастрюли, бокалы, фужеры, открывашки, половники, ножи, вилки-ложки, большой холодильник, тостер, микроволновка. А еще утюг, гладильная доска , сушилка. Вернемся обязательно!

Der Pool gehört zur gemeinschaftlichen Anwesen und war eine Katastrophe. Ein Einstieg war komplett Kaputt. Also den Pool besser meiden

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025I had a overall great stay here but felt very restricted. There's a limited allowance for electricity usage, over that limit is charged extra. There's 200 Baht charge to use towel at the pool. This money isn't the big issue but it definitely takes away the comfort and pleasure.

Das Bett war sehr gut auch die Matratze war sehr gut. Auch die Dusche und WC waren sehr gut. Auch die Reinigung des Zimmer war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Ruhige Lage. Kann es nur empfehlen. Komme schon 10 Jahre hier her alles Super gut.
Gibt nichts zu erzählen, da es keine negative Punkte gibt! Alles Super.

The sheets were not fully clean, and it was a bit dated. Also only a local phone number is provided, a working Whatsapp would be nice, as calling international is often difficult.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer, große Küche mit allen Utensilien, Klimaanlage (ist leise) und Deckenventilator (extra Strom wird nach Freieinheiten dann separat berechnet), ein großes Badezimmer, ich hatte unter anderem das Studio im 4. Stock mit drei kleineren Balkonen, und wunderbarem Meerblick, tägliche Reinigung bis 14 Uhr, ein schöner großer Pool mit guten Schwimmmöglichkeiten (Pool wird mit den Nachbarhäusern geteilt, aber privater Zugang), Songthew Bath Taxi 200m an der Haptkreuzung zu Pattaya, 7/Eleven, Restaurants, Fitnessstudio, Cafés: alles in der Nähe, Reinigung in ca. 500m, Naklua Beach/Sands Cafe ca. 700m entfernt, ich werde gerne wiederkommen (Thai Expat, Vielreisender, im August 2025, das Haus war nur mit 2 Gästen belegt: Erholung pur!)

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Very friendly owner, clean and spacious room, large kitchen with all utensils, air conditioning and ceiling fan (extra electricity is charged separately), a large bathroom, I had the penthouse apartment with a huge terrace and sun loungers on the 5th floor and the suite below on the 4th floor with three smaller balconies, each with a wonderful sea view, daily cleaning until 2 p.m., a nice large pool with good swimming opportunities (pool is shared with the neighboring houses, but private access), Songthew Bath Taxi 200 m on the corner, 7/Eleven, restaurants, gym, cafes: all nearby, Naklua Beach/Sands Cafe about 700 m away, I would gladly come back (Thai expat, frequent traveler, in August 2025).

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Просторные аппартаменты, чисто, комфортно, большая кухня-столовая. Есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Большой и чистый бассейн. Пляж не рядом. До 7/11 5 минут пешком.
