Very nice hotel clean and very relaxing

Exterior is generally attractive as it replicates Santorini appeal. That looks really nice! 4 star here. Staff are friendly, polite and accommodating . Another 4 star . However, the property lacks amenities, water faucet in common restrooms are not-working. Staff just puts a buckets of water to wash hands. That’s kinda gross ! Thank goodness for hand sanitizers. Infinity pool has algae already forming in certain section of the pool . Even more gross !!! 2 stars only Food selections are limited and often cold. Nothing to rave about . Just average 3 star .

Very relaxing and comfortable

The internet is non-existent. Very poor. The water supply in the morning is very poor, no pressure. The xmas eve dinner was adequate.

After we arrived there was a thunderstorm that flooded our room. Later that day after a long, hot day, my shower was cold. No hot water. Thankfully we had hot water the next morning.

A very relaxing place for getaways feels like you’re in Santorini. All amenities are excellent, very clean room with comfy bed, beddings and linens smell clean. Nice huge swimming pool. Their nightly rate comes with good buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent service from the staffs and will come back again and stay longer. Thank you Vitalis Villa.

Out of the ordinary, Instagram worthy rooms and grounds. Stayed at the two bedroom villa that was wonderfully set to have the master’s bedroom on the main floor and the second bedroom on the lower level. Maze-like stairs completes the Santorini inspired atmosphere. Two pools and a small rocky beach to show off your summer bodies and get the perfect tan! Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner always had something for everyone. Staff were all friendly. Definitely coming back!

-Unfriendly staff -poor facility -unsanitary (stained all over the foam chair. I requested the staff to replaced or cleaned instead staff just covered it with white sheet.

Nice and friendly staff. Nice place to relax.

The front office and restaurant staff were exceptional. However, I pointed out that some light bulbs were busted and needed to be changed. Also the bathroom faucet was loose and missing parts to be stable. I called the office and immediately sent someone to look at it and she took pictures of the things that needed to be fixed. Unfortunately nothing was done until we checked out.

Superb accommodation

Overall it’s good. Few concerns when we were there. The lights by the staircase going to our room were busted, the sliding door in our room couldn’t close. Anyway just one call to the front desk, then they were able to fix. Another concern, is the dining area. At dinner time I noticed that the table covers where we seated were filthy. Checked the other tables, were the same. I called the attention of the staff and the manager, they were apologetic somehow. They should not be told by guests about this matter. Flies were all over the food especially by the salad, fruits and bread area. Again, I called the staff attention if they can cover the food before somebody will get sick. The food prepared anyway were excellent. The staff we met and encountered are very polite, courteous and respectful. The place is very relaxing.

foods the best. no doubt about it... it’s just we encountered an impolite security staff. Don’t know how to pleased people when asking.

The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. We arrived at the place early and we don't have a hard time checking-in. The room is very clean and spacious. I love the location of our room which is near the bakery because we can smell the aroma of freshly baked breads and pastries every time we go out of our room. One of the best part of our stay was the buffet which to my surprise, includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think I gained a couple of kilos because the food was superb! Will definitely come back.

The place itself it bring you to the country og Greece

Santorini in Philippines but it is more fabulous for the courtesy of the staff.

Place, food buffet are great and they have fantastic staff, espicially Kuya Driver of jeep service, front desk personnel and security guard...

I feels like you are out of the country

The property has an expansive pool with a beautiful backdrop of the ocean and the mountains. The staff are friendly and there are plenty of things to keep us occupied during our stay. They offered shuttles to transport us to/from the villas and we had access to the White Sands” beach. The golf cart to assist us in transporting our luggage was much appreciated. Having a church and a bakery that serves freshly baked goods are also a nice touch. There is a wide variety of food; although, dinner for the 2nd seating was not refreshed- some were dried up and not refilled. For a facility that is less than five years old, the rooms are not well maintained - curtain rods are falling apart, the floors had numerous chips and scoffs, there were scratch marks and holes on one of the doors and we had water dripping off from the top floor; the refrigerator provided is not cold. The toilet was not working. We did not have water in the entire zone where we had our room and we were not notified. Our room looked like it was not cleaned before we got there as there was still dirt in the shower. We also had to request that the private pool be cleaned. This prompted us to request to be moved to another room which had a bathroom that an odor. Also, wifi access is less than ideal (TV had to be turned on to access WiFi) and the road leading to the resort is under construction.

They only thing they need to improve is their phone system. No one picks up at the lobby when we use the room phone but everything else was excellent! We will definitely go back to Vitalis Villa. Very accomodating staff, great food and such a beautiful vacation place!

nice place, good food, but wifi was down during our stay

Vitalis Vitalis: The property itself is very nice. The 2 room villa w/ jacuzzi is very impressive. Its very pricey if you are on a budget, but i think its about right coz full board meals are included in the price. I booked a room in whitesand vitalis too, and the room was also nice w/ balcony & ocean view. If you are on budget, this is the hotel for you. But if you want to experience luxury, your hotel choice would be the vitalis vitalis. Over all experience on both hotels was great. I do recommend both hotels.

Looking at the price it’s definitelybexpensive but you’ll get it all back with the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner especially if you’re a big group

Nice stay / clean hotel . We just noticed something , the water in the BR sink taste like seawater. The toilet is very modern but it does not really functioning well. The bar area has excellent view but it’s way too deep @ the bottom of the villas.

Very beautiful scenery. There was a zipline, and shuttles to the beach with activities. People were friendly, and staff was nice to me. Be a good tipper, it goes a long way.

Nice hotel looks like Santorini Greece. Staff are super friendly. Food are superb. Nothing negative about this hotel.

Our stay was pretty good until we checked out..on our way home, someone called me regarding our payment since we booked via online..they are asking me to give another credit card for them to get our payment.when.i checked the credit card that i used for booking ,our.payment was already credited in my.account .they are asking me several documents to prove that i.already settled the bill..my concern is they should checked that upon check in..

Great location, awesome view, love the greece inspired theme, though the toilet in my room wasnt working properly even when i had it looked at by the hotel plumber.

Not worth the money paid for! The toilet takes a thousand clicks to flush...has no power. Ask for water, and it arrived the next day. Be careful with the tiles when wet, you can slip and hurt yourself. Lot of food on display but too dry including bread.

We had a very relaxing stay in Vitalis. We were very impressed with the place, the service and the food.

pool water is dirty pool has missing tiles on the outside food is not healthy, its full of cooking oil needs to travel ti get to the sea shore for swimming

Their staff was really accomodating and friendly. We loved the ambiance so relaxing and peaceful .. i’ll be back nxtyear ..

Great place, will be returning.

Poor maintenance on the sorrounding facilitis such as swimming pool not well kept. Airconditioning unit in the restaurant withh dripping water as well as staff tasting the drinks from the stirer and back to the container. Restaurant Manager does not meet the standards of HACCP. He should be responsible on his subordinates.

The rooms are too big to max out at 4people and too pricey. We moved to Thunderbird after and paid for the same amount and our 4 year old was free..

Beautiful place with awesome service. Price quite expensive and the pool near the villa and beach need more cleaning.
